The continuously evolving fashion industry encourages designers to innovate, one such way being the adaptation of Japanese origami techniques into avant-garde fashion design. This research explores the application of origami butterfly forms in garments using a Research and Development (R&D) methodology. This methodology involves stages such as (1) potential problems, (2) data collection (literature review, observation, documentation), (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trial, (7) product revision, (8) wear trial, (9) product revision, and (10) mass production. The objectives of this study are to understand the application of innovative Japanese origami techniques in avant-garde fashion and to detail the garment creation process utilizing these techniques. In this research, the author focuses on the origami form as the central point. The findings indicate that origami techniques can produce unique and strong visual structures. A technical tip for creating these garments is to use a larger stitch size (7 stitches per inch) when sewing synthetic leather to prevent material damage. Expert validation suggests that this design has the potential to be developed as a contemporary fashion innovation, blending traditional values with modernity. This research is expected to serve as a reference for designers and academics interested in incorporating traditional techniques into modern fashion works.

Food waste generated from the household sector is one of the largest contributors to environmental degradation in Indonesia. Food waste generated from the household sector is one of the main contributors to the increasing volume of organic waste in Indonesia. This issue not only creates social and economic problems but also poses a serious threat to environmental sustainability. This study aims to analyze the contribution of household food waste to environmental degradation and to review sustainable management strategies. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA 2020 Statement to review relevant national research conducted during the period 2018-2025. The results of the literature selection show that the impacts of household food waste on environmental sustainability can be categorized into three main dimensions: (1) ecological impacts, including pollution and the increase of greenhouse gas emissions; (2) resource impacts, such as the wastage of energy, water, and land; and (3) social-environmental impacts, including the increasing burden of regional waste management and the declining quality of life for communities living near landfills. The findings emphasize that the management of household food waste plays a crucial role in achieving environmental sustainability, particularly in supporting the attainment of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12, which focuses on responsible consumption and production. Therefore, it is necessary to implement strategies of reduction, reuse, and recycling of food waste at the household level to minimize the negative impacts on environmental sustainability in Indonesia.

Low Birth Weight (LBW) infants are among the leading causes of neonatal morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. This condition is associated with the immaturity of organ systems, including thermoregulation and respiratory function, making infants prone to stress, hypothermia, and oxygenation problems. One nursing intervention that helps improve physiological stability is the nesting technique, which positions the baby similarly to the intrauterine condition using soft rolled cloths as a “nest.” This case study aimed to determine the effect of nesting on oxygen saturation and pulse frequency changes in LBW infants in the perinatology room of RSUD Batang. The design used a descriptive case study with a nursing process approach involving 5 LBW infants who met inclusion criteria. The intervention was carried out by applying nesting for 30 minutes, then measuring oxygen saturation and pulse rate before and after the intervention using a pulse oximeter. The results showed an increase in oxygen saturation and changes in pulse rate after nesting. The mean oxygen saturation before intervention was 94%, increasing to 98% after three days of treatment. The average pulse rate increased from 130 beats/minute to 136 beats/minute, remaining within normal physiological limits (120–160 bpm). This indicates improved comfort and physiological stability due to the flexed position during nesting, which reduces stress and enhances oxygen efficiency. In conclusion, the nesting technique effectively improves oxygen saturation and stabilizes pulse rate in LBW infants. It is recommended as an evidence-based nursing practice for promoting comfort and physiological stability in premature or LBW infants in perinatology units.

Oxytocin massage is a technique used to stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin, which plays a vital role in breastfeeding. Spinal massage stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which then triggers the release of oxytocin. This hormone causes contractions in the muscle cells surrounding the milk ducts, thereby promoting breast milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers. This study used a quantitative design with a quasi-experimental approach, namely a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population was postpartum mothers with breast milk flow problems at the Bandarharjo Community Health Center, Semarang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where researchers selected samples based on certain characteristics. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that the calculated Chi-Square value on the first day (62,000) was greater than the Chi-Square table (12,591), on the second day (54,866 > 23,684), and the third day (58,117 > 32,670). Based on these results, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means there was a significant effect of oxytocin massage on the smooth production of breast milk in postpartum mothers at the Bandarharjo Community Health Center.

Law enforcement against narcotics crimes in Indonesia faces various complex problems, both from legal aspects, institutional structure, and community legal culture. Even though Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics has been enacted, the circulation and abuse of narcotics is still increasing every year. This study aims to analyze problems in law enforcement against perpetrators of narcotics crimes and identify the factors that affect them. The research method used is normative juridical with a legislative approach and a case approach. The results of the study show that the main obstacles lie in the lack of coordination between law enforcement agencies, weak integrity of the apparatus, overlapping regulations, and low public legal awareness. In addition, the limitation of supporting facilities and infrastructure such as rehabilitation facilities, forensic laboratories, and early detection technology also hinders the effectiveness of case handling. The high modus operandi of increasingly sophisticated narcotics networks is also a challenge for the authorities. Therefore, strengthening regulations, increasing the capacity of human resources, utilizing modern technology, and more intensive collaboration between agencies need to be optimized as a comprehensive effort to strengthen the effectiveness of law enforcement in the narcotics sector.

Every year, companies are required to prepare financial reports that include information on their financial condition, performance, and cash flow. This report demonstrates management's accountability for the resources they manage. One of the most important elements in this report is profit. This profit figure is closely monitored by report users, as it is considered a key measure of management's achievements and performance. However, in their financial management, manufacturing companies often face problems related to earnings management practices. Earnings management is an attempt by company management to manipulate or arrange financial reports, especially profits, for specific purposes. This practice can be carried out to demonstrate better financial performance, meet market targets, or reduce tax burdens. The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of earnings management, such as intellectual capital, inflation, and third-party funds. This study utilizes information taken from the financial reports of manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using a purposive sampling method that meets the exploratory steps. This research period was taken over three years, with 78 observations used from 26 manufacturing companies. This research method used Eviews 12 with secondary data types. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence between intellectual capital on profit management, and there is no influence of inflation on profit management, and third party funds do not have a significant influence on profit management..

Although often overlooked by society, mental health is a crucial component of overall health. One of the biggest barriers to managing mental health is the societal stigma associated with People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ). High stigma can lead to negative perceptions that hinder the healing process of those suffering from mental illness. The purpose of this study was to determine how societal perceptions of individuals with mental illness in Cot Rumpun Village, Aceh Besar Regency, relate to societal stigma. This study used a cross-sectional methodology and a descriptive analysis design. Seventy respondents were selected for the study sample using a direct random selection method. The Community Attitudes Against Mentally Ill (CAMI) questionnaire measured public sentiment, and the Perception of Discrimination and Devaluation (PDD) questionnaire measured stigma. Chi-square tests were used in univariate and bivariate data analysis. The majority of respondents expressed positive attitudes toward those with mental health problems (60.0%), while low stigma toward those with mental disorders (54.3%). The results of the Chi-Square test indicate a significant relationship between community stigma and community attitudes towards people with mental disorders (ODGJ) with a value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ <0.05). Health workers are expected to conduct routine counseling and psychoeducation to the community about mental health, including how to deal with, support people with mental disorders appropriately, reducing stigma in the community environment. Local governments and community leaders are also expected to play an active role in creating an inclusive, supportive, discrimination-free social environment for people with mental disorders (ODGJ).

The ambiguity of the concept of state economic loss in Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 of the Corruption Crime Law (Tipikor Law) has yet to be defined normatively or by an official institution with the authority to do so. This uncertainty has given rise to legal problems in law enforcement, especially after Constitutional Court Decision No. 25/PUU-XIV/2016, which changed the qualification of corruption offenses to material offenses, so that the proof of economic loss to the state must be actual loss. However, in practice, as in the Surya Darmadi corruption case, law enforcement officials still face difficulties in determining the measure and method of proving economic loss to the state in a lawful manner. The issues in this study are the basis for the judge's consideration of the element of economic loss to the state in the Central Jakarta District Court Decision No. 62/Pid.Sus-TPK/2022/PN.Jkt.Pst and the obstacles and constraints in proving the element of economic loss to the state in criminal acts of corruption. This study uses a normative legal method with a statute approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the first-level panel of judges assessed that environmental damage and the loss of potential state revenue due to the illegal conversion of forest areas were part of the actual economic loss to the state, while the Supreme Court emphasized the importance of limiting this element to actual loss in accordance with Constitutional Court Decision No. 25/PUU-XIV/2016. The obstacles and constraints in proving the element of state economic loss in corruption crimes stem from internal and external factors that are interrelated and affect the effectiveness of law enforcement.
