This study explores the implementation of Task-Based Language Learning (TBLL) in developing an Android-based application to enhance English language proficiency. TBLL was chosen for its focus on real-world language usage, enabling users to practice English skills through practical tasks. The application is developed using the Flutter framework, which supports cross-platform functionality, providing ease of access for users. The study measures the improvement in English language proficiency without relying on surveys for data collection; instead, it uses performance data from users' in-app activities. The findings are expected to demonstrate that integrating TBLL into a digital platform can effectively enhance English proficiency, especially in practical communication skills. This Android-based application implementation is envisioned as an innovative solution for flexible and efficient language learning.

This study aims to investigate the effect of using the Flipped Classroom model assisted by interactive videos on the understanding of social science concepts among fifth-grade students at SD Wujud Kasih Ungaran. The research method employed is quantitative, with the subjects being fifth-grade students. Through an experimental design, this research compares two groups: an experimental group utilizing the Flipped Classroom model and a control group employing conventional methods. The results indicate that the implementation of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by interactive videos has a positive impact on students' understanding of social science concepts. Data analysis using the Independent Sample T-Test reveals a significance value of 0.023, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control groups at a significance level of 0.05. The average understanding score of the experimental group reached 61.61 percent, higher than that of the control group. Furthermore, the results of the Simple Linear Regression Test show an R square value of 0.547, indicating that 54.7% of the variation in students' understanding can be explained by the use of this learning model.  In conclusion, the Flipped Classroom model assisted by interactive videos significantly influences students' understanding of social science concepts, as evidenced by increased enthusiasm and motivation during the learning process. This study recommends the adoption of this model as an alternative in social science education to enhance students' understanding quality.

Many students find traditional learning methods to be uninteresting, which can lead to a lackluster classroom environment. This is often due to teachers delivering material that fails to engage students and a lack of interaction between teachers and students. As a result, students may struggle to understand the material presented to them, leading to suboptimal learning outcomes. However, advancements in technology offer solutions to this issue. The use of Virtual Reality (VR) is an effective way to support learning and make it more engaging. Studies show that incorporating VR in elementary school mathematics education can be particularly helpful. VR allows for a more realistic and contextual learning experience, making topics that are often considered difficult or boring more interesting and interactive. In addition, research has shown that technology such as Wolfram's Mathematica can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts and computational skills. This research aims to explore teachers' understanding of the potential of VR as a learning medium and how it can be used to visualize abstract concepts that are challenging to grasp. By implementing this technology, we can improve learning outcomes for elementary school students.

The selection of agricultural and plantation products often relies on human perception of fruit color. Manual identification through visual observation has several drawbacks, such as time consumption, fatigue, and varying perceptions of quality. Digital image processing technology enables automatic sorting of products. This study applies the Perceptron learning method to identify tomato ripeness. Tomato images are captured using a webcam, analyzed through color histograms, and identified using artificial neural networks. The identification success rate reaches 43.33%, with outputs categorized as Unripe (10%), Half-Ripe (6.66%), and Ripe (26.66%).

This research examines Al-Ghazali's thoughts in shaping the character of student independence through an educational approach. As one of the important figures in the world of Islamic education, besides concentrating on academics, Al-Ghazali proposed an educational approach that emphasizes the development of strong character. Finding out how Al-Ghazali's education helps students become independent is the driving force for this research as well as its application to the current educational context. The research method is a literature review by analyzing Al-Ghazali's relevant works, such as Ihya Ulumuddin and Mizan al-'Amal. The findings show that there are four main components of education as proposed by Al-Ghazali: moral development, inculcation of religious values, learning life skills, and individual independence. These findings are relevant to the challenges of modern education, especially in the effort to form independent and moral students. Educators can look to the results of this study as a resource in designing a curriculum that facilitates students' self-reliance in a holistic manner.

Lack of social skills in students has an impact on students' indifferent attitude towards tasks given by teachers, lack of student participation in school activities and lack of interaction between students so that there are students who tend to be closed and have no sense of concern for their friends. Therefore, the role of teachers is needed in providing a positive contribution to the development of students' social attitudes. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively which aims to describe the problems that occur and relate them to the specified variables and can also be discussed in narrative form. The results of the study found that social skills as an interaction ability between teachers and teachers and teachers with students, and students with students so social skills in schools are related to the relationship of school community interactions, the role of teachers in developing students' social skills attitudes is shown through a learning approach in the classroom, for example through character values explained in learning with the aim of training students to have a sense of sympathy, concern, tolerance which are part of social skills so that in the development of students' social skills at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat, students can accept the application of social skills attitudes well, this can be seen from student interactions both with teachers and with peers. Application of Social Skills attitudes in Learning for students in class that in the learning process carried out by teachers in class at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat, using learning methods such as: question and answer methods, lecture methods, demonstration methods, discussion methods, jigsaw learning methods, peer teaching methods. The application of social skills attitudes in classroom learning, the right method is a method that trains student cooperation, trains how to convey opinions such as question and answer methods, discussion methods. In implementing social skills attitudes, not only teachers have an important role, but social skills are also carried out by other teachers in classroom learning using learning methods that can develop students' social skills.

In the teaching and learning process in educational institutions, one should not be separated from a leader in the class and in this case the teacher or lecturer. The teacher as an educator in helping students in the learning process must pay attention to the methods used so that they can make the learning process interesting so that learning objectives can be achieved. The method used must also be able to bridge and overcome boredom and decreased concentration in students. So it is necessary for teachers to implement the ice breaking method as an alternative to overcome boredom and maintain students' concentration so that they remain stable in the learning process. This research aims to develop an ice breaking method in the aspect of increasing concentration in students. This research discusses (1) How does the implementation of the Ice Breaking method increase student concentration in the Development of Teaching Materials course for the PAI Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Unira Malang?, (2) What are the results of applying the ice breaking method in increasing student concentration in the Development course? Teaching materials for the PAI study program, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Unira Malang?

Credit approval prediction is one of the critical challenges in the financial industry, where the accuracy and efficiency of credit decision-making can significantly affect business risk. This study proposes an outlier detection method using the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) combined with Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) to improve prediction accuracy. GMM is used to detect outliers with a probabilistic approach, allowing for finer-grained anomaly identification compared to distance- or density-based methods. Furthermore, the data cleaned through GMM is processed using XGBoost, a decision tree-based boosting algorithm that efficiently handles complex datasets. This study compares the performance of XGBoost with various outlier detection methods, such as LOF, CBLOF, DBSCAN, IF, and K-Means, as well as various other classification algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning. Experimental results show that the combination of GMM and XGBoost provides the best performance with an accuracy of 95.493%, a recall of 91.650%, and an AUC of 95.145%, outperforming other models in the context of credit approval prediction on an imbalanced dataset. The proposed method has been proven to reduce prediction errors and improve the model's reliability in detecting eligible credit applications.
