Micro, small and medium business (MSME) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency individual business actors. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh  expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

The concept of the smart city has emerged as a strategic response to rapid urbanization, increasing population density, and escalating environmental degradation. It is designed to create more efficient urban management through the integration of information and communication technologies, with the primary goal of enhancing public services, optimizing resource use, and improving citizens’ quality of life. One of its most significant promises is its potential to mitigate ecological challenges, particularly in monitoring and reducing air pollution levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of smart city implementation on urban ecology and quality of life, focusing on air quality as a key indicator. A quantitative comparative approach was applied, using both primary data from air quality measurements PM2.5, CO₂, NO₂, and AQI and secondary data from government reports, environmental agencies, and academic publications. The research was conducted in five major Asian cities recognized for adopting smart city initiatives. The results reveal varied outcomes: Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur demonstrated substantial improvements in air quality and livability, while Beijing and New Delhi continued to struggle with severe pollution. Jakarta showed partial progress, though improvements remain limited. These findings indicate that while technology is critical, it alone does not ensure ecological sustainability. Effective governance, public participation, and context-based strategies are equally crucial. This study highlights the need for smart city policies to prioritize ecological resilience and human well-being as central elements of sustainable urban development.

The independent curriculum is an educational approach that aims to provide independence to students in their learning so that they can optimally develop their potential. In the era of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, 21st-century learning is an urgent need. This research aims to describe the role of the independent learning curriculum in facilitating 21st-century learning in senior high schools. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative with a case study design. The research was conducted at SMAN 2, Merekau, South Papua. Data collection techniques used in this research include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the independent learning curriculum for facilitating 21st century learning is good. It is proven that the learning tools of SMAN 2 Merauke have successfully integrated 21st century skills (collaboration, communication, critical thinking, creativity, character, and citizenship) into the learning tools. 2) The role of the principal and teachers: The principal as the person in charge and teachers as the implementers of learning play an important role in the successful implementation of an independent curriculum with 21st century skills.

The study of Indonesian society is always related to the condition of a pluralistic Indonesian society, both in terms of race, ethnicity and religion. In addition, the study of Indonesian society also has several sections including studies of traditional, transitional, modern Indonesian society, and studies of rural and urban communities. Traditional communities are usually referred to as rural communities, with a population of less than 2.500 people. A transitional society can be described as a society that is just experiencing growth, because in this transitional process, society is expected to be at a faster pace in understanding technological growth, which inevitably has to be able to master this technology. And in modern society, every level of society can be influenced by means of communication to convey information, such as radio and television. Meanwhile, rural and urban communities have a relationship of interdependence. Cryptography is a solution or method of information security that is good for maintaining the confidentiality and security of information, and can improve information or information security in an era of very rapid development of information technology. The rapid development of this technology, many new implications and problems arise in the delivery and communication of information, this is because everyone has easy access to the media and this affects the security of information and messages on the media. Therefore, to protect messages, we can use Caesar encryption, which is relatively easy to implement in PHP. How to apply message security in this study by designing web-based applications using the PHP and HTML programming languages. Message protection uses the Caesar encryption algorithm by changing every character of the original message into ciphertext. Characters in plain text are replaced with keys that are determined based on the number of alphabetical orders of plain text. In this way, unauthorized parties cannot read these private messages and users can interact with private messages more freely.

The more rapid development of information technology, this has an impact and can cause changes in people's thinking patterns in communicating. In the past, the way people used to communicate remotely was still manual, namely by using letters. The lack of efficiency in sending letters encourages people's mindsets to create innovations that facilitate long-distance communication, namely via SMS, email, WhatsApp and the internet. One way to secure data breaches is by securing the sender's and recipient's email passwords using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) cryptography. We conclude that the AES algorithm can be applied to encrypt passwords, so that passwords cannot be easily read by other users. In addition, the password will not be easily cracked.

Students in today's digital era tend to be more accustomed to using technology and the internet in everyday life, so it is important to utilize this technology in education. Schools as educational institutions have an important role in shaping students' attitudes and personalities. One aspect that is important to note is the mental health of students. However, there are limitations to conventional counseling services provided by schools, such as limited time and counselors, and the difficulty of student access to counseling locations. Utilization of cyber counseling media can also shape students' modernization attitudes. Students will be accustomed to using technology in everyday life, including in obtaining counseling services. This can help students to improve digital literacy and technology skills which are important in today's digital era

The widespread use of social media among the public has created a new need, namely the urgency to create space for conducting business activities, causing the platform to turn into a place for communication, interaction, as well as a trading space. These changes bring various impacts, one of which is the formation of new types of crime in cyberspace. Fraud in electronic transactions via social media (Twitter) is a crime that targets the internet, computers and related technology as its target. Based on the position of the case, the fraud that occurs can be classified as a crime of computer-related fraud or a crime to gain personal gain and/or harm others. The handling of fraud cases can be carried out using the legal basis contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2). The use of these two articles is based on the principle of lex specialist derogat legi generali. In addition, if examined using a victimological point of view, victims of fraud cases that occur are included in the category of participating victims where the tendency of victims to be unaware of their attitudes/behaviors in certain circumstances is a reason for someone to act. commit crimes against them. The research method used to answer these problems is normative legal research with a case study approach in the form of legal behavior products.    

The rapid development of information and communication technology produces a multifunctional internet. This development brings us to the threshold of the fourth revolution in the history of human thought, when viewed from the construction of human knowledge which is characterized by a borderless way of thinking. The acceleration of technology is increasingly increasing which is the material cause of continuous change in all interactions and activities of the information society.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The smart city action plan for the city of Denpasar Bali includes: 1) human resources 2) nfrastructure, 3) applications, and 4) smart city literacy. Meanwhile, in building a smart city there are six pillars, namely smart governance, smart society, smart living, smart economy, smart environment, and smart branding. In 2020 Denpasar City ranks 1st Smart City with Surakarta in the framework of the movement program towards 100 Smart Cities Indonesia.The 2021 Electronic-Based Government System Index is 3.19 which is in the good category and is in the Top 5 RKCI that year.  The Denpasar Bali City Communication, Information and Statistics Service (Kominfos) has taken several steps to implement e-government in realizing a smart city. Some of these steps include building an e-gov portal, increasing accessibility, using the right technology, establishing partnerships with the private sector, developing mobile applications. By implementing e-gov and developing a smart city, the Denpasar-Bali City Communication and Informatics Agency is able to improve the quality of public services, facilitate public access to information and public services, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the Denpasar city government.  

The 5.0 era is marked by rapid technological advances and social changes, affecting various aspects of life, including the field of education. Christian religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation. But in reality, the lack of emphasis on developing soft skills can be a problem, because the teacher's ability to interact empathetically, have creativity, leadership, and adaptability becomes very important in guiding students in a spiritual, moral, and emotional context. In addition, an excessive focus on hard skills, such as understanding theology and religious practice, can ignore the importance of developing soft skills in dealing with the changes faced in the 5.0 era. In this study, the authors used a literature study, therefore to achieve the objectives of this study, superior teacher quality was needed, which had a balance between software and hardware. The purpose of this study is to present software and hardware in improving the quality of Christian religious education teachers in the 5.0 era. Soft skills include interpersonal, communication, leadership, empathy, and adaptability skills, which support teachers in interacting with students, colleagues, and a changing environment. While hard skills include specific knowledge, information technology, teaching methodology, as well as expertise in the field of Christianity.

               Indonesian is the official language of our country, Indonesia. Indonesian as the main community communication element and tool in Indonesia. The development of information technology allows global communication so fast that it means it can reach across countries and across continents. Especially in the field of technology, society has enjoyed many benefits brought about by the innovations that have been produced in the last decade. The benefits of the internet are increasingly felt for its users who cannot be separated from this internet world. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) stated that currently internet users in Indonesia have reached 82 million people. With this achievement, Indonesia is ranked 8th in the world (Kominfo, 2013). The development of technology today has shown tremendous progress. Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. Its presence has had a considerable impact on human life in various aspects and dimensions. Likewise, communication technology is a hardware device in an organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information.

This research is motivated by the performance of BUMDES marketing during the 4.0 revolution, entering the era of modern development of digital information and communication technology, especially the internet, which seems to be a primary human need and is almost involved in daily activities. In today's all-digital situation, the right promotion strategy is needed to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital entrepreneurship, marketing mix and technology acceptance models on the marketing performance of BUMDES Nerang Jaya. The quantitative method used is a technique of collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting and analyzing data in order to provide an overview of an event through the distribution of questionnaires which are carried out and expressed in the form of numbers, so that they can be measured and calculated. The number of samples used were 95 respondents. This study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 program to process data.

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education has become an important topic in optimizing human resources in schools. This article aims to provide an overview of the benefits and challenges of utilizing ICT in education, and how ICT can improve the quality of human resources in schools. The research method used in this article is a literature review conducted by studying references related to the use of ICT in education. The results and discussion show that the use of ICT in education can provide significant benefits, such as facilitating teachers in presenting teaching materials, providing access to more diverse information and learning materials, and improving interactions between teachers and students. However, there are challenges and barriers in utilizing ICT, such as accessibility problems to ICT infrastructure and difficulties in operating ICT devices. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the accessibility and infrastructure of ICT in schools, as well as providing training and developing the competencies of teachers and students in operating ICT devices. In conclusion, this article presents useful information for the development of education in Indonesia, especially in terms of the utilization of ICT as a means to improve the quality of human resources in schools. With appropriate efforts, the use of ICT in education can provide more optimal and sustainable benefits for the improvement of human resources in schools.

National development requires strengthening the quality of human resources (HR) as a fundamental pillar for sustainable development, particularly in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era characterized by rapid advances in information and communication technology. Youth, as a productive age group, play a strategic role as agents of social change and drivers of economic development through entrepreneurship. However, low entrepreneurial awareness, limited managerial skills, and insufficient business mentoring remain major obstacles to youth business development at the local level. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance youth understanding, motivation, and entrepreneurial capacity through an educative and participatory approach based on business incubation. The program was implemented for young people in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Village, Sungai Sembilan District, on June 18, 2023, using counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and entrepreneurial mentoring methods. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, the role of business incubators, and the importance of digital literacy and business collaboration in the digital economy era. The program also fostered collective awareness among youth to become innovative and sustainable entrepreneurs. Therefore, this PKM activity confirms that community-based business incubation has strategic relevance in improving youth human resource quality, promoting economic self-reliance, and supporting sustainable local economic development.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

This research is entitled "scientific article collaboration on library collection development". The purpose of this research is to find out how the collection development process is carried out in the library in particular. This study uses a qualitative research design. This shows that collection development is an important and vital activity in the library. There is no library without collections, both print, non-print and electronic collections to meet their various information needs. Library collection development is very important for library growth, therefore it needs to be continuously evaluated to assess their strengths and weaknesses. This process will lead to the removal of material that is no longer relevant. Given the shortage of books in libraries and based on the premise that no library is independent, libraries engage in inter-library lending or sharing of resources.
