This study is motivated by several previous studies that conducted motivational research related to teenagers' visits to various types of events. The aim of this research is to validate the findings of previous studies by correlating external and internal motivations in the case study of the East Java Wayang Week (PWJ) event held at the “Taman Budaya Jawa Timur Cak Durasim” in Surabaya from November 6 to November 8, 2024. This study uses a mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design, where the researcher will analyze quantitative data regarding the general external motivations for attending the event. The findings from this quantitative analysis will then be further explored using a qualitative method to gain insights into the internal motivations of visitors to the event. Through the t-test results, a new finding was discovered, which differs from previous studies, where external motivation does not necessarily have a direct influence on the decision to attend the event. Interviews with several attendees of the East Java Wayang Week (PWJ) revealed that internal motivations also significantly influenced their decision to attend the event.

The fifth commandment in the Ten Commandments, "Honor your father and your mother," found in Exodus 20:12, remains relevant in modern life despite the various social, cultural, and technological changes society has undergone. This research employs a qualitative literature approach to explore the meaning and significance of honoring parents in contemporary contexts. An analysis of theological, sociological, and Christian ethical literature demonstrates that honoring parents is not only a religious obligation but also contributes positively to the well-being of families and communities. This value helps maintain intergenerational relationships, strengthens family bonds, and supports social stability. In the modern era, challenges such as individualism, globalization, and technological advancement often affect the interactions between children and parents. Nevertheless, the essence of respect as a moral and social responsibility remains significant. This study also highlights how the principle of honoring can be adapted to modern conditions without losing its original meaning. Such respect encompasses care, attention, and appreciation, which continue to be relevant in contemporary contexts.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and morals, especially amidst the increasingly complex flow of globalization. In the era of fast and diverse information, the method of delivering PAI material needs to be adjusted so that it remains relevant and effective for the younger generation. PAI is not just a theoretical teaching, but also a place to instill moral and ethical values contained in Islamic teachings. One approach that is increasingly popular in education today is active learning. Active learning emphasizes direct student participation in the learning process. In this approach, students not only act as recipients of information, but also as explorers, discussants, and implementers of the material being studied. This involvement is important because it can help students understand religious concepts more deeply and critically, and connect them to their daily experiences and life contexts.

GCG, which consists of the principles of transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, and fairness, plays an important role in preventing abuse of power, manipulation of financial statements, and other criminal offenses. Case studies on PT Asuransi Jiwasraya and PT Garuda Indonesia show how the weak implementation of GCG principles can open opportunities for corporate crime, which harms the state and stakeholders. Using a normative approach and legal analysis, this research highlights weaknesses in internal control, non-compliance with regulations, and limited competence of human resources as factors inhibiting the implementation of GCG. The research offers strategic recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation, such as enhancing ethical culture within the organization, strengthening regulations and sanctions, and providing continuous training for company management. This research presents the development of a Decision Support System aimed at assisting in the enhancement of palm oil production using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The rapid growth in the palm oil industry necessitates a scientific approach to selecting seedlings with optimal growth potential and yield. In this context, the application of artificial intelligence-based technology, such as decision support systems, is essential in the process of selecting superior palm oil seedlings. The objective of this study is to model the criteria for selecting the most superior palm oil seedlings using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by comparing three criteria: leaflet shape, seedling root shape, and prospective trunk size. The result of this process is a decision support system that displays the value range of each palm oil seedling variety, thus facilitating farmers in choosing the most superior seedlings.
