This study aims to analyze the influence of red tape on public satisfaction with public services in Indonesia. The research focuses on the definition of red tape, the characteristics of administrative procedures in public services, the level of public satisfaction, the influence of red tape on public satisfaction, and the factors influencing the relationship between red tape and public satisfaction. This study used a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through collecting various literature sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and previous research results relevant to the research topic. The results indicate that red tape is a long, complicated, and excessive bureaucratic procedure that hinders the effectiveness of public services. Furthermore, the results indicate that the quality of human resources, service transparency, bureaucratic culture, and the use of information technology are factors influencing the relationship between red tape and public satisfaction. Digitalization of public services and bureaucratic reform are important solutions to reduce red tape and improve the quality of public services in Indonesia. Thus, it can be concluded that red tape has a significant influence on the level of public satisfaction with public services. Therefore, the government needs to simplify administrative procedures and improve service quality to create effective, efficient, and community-oriented public services.

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that mental health issues frequently arise during late childhood and early adolescence. Adolescence is  a transitional phase marked by physical, emotional, and social changes, which can impact an individual's psychological well-being. Data from the 2022 Indonesia-National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS) showed that approximately 15.5 million adolescents (34.9%) experienced mental health problems, while 2.45 million adolescents (5.5%) were identified as having mental disorders. This confirms that adolescent mental health is an issue that requires serious attention. This study aimed to determine the mental health status of adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Sokaraja. The research method used a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The population included all 12th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Sokaraja, with 188 students selected as samples using a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using the Mental Health Inventory (MHI-38) questionnaire and was analyzed using univariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents were in the good category, amounting to 114 (60.6%). Based on gender characteristics, the majority of respondents were female, amounting to 110 (58.5%), while based on residential status, most respondents lived with their parents/family, amounting to 187 (99.5%). These findings indicated that, in general, the mental health of adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Sokaraja was in a fairly good condition.

This study aims to examine the effect of Employee Digital Wellness (EDW) on Work Engagement (WE) among administration and digital marketing employees in startup companies implementing hybrid working, and to explore the moderating role of Organizational Support for Wellbeing (OSW). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire from 160 purposive-sampled respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.1.1.7. The findings indicate that EDW positively and significantly affects WE (β=0.621; t=8.943; p<0.001), confirming that employees who manage digital technology usage effectively tend to be more energetic, dedicated, and fully engaged in their work. In addition, OSW also positively influences WE (β=0.412; t=5.672; p<0.001), demonstrating that tangible organizational support in the form of wellbeing policies, flexible work arrangements, and mental health programs enhances work engagement. Moreover, OSW moderates the EDW → WE relationship (β=0.173; t=2.713; p=0.007), indicating that the positive effect of digital wellness on engagement is stronger when organizational support is sufficient. These findings highlight the importance of both personal management of digital wellness and consistent organizational wellbeing policies. Practically, organizations are advised to provide digital wellbeing programs, flexible working arrangements, and managerial support to maximize employee engagement, particularly in hybrid working contexts.

Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

At the research location at PT. Ansaf Inti Resource, there are several mining stages such as exploration. In the exploration itself, drilling and logging activities are carried out. However, if not careful in calculating coal resource estimates, there can be potential discrepancies between the estimated coal resources based on the results of drilling data identification and well logging data with the actual results. Exploration activities are activities that are often carried out by companies to determine reserves in an area. Without carrying out these activities, companies will have difficulty estimating the profits to be obtained. To obtain the data needed to carry out exploration activities such as calculating the quality and quantity of coal, it is necessary to carry out drilling such as the full coring method and also carry out logging activities to complete the data and also as comparative data from core drilling. Coal Resources are part of a coal deposit in the form of a certain quantity and have reasonable prospects that allow for economic consideration. Coal resources are divided according to the level of geological confidence into inferred, indicated, and measured categories. Therefore, in this study, the author will calculate coal resources from exploration data collection such as coring data, cutting data, and well logging data as well as coal quality data and process it in Minescape 5.7 software so that it can obtain an estimate of coal resources for each seam at the research location.

The acceptance of family witnesses in divorce cases resulting from violations of taklik talak remains a subject of legal debate within the Indonesian Religious Courts. This debate arises from the normative tension between Article 145 of the Het Herziene Indonesisch Reglement (HIR), which restricts testimony from family members, and the need to uncover material truth in private domestic disputes, particularly in default judgments where the defendant fails to appear before the court. This study aims to analyze the legal basis underlying judges’ considerations in accepting family witnesses in divorce cases caused by violations of taklik talak, using Decision Number 32/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Pkl as a case study. The research employs a normative juridical approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through library research and document analysis of relevant court decisions. The analysis links legal facts with procedural law in religious courts, the theory of rechtsvinding, and the concept of substantive justice. The findings indicate that the acceptance of family witnesses can be legally justified based on Article 76 of Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts as a lex specialis provision, the judges’ authority to conduct legal discovery under Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, and principles of ushul fiqh and fiqhiyyah that support the realization of substantive justice. This study offers a reconstruction of the juridical legitimacy of family witness acceptance through the integration of positive law and Islamic law to strengthen legal certainty in religious court practices.

Regulatory overlap between the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, the Pornography Law, and the Sexual Violence Crimes Law in the handling of online gender-based violence (KBGO) in Indonesia creates a conflict of norms that results in double victimization. This normative legal study aims to identify the concrete forms of victim sacrifice resulting from overlapping regulations and to critique the inability of conflict-resolution mechanisms to address these conflicts through the principle of lex specialis systematica from a substantive justice perspective. The findings reveal four forms of victim sacrifice: victim criminalization, the length of the judicial process, inconsistencies in court rulings, and the failure to fulfill the right to restitution and the right to be forgotten. This study also concludes that the lex specialis systematis principle is inadequate because its dogmatic approach disregards the interests of victims, requires time and expertise that ordinary victims lack, and is not consistently applied in courts. This study recommends a paradigm shift from a dogmatic approach to a victim-centered approach.

This study examines the role of extension agents in supporting the success of beef cattle farmer groups in Tabongo District, Gorontalo Regency. The success of farmer groups is influenced not only by livestock potential, but also by the effectiveness of extension services, institutional capacity, and farmers’ willingness to adopt improved farming practices. Using an explanatory approach, the study collected primary data from 50 members of beef cattle farmer groups across nine villages through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The descriptive findings show that extension agents performed well as educators, facilitators, motivators, dynamizers, and catalysts. However, the catalyst role was excluded from the regression model because its indicators were invalid. Partially, only the motivator role had a significant effect on group success, with a coefficient of 1.683, t-value of 4.758, and significance value of 0.000. The educator, facilitator, and dynamizer roles showed positive but insignificant effects. Simultaneously, the roles of extension agents significantly influenced group success, with an F-value of 9.474 and significance value of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.457 indicates that extension agents explained 45.7% of group success.

Flooding is one of the most common hydrometeorological disasters that significantly affects community life and governmental administration. Post-disaster management requires the involvement of multiple stakeholders through a collaborative approach to accelerate rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts. This study aims to analyze the humanitarian mission carried out by cadets of the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN) in post-flood management in Aceh Tamiang Regency using the Collaborative Governance framework developed by Ansell and Gash (2008). The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through document analysis, including activity reports, photographic documentation, official publications from the Ministry of Home Affairs, IPDN, local governments, and other supporting documents. Data analysis was conducted through coding, categorizing, and thematizing processes, which were subsequently interpreted based on the dimensions of Collaborative Governance. The findings indicate that the involvement of IPDN cadets represents an effective practice of collaborative governance. In the starting conditions dimension, collaboration was driven by the urgent need for rehabilitation and the limited resources available to the local government. The facilitative leadership dimension was reflected in the roles of the Ministry of Home Affairs, local governments, and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facilitating coordination among stakeholders. Furthermore, institutional design was manifested through clear task allocation and coordination mechanisms, while the collaborative process was characterized by dialogue, trust, commitment, and shared understanding in supporting post-disaster recovery.

The development of the digital economy has driven increased customer interaction through online chat services, making customer satisfaction a key factor in business success. Response speed and chat service quality are two important aspects in shaping the customer experience, but previous research has tended to examine them separately. This study aims to analyze the influence of online chat services and response speed on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review of 12 scientific articles from 2020–2025 obtained from academic databases such as Google Scholar and SINTA. The analysis technique used is descriptive-critical through the identification, comparison, and synthesis of previous research findings. The results show that online chat services have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, primarily through interaction quality such as information accuracy, ease of use, and problem-solving ability. Response speed has also proven to be an important determinant, where a fast response significantly increases customer satisfaction. However, speed without quality has the potential to decrease satisfaction. The discussion shows that the two variables have a complementary and inseparable relationship. Online chat services function as a medium for interaction, while response speed is a quality attribute that determines the effectiveness of the service. Therefore, the integration of both in one model is the main contribution of this research in filling the literature gap, especially in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the role of online sales in maintaining the financial stability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The increasing adoption of digital channels, such as marketplaces, social media, messaging applications, live selling, and digital payment systems, has transformed online sales into not only marketing tools but also mechanisms that may affect cash flow continuity and business sustainability. Despite their growing importance, empirical evidence regarding the contribution of online sales to MSME financial stability remains limited. This study employs a quantitative explanatory research design. The population consists of MSME owners in West Sumatra who utilize online sales, while purposive sampling was used to select respondents who had engaged in online selling for at least one year and maintained cash flow records. Data were collected from 102 respondents through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that online sales have a positive and significant effect on financial stability, with a path coefficient of 0.632, a t-value of 9.214, and a p-value below 0.001. These results indicate that effective use of online sales enhances cash flow continuity, income regularity, working capital adequacy, and financial resilience. However, the benefits depend on disciplined management of digital costs, discounts, platform fees, shipping expenses, product returns, and cash flow records. This study contributes to MSME digitalization literature by highlighting online sales as a strategic instrument for strengthening financial stability rather than merely a marketing channel.

Waste is an environmental problem that can cause air pollution and health problems if not managed properly. The presence of Temporary Waste Disposal Sites (TPS) close to residential areas often produces unpleasant odors due to the decomposition of organic waste, thus disturbing the comfort of the community. This study aims to determine the relationship between the distance of homes from TPS and odor disturbances in the community in Andounuhu Village, Kendari City. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design on 58 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and observations, then analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results showed that residents living less than 100 meters from the TPS experienced odor disturbances more often than those living further away. The further the distance of the house from the TPS, the level of odor disturbance tended to decrease. This study shows that the proximity of residential areas to TPS affects environmental comfort, so that more optimal TPS management is needed through routine waste transportation and arranging TPS locations that are not too close to residential areas.

The quick advancement of digital technology has drastically changed the social and religious life of Indonesian teenagers. The purpose of this study is to investigate how pupils at Al Muslim Junior High School's daily worship practices, self-control, and fear of missing out (FoMO) affect the principles of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The study used a quantitative methodology with a causal and correlational design. All students in grades VII, VIII, and IX made up the study population for the 2025–2026 school year. Using the Slovin formula, a proportionate stratified sample of 171 students with a 5% margin of error was chosen. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was used to gather data. The Pearson Product-Moment correlation (r > 0.30) was used to evaluate validity, while Cronbach's Alpha (α > 0.70) was used to test reliability. Multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 was used for quantitative analysis, beginning with traditional assumption tests for heteroscedasticity (Glejser), multicollinearity (VIF), and normality (Kolmogorov-Smirnov). According to the analysis results, self-control had a substantial, favorable impact on the practice of PAI values, but FoMO had no significant influence (β = -0.034, p = 0.530).

This study aims to examine the role of customer trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior. As digital marketing evolves, companies are required not only to create engaging content but also to build strong trust to influence purchase intention, loyalty, and customer engagement. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines, selecting 52 empirical articles from reputable international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, and ScienceDirect, published between 2015 and 2026. The analysis involved thematic and descriptive synthesis to assess the strength of digital marketing’s impact on customer trust and consumer behavior outcomes. The results indicate that digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer trust formation (β=0.652; p<0.001). Customer trust functions as a partial mediator that strengthens the impact of digital marketing on purchase intention, loyalty, and engagement. The direct effect of digital marketing on consumer behavior is weaker when trust is not optimally established. These findings emphasize that effective digital marketing strategies must focus on transparency, security, credibility, and personalization to maximize consumer behavior outcomes. Practically, this study provides important implications for companies and digital marketing practitioners, highlighting that successful campaigns rely not only on content and visibility but also on the ability to build customer trust. The study also opens avenues for future research to examine more specific trust dimensions, including platform integrity, information quality, and social proof, within increasingly complex digital marketing contexts.

This study examines the effect of digital banking transformation on financial inclusion in emerging economies, using Indonesia as a case study. Digital banking transformation refers to the technological development of banking services, including accessibility, transaction speed, system security, service integration, and the availability of user-relevant financial features. Financial inclusion is defined as individuals’ ability to access, use, and benefit from formal financial services in an easy, secure, affordable, and sustainable way. This research employs a quantitative explanatory design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to users of mobile banking, internet banking, digital bank applications, and digital payment services in Indonesia. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling with criteria of being at least 17 years old, residing in Indonesia, and having used digital banking services within the last six months. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that digital banking transformation has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, with a path coefficient of 0.684, a t-value of 14.276, and a p-value of 0.000. The R-square value of 0.468 shows that 46.8% of the variance in financial inclusion is explained by digital banking transformation. These findings suggest that digital banking expands access to financial services, increases usage of formal financial products, and reduces barriers related to distance and cost. However, its effectiveness still depends on digital literacy, security, trust, infrastructure, and consumer protection. The study implies that banks and regulators should strengthen inclusive, secure, and affordable digital financial services for underserved communities.
