Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring bagi guru-guru Kimia se-NTT pada tahun 2022. Dasar pelaksanaannya adalah kebutuhan guru-guru Kimia akan suatu panduan dalam pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang inovatif guna meningkatkan minat belajar siswa seiring dengan perkembangan era digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi guna mendesain pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif. Di era digital saat ini, guru-guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar berdasarkan pengetahuan materi yang dimiliki, namun juga dituntut untuk dapat menerapkan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif guna mendorong dan memotivasi siswa dalam belajar dan berpikir kritis. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pembuatan instrumen soal menggunakan quizizz dan wordwall. Biasanya guru-guru di sekolah memberikan soal ujian kepada siswa dalam bentuk manual, sehingga siswa merasa bosan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dalam soal tersebut. Pembuatan soal menggunakan quizizz dan wordwall akan memotivasi siswa dalam mengerjakan soal karena disajikan lebih menarik dan interaktif. Layar akan menampilkan skor siswa secara realtime, sehingga siswa dapat melihat urutan skor mereka dengan antusias. Media ini juga cukup mudah untuk dikembangkan bagi guru sehingga memudahkan guru untuk menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Guru juga akan lebih mudah dan cepat dalam menyusun nilai ujian siswa.

In the residential area of ​​RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, many people have vehicles, especially 4-wheeled vehicles, which cannot be accommodated in their yard due to limited land or plots owned. On the other hand, there are public facilities at RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City which are neglected and not utilized which are later expected to become communal parking areas for community members. The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.

Keefektifan serta peran media menjadikan media sebagai bagian penting dalam membentukkepribadian, perilaku dan pengalaman kesadaran masyarakat. Namun, persoalan yang terjadi pada media khususnya diIndonesia saat ini membawa pesandan pemberitaan yang seringkali lepas kendali dan tidak meperhitungkan nilai-nilai etis. Berbagai pelanggaran terjadi seperti pelanggaran media jurnalistik,pelanggaran hak cipta, pelanggaran media internet dan media sosial. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan deskriptif analitis.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data diolah dengandata relevan, disajikan sistematik dengan kalimat sederhana disertai dengan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini berbasis pustaka oeh karena itu data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif.Hasil temuan yang diperoleh adalah pengguna media massa baik kelompok maupun perorangan harus meletakkan nilai-nilaimoral Pancsila dan etika Pancasila serta mematuhi hukum media pada saat menggunakan dan memanfaatkan media massa.Kajian moral dan etika terhadap pelaksanaan hukum media adalah 3 obyek yang saling beririsan. Etika dengan moral menjadi berbeda ketika etika dijadikan refleksi kritis terkait nilai moral lalu berbeda dengan hukum media ketika hukum media berupa peraturan yang disah-kan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatur penggunaan media. Etika sama dengan moral ketika etika dijadikan pegangan untuk mengatur tingkah laku manusia sehingga jelas terkait dengan bagaimana hukum media dilaksanakan dan dipatuhi.

WhatsApp Business training has been conducted to improve the quality of management of Sakura Waste Bank Palembang. This activity aims to train managers and employees in operating and using the WhatsApp Business application in daily activities. The results of the training showed that participants were satisfied and able to apply the knowledge gained. It is hoped that this training can positively contribute to improving the efficiency and performance of Sakura Waste Bank

The strategic marine and fisheries potential of Situbondo Regency includes a high (106.28 tonnes per year) potential for catching sea milkfish (Chanos chanos). The neighborhood makes very little attempts to use processed sea milkfish, nevertheless. The village of Banjarasri, located in the Kapanewon Kalibawang district of Yogyakarta Special Region, has great natural potential that can be developed into a tourist destination. One of the planned locations is Watu Belah Hill. The purpose of this community service activity is to identify the existing conditions of the development of Watu Belah Hill tourism and provide effective planning recommendations for the site. The methods used in this community service activity are surveys, observations, planning, and socialization to the local village officials. Based on the survey and observation results, it is found that the slope condition at the location of Watu Belah Hill tourism development has a slope angle of 160-400 with moderate potential for landslides. The geotechnical team of this community service activity recommends slope reinforcement using terracing and gabion structures for the development of Watu Belah Hill tourism.

Sistem pewarisan yang diterapkan dalam masyarakat patrilineal, belum mencerminkan penerapan asas persamaan kedudukan warga negara di depan hukum. Penelitian hukum normatif ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan tentang nilai nilai keadilan substantif dan penerapan asas Equality Before The Law melalui pendekatan studi dokumen. Proses pewarisan pada masyarakat paternalistik cenderung mengedepankan anak laki laki sebagai pihak yang berhak atas harta peninggalan orang tua, sehingga pihak perempuan atau anak-anak perempuan yang memahami prinsip persamaan kedudukan warga negara di depan hukum, menuntut perlakuan adil melalui jalur hukum seperti yang terjadi Tanah Karo, Tapanuli, Bali, Rote Ndao dan Manggarai. Diharapkan agar proses pewarisan mencerminkan nilai nilai keadilan  berlandaskan prinsip Equality Before The Law.    

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu, rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajar 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu di kelas I SDN 3 Tugu Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan peningkatan keterampilan 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu dengan menggunakan video learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sesuai dengan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari perncanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Bahasan penelitian ini menggunakan video learning dalam proses pembelajaran 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu yang dilakukan tes pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu menggunakan video learning di kelas I SDN 3 Tugu Tasikmalya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Peningkatan tersebut sebelum menggunakan video learning (Pra tindakan) memperoleh nilai rata-rata 63,5 dengan presentase 15%  kategori “kurang” Setelah menggunaan video learning pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata  68,5 dengan presentase 44% kategori “kurang” Kemudia pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,5 dengan presentase 81% kategori “baik”.

Indonesian language learning is a national language learning that is closely related to national values. Until now, learning Indonesian is used as a main subject in an educational institution. The role of Indonesian in learning at the junior high school level is expected to be able to realize the profile of Pancasila students who are instilled through national values in learning Indonesian. Therefore, the research conducted included an educational institution, namely a junior high school with an area coverage in Surakarta. This article aims to focus on the integration of national values in Indonesian language learning to realize the Pancasila Student Profile at the junior high school level in the Surakarta region. This article uses a qualitative method using field note data that has been made. The data source for this article is field note data from the results of the implementation of junior high school students in the city of Surakarta.

Since Covid-19 attacked several parts of the world, students are suggested to do distance learning. However, since New Normal era, students are allowed to do offline learning by implementing health protocol. This research is aimed to describe teaching method with blended learning model namely “Missing Pieces Activities” in English Subject for Seventh Class Junior High School 2 Bendungan Trenggalek-East Java. This teaching method involves various activities, they are: Missing Words for listening, Missing Small Thing speaking, and Missing Sentences for Reading. With this blended learning model, the activities are done by combining the online learning and offline learning. Source of data in this research is activities done by the students during the teaching and learning process. The data was collected through observation and interview. The finding of the research shows that students are more actively involved in the teaching and learning process. Further, they have higher motivation in learning due to the various activities they did in learning process. Therefore, this Missing Pieces Activities can be one of learning methods in New Normal Era to increase students’ activeness and motivation both in distance and offline learning.

This community service activity aims to identify the existing conditions of the location that is planned to become a tourist village, in the form of outreach so that the Government of Kalurahan Banjarasri Kapanewon Kalibawang can find out a general description to plan an ecotourism, especially in the scope of transportation management. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goals of Community Service (PPM) are surveys, observations, planning and outreach as well as discussions from the community service team to Kalurahan Banjarasri officials. There are two alternatives routes to Bukit Watu Belah, and from the observations it is known that the second alternative route has a road width varying from 1,5 to 5 meters. Pavement of this village’s main road is asphalt while the road to the top of the hill is still a dirt road. In terms of transportation, the new “Bukit Watu Belah” ecotourism is worth continuing, with an ecogreen feeder transportation concept for 4-wheeled vehicles or buses.

Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas bagi usaha mikro di Kabupaten Pemalang. Agar usaha usaha Mikro semakin baik , diperlukan pengelolaan keuangan dan penentuan harga pokok produknya. Secara lebih luas pengelolaan keuangan meliputi semua kegiatan perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan usaha mendapatkan dana yang dibutuhkan, beserta usaha untuk menggunakan dana tersebut secara efesien. Sedangkan Harga Pokok Produksi adalah semua biaya langsung dan tidak langsung yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk proses produksi pada periode tertentu sehingga barang atau jasa tersebut siap untuk dijual dan dengan perhitungan harga pokok maka harga jual akan dapat ditetapkan secara tepat.

The increase in the number of elderly population (elderly) in the city of Semarang, the increase in the elderly will bring problems due to the aging process which causes a risk of decreasing health status. The elderly will become the strength of a country if they are in a healthy, independent, active and productive condition. One solution to achieve this requires the optimal role of health cadres. As a religious institution, GKJ Jatingaleh Semarang has a service task, one of which is health care for the elderly. To support this service, the PPM FISIP UNTAG Semarang Team conducted PPM activities at the church. The purpose of the PPM activities is assisting in the formation of health cadres; provide medical examination services and provide medical equipment needed in examination activities. The method used is mentoring and practice of health checks. The results of these activities were the formation of a GKJ Jatingaleh health cadre team with 5 cadres as members; health checks have been carried out on 47 elderly residents of GKJ Jatingaleh; and delivery of medical equipment.

. The purpose of this article is to establish the development of the legal theory and doctrine of Piercing The Corporate Veil in the law on limited liability companies. The legal reform of legal persons can be traced back to two milestones in the history of legal persons, namely, firstly, the emergence of the theory of legal persons, which focuses on the personalization of legal persons as if they were persons, and secondly, the emergence of the corporate law doctrine known as Piercing the Corporate Veil, which is motivated to reveal the legal veil of the persons behind the company, namely, shareholders, directors and managers. The research method is normative law with a normative approach), concepts and cases. The results of this study can be attributed to the fact that the principle of piercing the corporate veil supports the implementation of the GCG to prevent the abuse of shareholder power. The principle of piercing the corporate veil can limit or prevent unlawful acts committed by shareholders, commissioners and directors who exploit corporate opportunities for personal gain or misuse of corporate assets. The conclusion of this study is that the legal effect of the principle of piercing the corporate shield on the liability of the PT, if violated, has the effect of limiting the liability of the company to unlimited liability (unlimited liability) up to the personal assets of the shareholders.

The Pancasila Law of Indonesia is a unique and distinct legal concept for the Indonesian nation. The Pancasila Law is the result of Indonesia's long struggle for independence from colonization and the building of a free, democratic, sovereign, just, and prosperous nation. The Pancasila Law is not only based on constitutional documents or laws, but also has a strong philosophical and moral foundation that originates from Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. The concept of Pancasila Law in the three-dimensional prism, also known as the three aspects of trias politica, consists of functions, structure, and system. These three aspects are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other in carrying out their tasks and functions as the basis of the state law. Thus, the conclusion of the concept of Pancasila law is that it is a unique, complex, and holistic legal system that encompasses the values and principles of Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. Pancasila law combines legal, philosophical, and moral aspects while accommodating the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesia, and encourages societal participation in policy-making. Pancasila law is the result of the long struggle of the Indonesian people for independence and the building of a sovereign, democratic, just, and prosperous nation.

The democratic party in the State of Indonesia is realized through the General Election mechanism, which is carried out at various levels from the village to the district. Democracy is often interpreted as the people, by the people, and for the people, or more clearly, the term democracy is the overall highest power in the hands of the people. This type of research is a descriptive research and qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. There are three strategies for preventing crime violations, the first is Primary Crime Prevention, the second is Secondary Crime Prevention, and the third is Tertiary Crime Prevention. Of the three concepts, the Primary Prevention Strategy is more effective in conducting political socialization. This strategy aims to increase public awareness and knowledge through political socialization so that money politics in society does not occur during the General Election process in Kalianget District.

This study aims to examine the relationship between family communication patterns and adolescent stress levels in Bandung City. Using a survey method with 150 adolescent respondents aged 13-18 years, data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the dimensions of openness, support, conflict, and control in family communication as well as adolescent stress levels. Descriptive analysis showed variation in family communication patterns, with high levels of openness and support and low conflict. Pearson correlation tests showed a significant relationship between communication patterns and stress levels. Linear regression analysis revealed that openness and support in family communication significantly decreased stress levels, while conflict and control increased them. The t-test and F-test showed that the regression model was significant overall and each independent variable had a significant effect on stress levels. These findings emphasize the importance of open and supportive communication in the family to reduce stress levels in adolescents.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study included the Head of Kelurahan and staff/employees and community leaders in Kelurahan Oimbo Kota Bima. Determination of informants in this research the author uses purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making. The results of the research are: first, related to the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of residents. Second, the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of the residents. Third, the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) has been carried out well according to the needs of residents.

Overview Puberty is a time of self-discovery and they always want to learn new things. All of this is supported by increasingly sophisticated technology and many accessible applications that  help you gain new knowledge, such as YouTube videos from your website. This study aims to help level B2 children enter puberty through the media YouTube. This study uses a qualitative and descriptive method. The results of the survey are that Arabic  teachers  consider the results of this survey when teenagers around the village of Karyamulya in the Cirebon Regency Data obtained from phenomena occurring in the field can be used in the form of conversation results  between the speaking partner and the speaking partner. Data were obtained from a case study of a teenager living near the researcher's residence with conditions such as entering adolescence, owning a smartphone, and using YouTube as a  learning tool and entertainment.

This article has the aims and objectives to be obtained, namely to find out and analyze the importance of the existence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on internet sites, and how forms of regulation based on positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research have shown that the existence of IPR on internet sites has basic values ​​and objectives, namely as legal protection for creators owned by individuals or groups. for his hard work in making copyrighted works with economic value contained therein and Anticipating and also preventing violations of IPR belonging to other people, HKI is also currently regulated in various legal constructions that apply in Indonesia, such as Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, Law no. 15 of 2001 concerning Marks and other implementing regulations. With the objectives and construction of the applicable law, it is actually important for the government to continue to optimize and review the application of the law periodically in order to prevent IPR violations on internet sites carried out by cybercrimes.
