The corporate criminal culpability concept is point by point in Article 20, passage (1) of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Annihilation of Debasement, as revised by Law Number 20 in 2001. Concurring to this article, on the off chance that a enterprise locks in in debasement, both the organization and/or its administration can confront criminal charges. The term "and" implies a cumulative approach, holding both the corporation and its management accountable simultaneously, whereas "or" implies an alternate method, holding either the corporation or its management answerable. The usage of "can" generates ambiguity because its application is dependent on the interpretation of prosecutors and judges. School-aged children tend to prefer foods high in sugar, whether when choosing snacks at school or while shopping with their families. Attractive packaging and bright colors often draw children in, making them perceive such foods as tasty. However, excessive and long-term consumption of sugary foods can increase the risk of diabetes mellitus, a condition that is becoming more prevalent among children. Therefore, to mitigate this risk, it is important to provide education on selecting healthy snacks for school-aged children. This education aims to change children's behavior in choosing healthier snacks, which not only affects their health but also ensures they meet their nutritional needs optimally. This educational activity was held on October 11, 2024, at UPT SDN 060881, targeting 50 students. Spiritual leaders and parents can protect their congregations or children from understanding philosophical teachings that influence and shake Christian faith. There needs to be serious faith formation in the congregation to strengthen their faith and answer the challenges of understanding that can destroy Christian faith.

IPS can be interpreted as a study or study of society. Difficulties in understanding social studies material can be caused by various factors, such as the complexity of the content, less effective teaching methods, and a lack of connection between the material and students' daily lives. These factors can hinder students' learning process and affect their overall learning outcomes. The method used in this research is a questionnaire which is a data collection method carried out by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data, where primary data is data directly obtained from respondents while secondary data is data obtained from sources relevant to the research topic, such as books, articles, theses, etc. The results of this research show that the interest of students at SMP Negeri 1 Sidikalang in International Trade material varies, with 50% very interested but 26.7% feeling less interested. The main obstacle comes from the teacher's delivery which is considered less interesting and material which is considered irrelevant to everyday life. Although many students find assignments and evaluations helpful, there is an urgent need for innovation in learning methods to make them more interactive and relevant. Based on the results of a survey conducted via Google Form on 10 respondents from students at SMP Negeri 1 Sidikalang, it appears that students face various obstacles in understanding and being interested in international trade material.

Salvation theology, or soteriology, is one of the fundamental doctrines in religious life. Every religion has a concept of salvation that answers questions about meaning, how to achieve it, as well as who saves and how someone can be saved. In the context of Christian theology, which is Trinitarian, soteriology is considered a development of creation theology. This doctrine emphasizes that salvation is a gift revealed by God as Savior from the beginning of creation. As part of theological studies, soteriology seeks to systematically explain the meaning of the human condition of being happy and good in unity with God after being free from any threat. Various concepts in the church tradition, such as grace, faith, justification, the church, the sacraments, and the saving work of Christ, play an important role in the understanding of salvation. With a broad scope, soteriology covers all aspects of human relationship with God.

This international community service was conducted at Muslimeen Suksa School, Hatyai, Thailand. This PKM was conducted with the aim of providing training with the theme of Mindfullness to increase students' self-confidence. The problem that often occurs is that to motivate students' self-confidence, there is no specific curriculum that supports it. Moreover, students equivalent to high school prioritize emotional souls that are sometimes not accompanied by positive thinking, which has an impact on suboptimal self-confidence. Age is one of the considerations, considering that high school age is an age that prioritizes spontaneity or what is desired. Sometimes ideals have not been described by them. The method of this activity is in the form of training by distributing pretest and posttest answers to show participants' understanding before and after the material is given about Mindfullness, which is expected to increase students' self-confidence with the method being training that takes almost 3 hours, which is attended by around 75 students and 5 teachers and 1 principal. The results obtained in the form of descriptive qualitative by explaining and describing the conditions of participants who participated in this activity happily and enthusiastically, considering that this was the first activity to be followed and carried out by higher education institutions from Indonesia. The end of this activity is closed with relaxation

Honorary staff are people appointed by civil service officials within local government agencies to assist with the duties of the State Civil Apparatus so that their obligations are the same and their income comes from the APBD. Honorary staff are employees who work in government agencies but are not included in the State Civil Service. Honorary workers have not been appointed as permanent employees and still receive payment for their services in the form of an honorarium, not a salary. Regional heads include the Governor, Mayor and Regent as well as the DPRD as regional head partners. This research was conducted using normative juridical research methods. The data collection methods used by the author are interviews and literature study. Interviews are data collection techniques carried out face to face and direct question and answer between researchers and sources, while literature studies are data processing carried out by systematizing written legal materials using a regulatory and case approach. The results of this research show that honorary staff often experience injustice at work. This is indicated by the termination of employment relations by regional heads as happened at the Serdang Bedagai Regency DPRD Secretariat agency. Honorary workers have legal status and protection as regulated in Law Number 20 of 2023. The implementation of this research is that the Government needs to create and implement clear regulations to protect the rights of honorary workers.
