Gold savings is a type of savings in the form of gold measured in grams, which can increase or decrease over time. The balance of gold savings can be exchanged for gold bars based on the number of gold grams in the account, such as 1 gram, 2 grams, or multiples thereof. The purpose of this gold savings socialization is to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding to housewives about the benefits of gold savings as an investment tool. The service partner consists of 20 housewives from RT 08 RW 15, Meteseh Village, Semarang City. The community service method includes preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The preparation phase involved gathering information, determining the theme, and organizing the material for the activity. The implementation of PKM involved providing education through lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, and simulations on gold savings knowledge. The evaluation phase consisted of administering pre-test and post-test questionnaires and preparing a final report. The results of the Community Service implementation, based on the evaluation of pre-test and post-test for the housewives of RT 08 RW 15, showed an improvement in knowledge and understanding of gold savings, from 36.25% in the pre-test to 66.75% in the post-test.

Pesticides are used to control pests in farming and plantations, so that agricultural and plantation production can increase. However, the use of pesticides can have a negative impact on the environment and the health of farmers. In fact, it causes poisoning and disease, both acutely and chronically. Farmers are the main work that the community is engaged in in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency and is a PKM partner and is a UMI Assisted Village. PKM activities are: (1) Counseling on negative impacts on health due to the use of pesticides, (2) Sanitary inspections and inspection of pesticide content in clean water sources such as wells, (3) Provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves in spraying pesticides on farmers in Borisallo Village. This activity is funded by the UMI Waqf Foundation. The results of the implementation of PKM (1) Health counseling due to the use of pesticides on farmers in Borisallo Village, (2) Then continued with  sanitary inspections and examination of pesticide content in clean water sources such as wells (3) Ended with the provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves that can be used when spraying pesticides on farmers. It is recommended to have regular health checks on farmers, regular inspections of clean water sources, and technical guidance on how to manage and spray pesticides safely and healthily.

Fostered partners are partners formed by KKN group III students in Rato Village, Bolo Subdistrict while business actors are those in the village of Rato with the type of business, namely typical regional snacks. This activity aims to provide knowledge to fostered partners and also business people in Rato Village about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. The method offered to partners / SMEs is in the form of education / socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors, (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of this activity show that flower pangaha MSMEs are very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

This research discusses the role of business ethics in Karijawa Permai MSMEs, which focuses on building consumer trust, improving reputation, and creating harmonious relationships with stakeholders. Ethical practices, such as honesty in service, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility, help strengthen the position of these MSMEs in the competitive local market. In addition, consistent implementation of business ethics is able to increase employee loyalty and support environmental sustainability. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The Role of Ethics in Doing Business for MSME Actors, (2) Benefits in Doing Business for MSME Actors (3) The Application of Ethical Principles in Doing Business in Finance, Marketing, Production and Human Resources Activities. The findings show that the effective implementation of business ethics not only improves operational performance, but also has a positive impact on local communities and economies. Thus, business ethics is a strategic element in optimizing the contribution of Karijawa Permai MSMEs to sustainable development. The activity also showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The current reliance on chemical fertilizers has caused many problems in agricultural practices, such as the decline in soil quality and crop resistance to environmental stress. Farmers are encouraged to use chemical fertilizers, due to the lack of efficiency of nutrient absorption in plants which results in a lack of productivity of agricultural products. This research aims to review in depth the role of Mycorrhizal fungi in increasing the efficiency of nutrient uptake by plants. The research method used is the literature review method to explore more deeply the role of mycorrhizal fungi in increasing the efficiency of plant nutrient uptake. The results stated that mycorrhizal fungi have great potential as microorganism partners in increasing plant nutrient uptake. With its ability to expand the root absorption area, and enhance plant growth, improve soil structure and reduce pollution, mycorrhiza can contribute significantly to agricultural sustainability.

In addition, it will also affect decision making to achieve the best quality of livestock production; The variety of employee socialization styles with partner farmers who have their own characteristics and different socialization models; and The achievement of livestock production quality in a company is fluctuating which is influenced by different employee competencies, in this case, influenced by different levels of employee knowledge and experience. The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of employee knowledge on the quality of livestock production; the influence of experience on the quality of livestock production; and the influence of employee knowledge and experience on the quality of livestock production. While the method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach, while the technical data analysis, namely descriptive statistics Analysis and Inductive Statistics (Inferential) with correlation and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study and discussion show that employee knowledge has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; experience has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; and employee knowledge and experience have a positive effect on the quality of livestock production.

This research examines the legal aspects of collaborative programs in integrated waste management systems in Batam City. The study focuses on analyzing the regulatory framework, identifying implementation challenges, and developing recommendations for effective multi-stakeholder collaboration. Using a mixed normative and empirical juridical approach, data was collected through document analysis, in-depth interviews, and field observations. The findings reveal significant regulatory fragmentation between central and local governments, coordination gaps among stakeholders, and legal barriers in public-private partnerships. The research proposes improvements to the legal framework, strengthening coordination mechanisms, and developing supportive legal instruments. The study contributes to understanding how regulatory frameworks can better facilitate collaborative waste management programs in urban settings.

This study analyzes the theme of marriage delay in the novel Induk Gajah by Ira Gita Sembiring which reflects the conflict between tradition and modernity in Indonesian society. The novel depicts social pressures, individual choices, and changes in cultural values faced by unmarried women at a certain age. The main focus of this study is to identify factors that influence the decision to postpone marriage, such as family pressures, career priorities, emotional trauma, and incompatibility with potential partners. The results of the study show that the delay in marriage, as depicted in this novel, is not a failure but a form of awareness of individual needs and rights. This novel provides a critique of societal norms that often limit women, and emphasizes the importance of freedom to choose the path of life without judgment.

This project aims to design and implement a manual attendance system as an alternative solution for PT Greenindo Plastiktama Industri. The system addresses issues with the fingerprint attendance system, particularly during system errors or for part-time employees. Methods employed in this study include interviews, observations, and documentation to thoroughly understand the partner's needs. The implementation results indicate that the manual attendance system assists the HR department in recording attendance efficiently and provides an easily accessible alternative for employees. The conclusion of this study highlights that the manual attendance system, designed to be simple, flexible, and tailored to the company’s needs, effectively enhances attendance recording efficiency and supports overall company operations.

This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy and online marketing skills for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojongkulur Village. The activity focuses on utilizing digital platforms such as GoFood and GrabFood as tools to expand the marketing reach of MSME products. The methods employed include counseling, training, and direct mentoring. The program results indicated an increased understanding of digital platforms among MSMEs and a rise in the number of MSMEs registered as partners. Challenges encountered include the initial lack of digital literacy among some MSMEs and limitations in supporting devices.

Numeracy is not only the responsibility of mathematics teachers, but also the responsibility of all non-mathematics teachers, namely teachers who teach subjects other than mathematics. The approach needed is cross-subject numeracy. Based on the results of interviews with partner schools, it was obtained that teachers in these schools still have minimal knowledge about numeracy literacy and numeracy reinforcement in non-mathematics lessons. The solution offered is to provide reinforcement of numeracy literacy materials and provide reinforcement of non-mathematics or cross-subject numeracy literacy materials so that non-mathematics teachers can also improve students' numeracy in subjects other than mathematics. The implementation mechanism consists of 3 main stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Evaluation of program implementation is measured from the increase in participants' knowledge from pretest to posttest and the participant's response questionnaire to this activity. Based on the results of the community service, it can be concluded that this activity makes a good contribution to increasing the knowledge and understanding of SMP Terpadu Darul Dakwah teachers regarding cross-subject numeracy literacy and examples of learning activities to strengthen numeracy literacy in subjects other than mathematics. The number of participants who experienced an increase in score from pretest to posttest was 100%, meaning that all participants in the activity experienced an increase in knowledge. In addition, it can also be seen from the average pretest of 48 and the average posttest of 75.5. The overall process of implementing this activity went well and smoothly. This activity also received a positive response from the participants with a score percentage of 90.25%.

The use of a digital-based system must also be supported by strengthening user competencies through a digital literacy training program for village communities. This community service program aims to increase public awareness of information security in using digital media in the LeDig Program can increase productivity, expand markets, and create new jobs in Indramayu Regency. The purpose of implementing Community Service (PkM) is to overcome the problems faced by community service partners, namely difficulties in learning accounting for class XII SOS students at SMAK St. Darius Larantuka. This activity is also a follow-up to the previous study entitled "Analysis of Difficulties in Learning Accounting for the Sub-Material of Service Company Worksheets for Class XII SOS Students at SMAK St. Darius Larantuka in the 2024/2025 Academic Year". The form of community service carried out is training and assistance in compiling worksheets for service companies. The participants involved were 20 students from class XII SOS 2. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely: 1) delivery of material regarding worksheets for service companies, 2) practice of compiling worksheets, and 3) evaluation of work results. The material was delivered collaboratively by the economics subject teacher, Mr. Abel Andisolo Sogen, S.Pd, and the community service lecturer, Mrs. Maria Fatima B. Beribe, M.Pd. In the practice stage, participants were asked to compile worksheets based on the case studies that had been submitted. During this process, participants were assisted by the service team until they achieved the expected results. To measure the participants' abilities and skills in compiling working papers, they were then asked to complete different case study questions independently. The results of the participants' work were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods, which showed an increase in understanding and skills during independent practice compared to during mentoring. This is reflected in the scores obtained by the participants, which ranged from 85 to 95, and reached the target of 90% of what the service team wanted. However, there were several participants who had difficulty in compiling working papers due to lack of accuracy in the calculations, so that the calculation results in the Balance Sheet column were not balanced.

Childbirth, whether through vaginal delivery or Cesarean section (CS), is a significant event often accompanied by psychological challenges such as anxiety, particularly among women undergoing CS. This quantitative study aimed to explore the correlation between spousal support and anxiety levels in 40 first-time CS candidates. Using purposive sampling, this research employed the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and the Spousal Support Questionnaire as measurement tools. The majority of respondents were aged 26-35 years (80%), in their third trimester of pregnancy (100%), primigravida (80%), and presented with indications for CS (65%). All respondents reported receiving supportive spousal support during their pregnancy. The study revealed that 70% of mothers experienced mild anxiety, with only 5% reporting moderate anxiety. Statistical analysis using the Spearman rank test demonstrated a significant relationship between spousal support and anxiety levels among first-time CS candidates (p = 0.034, p < 0.05). This suggests that higher levels of spousal support correlate with lower anxiety levels in expectant mothers undergoing CS. The findings underscore the importance of spousal support during pregnancy and childbirth, highlighting the need for partners to accompany and provide emotional support to mitigate anxiety. Future research should explore additional factors influencing anxiety and consider interventions to enhance support mechanisms for expectant mothers undergoing CS.

This activity aims to increase the creativity of grade X students of SMA Negeri 4 Palembang through learning to write short stories (hikayat). The method uses a collaborative traditional story approach design. This action involves Indonesian language teachers as partners in the planning, implementation and evaluation process. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and analysis of the results of short story writing activities through students' writing. The results of the activity showed that learning to write short stories (hikayat) can increase students' creativity, by significantly increasing the aspects of imagination, originality, and authenticity of this learning also increases students' motivation and interest in writing. Therefore, learning to write short stories (hikayat) can be an effective strategy to increase students' creativity at SMA Negeri 4 Palembang

In this era of digitalization, there are many changes in lifestyle, shopping, traveling, communicating and interacting, all online. Ironically, even crime has metamorphosed to adapt to the era of digitalization. Various forms of cybercrime such as phishing, spam, spying and gambling. Gambling fans are now starting to shift from traditional gambling to the trend of online gambling. In fact, interest is increasing day by day. This is because it is easy to carry out online gambling activities without fear of being raided by law enforcement officers. It is difficult to eradicate online gambling operators because they are operated with servers located abroad. The social impact that emerged was felt by the community. Starting from the high divorce rate due to online gambling, family financial problems, and triggering other criminal acts such as theft, robbery due to losing gambling. Multi-sector efforts that can be carried out by government agencies include collaboration between government agencies and law enforcement officials in carrying out public awareness campaigns, monitoring illegal websites that provide online gambling services, collaborating with international partners, as well as strengthening regulations and law enforcement efforts.
