Improving mastery of science and technology is not only carried out in formal education, but can also be carried out through non-formal education.   Information technology has developed very rapidly and covers various fields. The field of education is one of the fields that is influenced by information technology, both in the formal learning process at school and non-formal in the form of training outside of school

Corruption in the banking industry is a severe problem that must be addressed appropriately. Due to the obstacles inherent to difficult-to-detect crimes and some theoretical and legal concerns of law enforcement, the application of criminal law against perpetrators of banking corruption is not yet at its maximum. Hence, there is a need to educate individuals not to engage in corrupt behavior, to strengthen the professionalism of law enforcement, and to implement nondiscriminatory sanctions. Some rules govern corruption and banking crimes, but existing regulations must be enhanced to solve some law enforcement loopholes. Thus, implementing criminal law against corruption offenses in banking becomes crucial for maintaining public confidence in the banking sector and promoting sustainable economic growth.

The implementation of this community service activity was carried out in class VII SMP Negeri Gudang Arang Merauke with a total of 20 participants. It is hoped that these students can understand and know English as a foreign language and as an effort to increase interest, motivation, will, and interest. Students in learning English in the field of education. This service contributes to learning English, especially for beginners (Young Learners) as an effort to increase students’ interest in learning English. In addition, this activity contributes to realizing education in Junior High School (SMP) to foster students’ interests and talents and motivation in learning English and as an effort to provide an introduction to English for the beginner level (Young Learners). This service is carried out in the form of a workshop which includes socialization in the form of training/introduction and mentoring. The material for the service activities is divided into two, namely exposure to motivational material interest in learning English and introduction to English vocabulary and grammar to be able to read texts in English. The expected goals of this service are: 1) increasing students’ knowledge and understanding of how to learn English is easy; 2) increasing students’ skills in English and students being able to understand reading material well. From the whole series of community service activities, the main hope is an improvement. Improving conditions from not knowing, not understanding to very understanding, and from low be high in terms of interest, motivation, willingnesss and interest of sudents in learning English especially English vocabulary and grammar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan pengetahuan tentang APE dan berupaya untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas guru TK Sejahtera dalam pembuatan APE atau alat permainan edukatif yang mana untuk bahan dapat diambil dari barang yang ada disekitar dan bahan bekas yang masih bisa dimanfaatkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) sebuah penelitian dengan prosedur penelitian yang menggali data dari lapangan untuk kemudian dicermati dan disimpulkan. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas guru TK Sejahtera dalam membuat APE (Alat Permainan Edukatif).  

Salah satu sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat di Desa Sibalaya Selatan, Kecamatan Tanambulava, Kabupaten Sigi adalah di bidang pertanian yang ditanami jagung. Setelah melakukan observasi, kami menemukan bahwa di daerah ini banyak menghasilkan limbah hasil pertanian yaitu tongkol jagung. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama bahwa limbah adalah buangan yang dihasilkan dari suatu proses produksi baik industri maupun domestik. Dan sampai saat ini memang masih menjadi masalah besar dalam masyarakat. Fenomena ini juga yang terjadi pada masyarakat di Desa Sibalaya Selatan.Masyarakat hanya membuang limbah jagung-jagung tersebut, tidak memanfaatkannya sama sekali. Melihat fenomena tersebut kami mencoba menemukan salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi limbah tongkol jagung tersebut dengan menjadikannya suatu produk yang selain bernilai manfaat juga nantinya dapat memiliki nilai komersil. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan tongkol jagung itu sendiri menjadi bahan bakar dan sumber energy. Metode pelaksaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah (1) observasi, (2) demonstrasi, dan (3) praktek langsung oleh masyarakat. Pemanfaatan limbah tongkol ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah salah satunya mengurangi pencemaran limbah tongkol jagung, karena banyaknya limbah tongkol yang tidak di manfaatkan dengan baik sehingga kami berpikir soal tongkol jagung tersebut diubah menjadi produk yang bernilai yaitu termasuk suatu teknologi alternatif sebagai pengganti bahan bakar minyak yaitu briket, sekaligus membuka peluang usaha yang dapat memajukan pendapatan di Desa Sibalaya Selatan.

One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need assistance from professional staff. Elderly people are an age group that is vulnerable to falls. The aim of implementing this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance with balance exercises as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to an unintentional loss of balance which results in failure of postural stability, or an unexpected and sudden change which results in the position landing on the floor . Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, weak or active state), existing diseases (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, strength muscle, visual disturbances, etc.). The output targets to be achieved include publication of accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued by providing balance training, so that elderly people who are at risk of falling can be identified as early as possible so that providing balance training can maintain and improve the elderly's body balance.

The Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) is a program launched by the Ministry of Health to reduce the main risk of infectious and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), especially through nutritional interventions in the first 1000 days of life, improving balanced nutritional consumption patterns for the whole family, increasing regular and measurable physical activity. , improve healthy lifestyles, improve a healthy environment and reduce cigarette and alcohol consumption. Interview data showed that the majority of people, 48%, rarely had their health checked as early as possible, residents would go to the nearest health center if signs and symptoms of illness began to appear. Integrated counseling on prevention of emergency non-communicable diseases, Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus, is carried out in one day, residents are gathered in the Mijen Village hall. The activity begins with simultaneous fitness exercises, then continues with a health check. The health checks carried out include anthropometric measurements in the form of height, weight, abdominal circumference, blood pressure measurements and random blood sugar measurements. Of the 50 residents who took part in the implementation of integrated counseling on the prevention of non-communicable disease emergencies. Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus, as many as 24% of residents (12 people) just found out that they suffer from pre-diabetes mellitus, 16% (8 people) already know that they suffer from hypertension and diabetes mellitus, as many as 6% (3 people) have a stomach circumference of more than 100 cm, 54% (27 people) were in good health. Residents were quite enthusiastic about the activities carried out. The data obtained in the integrated counseling activity for preventing emergency non-communicable diseases, hypertension and diabetes mellitus, was submitted to the Mijen Community Health Center as a recap of data on the health status of the target area. The data obtained will be followed up by motivating residents to have their health checked at the Mijen Health Center.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran, pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan jati diri anak melalui layanan Pos Paud, di Desa Kuala Utara, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, khususnya perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai guru Paud, Kader Posyandu, dan Ibu rumah tangga. Penyampaian materi fokus pada pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan jati diri anak melalui layanan pos Paud. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan tambahan pengetahuan bagi peserta tentang pentingnya peran orang tua dalam menyediakan lingkungan keluarga yang penuh perhatian, pengertian, dan kasih sayang sehingga anak memiliki pandangan yang positif mengenai hal- hal yang melekat pada dirinya. Selain itu orang tua secara bersama-sama dengan layanan Paud lainnya dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman, serta memberikan kebebasan bereksplorasi kepada anak dan terus berkomunikasi dengan guru dan kader supaya pendidikan anak terpenuni melalui berbagai layanan Paud yang ada di Desa. This community service activity focuses on training in the preparation and observation of fungal cell preparations at SMA Negeri 1 Banawa, Donggala Regency. The issue faced is the lack of understanding and skills among students in the field of biology, particularly regarding the structure and function of fungal cells. The goal of this activity is to enhance students' understanding of basic biological concepts and practical skills in preparing fungal cell preparations. The methods used in the training include opening, introducing basic theory, preparing preparations, and microscopic observation. The research results indicate that students successfully prepared samples from spoiled ketan rice, moldy bread, and spoiled tempeh. Microscopic observations allowed students to identify the morphology and structure of fungal cells well, as well as increase their interest in biological sciences. This activity demonstrates significant potential in enhancing scientific literacy and environmental awareness among students.

The crime of premeditated murder is a term for premeditated murder by a person or a group of people who basically want to kill or eliminate someone's life. The crime of premeditated murder is regulated in the Criminal Code Article 340. The purpose of this writing is to find out what elements are contained in the crime of premeditated murder, whether there are elements of premeditated murder, the purpose of premeditated murder as well as the law or sanctions given and the responsibility of the crime. premeditated murder under Article 340 of the Criminal Code. The method used is library research method. The crime of premeditated murder is listed in the Criminal Code Article 340 with elements of a criminal act who, intentionally, plans ahead and takes the lives of other people. One of the main elements is the planned element. The element of planning in advance means that there is a distance or time between the intention to kill and the execution of the murder and the aim is to make the killing run smoothly. Sanctions for a crime are death penalty, life imprisonment and 20 years temporary imprisonment. A criminal act of premeditated murder must be held responsible for the actions that have been committed.  

Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a Land Registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all Land Registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/kelurahan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Sukorejo, Tunjungan District and to find out the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The method in this research is a juridical method. The normative juridical method is based on the main legal materials to conduct research on relevant theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations. The specification in this research is descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study The implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has been going well in terms of standards and targets. PTSL officers have followed the instructions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and have been understood by the parties involved in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Tunjungan District, Blora Regency. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program at the Blora District Land Office are internal factors.

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration in Brabowan Village, Jiken District, Blora District, especially the implementation of land surveying by researchers, with the formulation of the problem posed is How is the implementation of land registration through Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Brawoban Village, Sambong District Blora Regency and what factors or factors become obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Brawoban Village, Sambong District, Blora Regency. This research is included in normative juridical law research. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials collected through direct observation by researchers and supported by literature. The analysis was carried out using qualitative methods. The approach used is descriptive analysis, namely research conducted in the field and then presented and compared with the applicable laws and regulations.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai manfaat program CSR PT TeL Pulp and Paper bagi pendidikan dan kesehatan masyarakat Desa Banuayu Kecamatan Empat Petulai Dangku Kabupaten Muara Enim, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teori triple bottom line dari John Elkington. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program CSR PT TeL Pulp and Paper untuk pendidikan dan kesehatan masyarakat Desa Banuayu. Dalam menganalisis manfaat program CSR PT TeL Pulp and Paper bagi masyarakat Desa Banuayu dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT TeL Pulp and Paper memberikan manfaat pendidikan dan kesehatan (people) Desa Banuayu dengan pengadaan program beasiswa ikatan dinas Bidiksitel, bantuan peralatan sekolah, bantuan fasilitas mencuci tangan, program sunatan massal.

Land is fixed, does not change, so that land has a promising investment value for most people, this is due to the tendency for the price or selling value of land to continue to increase. The need for housing for the community has increased the sale and purchase of land, the process of legality in land certification has become crucial and needs to be understood carefully. Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of culture shock experienced by Merdeka Student Exchange Program students from North Sumatra who take part in study programs in Java. Culture shock is a psychological and emotional symptom that a person experiences when experiencing significant cultural changes. This study uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results of this study show that students from North Sumatra experience various stages of culture shock, including the crisis stage, adjustment stage, and acculturation stage. In addition, this study also identified factors that influence the experience of culture shock, such as differences in language, food, customs, and value systems. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the experiences of students from North Sumatra in dealing with culture shock in Java and provide guidance for relevant parties in improving support and cultural understanding for students in independent student exchange programs.

Desa Bakung merupakan desa yang terletak di kecamatan Mijen kabupaten  Demak. Keseharian masyarakat Desa Bakung adalah bercocok tanam, bertani, buruh tani, peternak sapi dan peternak Kambing, kuli bangunan, buruh dan lain-lain. Keadaan wilayah Desa Bakung 80 % persawahan dari luas keseluruhan Desa Bakung. Letak geografis Desa Bakung berada di wilayah utara Kabupaten Demak. Zaman sekarang semua administrasi desa menggunakan internet. Penggunaan media yang bebasis IT menimbulkan kekhawatiran bagi para kader sebagai akibat dari kondisi yang sedang terjadi. Hal tersebut dapat berupa kurang familiarnya fungsi-fungsi IT bagi kader dan penggunaan  tidak dapat diaplikasikan secara maksimal. Tantangan di masa yang akan datang, salah satunya adalah  kecenderungan penggunaan IT di kehidupan era globalisasi. Sehingga,  masalah tersebut harus secara kontinyu  diupayakan untuk diselesaikan. Oleh karena itu, Tim pengabdian pada masyarakat Fakultas Bahasa dan Budaya Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang melakukan komunikasi secara intensif dengan pengelola Tim Penggerak PKK khususnya dengan para Kader posyandu untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pendampingan dalam pengisian aplikasi Sigizidu bagi Kader Posyadu desa Bakung, Kecamatan Mijen, Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini, yaitu metode pembelajaran partisipatif melalui metode presentasi, demonstrasi dan simulasi serta pendampingan dengan memberikan 2 jenis materi utama yaitu dasar-dasar komputer dan handphone, serta teknik pengisian aplikasi Sigizidu. Setelah pengabdian ini diharapkan kader Posyandu dapat menggunakan handpone dan laptop dalam pengisian aplikasi Sigizidu secara teliti, benar, dan mahir. Kedepannya mampu menjadi Desa yang melek Teknologi.

Salah satu unsur dalam konstitusi modern adalah adanya perlindungan masyarakat atau dalam bahasa sekarang perlindungan HAM, salah satu HAM yang diatur dalam konstitusi yaitu hak kebebasan berserikat berkumpul mengeluarkan pendapat dijamin UUD. Penggunakan hak kebebasan berpendapat ini secara obyektif akan berkontribusi positif terhadap dinamika kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara, sepanjang penggunakan hak kebebasan berpendapat tersebut banding lurus dengan kewajibannya untuk menghargai pula hak kebebasan orang lain. Namun kenyataan masih banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan hak ini secara sempit. Penyuluhan hukum ini dimaksudkan untuk menberikan pemahaman dalam penggunakan hak kebebasan berpendapat secara arif bijaksana dalam kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab. Hasil dalam pengabdian ini adalah adanya pemahaman tentang berbagai hak asasi manusia yang diatur dalam Konstitusi Negara Republik Indonesia yaitu Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 pasal 28A-28J.

The government is committed to empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) in Indonesia, MSMES are a form of small business whose existence plays a very important role in empowering the community to have independence in the economic sector. MSMEs that are used as partners in community service activities are people who are members of the home industry in the village of Randusanga Wetan, Brebes Regency. This article at least describes the results of the community service process carried out by the community service team from Muhadi Setiabudi University, Brebes, offering assistance services on the importance of business legalization so that it can be more competitive globally. Having a business license is very important for the community, but sometimes there are not a few people who don't want to take care of their business license due to lack of knowledge, limited data, and so on. Through this community service activity, the goals and targets to be achieved in community service activities are business legalization for MSME actors. By having business legality, business actors are expected to be able to compete in the free market era. The method used in this service activity is carried out in the form of counseling and assistance in managing business legality

Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat pengenalan aplikasi Memrise ini adalah untuk membantu Peningkatan kompetensi para guru Bahasa Inggris dalam menguasai tes – tes TOEFL guna mendukung peningkatan kemampuan TOEFL mereka. Pengenalan aplikasi ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif desktiptif dengan melaksanakan pre-test dan post-test TOEFL. Sample dan populasi adalah guru-guru Bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan. Hasil dari pengenalan aplikasi ini adalah memberikan nilai baik buat Guru – Guru terlihat dari hasil post test yang di laksanakan di akhir kegiatan. Hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memrise berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan para guru khususnya pengajaran Bahasa.  

Masyarakat di lingkungan Kampung Jahe yang berada di RW 14 Kel.Sendangmulyo Kec.Tembalang, yang sebagian  pegawai dan wirausaha  ,  namun lahan pekarangan rumah yang dimiliki belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal ini merupakan peluang untuk pengembangan ekonomi diwilayah tersebut, dengan cara budi daya tanaman jahe merah, hingga mengolahnya menjadi hasil olahan yang kreatif dan inovatif, yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan dan laku dijual dengan harga yang tinggi. Peluang tersebut bisa diciptakan dengan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja beserta kelompok UMKM yang ada diwilayah RW14 dengan nama Sekar Taji, Metode pengabdian ini dengan memberikan edukasi kewirausahaan dan pengenalan tekhnologi informasi sebagai media pemasaran secara  online dilengkapi dengan pelatihan memasak aneka makanan tradisionil. Kegiatan tersebut dapat terlaksana juga didukung dengan kerjasama dengan perusahaan bahan pembuat makanan yaitu Rose Brand dan diikuti oleh 20 peserta Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah pengetahuan, ketrampilan,dan  berpartisipasi aktif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi.
