Handaka Vijjananda's Buddhist comic "Aṅgulimāla: True Repentance" depicts the repentance of a ruthless murderer who undergoes spiritual transformation after meeting Gautama Buddha. This story not only conveys Buddhist moral teachings but also reflects the social, cultural, and religious dynamics of ancient Indian society. This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and genetic structures of the Buddhist comic "Aṅgulimāla" using Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with the primary data source being the comic "Aṅgulimāla." Data collection techniques were conducted through intensive reading and note-taking, while data analysis was conducted by linking the intrinsic elements of the literary work with the socio-historical context and the author's worldview. The results show that the intrinsic structure of the comic "Aṅgulimāla" includes themes of repentance, karma, loving-kindness (metta), and wisdom; strong characters and characterizations; a progressive plot; internal and external conflicts; and a time, place, and social setting that reflect 6th-century BCE Indian society. Meanwhile, its genetic structure reveals human facts such as the caste system, power relations, and social morality, as well as the author's worldview, which emphasizes Buddhist values such as compassion, self-transformation, and hope for human moral change. Thus, genetic structuralism analysis confirms that the comic Aṅgulimāla is a literary work that is not only narrative in nature but also reflects social realities and humanitarian messages relevant to modern life.

The digital era has brought inevitable changes to human life, changing the way we communicate, interact, and access information. Digital space has become a new public space where individuals can express themselves, access information, and participate in public life. However, this digital space is also vulnerable to human rights violations, such as mass surveillance, the spread of hate speech, and information manipulation. The rapid development of digital technology has outstripped the ability of international law to regulate it, creating a significant legal gap where human rights in the digital space are not adequately protected. This challenge is further complicated by the cross-border nature of the internet and other digital technologies. This journal discusses international legal issues related to the protection of human rights in the digital era. This research uses a normative legal research method with a case study approach, analyzing international legal documents such as international treaties, UN resolutions, and international court jurisprudence. This journal also analyzes case studies related to human rights violations in the digital era. The results of the study indicate that a more comprehensive international legal framework, clear international standards, and effective law enforcement efforts are needed to protect human rights in the digital space. The proposed recommendations include developing a comprehensive legal framework, enhancing international cooperation, strengthening law enforcement efforts, increasing public awareness, and civil society participation.

The release of medical information is the process of disclosing or sharing information about a patient's health condition, medical history, or medical examination results with other parties. Due to the sensitive nature of the information contained in medical records, healthcare providers are obligated to ensure that all information is appropriately accountable. This study aims to explore the work activities of medical record officers and health information management in the process of releasing medical information to insurance parties at Tarakan Regional General Hospital (RSUD Tarakan). This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach by explaining the results of interviews regarding the work activities of medical record officers and health information management in the process of releasing medical information to insurance parties. RSUD Tarakan already has standard operating procedures related to the release of medical information, both to insurance parties that cooperate and to those that do not cooperate. In the work activities of the officers, the stages of data collection for insurance types, the request flow stage, data collection stage, data processing stage, and data presentation stage involve the insurance services and fundraising departments in the release process for cooperating insurance parties. Meanwhile, the medical records department and the information department are only involved in the release of medical information to non-cooperating insurance parties. The challenges in releasing medical information to non-cooperating insurance parties include the lack of requirements provided by patients, as they are often unaware of the necessary documents and the process for requesting the release of medical information, which can cause delays in the process.

Nausea and moting affect most women in early pregnancy. Up to 80% of women experience nausea and vomiting to some degree during the first trimester, and for some, these symptoms typically resolve by 12 to 14 weeks. Nausea and vomiting can occur due to elevated levels of estrogen and HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin),but psychological factors also play a role in this condition. Complaints of nausea and vomiting are physiological in nature; however, if not promptly addressed, they can turn pathological and lead to pregnancy complications. Non-pharmacological methods, such as lemon-infused water, can effectively tackle nausea and vomiting. This quantitative research determined the effect of lemon-infused water on relieving nausea and vomiting in pregnant women during the first trimester with a pre-experimental design and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study consists of pregnant women in their first trimester suffering from nausea and vomiting at the Kedungmundu Public Health Center. The chosen sampling technique was purposive sampling yielded a sample size of 30 pregnant women in their first trimester. The Wilcoxon statistical test and the result show a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho). This indicates that giving pregnancy women lemon-infused water relieves nausea and vomiting during the first trimester.

Tuna fish (Thunnus albacares) is a fish that has a fairly high economic value and is the dominant catch landed at PPS Nizam Zachman which comes from the WPPNRI 573. Based on the high production results and fishing activities, it is necessary to analyze the utilization level that has been carried out by PPS Nizam Zachman in the WPPNRI 573 for the sustainability of tuna fish (Thunnus albacares). This study aims to determine the CPUE (Catch per Unit Effort), sustainable potential (MSY), utilization level and effort level of tuna fish (Thunnus albacares) landed at PPS Nizam Zachman. This study was conducted on 18 until 30 November 2024. The method used in this study is the Schaefer surplus production method approach. Tuna (Thunnus albacares) were caught using handline fishing gear, purse seines, and tuna longlines. The standard used as the FPI (Fishing Power Index) is the highest CPUE value, namely purse seines. Based on the analysis using the Schaefer model, the intercept value (a) shows 30.864 and the slope (b) is -16.458. The intercept value shows that if there is no fishing effort, the potential for tuna (Thunnus albacares) in WPPNRI 573 available in nature is still 30.864 tons/trip. The MSY catch was 14,469,702 tons, the optimum effort was 938 trips, and the allowable catch was 11,575,762 tons with an average utilization rate of tuna (Thunnus albacares) in WPPNRI 573 landed at PPS Nizam Zachman of 92% with an average effort rate of 106%. This shows that the utilization rate of tuna (Thunnus albacares) in WPPNRI 573 landed at PPS Nizam Zachman is in a dense catch condition.

Red snapper (Lutjanus sp) in Brondong waters, Lamongan Regency, is one of the main sources of livelihood for local fishermen. To increase the catch, optimizing the use of fishing gear, including setting time, is important. This study aims to determine the effect of differences in setting time on hand line fishing gear on red snapper catches. The study was conducted using the experimental fishing method, by dividing the setting time of hand line fishing gear into 2 treatments, namely morning 08.00-11.00 and afternoon 15.00-18.00. Based on the T test on paired samples, the average catch at 08.00-11.00 WIB was 2,131 with a total of 34.1 kg, while at 15.00-18.00 WIB, the average catch reached 6.4 with a total of 102.4 kg. The T-test results show that the t-count is greater than the t-table, so the null hypothesis is rejected and it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the red snapper catches in the two time periods. Red snapper tends to be more active in foraging in the afternoon to evening, in line with its nocturnal nature. Several studies have stated that predatory fish such as red snapper hunt more when the light begins to dim. However, other factors such as food availability and physical conditions of the waters can also affect fish feeding activity. These findings provide additional insight into the feeding behavior of red snapper and the factors that influence its presence in the waters.

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a public health problem of concern because of its contagious nature. Success in treating pulmonary TB, which is very important to prevent drug resistance, is largely determined by patient compliance in taking medication regularly. However, the most important factor in the diagnosis of this disorder is the extent to which recommendations are followed. Therefore, the task of the family exercise monitor (PMO) is very important in helping the patient accept the forced teaching. The aim of this research is to analyze family members on the health status of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who come to take medication at the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. The design in this research analysis is cross-sectional correlation, specifically to test the relationship between two variables at the same time. This sample consisted of 71 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis registered at Balai Tlogosari Kulon. At this institution, a cross-sectional correlation analysis design is used to analyze the relationship between two variables over a period of time. The sample in this study was 71 TB patients registered at the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. Purposive sampling is a sample collection technique used, where respondents are carefully selected based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the research objectives. The tool used to accumulate data is a questionnaire, which is designed to collect information about the variables studied. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then analyzed using the Chi-square test to analyze whether there was a significant relationship between these variables. The results of the study explained that the majority of respondents, namely 40 people (56.3%), rated the family's role as Medication Monitoring Supervisor (PMO) in the good category, while 28 respondents (39.4%) showed good compliance in taking medication. The Chi-square test results show that the significance value is p = 0.003, (<0.05). This shows that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This research can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for pulmonary TB clients at the Tlogosari Kulon Community Health Center.

This research addresses the problematic inclusion of exoneration clauses stipulating positive reviews for warranty claims on Shopee. While the prohibition of exoneration clauses is not explicitly articulated within statutory regulations, it may be inferred from Article 18 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection about prohibited standard clauses. Nevertheless, the practice of utilizing exoneration clauses, particularly those mandating positive reviews for warranty claims, persists, notably within the marketplace domain. This study adopts an empirical legal methodology, employing both primary and secondary data sources, which comprise primary and secondary legal materials. Data collection was executed through interviews utilizing a purposive sampling technique, and the data was subsequently subjected to qualitative analysis employing an interactive model. The research findings reveal the problematic nature of including exoneration clauses stipulating positive reviews for warranty claims on Shopee, specifically: the inadequate protection afforded to business actors, Shopee's suboptimal efforts in merchant curation, the non-fulfillment of contractual validity requirements, the ineffectiveness of Shopee's Warranty regulations, and the diminution of credibility within the review section.

Christology is the theological study of the person, nature, and work of Jesus Christ. This paper traces the development of Christology from the first century to the fifth century, highlighting the theological dynamics that took place in the early church. In the first century, Christology was based on the teachings of the apostles and the New Testament writings, with the main debate being over the humanity and divinity of Christ. The second and third centuries were characterized by the emergence of various theological schools, such as Gnosticism, Docetism, and Monarchianism, which prompted the church to affirm orthodox teachings. In the fourth century, the Council of Nicea (325 AD) and the Council of Constantinople (381 AD) played an important role in rejecting Arianism and affirming the oneness of Christ's essence with the Father. The fifth century witnessed more complex Christological debates, culminating in the Council of Ephesus (431 AD) and the Council of Chalcedon (451 AD), which established that Christ has two natures divine and human in one undivided person. This research confirms that the development of Christology in the first five centuries provided the foundation for Christian doctrine that continues to influence theological thought today.
