The problem that arises at this time is satisfaction with the service from the performance of government employees for the community, both at the village level to the national level. This research was conducted on the basis of problems that arise in the community from what they have received so far from Bangsri Village government services. Whether or not the community is satisfied is the direct experience of the community from service and employee performance for what has been obtained. This research was conducted in Bangsri Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency from March 2023 to July 2023. The population in this study was 12,749 people and the sample for this study was 99 respondents. The testing tool and data analysis in this study used SPSS 26 with the method of testing and analysis through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination test. Results in this study shows that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t value for variable X1 (4.671) greater than t table (1.661).The performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t value calculated for variable X2 ( 2.936) is greater than t table (1.661) and the significant value of t X2 is less than 0.05 or 0.009 <0.05 Quality of service and performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this result is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 greater than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 142.898 greater than F table 3.938 Service Quality and Performance of Village Government Apparatuses is able to predict the dependent variable, namely Community Satisfaction of 94.4%, the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside this research.

Technological developments provide convenience in various fields, including marketing and finance. Currently, marketing can be carried out digitally by utilizing internet technology. The presence of online loans, which is a type of peer-to-peer lending financial technology (fintech), is the result of advances in financial technology. PT. Fidac Innovation Technology is a company operating in the fintech sector and has the Dumi product which provides online loans specifically for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The purpose of this research is to determine digital marketing techniques in increasing sales of fintech peer-to-peer lending on Dumi products by using 5 (five) digital marketing techniques, namely: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online advertising, email marketing, mobile applications, and social media marketing. Qualitative descriptive is used as a research method by collecting data through interviews with PT employees. Fidac Technology Innovation IT Design Division which carries out digital marketing, observation and documentation. The research results show that the digital marketing techniques implemented by PT. Fidac Technological Innovation by utilizing SEO, online advertising, social media marketing and mobile applications is already running well. However, Dumi's digital product marketing technique in the form of email marketing has not been implemented due to limited resources.

This study aims to examine the meaning of success as found in the Quran and the criteria for success according to the Quran. The research method employed is a qualitative library research approach. The primary data source used is the Quran, with citations of Quranic verses accompanied by translations from the Hadist Web Version 3.0 by Sofyan Efendi. Secondary data is obtained from various exegesis books, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, Jāmi’ al-Bayān ‘an Ta’wīl āy al-Qur’ān by Ibn Jarīr al-Ṭabārī, Jāmi’ al-Bayān li al-Aḥkām al-Qur’ān by Imām al-Qurṭūbi, Tafsir al-Maraghi by Ahmad Muṣaṭfa al-Maragi, Mu’jam Mufradāt li Alfāẓ al-Qur’ān by Al-Ragīb al-Aṣfahānī, Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Madjied An-Nur by T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, as well as hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, where data is systematically analyzed to describe the facts or characteristics of a population or a specific field accurately and conceptually. The research findings reveal that in the Quran, there are three terms that refer to success, namely al-Falah, an-Najah, and al-Fauz. The term "al-Falah" reflects the meaning of success in both worldly and hereafter life, "an-Najah" refers to the meaning of success in worldly life only, while "al-Fauz" pertains to the meaning of success in the hereafter. The criteria for success according to the Quran include belief and piety towards Allah SWT, performing the five daily prayers, supplicating to Allah SWT, actively engaging in work, setting aside a portion of one's income to assist those in need, and seeking Allah SWT's mercy to enter Paradise.

This study aims to explain the influence of the variables, the number of family members, the number of visitors, the level of expenditure, and working hours on the income of the community around the Hutan Kota Langsa area. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, and the sample size for this research was 52 respondents. The data analysis method employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The research findings indicate that the number of family members has a positive but not significant impact on the income of the community around the Hutan Kota Langsa area. Meanwhile, the variables of the number of visitors, expenditure level, and working hours have a positive and significant impact on the income of the community around the Hutan Kota Langsa area. Simultaneously, all dependent variables have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, income.

This study aims to determine ''The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at the Konawe District Attorney's Office'' The population in this study were all employees of the Konawe District Attorney's Office, totaling 41 people. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by census, meaning that the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Competence Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect. and the results show that partially the competence variable has a significant effect while Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on the performance of the Konawe District Prosecutor's Office employees.

The performance of human resources can be influenced by the conditions of servant leadership that are formed. Factors that influence employee performance in servant leadership include a lack of commitment from employees towards understanding the values ​​and rules that have been established, a lack of disciplined behavior, a lack of inheritance of servant leadership, and a lack of understanding organizational identity. These things cause service leadership to be less than optimal in achieving the stated vision and mission of the organization. One factor in good servant leadership is that it requires commitment from all members of the organization under the leadership of someone who is able to influence all members of the organization and is expected to be able to build good and strong servant leadership. survey research design with a correlational approach. The approach used is a quantitative approach as the basis for analysis. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between servant leadership and employee performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Personality and Employee Performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Servant Leadership (X1) and Personality (X2) together with Employee Performance (Y). The two go hand in hand, which means that the higher the Service Leadership and Personality together, the higher the Employee Performance.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee performance on sales which is mediated by competitive advantage. This research was conducted on Anyardrink store employees with syrup products. There were 8 types/brands of syrup used with various flavors, using a non-probability method in the form of incidental and purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis and sampling test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the regression model used met the classical assumption test. This research found that 1) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage; 2) Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance; 3) Employee orientation has a positive and significant effect on Sales Performance; 4) Competitive Advantage is proven to positively and significantly mediate the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Marketing Performance.

Abstract: Indonesia, which consists of thousands of islands, reaching 17,001 islands, is known as a maritime country because the ocean area is larger than the land area, around 2/3 of the total area of ​​Indonesia. Sea transportation as part of the National Transportation System needs to unite all regions of Indonesia. Maritime transportation accidents occur due to 3 (three) important factors, namely human error, technical factors and weather (natural) factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between the independent variables, namely the Role of Harbor Master, Communication Ability and ISM Code, for the dependent variable, namely Shipping Safety. The population in this study was 130 people consisting of ship crew and employees of the PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Padang Bai Branch who had knowledge classification about shipping safety and the sample in this study was 100 respondents with the technique used was non-probability sampling technique namely by using quota sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this research by testing the t-test hypothesis show that the variables Role of Harbormaster, Communication Ability and ISM Code have a positive and significant effect on shipping safety at the Padang Bai Bali Ferry Port. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 2.898 + 0.436X1 + 0.214X2 + 0.189X3 + µ. From the regression results, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on shipping safety is the role of the harbor master variable with a regression coefficient of 0.436. With the r square test of 0.526 or 52.6%, which means that the increase in shipping safety at the Padang Bai Bali Ferry Port is influenced by the Role of the Harbor Master, Communication Ability and ISM Code, namely 52.6% and other factors that influence the increase in shipping safety at the Padang Ferry Port Bai Bali was 47.4%.

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.

This study aims to see how employee performance in encouraging companies to set targets and see what things affect the level of employee performance. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The sample taken was 112 people. Data processed using SmartPLS 3.0, analyzed by multiple regression. The results of this study state that Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.000 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 3.624 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.362. Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.000 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 4.613 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.467. Mutation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.009 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.640 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.262. Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.001 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 3.426 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.358. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.010 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.586 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.269. Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of mutation on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk with a significant 0.044 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.018 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.098. Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of job promotion on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk with a significant 0.025 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.252 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.126. It is known that the R Square value for each construct, namely Job Satisfaction, is 0.614 with an Adjusted R Square of 0.607, which means 60.7%. So mutations and promotions have a contribution in explaining the job satisfaction variable. Based on the results on employee performance, there is an R Square of 0.664 with an Adjusted R Square of 0.654, which means 65.4%. So mutations and promotions have a contribution in explaining the employee performance variable.

The SIAP application (Presence Activation Information System) has been implemented at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency since 2022. Although good attendance has been the first step, it also requires optimal bureaucratic performance as an effort to achieve institutional goals. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the use of the SIAP Application (Presence Activation Information System) has an influence on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study used quantitative methods and involved the entire population, namely 38 employees of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to all BKPSDM employees as respondents, documentation and observation. The results of the analysis using the T test show that the significant value (0.002) is smaller than the probability of 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means "The use of the SIAP application has an influence on employee performance (Y)." Although the SIAP Application Usage Variable (X) and the Employee Performance Variable (Y) are related, respondents' responses show some shortcomings related to the use of the SIAP Application (Presence Activation Information System), such as unstable network access constraints. Nevertheless, good attendance still has a positive effect on improving employee performance. Employee Performance Evaluation shows deficiencies in the indicators of Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, and Independence.

The purpose of this research is to determine how unfair supervision impacts employee loneliness with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and organizational justice. This research involved employees of PT. TRANSPORINDO AGUNG SEJAHTERA SURABAYA (PT. TAS), a company that is growing rapidly. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect data, and the sample was one hundred workers. The data collected was analyzed through mediation analysis, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The research results show that unfair supervision has a positive and significant impact on worker peace of mind. Abusive supervision disrupts organizational fairness, whereas abusive supervision increases emotional exhaustion. Mediation analysis was used to analyze the data collected, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The results show that unfair supervision significantly increases employee peace of mind, whereas arbitrary supervision disrupts organizational justice. Emotional exhaustion causes employees to become silent.

This research aims to determine whether human resource competence, application of accounting systems, use of information technology and internal control systems influence the quality of budget realization reports at PT. X. This research was conducted involving 40 employees of PT X  who were directly involved in the budget process and preparation. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Questionnaire data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that human resource competency does not influence the quality of the budget realization report, meanwhile the application of the accounting system, use of information technology and the internal control system influence the quality of the budget realization report.

Communication patterns are one of the important factors that influence employee performance. The right communication pattern will be able to encourage employees to work more and be more productive, so that they can achieve organizational goals. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data in this statement comes from the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of the life of an employee named Alranita who works in a consulting office in Jakarta. Alranita experienced various difficulties in her work, one of which was due to her boss's authoritarian leadership style. The communication patterns established by the leadership in the company caused Alranita to feel uncomfortable and unmotivated at work. Based on the analysis of the novel Resign, it can be concluded that communication patterns have a negative influence on employee performance. As a result, employees become less productive and their performance decreases. Therefore, it is important for leaders to understand the application of appropriate communication patterns. Leaders must be able to create a conducive and supportive work environment, so that employees can work comfortably and are motivated.

Performance is an ability that must be possessed by every employee to carry out the duties and responsibilities given by the company to employees. This research aims to examine the influence of work discipline on employee performance, examine the influence of employee placement on employee performance and supervision on employee performance. The population in this study is all employees, number of employees and position at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre I North Sumatra and a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software tools. The results of this research show that work discipline has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee placement has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, employee placement and supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

'Kids represent the future. One's commitment to self-reflection, meditation, and exploring one's inner self.' Various factors contribute to this, including the practice of fasting during Ramadan. Children are taught how to observe Ramadan. Adhering to the child's level of development and capability when it comes to fasting. achievements in children's development spiritual intelligence can be assessed through indicators of spiritual intelligence as well as the values that it impacts. Nurturing children's spiritual intelligence at a young age by encouraging them to practice fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. The research methodology employs a qualitative method. The methods employed to gather data through observing, interviews & documentation.

The management of oil and gas (Migas) in Indonesian energy law has witnessed a shift towards national control, including provisions in the 1945 Constitution that establish natural resources as state wealth. Law No. 22/2001 regulates various technical, economic, environmental, and community participation aspects of the oil and gas sector. Decisions by the Constitutional Court (MK) have clarified the state's ownership of Migas resources in accordance with the constitution. Renewable energy is crucial for Indonesia's sustainable development, with collaboration between the government and the private sector aimed at increasing the penetration of renewable energy, overcoming financial barriers, and protecting the environment. The MK's decision regarding Law No. 22/2001 supports state sovereignty, the interests of the people, and the goals of preserving natural resources and sustainable development. The key issue at hand is the nature of oil and gas management in Indonesian energy law and whether the legal considerations in the Constitutional Court's decision No. 36/PUU-X/2012 align with Indonesian energy law. The research method employed in this study is a normative juridical approach, also referred to as doctrinal research, which involves the examination of legal documents and literature. Through this research, Indonesia aims to fulfill its commitment to reducing environmental impact and dependence on fossil fuels through renewable energy sources.

The Gunung Lengkuas Village Office serves the community and public services in general. As we know, the task of the sub-district government is to support and assist the government in providing public services in the sub-district in its activities in accordance with its duties and responsibilities, providing facilities, directing administration, implementing service systems, and so on. However, there are several problems in public services at the Gunung Lengkuas District office, where there are several complaints submitted by the public, including the behavior of officers such as employee discipline, handling of complaints that are not followed up and so on. Therefore, this research aims to measure the level of community satisfaction in Gunung Lengkuas Village, East Bintan District. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. In accordance with PAN Ministerial Decree No.14 of 2017, there are 9 indicators for community satisfaction surveys, namely requirements, system mechanisms and procedures, completion time, costs, product specifications, types of services, implementer competence, implementer behavior, complaint handling. , suggestions and input as well as facilities and infrastructure. The results of the research show that the survey score for community satisfaction with services at the Gunung Lengkuas Village office, East Bintan District, is 74.8 in the Bad category. The indicator with the highest index value with an average IKM value of 95 is costs and the indicator with the lowest index value with an average IKM value of 1.5 is facilities and infrastructure in the question of the existence of a lactation room.

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on the work productivity of employees at the Sidrap Regency Civil Service Police and Fire Department. The sample in this study was 85 people, namely all employees at the Sidrap Regency Police Service and Fire Department. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from distribution via questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between the variables work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee work productivity (Y) as proven through analysis of the T test and f test, where variable X has t count > t table (X1) 6.178 > 1.98932 and (X2) 2.566 > 1.98932. The results of this research also show that the calculated f value > table f (0.000 < 0.5). And R square is 35.9%.
