The use of cryptocurrency assets in Indonesia is still prohibited as a means of payment but as an investment instrument it can be included as a commodity that can be traded on a term exchange as regulated in the regulation of Law No. 10 of 2011 concerning amendments to Law No. 32 of 1997. The positive impact of cryptocurrencies in consumer protection such as cryptocurrency financial access can provide access to the traditional banking system, thereby increasing financial inclusion. There are also negative impacts to consider in consumer protection: security risks associated with theft or hacking of cryptocurrency exchange platforms and digital wallets can threaten the security of consumer funds. This study aims to analyze about consumer protection of cryptocurrencies in the digital age. This research uses normative research methods and uses qualitative data types. The results of this study show that consumer protection in cryptocurrency in the digital era, among others, preventively, in cryptocurrency trading transactions as assets is also strengthened by the Regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Number 9 of 2019 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Number 5 of 2019 concerning Textile Arrangements for the Implementation of the Physical Market of Cryptocurrency Assets on Futures Exchanges. Meanwhile, if repressively to protect what is given after a dispute arises in the form of sanctions, fines, imprisonment, and penalties imposed a dispute occurs, regulated in Article 22 of PerBappeti Number 5 of 2019 concerning Technical Provisions for the Implementation of the Physical Market of Cryptocurrency Assets on the Futures Exchange, that dispute resolution is carried out by deliberation to reach consensus if it does not reach consensus the parties can resolve through the Futures Trading Arbitration Agency Commodity (BAKTI) and the State Court as stated in the agreement between the parties. Bank Indonesia reaffirms the ban on the use of virtual currencies in cryptocurrency, both in the form of selling, buying, and trading with these currencies.

UMKM Indah Rasa ini memproduksi banyak jenis makanan khas lampung selatan salah satunya adalah Dodol khas Lampung yaitu dodol Juwadah dengan proses pembuatan menggunakan mesin maupun manual dan sederhana, usaha ini sudah cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Banding karena selain untuk melestarikan adat dan budaya, banyak manfaat bagi konsumennya. Namun informasi seputar UMKM tersebut masih jarang diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Selain itu terdapat penurunan penjualan yang terjadi di masa pandemi ini. Dengan berkembang pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini maka kita diharuskan untuk bisa menguasai hal-hal terkait IT dan desa saat ini juga membutuhkan media informasi yang luas seputar Desa sehingga masyarakat dapat dimudahkan untuk memberikan informasi atau mendapatkan informasi yang ada di desa, terutama para pemilik usaha agar dapat berinovasi dengan usahanya kemudian dapat menyebarluaskan usahanya dengan adanya kemajuan dibidang teknologi informasi. Untuk di bidang teknologi, masyarakat di Desa Banding masih belum sepenuhnya mengetahui tentang manfaat dan kegunaan dari teknologi yang ada terutama bagaimana memasarkan produk melalui E-Commerce. Dengan memanfaatan teknologi yang tepat permasalahan diatas dapat ditangani secara efektif dan efisien.

Pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi e-bisnis telah mengubah secara signifikan perilaku konsumen, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penggunaan aplikasi Dana, Tiket.com, dan Netflix terhadap perubahan perilaku mahasiswa di Universitas Duta Bangsa. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan melakukan survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis regresi linear dan logistik digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi dengan perubahan perilaku. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara penggunaan aplikasi Dana dengan peningkatan perilaku belanja online dan menabung, serta antara penggunaan aplikasi Tiket.com dengan preferensi pembelian tiket acara. Sementara itu, penggunaan aplikasi Netflix berkaitan dengan perubahan preferensi menonton film dari bioskop ke layanan streaming. Implikasi temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya memahami dampak teknologi e-bisnis dalam membentuk pola perilaku konsumen di era digital saat ini.

The price difference between the price tag and the cashier's price that occurs at Suba Suka Store is a form of violation of consumer rights, so that legal certainty is needed to protect the rights and obligations of consumers and business actors. The formulation of this research problem are: (a) How is legal protection for consumers who experience price differences between price tags and cashier's prices according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection? (b) What is the responsibility of business actors regarding price differences between price tags and cashier's prices experienced by consumers at Suba Suka Store, Kupang City? The objectives of this research are:  (a) To determine the legal protection for consumers who experience price differences based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection; and (b) To determine the form of responsibility of business actors in handling the problem of price differences at Suba Suka Store in Kupang City. The results showed that (a) Legal protection for consumers who experience price differences is clearly regulated, but in its implementation based on existing provisions, it has not been carried out properly because there has been no complaint to be resolved directly by the authorized party, namely BPSK at the NTT Provincial Disperindag, so that when consumers file a complaint (b) the form of responsibility of the Suba Suka Store is to provide prices according to what is found by the store, the rest is the right of consumers to decide to continue or cancel the transaction. The conclusions in this paper are: (a) The legal protection provided has not been implemented properly because it has never been resolved by the authorized party, either directly or indirectly (b) errors in the price tag and cashier's price are things that need to be paid attention to again by the Suba Suka Store to become their full responsibility to solve the problem of price differences that occur. The author's suggestions (a) it is necessary to increase supervision and provide socialization about consumer protection (b) every business actor pays more attention to replacing price tags (c) consumers are expected to be smarter and increase awareness when they realize their rights are being violated (d) to further researchers so that they can continue this research to support this thesis.

This research discusses the influence of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). This research uses indicators from each variable. The indicators of Product Quality (X1) are color, appearance, portion, aroma, taste. Indicators of Service Quality (X2) are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence. Indicators of Purchasing Decisions (Y) are product choice, brand choice, dealer choice, purchase time. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 80 people and a sample of 80 people, while processing research data uses the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the research results, it can be seen that product quality variables and service quality variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decision variables as proven in The results of the T test research with a calculated t value of 5.571 > t table 1.991 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. And it is also known that the product quality variable and the service quality variable simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable from the F test with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 168.657 > F table 3.12, so service quality has a positive influence on the decision. purchase. The results of the multiple linear regression test which has the equation Y = 2.211 + 0.529 Xı + 0.410 The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the value (R Square) obtained is 0.814 (81.4%) indicating that product quality and service quality have an influence on purchasing decisions by 81.4%.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of location, online promotion and price perception on purchasing decisions at the Trening Reza Store Cikalang Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a survey approach. The respondents in this research were 100 consumers of the Trening Reza Store Cikalang Tasikmalaya. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that Location, Online Promotion and Price Perception simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Location partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online promotions partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price perception partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Along with technological developments, buying and selling transactions are also influenced by technological developments. In the past, buying and selling transactions were carried out in markets, shops, stalls, but nowadays sellers and buyers carry out buying and selling transactions online (e-commerce), one of which is the marketplace. The increasingly consumerist life of society in the era of globalization has resulted in reduced public awareness of the packaged food products they consume. There are problems that often arise regarding the inclusion of net weight. For example, business actors do not include net weight information on packaged food products. This problem is certainly detrimental to the public because they do not know the actual net weight of the food product. The main problems in this research are (1) What is the legal protection for marketplace consumers against packaged food products that do not include net weight? (2) What factors cause packaged food product businesses in the marketplace to not include net weight? This research is empirical juridical research, meaning that analyzing problems is carried out by combining legal materials which are secondary data with primary data obtained in the field. The legal sources and materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this research indicate that legal protection for marketplace consumers for packaged food products that do not include net weight according to Law Number 8 of 1999 has not been implemented which has different (varied) answers from consumers because some consumers say that there are still business actors who have not know about the rules for including net weight and from the Kupang City Industry and Trade Service itself which has never handled cases regarding business actors selling packaged food products that do not include net weight, in other words there have been no complaints.

This research aims to determine the implementation of tera/re-terra by the Legal Metrology Department of Trade and Industry of Gorontalo City as an effort to protect consumers. The type of research used in this research is empirical legal research which is intended to obtain clarity and understanding of the problems in research based on existing facts. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that the implementation of tera/retracing by the Legal Metrology Department of Trade and Industry of Gorontalo City is carried out by carrying out retracing/retracing of scales which are included in the legal metrology category which is authorized for trading by the Ministry of Trade, in accordance with international standards. All UTTPs must be stamped/recast once a year in accordance with legal metrology laws and regulations. This aims to ensure that the UTTP equipment used by business actors complies with statutory provisions, so that the measurement results, measurements and scales are as they should be so that they do not harm consumers.

This research is a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling method. The population in this study were 100 consumers who used the services of JNE Express Karangawen branch with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. While the data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis include moderated regression analysis (MRA), t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of service quality of 0.374 and a value of tcount > ttable that is 3.578 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) timeliness of delivery is a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of service quality on delivery time satisfaction with a value of tcount > ttable which is 3,559 > 1,984 and a significance value of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with timeliness of delivery as a moderating variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.18 on time delivery and a value of Fcount > Ftable that is 4.845 > 3.937 and a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of guest repurchase intention allegedly due to the quality of service, brand preferences, and prices at Warung Nasi Kelok Desa Talogondan. This study aims to analyze the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality, brand preference, and price on repurchase intention in Warung Nasi Kelok Talogon Village and Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population in this study is rice stall consumers who have visited Warung Nasi Kelok Talogon Village and Padang Pariaman Regency with a sample of 222 respondents. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) arranged according to the Likert scale. Instrument trials use validity tests, reliability tests. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result of the study is that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality variables and consumer satisfaction variables. There is a positive and significant influence between brand preference variables and consumer satisfaction variables. There is a positive and significant influence between price variables and consumer satisfaction variables. There is a positive and significant influence between the consumer satisfaction variable and the repurchase intention variable. There is an influence of customer satisfaction as a positive and significant mediating variable between service quality and repurchase intention. There is an influence of consumer satisfaction as a positive and significant mediating variable between brand preference for repurchase intention and path coefficient. There is an influence of consumer satisfaction as a positive and significant mediating variable between price and repurchase intention and path coefficient.

This study aims to determine the effect between the variables Brand Image (X) and Price (X2) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) at MDA Collection. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes its analysis on numbers processed by statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study obtained 40 respondents at MDA Collection. Data analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially the Brand Image variable (X1) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Partially Price (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Simultaneously Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) affect Consumer Purchase Interest (Y).

Differences in Results Regarding Legal Protection for Consumers When Carrying Out Online Buying and Selling Transactions. Identify legal protection for customers during e-commerce transactions based on UUPK. 2. Identify legal protection for customers during UUITE e-commerce transactions. This research was conducted to determine the legal aspects of legal protection for consumers when carrying out online buying and selling transactions. Normative juridical research methodology, also known as library research. Both UUPK and UUITE have not been fully implemented to regulate electronic buying and selling transactions. Many consumers still do not receive their rights when they become victims of errors in online buying and selling transactions. The main factors that make it difficult for consumers to obtain legal protection from relevant authorities are also influenced by a lack of socialization and consumer understanding. With current technological advances, it is hoped that businesses, consumers and related bodies will be more aware of better legal protection for all parties.

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pilihan pembelian melalui minat beli, di mana faktor-faktor seperti kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan explanatory researchyaitupenelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana satu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya atau bagaimana keduanya berhubungan satu sama lain. Populasinya semua konsumen yang pernah membeli produk es teh jumbodengan 157 orang yang menjawab kuesioner sebagai sampel. Pemilihan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling dengan accidental sampling. Data primer adalah jenis data kuantitatif yang digunakan dan sebagai sumbernya dengan mengadakan survey kepada narasumber. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda Sederhana kemudian dilakukan Analisis Jalur (path analysis) dan Uji Sobel. Hasilnya, 1) keinginan untuk membeli dipengaruhi olehkualitas produk, harga dan promosi secara positif dan signifkan. 2) keputusan untuk membeli produk dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, harga, promosi, dan minat beli secara positif dan signifikan. 3) dari tes sobel dan tes mediasi menunjukkankeputusan untuk membeli produk melalui minat beli dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, promosi dan harga. Konsumsi yang dipengaruhi oleh pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu kualitas produk, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah variabel intervensi parsial yang ditunjukkan oleh uji mediasi dan memberikan hasil yang signifikan selama seluruh tahapan regresi.

Pendampingan Proses Produk Halal (PPH)  merupakan kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)  dalam kegiatan penguatan manajemen dan pengurusan sertifikasi halal pada program self declare/Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI).  Program tersebut merupakan program yang ditawarkan oleh Kementrian Agama (Kemenag) melalui BPJPH, tujuannya sebagai memberikan kemudahan pelaku UMKM untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal secara gratis, kegiatan  tersebut juga merupakan strategi mengakselasari peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai produk bersertifikasi halal di Indonesia yang diawai Lembaga Pemeriksa Halal.  PPH juga merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperluas  akses pasar  yang lebih luas. Salah satu pelaku UMKM adalah produsen produk jenang ayu Bu Sono melalui program PPH  dan produk yang tersertifikasi halal dapa diakses oleh pasar muslim yang lebih luas dapat dikatakan meningkatkan produktivitasnya melalui kegiatan memperluas pangsar pasarnya. Selain itu pendampingan ini juga membantu UMKM untuk melatih , UMKM dalam pengisian SPJH, mengisi aplikasi si Halal dan menginput data produksi pada aplikasi si Halal, pendamping juga melakukan verifikasi dan validasi pada produk yang akan didaftarkan pada program self declare (SEHATI). Pengabdian ini akan menghasilkan produk Jenang Ayu Bu Sono tersertifikasi halal dan memiliki nilai tambah produk dan terjamin.

The aim of this research is to understand and comprehend the urgency of implementing Artificial Intelligence in service business transactions as well as the application of the Consumer Protection Law in regulating business transactions using Artificial Intelligence. This research was conducted using a type of normative legal research supported by empirical data. In research activities, researchers also use data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results show that the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in business transactions provides a number of significant benefits in business. This includes increased operational efficiency, better data analysis, being able to answer messages automatically and the ability to make decisions in a more timely manner. In addition, the application of the Consumer Protection Law in business transactions using Artificial Intelligence is very important to maintain consumer rights and security.

This article discusses the dynamics of wearing jilbab and its meaning in the context of globalization, focusing on the influence of cultural globalization on norms, values, and lifestyles in religious traditions. This research is a qualitative study using a netnography approach with data obtained from the response of the Indramayu Muslim fashion griya whatsApp group. This article discusses the evolution of the concept of hijab from a separator between free women and slaves to a tool to protect women's private parts from prying eyes. In addition, the article also highlights the different views on hijab, including the views of contemporary scholars and the impact of globalization on the views and practices of hijab in contemporary society. Thus, this article highlights how globalization, fashion trends, religious identity, and cultural values affect the dynamics of hijab and its meaning in contemporary society.

This research examines the validity of agreements regarding the inclusion of exoneration clauses in e-commerce transactions. Agreements between marketplace companies and their users are packaged in the form of standard agreements. This allows for the inclusion of eksonerasi clauses containing exoneration elements that may harm users. The research method used by the Author is normative legal research with a prescriptive nature. The types and sources of research data include primary data consisting of legislation, basic principles, jurisprudence, and other fundamental regulations, as well as secondary data obtained through literature review. Based on the research findings, the use of standard agreements is generally allowed as long as it does not violate Article 18 paragraph (1) of the Consumer Protection Law. Such violation constitutes a breach of the conditions for the validity of the agreement in terms of a lawful cause, thus rendering the use of exoneration clauses legally void.

The results of this study indicate that the case of default in the housing loan agreement, which occurred in the city of Gorontalo. This article aims to examine the form of legal protection for consumers on the purchase of third generation Toyota Avanza cars due to production defects. This research is a prescriptive and applied normative legal research with a statue approach and case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials, by means of literature study of documents or library materials, and syllogism and interpretation techniques using deduction thinking. The results of this study are the form of legal protection for consumers on the purchase of third generation Toyota Avanza cars can choose two forms of legal protection described by Moch Isnaeni, namely internal legal protection and external legal protection. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu usaha yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan sehingga dapat menunjang perekonomian. Dengan adanya era modern sekarang ini, banyak pengusaha yang memanfaatkan digital marketing dalam membuat branding pada usaha yang dijalankan untuk menarik minat konsumen. Hal tersebut membuat kelompok Bina Desa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur membantu UMKM pada Kelurahan Gunung Anyar. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara langsung sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Wawancara dan analisis desain visual digunakan untuk merinci, dengan difokuskan pada UMKM minuman herbal di Kelurahan Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, yakni “Jamu Sinom” dan “Sari Bunga Telang". Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh kelompok mahasiswa Bina Desa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2023.Persiapan dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada pemilik UMKM Sinom dan Sari Bunga Telang, untuk dapat mengetahui dengan detail nilai inti dari UMKM mereka sehingga nantinya desain logo, banner, dan label dapat sesuai esensi dari UMKM tersebut. Dari hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan menggambarkan rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha tersebut terkait penggunaan identitas visual sebagai sarana melakukan branding untuk strategi pemasarannya. Sesuai dengan program kerja yang telah dilaksanakan ini berupaya dan berusaha untuk terus melakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman serta meningkatkan pengalaman dalam mendesain identitas visual.
