The growth and development of toddlers are crucial in determining the welfare of a nation, as this period serves as the foundation for a healthy and productive future generation. Nutritional deficiencies in the early years of life can lead to stunting, which not only hinders a child's physical growth but also negatively impacts their learning abilities and immune system in the future. Addressing nutritional issues is essential by increasing mothers' knowledge. This activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition education on balanced nutrition in preventing malnutrition in children at Posyandu Ngireng-ngireng, Kalurahan Panggungharjo. The education program was conducted using a lecture and Q&A method, supported by PowerPoint presentations displayed via LCD. The pre-test and post-test results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with the average score rising from 54.38 to 71.56. These results indicate that the lecture method, supported by visual media and interactive Q&A sessions, effectively enhances mothers' understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition. Therefore, this approach can be adopted in other health education programs to improve community knowledge about nutrition and child health

Body scrub is a type of cosmetic preparation that has seen increased use, particularly with the incorporation of natural ingredients as its base. Belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn.) is a traditional medicinal plant known for its high content of saponins, flavonoids, tannins, glycosides, and formic acid, all of which contribute to its significant antioxidant activity. This makes it a promising candidate for development into a cosmetic product for skin care. This study involved the formulation of body scrub preparations using A. bilimbi powder, with variations in triethanolamine (TEA) as an emulsifying and alkalizing agent to optimize the resulting product formula, which was then tested physically. The A. bilimbi fruit was processed into simplicia, which was subsequently ground and formulated into three different body scrub formulas. These three formulas were subjected to organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, and pH tests to assess the impact of varying TEA concentrations. The results indicate that TEA influences the texture and pH values of the body scrub preparations. However, the distribution of the preparations based on the homogeneity test results showed no significant differences among the three formulas. The study identified Formula II, with a 3% TEA concentration, as the most optimal formula, meeting SNI standards for pH and demonstrating the best organoleptic properties among the three formulas.

Stunting problems often occur in children who lack essential nutrients, especially protein, iron and other nutrients needed for optimal growth. Stunting is not only a physical problem that can be seen from short height, but also has serious long-term impacts on children's development. Exclusive breast milk is a primary need for babies, so it will have an impact on the baby's growth and development if it is not provided adequately. Breast milk that is not given exclusively in the first 6 months of a baby's life will have an impact on the maturation process of the immune system, causing the baby to be susceptible to infections (Wasiah, 2019). Bekasi Regency is an industrial area with more than 3.5 million residents and 44.6% of them are women. A total of 523 461 of them are working women who are in the productive age range of 15-49 years. In this age range, many working women are mothers who have to leave their babies and be cared for by someone else and cannot provide exclusive breast milk. The failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding is the driving force behind many cases of stunting in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach with the respondents being working mothers who have children under five. P value is 0.021 and OR 8,000, so there is a significant relationship between breastfeeding behavior and the incidence of stunting in the Kedungwaringin Community Health Center Working Area. Working mothers with non-exclusive breastfeeding behavior increase the risk of stunting by 8,000 times compared to mothers who breastfeed exclusively.
