This study aims to analyze seven semantic meanings in Syi'ir Tanpo Waton by KH Muhammad Nizam As-Shofa using Leech's theory of meaning. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data in the form of words, phrases, and sentences in the text of the poem accessed through the NU Online page. The results of the study indicate that Syi'ir Tanpo Waton contains various types of semantic meanings, namely conceptual, connotative, social, affective, reflective, collocative, and thematic meanings. The most dominant conceptual and connotative meanings describe the vertical relationship between humans and God, as well as deep spiritual values. The social meaning emphasizes inclusiveness and Javanese culture, while the affective meaning reflects religious emotions in the form of praise, prayer, and hope. The reflective meaning shows layers of multiple meanings, while the collocative meaning builds associations of related words. Thematic meaning emphasizes the urgency of worship, knowledge, and praise to God as the main themes.

In the Digital Age, digital media—especially the internet and social media—has profoundly changed the way people communicate and interact with each other. The development of this technology has provided several benefits, including the creation of virtual communities, easy access to information, and the ability to engage in discussions. In addition, digital technology influences the way people worship and improves interpersonal relationships and communication. Although digital technology offers many advantages in terms of social interaction and access to information, it is important to monitor and ensure that digital technology is used responsibly and in a way that benefits society as a whole. This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research approach with triangulation data collection, the object of this study is social media accounts used by the community. A qualitative descriptive approach is used to analyze and interpret the content of religious media. The author can analyze the text, images, or videos in religious media to understand the messages conveyed, the representation of religion, or the communication patterns that occur. Based on the results of the study, there are advantages and disadvantages in the relationship between human life and technological advances, especially mass media. Although religious messages and public understanding are greatly enhanced by mass media, there are also disadvantages, such as the spread of misleading information. To reduce the negative impact of mass media, it is important to use it responsibly and monitor it.

This research examines how Green Products influence consumer decisions in purchasing energy-saving lighting products. Green Products Refer to products that do not endanger human health and are friendly to the environment, production processes that are efficient in using resources, produce minimal waste, and reducing negative impacts on the environment are the main focus in developing environmentally friendly products. Environmentally friendly products that offer value added without sacrificing quality compared to conventional products tends to attract more consumer attention. The widespread adoption of eco-friendly products can be linked to affordability, environmental harm, and energy efficiency, in addition to the ability to reduce harmful environmental impacts. This phenomenon is explored through a comprehensive understanding of the scientific literature, using a systematic methodology to synthesize the findings. The analysis shows that consumer purchasing behavior is strongly shaped by environmentally friendly product attributes. This study seeks to uncover the factors that drive this relationship, in addition to summarizing and interpreting the results of previous research on how environmentally friendly products influence lighting purchasing decisions.

This study analyzes the effect of the Gender Empowerment Index and the Open Unemployment Rate on the Human Development Index in Central Kalimantan, with the Realization of years of schooling as a mediating variable. The analysis method used is WarpPLS 7.0 to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that the Gender Empowerment Index and the Open Unemployment Rate have a significant effect on the Realization of years of schooling, which ultimately affects the Human Development Index. Although the direct effect of the Gender Empowerment Index and the Open Unemployment Rate on the Human Development Index is not significant, the indirect effect through the Realization of years of schooling shows a strong and significant relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of education as a key factor in improving the quality of life of the community, which is reflected in the Human Development Index. This study also reveals that policies that support gender empowerment and reduce unemployment can contribute to improved education and better human development, in line with sustainable development goals.

In the midst of increasingly complex globalization, organizations must continue to innovate and maximize the potential of existing resources to achieve competitive advantage. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in managing employees as important organizational assets. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to review various literatures that discuss the relationship between HRM strategies and achieving competitive advantage. The results of the literature analysis show that effective HRM strategies, including competency-based recruitment, employee development through training and education, fair reward systems, and the use of technology such as Human Resource Information System (HRIS), can improve organizational performance and competitiveness. In addition, transparent performance management and good internal communication are also important supporting factors. Nonetheless, challenges in implementing HRM strategies remain, such as changes in organizational culture and budget constraints, which require an adaptive approach. This research provides insights into how the right HRM strategy can contribute to the achievement of competitive advantage in the face of fast-changing global market dynamics.

Business ethics here does not only talk about human behavior towards nature but talks about the relationship between all the life of the universe, between humans and humans who have an impact on nature, and between humans and other creatures or with nature as a whole, including political and economic policies that relate or have a direct impact or not with nature. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative because it tries to explain without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. It was found that business ethics is a pillar that is not only important for sustainability but also for growth and competitiveness. Consistently applied ethical principles can create long-term value and strengthen the company's relationship with all related parties.    

The police are a civil public intermediary that regulates order and law. Police officers as state servants must uphold humanitarian values ​​and be an example for society. The method used in discussing the formulation of the problem is normative legal research. Normative legal research is an approach carried out based on primary legal materials by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations related to this research. The working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police, namely starting from the SPKT Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police coordinating with the police functional units at the Medan Helvetia Police to conduct a crime scene check (TKP); the Samapta Unit carries out security around the house object; the Intelkam Unit conducts an investigation into the case, collects information or (Pulbaket); the Criminal Investigation Unit conducts an in-depth investigation at the crime scene; the Traffic Unit regulates traffic around the crime scene; the Binmas Unit coordinates with the Head of the Environment and local sub-district and the Samapta Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police carries out patrols in the area. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police are external factors such as the lack of public knowledge of the importance of handling the crime scene (TKP); time factors; weather factors. This Abstract Outlines The Historical Role Of The Christian Church In Governance, Especially In The Western World. From Its Early Development, The Church Wielded Considerable Influence Over Social And Political Affairs, Particularly After Christianity Became The Official Religion Of The Roman Empire In The 4th Century. Beyond Its Religious Duties, The Church Served As A Powerful Social, Moral, And Legal Authority In Medieval Europe. Through Canon Law, It Governed Various Facets Of Societal Life, Including Marriage, Inheritance, And Social Norms, And Validated The Power Of Rulers Through The “Divine Right” Doctrine. However, The Protestant Reformation Of The 16th Century Marked A Major Shift, Promoting A Separation Of Church And State That Influenced The Rise Of Secular Governance Systems. The Protestant Church Championed Religious Freedom And Individual Autonomy, Foundations For Modern Pluralism And Democracy. In The Contemporary Era, While The Church’s Formal Governance Role Has Declined, It Remains A Moral Voice, Particularly On Social Issues, Justice, And Human Rights. This Study Concludes That The Church's Role In Governance Has Evolved From A Political And Legal Authority To A More Inclusive Moral And Social Role In A Progressively Secular Society.

The positive impact of the ecumenical movement can be seen in its influence on inter-religious harmony. By promoting dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperation on humanitarian issues, the movement helps create space for interfaith solidarity. Several concrete initiatives, such as cooperation in disaster management, inclusive education, and peace campaigns, are examples of how the ecumenical spirit can be translated into concrete actions that strengthen relations between religious communities. In the context of Indonesian society, this movement also contributes to strengthening a national identity that respects differences but still upholds unity.

Education plays a vital role in shaping the character and quality of human resources, with teachers as key figures who serve as educators, mentors, and role models for students. One crucial factor that significantly impacts a teacher's success is the application of the professional code of ethics, which serves as a moral and professional guide in carrying out their duties. This code of ethics governs the attitudes, behaviors, and responsibilities of teachers toward students, the community, and colleagues. The implementation of the code of ethics not only ensures the integrity and professionalism of teachers but also influences the teacher-student relationship, ultimately fostering a conducive learning environment.The teacher's code of ethics functions as a moral guideline that regulates the behavior, attitudes, and responsibilities of teachers toward students, society, and fellow colleagues. The application of this code of ethics greatly impacts the relationship between teachers and students in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the application of the teacher's code of ethics and its effects on interactions that occur in the classroom. A qualitative approach was used in this research to explore the experiences and perspectives of both teachers and students regarding the implementation of the code of ethics in teaching. The results indicate that the application of the code of ethics strengthens the professional relationship between teachers and students, creates a fair, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. The teacher's code of ethics encourages teachers to act with fairness, maintain integrity, and uphold confidentiality, which positively affects the quality of learning. However, challenges in its implementation, such as balancing emotional closeness and professionalism and ensuring objectivity in assessment, must still be addressed. Overall, consistent implementation of the code of ethics can foster healthy, productive relationships and support the creation of a more effective and dignified learning process.      

Overcrowded condition is a condition where correctional institutions or State Detention Centers have too large a capacity because the increasing number of inmates is not comparable to the prison or detention center facilities. Permenkumham Number 11 of 2017 is used as a reference for implementing an action plan for handling overcrowded in Indonesia, which includes four main programs: regulatory arrangement, institutional strengthening, provision of infrastructure, and empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the methods used to handle overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center and to find barriers that hinder the process. The researcher used a qualitative research method to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center. The results of the study indicate that handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center has been going well because of remissions, solid internal institutions, good relationships with government institutions or organizations, and empowerment of correctional officers. In addition, handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center faces several obstacles. One of them is the number of correctional officers which is too many compared to the number of prison inmates, as well as facilities and infrastructure which are not optimal.

The understanding of Christology among Christians is often ambigued. Some believe that Jesus only had a divine nature without a human nature, while others believe that Jesus was just an ordinary man. Therefore, it is very important for believers to have a proper understanding of Jesus Christ, which is based on the truth of God's Word, so that their faith is firm and in accordance with the teachings of the Bible. In this article “Christology in the Gospel of John: Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life” can include the understanding that the Gospel of John emphasizes the identity of Jesus as the only way to salvation, the absolute truth, and the source of eternal life. In this context, Jesus is presented as the link between humanity and God, offering a deep understanding of spiritual and existential relationships. Through His statements, such as “I am the way, the truth, and the life,” the Gospel of John describes Jesus' mission of saving mankind and reveals God's loving nature.

This type of research is qualitative research and aims to provide an understanding of salvation in John 3:16 and God's promise of salvation to every believer. Salvation comes from the Greek word 'sozo' which means to save, liberate, preserve, preserve and heal. When related to humans, salvation is healing from death or maintaining life. Where the first humans created by God were Adam and Eve in a holy state without sin. Humans were created by God to be given the freedom to choose what is good and what is bad. But humans choose the wrong path so that humans' relationship with God is severed and spiritually they experience death. For this reason, salvation is needed by humans who have experienced spiritual death. And salvation is received by everyone because of grace and it is God's action to make humans receive eternal life again. This research also examines the eternal nature of salvation for believers, as well as how God's promise of salvation brings hope and certainty to His people. In conclusion, John 3:16 offers a view of salvation as God's eternal gift, given to every believer in Jesus Christ and is the basis for Christian faith in God's redemptive love.

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a humanitarian organization that is important in providing public services. This research analyzes the role of PMI Public Relations in conveying information to the public. Through interviews with three sources, namely Headquarters Public Relations, Blood Donor Unit Public Relations, and PMI Clinic Public Relations, and using observation, interview, and documentation methods, this study identified the role of PMI Public Relations as an expert advisor, communication facilitator, problem-solving process facilitator, and technician. Communication. These various roles help PMI Public Relations maintain a positive image of the organization, and strengthen relationships with the community while providing solutions to problems that arise, ultimately increasing public trust in PMI services.

This article discusses Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross as evidence of human atonement and its relevance to believers today. From the perspective of Christian faith, this event is considered a central point in the history of salvation, demonstrating divine grace and justice. Through a search of the meaning of Christ's sacrifice, this article provides a broad understanding of the meaning of Christ's suffering for man's atonement and explains how Christ's sacrifice is concrete evidence of unconditional love and the divine will to blot out human sin. Through the analysis of the meaning of redemption worked out by Jesus Christ, which will expand the theoretical basis of the purpose of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. This article also provides a theory of the importance of understanding Christ's sacrifice on the cross, thus becoming a reference for believers in terms of faith and belief that through Christ's sacrifice brings redemption to believers. Meanwhile, the relevance of Christ's sacrifice on the cross will also affect several aspects of the believer's life, namely in terms of faith, confession, and holy living. In writing this article, a qualitative approach method is used with a literature study method. The search for the meaning of Christ's sacrifice can be studied from several perspectives, namely the theological perspective, the moral perspective and the psychologist's perspective. From a theological perspective, Christ's sacrifice is a form of God's love for man, so He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice to redeem believers. So that the work of salvation done by Jesus Christ leads to a victory for believers because they have been redeemed and freed from the power of death, and also becomes a means of improving the relationship between man and God. From a moral perspective, it can be understood that Christ's sacrifice on the cross is an example of sacrifice and an example of love for believers. Thus, this article contributes to the understanding of Christ's sacrifice on the cross as a form of human atonement, and enriches the spiritual life of believers and strengthens faith, motivates spiritual life, and clarifies the moral principles underlying the Christian life.

These verses outline love as the essence of God's nature and as a call for each individual to reflect it in social interactions. The emphasis on love that comes from God reveals a deep connection between the knowledge of God and the ability to love others. Through an expository approach, this study analyzes the structure of the text to identify the theological and practical implications of God's emanating love, including the demand for everyone to emulate divine love in concrete action. In this study, it lies in the elaboration that divine love not only plays a role as a transcendent attribute, but also as a force that shapes and inspires human relationships. . This understanding introduces a new perspective in the development of more authentic and empathic relationships in contemporary social contexts. By examining the application of this doctrine, this article leads to an understanding that divine love is not just a theological principle, but a call to concrete action in everyday life.

Human relations or relationships between people are one of the important elements in the success of an organization. This concept includes communication, social interaction, and effective leadership within the organization. This journal aims to review the importance of human relations in increasing employee productivity and welfare, based on an analysis of several scientific journals. Based on existing literature, the implementation of good human relations contributes greatly to creating a positive work environment and increasing team effectiveness.

This article examines the narrative of human fall in Genesis chapter 3 and the manifestation of God's grace within it. Using qualitative and hermeneutical methods, this research analyzes how the disobedience of Adam and Eve brought universal consequences for humanity. This fall not only resulted in the breakdown of the relationship between humans and God but also brought consequences in the form of curses and suffering. However, in the midst of this tragedy, God showed His grace through the promise of salvation in Genesis 3:15 and the provision of animal skin clothing as a symbol of His care. This promise was later fulfilled through the coming of Jesus Christ who defeated the power of sin. This article also emphasizes the relevance of the story of human fall for today's life, especially in understanding the importance of maintaining integrity in relationship with God and appreciating the grace of salvation that has been given through Christ.
