This study aims to describe the current and preferred organizational culture profile of PT Eddy Transport Raya based on the perceptions of all employees. The sampling method in this study is included in the type of saturated sample, where all the population numbers are samples. The total population in this study was 33 consisting of all employees of PT Eddy Transport Raya, so there were 33 people to be used as samples for research data collection. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaires to all employees. The variable in this study is organizational culture with 4 indicators indicator or type of culture namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. The results of these 4 indicators provide an understanding of the organizational culture of the company. Thus it can help leaders in terms of communication and decision making within the company. In this study, employees have the perception that the current organizational culture of PT Eddy Transport Raya is more towards clan culture. In addition, employees have the desire to change and improve the organizational culture to become adhocracy.

One of the programs to reduce population growth in realizing a family planning program (KB). The results of the prevalence of family planning in Indonesia based on the 2015 Fertile Age Couples Monitoring Survey reached 65.4% with the IUD method, which is still very low (4.7%). This study aims to determine the relationship between parity and husband's support with the use of IUDs at the Hanna Kasih Primary Clinic in 2020. The population in this study were acceptors who currently use IUD KB and have used IUD KB but now choose other types of family planning. The number of samples in this study were taken by total sampling, amounting to 30 people. The results obtained in this study from 30 respondents the majority were Scundipara, namely 11 (36.7%) respondents. Based on husband's support, the majority received positive husband support, namely 22 (73.3%). Based on the bivariate analysis, there is a significant relationship between parity and husband's support with the use of IUD contraceptives at the Pratama Hana Kasih clinic in 2020, with p value for parity <0.05 (p = 0.015) and for husband support with p value <0.05. (p = 0.000). It is hoped that the head of the Pratama Clinique Hanna Kasih will continue to provide support in the selection of the IUD contraceptive and the husband will continue to provide positive support for the wife to continue to use the IUD contraceptive device.

In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

Our body needs antioxidants that can help protect the body from free radical attacks, considering that very many free radicals come from outside the body, namely in the form of foods that contain preservatives, dyes, fats, pesticides, pollution, dust and ultraviolet radicals. The process of making snack bars, roasting temperature and the proportion of flour are among those that can affect the characteristics and maturity levels of the resulting product. This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature and flour formulations on sensory, texture profiles and antioxidants. The study used RALf (complete random design of factorial) 2 factors. From the results of this study obtained the results of roasting temperature affecting the profile value of the texture parameters hardness / hardness, gummieness / stickiness, chewieness / chewing power but has no effect on the results of antioxidant activity and hedonic sensory. The formulation of cornstarch and moringa flour on the results of the texture profile affects the parameters of resielience / snack bars. Formulation of corn flour snack bars and Moringa flour has a real effect on the antioxidant activity value of corn flour snack bars and moringa flour. Where the addition of moringa as much as 10% with a temperature of 120oC has a value of %ibhibisi as much as 87.66 and flour formulations also have a real effect on all hedonic sensory parameters, namely aroma, color,  taste and overall.

The hydrogen economy is a shift in the use of fossil energy to energy derived from hydrogen. This study seeks to determine the profile of energy consumption in the city of Semarang, especially in the transportation sector with simulation calculations in a certain year. By knowing the profile of energy consumption in the transportation sector in the city of Semarang, the output of this research is a planning study to build hydrogen economic infrastructure and make possible steps. At the end of this paper, it will be known how big the potential for hydrogen infrastructure development is so that later it can be a guide in determining the right policy in carrying out hydrogen infrastructure development in the city of Semarang. The design capacity of hydrogen production at PT. SAMATOR is 1000 m3/hour. Production breakdown per day : 550 m3/hour x 24hours = 13,200m3. If the production is maximized for 360 days per year, the total hydrogen production in Semarang is 4,752,000m3. In 2020, the demand for hydrogen in the city of Semarang = 1,955,780 m3. With this research data, it can be analyzed that hydrogen production in the city of Semarang can meet the needs of hydrogen for transportation in the city of Semarang.

The uncertainty method used is statistically and applies only to a series of observations. Determination of the uncertainty value is done by performing repeated measurements five times on the same sample. This method refers to ISO GUM with type A evaluation. The uncertainty value obtained for the best measurement is 0.0034 mm with an expanded uncertainty of 0.0068 mm with a 95% confidence level.

The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Research Method: This study proposes a WAV reprojection algorithm, with the PS being set dynamically entrenched on the image structure.
