Hypoalbuminemia is an abnormal condition indicated by low albumin levels, which is <3.5 g/dL and is commonly found in patients with chronic diseases. Conventional therapy through Human Serum Albumin (HSA) is often an option, but has limitations, including fornas restrictions, very high costs, and limited availability. Thus, other more effective and efficient alternatives are needed, namely by utilizing biological sources such as snakehead fish in the form of supplements or capsules. Although there have been various studies and clinical evidence regarding its effectiveness, literature reviews that tabulate the results of various studies are still very limited. Therefore, this systematic review needs to be written to determine the effectiveness of administering snakehead fish capsules on albumin levels in patients with hypoalbuminemia. The compilation of this literature review uses a literature review method that is presented descriptively using several databases that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The final result obtained 12 literatures that met the inclusion criteria for further study. The results of the review consistently showed that capsules or supplementation of snakehead fish extract were proven to be significantly effective in increasing albumin levels in patients. Factors that influence the effects of administering snakehead fish capsules are the dose and frequency of administration. It was revealed that intervention for 21 days provided superior albumin increase results compared to a duration of 10-14 days. This finding is very relevant because it is in accordance with the biological half-life of albumin in the liver, which is around 21 days. This literature review is expected to be a strong scientific basis for further research and the development of more effective clinical policies in the future.

The increasing number of motorcycle thefts in various regions indicates that conventional security systems are not yet fully effective in protecting vehicles, necessitating new technology-based innovations. This study discusses the planning and implementation of a motorcycle security system utilizing Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as a more responsive and modern solution. The system is designed using a passive RFID tag placed on the motorcycle key, an RFID reader integrated with the motorcycle unit, and an Arduino microcontroller that functions to control the ignition system. With this combination, the motorcycle can only be activated if the appropriate tag is detected, while access attempts using an invalid tag or the loss of the tag will automatically disconnect the ignition system. Test results announced that tag recognition can be done very quickly, in less than a second, so as not to disrupt the user's comfort when starting the vehicle. In addition, this system is able to maintain consistent performance by providing an automatic response that supports advanced security. The implementation of this plan is expected to reduce motorcycle theft by providing an additional layer of security that is more difficult to penetrate than a manual key system. From the user's perspective, this technology remains practical because it does not require complicated procedures in its operation, simply by ensuring the appropriate RFID tag is attached to the motorcycle key. Overall, this research confirms that the application of Arduino microcontroller-based RFID technology can be an alternative, inexpensive, and applicable security system in everyday life. It is hoped that this system will not only improve protection for vehicle owners but also serve as a benchmark for the development of more sophisticated transportation security technologies in the future. Implementation of this system is expected to reduce motorcycle theft and provide a greater sense of security for vehicle owners.

Student learning engagement plays a crucial role in character development, especially at the elementary school level. To foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation, active learning approaches based on games are considered effective. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the active learning model using word-building games and the learning engagement of third-grade students at SDN 3 Jepang, Kudus Regency. The research was motivated by the low level of student participation, which is still dominated by conventional teaching methods. A correlational quantitative approach was used, with a population consisting of all 20 third-grade students, who were also taken as the sample through total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure learning engagement and observation of the implementation of the word-building game model. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used for normality testing, and since one of the variables was not normally distributed, the data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. The results showed a correlation coefficient of r = -0.097 with a significance value of 0.686 (> 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between the word-building game model and student engagement. Other factors such as individual learning styles or classroom atmosphere may influence student engagement. Nonetheless, this model still holds potential and should be further developed to align with elementary students' characteristics.

Pneumonia detection from chest X-ray images is widely used in computer-aided diagnostic systems. However, effective clinical decision support requires not only accurate classification performance but also consideration of unequal error costs, since false negative predictions may lead to more severe consequences than false positives. In addition, prediction probabilities must be well calibrated to support threshold-based medical decisions such as triage and patient escalation. This research investigates asymmetric misclassification costs and probability calibration for binary classification (PNEUMONIA vs. NORMAL) using the Hugging Face dataset hf-vision/chest-xray-pneumonia. The proposed framework utilizes a ResNet-18 architecture integrated with cost-sensitive learning through weighted cross-entropy loss (FN:FP = 5:1), threshold optimization based on validation data to reduce expected cost, and post-hoc temperature scaling for improving probability calibration. Experimental results on the independent test set indicate that the cost-sensitive approach enhances specificity and decreases expected cost compared to the conventional cross-entropy baseline. Furthermore, temperature scaling improves the reliability of probabilistic predictions, as demonstrated by better negative log-likelihood and Brier score values. The study also explores selective prediction strategies to balance prediction coverage and risk reduction, complemented by Grad-CAM visualizations and structured failure-case analysis for qualitative assessment. Overall, the findings demonstrate that incorporating cost-aware decision thresholds and calibrated probability estimates can serve as lightweight yet effective enhancements for chest X-ray classification systems in clinical decision-support applications.

This study investigates the impact of tail configuration variations on flight stability and battery energy efficiency in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Three distinct tail types were tested: the conventional tail, the T-Tail, and the V-Tail. The objective was to compare how these tail designs affected the overall performance of UAVs, especially focusing on the balance between stability and energy efficiency. The experiments were conducted through a series of flight tests in a controlled outdoor environment, providing reliable and accurate data. During these flight tests, several performance metrics were recorded, including IMU-based angular deviations for pitch, roll, and yaw, energy consumption, flight time, voltage, and battery power. The data collected allowed for a thorough analysis of how the tail design influenced the flight characteristics of the UAVs. The results showed that the T-Tail configuration provided the highest flight stability, as indicated by the smallest angular deviations and minimal vibration during flight. This design’s enhanced stability made it the most reliable, especially for missions requiring precision control. In contrast, the V-Tail configuration proved to be the most energy-efficient, consuming only 22.80 Wh. Despite its low energy consumption, the V-Tail showed the lowest stability due to control coupling between the pitch and yaw axes, resulting in higher angular deviations and less precise control. The conventional tail, while not the best in terms of either stability or energy efficiency, struck a reasonable balance between the two. This configuration provided adequate stability while ensuring efficient battery usage, making it a suitable choice for general UAV applications. The findings of this study highlight the direct influence of tail design on UAV performance. There is a clear trade-off between flight stability and energy efficiency, with the conventional tail offering the best compromise.
