Introduction: Hypertension is a chronic condition in which blood vessel walls experience increased blood pressure, requiring a faster heart rate to pump blood throughout the body. The presence of hypertension influences changes in the results of mean arterial pressure, if the mean arterial pressure is more than 100 mmHg it can cause cerebral circulation disorders resulting in cerebral vascular resistance in hypertensive patients. One non-pharmacological effort to overcome and reduce MAP can be done by providing foot massage therapy. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design approach. The instruments used by researchers were a digital spygmomanometer and observation sheet. Results: Descriptive statistical results showed that the average MAP value before giving a foot massage was 112.49 mmHg and the average MAP after giving a foot massage was 108.43 mmHg. Conclusion: The results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test, a non-parametric statistical test, obtained a p value of 0.000 (? = 0.05). So that p < a, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is approved, this shows that foot massage therapy can influence the results of mean arterial pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in the Kalijati Health Center working area. This research is expected to provide initial information by carrying out foot massage therapy 6 times in 6 consecutive days as an effort to control hypertension and reduce mean arterial pressure (MAP) results.

Lower back pain is a common complaint among pregnant women in the third trimester. It is estimated that approximately 70% of pregnant women experience some form of back pain during pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum. Non-pharmacological therapies such as deep breathing relaxation techniques and effleurage massage therapy can effectively reduce pain levels in these women. This study employs a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental research method and employs purposive sampling with a sample size of 37 participants. Data analysis includes both univariate and bivariate analyses. Most respondents (64.9%) were aged between 20 and 35 years old. Additionally, the majority (64.9%) were experiencing their first pregnancy. All respondents (100%) were confirmed to have no comorbidities. Furthermore, 73% of the participants had tertiary education (Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degrees), and 62.2% continued working during pregnancy. The results of the Wilcoxon test indicated a significant effect (p = 0.000 < 0.05), confirming that effleurage massage and deep breathing relaxation techniques effectively reduce lower back pain in pregnant women. This reduction is attributed to the stimulation of tactile fibers in the skin by effleurage massage, which inhibits pain signals. In conclusion, the findings suggest that implementing effleurage massage and deep breathing relaxation techniques is beneficial for alleviating lower back pain in pregnant women. Public health advice advocates for the application of these techniques to manage such pain effectively.

Currently Riau Islands Province has 3 PPLP Sports Branches that are running, namely Pencak Silat, Taekwondo and Archery which are managed by the Riau Islands Provincial Youth and Sports Office. In its implementation there are several shortcomings such as sports facilities, facilities and infrastructure, and the achievements of athletes. The purpose of this study was to obtain a complete picture and evaluate the process of implementing the coaching program for PPLP athletes in Riau Islands Province. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources, and data collection methods in the form of documentation, interviews, and observations. The theory used by researchers in evaluation uses Masson & Gibbon's theory in Hayat (2018) which includes indicators: The process has run optimally, seen from the role of the management in implementing the coaching program that has been well coordinated. For formative indicators, it is less than optimal as seen from the fulfillment of athletes' facility needs which are not fully met. For summative indicators, it runs less optimally seen from the results of athletes' achievements that have not been consistent at the national level. The conclusion of this research is that the PPLP program has been running quite well in Riau Islands Province, it's just not optimal seen from additional professionals such as sports specialists, infrastructure and the results of athletes' achievements at the National level. Suggestions for improvement are that the administrators involved in the PPLP program must be able to increase their contribution, especially in terms of meeting the needs of athletes

Lung cancer is all malignant diseases in the lungs. In Indonesia in 2020, it was ranked third with 34,783 cases. The nutritional problem faced by lung cancer patients is the difficulty of receiving food. As a result of the presence of cancer in the body and the effects of treatment therapy, cancer patients experience various nutritional problems that if not overcome immediately can worsen their health conditions. Experts state that cancer patients need nutritional screening to detect nutritional disorders, as well as weight loss (BB) and body mass index (BMI) since the patient is diagnosed with cancer. Balanced nutrition can inhibit the likelihood of further weight loss and infection. Although the cure rate of cancer patients is still very low, with the right nutritional therapy and a supportive environment, it is hoped that it can support the success of lung cancer patient therapy.

Serious human  rights violations that occur in Indonesia, such as in Aceh, Papua, Jakarta, Poso and East Timor, fall into the category of crimes against humanity. Indonesia adopted the principles of international law into national law, which were adapted  to the ideological values  of the Indonesian nation, namely Pancasila, namely adopting the principles of genocide (mass extermination of an ethnic group) and the principles of crimes  against humanity contained in Article 6 and 7 Rome Statute 1998. Partially the Rome Statute was implemented in national law by adopting it through Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Court. The problem that arises is how the provisions of Article 6 and 7 of the 1998 Rome Statute  concerning genocide and crimes against humanity were adopted in Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning the Human Rights Court. This research uses a normative juridical approach by studying or analyzing secondary data in the form of secondary legal materials by understanding law as rules or norms  which are benchmarks for human behavior that is considered appropriate.  Research using  this normative juridical method essentially emphasizes the deductive method as a general guide, and inductive method as support. Article 6 of the 1998 Rome Statute concerning Genocide (Mass Extermination of an ethnicity) and Article 7 of the 1998 Rome Statute  concerning Crime Against Humanity are included in the group of serious human rights violations. Indonesia has an interest in promulgating Law Number 26 of 2000 driven by the desire to fulfill the complementary principles adopted by the 1998 Rome Statute so that  Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning trials for serious human rights violations  meets the minimum standarts international law. The 1998 Rome Statute is an international agreement that cannot be reserved  so that ratification of the 1998 Rome Statute is fully binding of ratifying countries so that the Indonesian government must be careful in ratifyng it, but for Indonesia's interests,  several principles and provisions in the 1998 Rome Statute were adopted.
