The rapid evolution of social media has made it a significant part of daily life. Instagram, a widely used platform, plays a crucial role in communication, marketing, and branding, particularly among young people. This study focuses on Instagram's effectiveness as a branding tool for educational institutions, with a specific case study on SLB Khusus Bina Mandiri Surabaya. This institution uses Instagram to showcase achievements, communicate with stakeholders, and enhance its public image. The research aims to analyze the impact of Instagram on the institution's branding strategy, exploring both its benefits and challenges. Using qualitative methods, the study collects data through interviews and content analysis of the institution's Instagram account. The findings highlight the importance of social media in educational branding, offering insights for similar institutions seeking to leverage digital platforms for promotion and engagement.

Planning project activities is one of the important foundations for project implementation so that the project can be carried out optimally. The schedule is part of project planning which is a parameter for the success of a project. Scheduling needs to be considered to determine the duration and sequence of project activities, so that a logical and realistic project schedule can be formed. The aim of this research is to obtain the critical path of a project activity along with the duration required during the project and to obtain the probability of the project reaching the expected target. In this research the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) method are used. . Based on the results of the calculations and discussion, it can be concluded that in the function setting activity a critical path was obtained which consists of 7 activities, namely A – B – F – G – H – I – J with a duration of 57 days. It was also found that the probability of the project reaching the expected target within 76 days or less was 0.9978 or 99.78%.

Carrying out community service, the main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding Optimization of Digital Marketing and the Legality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Development in Mojowono Village. Education is an important activity for every person to be able to develop the potential that exists within him. Currently, the curriculum applied to education in Indonesia uses the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum has a system where teachers and students can of course have the freedom to learn independently, be creative and innovate. In the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, of course, there are subjects studied by students, one of these subjects is PPKn. The aim of this research is to determine the optimization of the character of elementary school students in PPKn learning based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The type of research used is quantitative, the data collection procedure begins with determining the sample using test techniques, questionnaires, observation rubrics, documentation, as well as the research population and sample, namely class IV students at SDN Balas Klumprik 1 Surabaya. The results of the research show that the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PPKn learning has an influence in optimizing the character formation of elementary school students. In the conclusion of the research, the influence of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum on PPKn learning as optimizing student character formation in elementary schools is that students are able to optimize character formation in PPKn subjects based on the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) with the dimension of working together and doing it in life. real.

Websites are the cheapest, most effective and efficient promotional media, because websites are online publication media for schools which are a necessity in providing information about products, price discounts and others and can also receive information quickly and accurately. SDS Duri Indah Jakarta until 2023 will always provide information regarding school activities and information regarding registration of new students via social media. Initial observations at SDS Duri Indah, the school does not yet have an independent website, so it is necessary to create and develop a website with the school domain (.sch). This website helps schools carry out promotions. Creation and assistance activities use several methods, namely 1) Observation, 2) Website creation, 3) Assistance with website management, 4) Monitoring and evaluation. The result of the activity is that the school has a school website and can also provide knowledge about managing school websites for admins and how to create articles and content for users.

Waste is one of the biggest environmental problems in Indonesia. Based on data from the 2014 Central Statistics Agency (in Angga & Djunaidi, 2017) it shows that Indonesia produces around 187.2 million tons of waste / year and is in second place as the largest waste producer in the world. Waste not only comes from households but also from the school environment. If this waste is left unchecked, it can cause disease. This large amount of waste is also caused by people's lack of concern for the environment. Therefore, it requires an appropriate management strategy, one of which is through recycling. The waste recycling training aims to increase knowledge of dealing with plastic waste and develop the creativity of Purwakarta State Primary School teachers so that they are able to process waste into learning media as well as capital for students to understand learning more easily through waste recycling training. Implementation methods include environmental observation, problem identification, determining service activities, coordinating service activities with prospective participants, implementing training. The waste recycling training activity has been successful and running smoothly, able to develop creativity and increase teachers' knowledge regarding waste managent.

Agus Salim, Alue Berawa Village, Langsa District, Langsa City.  The problem faced is that learning methods for students with special needs are not yet optimal.  The aim of the research is to optimize the ability of special education teachers to use learning methods for students with special needs. The method used is descriptive with accompanying presentation, discussion and training techniques for participants regarding the importance of learning methods for students with special needs. The results of this research are that teachers can optimize learning methods for students with special needs who are hearing impaired. So that it can foster differentiated, fun and meaningful learning for children with special needs.

PT Sayuran Pagi is a company that operates in the agricultural sector and focuses on hydroponic vegetables such as spinach, kale, curly kale and other types of vegetables, and is located in the city of Depok and is a Limited Liability Company (PT). The Morning Vegetable Company has three gardens which are used, one of which is the Cipaku area, Bogor, where all of its production will be sent first to a warehouse in Depok and then distributed to several partners who have collaborated. The increase in consumption of green spinach among the public affects the distribution of this vegetable, which means companies must be able to meet demand with proper distribution. In this research, to determine the shortest route when distributing from the garden to the warehouse using the Dijkstra algorithm. Based on the calculation results, the optimal solution for the shortest route is route A-C-B-F-H-I or from the toll road with a total distance of 10.55km. However, because the focus of this research is on costs, from the results of the research using the Dijkstra algorithm calculation method, it can be concluded that PT. Sayuran Pagi can take the non-toll route because the costs incurred are less than the toll route.

The learning process can use the surrounding environment as a learning resource with a view to optimizing student learning outcomes on ecosystem materials. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which is made in 2 cycles where each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The materials used are class VII-B students with a total of 26 students. The results showed that from cycle I to cycle II, student learning outcomes increased. The percentage of passing learning outcomes in the first cycle is 65% and the average grade is 67, while in the second cycle it is 88% and the average grade is 87. learning increased by 20 points. Utilizing the environment as a learning medium can make teaching and learning activities more memorable, because students are faced with real situations. The lessons learned by students will be more concrete, more precise, and their authenticity will be accountable so that it can be concluded that learning by using the environment as a learning resource can improve student learning outcomes.

In this study, it is investigated how the optimal capital structure can impact the value characteristics of coal companies and whether the capital structure will have an impact on firm value through the mediating variable of profitability. The data collection technique used panel data from leading coal companies and applied regression analysis method to test the influence between independent variables, mediating variables, and dependent variables. The research findings show that there is a significant influence between capital structure and probability characteristics, with the mediating variable of profitability playing a significant role. The findings can provide valuable insights for coal company management in adapting its capital structure.

Developing micro, small, and medium enterprises (M.S.M.E.s) in Tegal City supports local and national economic growth. However, many M.S.M.E.s need help understanding and utilizing digital marketing, which is increasingly essential in today’s digital era. This study aims to improve the digital marketing capabilities of M.S.M.E.s in Tegal City through a mentoring program involving communication science students. The methods include preparation, research, analysis, program implementation, evaluation, and activity reports. This program involves students supporting M.S.M.E.s, including creating social media and content and managing e-commerce accounts. The study results show that this mentoring has succeeded in increasing the visibility of M.S.M.E. products and expanding market reach. The implementation of digital marketing strategies assisted by students has a significant impact on the sustainability and competitiveness of M.S.M.E.s in Tegal City.

This research conducted aims to explore the important aspects of office layout in a motorcycle dealer company which includes the objectives: (1) Identifying effective office layout strategies in motorcycle dealer companies, (2) Analyzing the effect of office layout on customer satisfaction, (3) Finding ways to optimize customer satisfaction of motorcycle dealer companies through office layout. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach based on the results of direct observation at the Honda Naga Mas Motor Bandung office Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 529, as well as observing customer reviews on Google regarding the layout of the company. The results showed that Honda Naga Mas Motor Bandung implements an efficient office layout strategy, because the applied office layout can optimize customer satisfaction through positive reviews related to the existing office layout in the company with evidenced of customers who feel more comfortable and easy to get service at the office because of the good office layout. These findings can provide insight and awareness to other motorcycle dealer companies regarding the importance of the right office layout strategy for optimal customer satisfaction.

In this context, optimizing digital technology is crucial for providing innovative solutions. This research aims to explore the role of digital-based technology, such as Internet of Things (IoT), intelligence (AI) and blockchain systems in overcoming environmental challenges. In-depth analysis was carried out to identify how the application of these technologies has influenced conventional paradigms, provided efficiencies, and strengthened risk mitigation efforts against negative environmental impacts. Wise integration and optimization of digital technology not only provides solutions to today's environmental challenges, but also provides opportunities for future revolution. By maximally utilizing the potential of digital technology, it is hoped that a system that is more adaptive and responsive to environmental changes can be created. Through this article, it is hoped that it can provide deeper insight into how digital technology can be a catalyst in efforts to maintain environmental sustainability amidst the turmoil of the disruptive era.

The KALIMASADA program is an abbreviation for Adminduk Aware Community Environmental Area. This program is present as one of the efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Surabaya to increase the awareness of the people of Surabaya City regarding Population Administration. This program is implemented in every sub-district of Surabaya City, supported by the Head of RT/RW, KSH, and MSIB 6 Internship Students as service assistants who go directly to the field (pick up the ball) to provide convenience for the community in managing population administration optimally. By implementing the KALIMASADA program, it is hoped that the public will understand the importance of population administration which is carried out free of charge without any charges. The implementation of the KALIMASADA Jemput Bola adminduk program uses the observation method by observing objects directly during the assignment period in Rangkah Village, Surabaya City. The results of this activity can show that the role of MSIB 6 students as Companion of Population Administration Services has a significant influence in increasing public awareness of the importance of population administration in today's masses. Apart from that, MSIB 6 students also play a very important role for the community in making it easier to manage population administration files. quickly and efficiently

Occupational health and safety (K3) is an effort to protect things that are dangerous so that everyone in the work environment is always safe and healthy. Creating a safe and healthy work environment can minimize the occurrence of accidents or accidents that can cause prolonged absences from work and significant costs for the company. Injured or sick workers can hinder productivity and disrupt work. The implementation of work safety basically aims to find weaknesses that exist and the possibility of accidents occurring in the work environment. This function consists of finding the cause and effect of an accident and investigating whether it is controllable or not. Labor productivity is a very important factor for companies, because the higher labor productivity, the more production or work results that can be provided in a certain time. To achieve maximum productivity, other things that are still related to labor productivity must also be considered. Among them are job opportunities, work motivation, work efficiency and effectiveness, work ability, as well as experience and knowledge that support the work process. Measurement of labor productivity is based on a system of physical income per person or hours worked per person based on working time or in days or years. By making these measurements, it is converted into work units, namely. into the amount of work that can be completed by employees working according to implementation standards in one hour. In short: The adoption of occupational health and safety in the workplace is an important factor in increasing the productivity and success of the entire enterprise. With the implementation of OSH it is possible to prevent work-related accidents and injuries, prevent employee absenteeism, which increases job satisfaction and creates competitive advantages that can lead to future employee success.

Increasing digital literacy is the key to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal 17, namely partnerships to achieve the goals. It is hoped that government initiatives that provide facilities to increase partnerships and public awareness of digital literacy can increase the availability of information and provide equal opportunities for progress in the social, economic and environmental fields. This research uses literature review methods and content analysis. The results of this research state that the initiatives taken by the government to advance digital literacy have improved public service standards, especially in the fields of health, education and public services. The Indonesian government has fully supported the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by increasing public awareness and expertise in digital technology through various projects and programs. This program aims to increase community access and expertise in digital technology through training, creation of digital infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. This will significantly improve the quality of life of the community and participate in long-term development.

This article discusses the importance of Pancasila education in shaping tolerance and social awareness among Indonesian university students. Based on the nation's five core principles, Pancasila education plays a crucial role in developing the character of the younger generation. By instilling strong moral and ethical values, this education aims to equip students with the ability to face social challenges wisely and responsibly. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through library research. The findings indicate that Pancasila education can create a conducive learning environment for students' self-development, encompassing not only intellectual aspects but also the formation of moral character. The implementation of this education includes interactive teaching methods, practical experiences, and character education development. Effective methods include group discussions, case studies, community service programs, and student organization activities. In conclusion, Pancasila education must be an integral part of the higher education curriculum to ensure that students thoroughly understand and apply Pancasila values in their daily lives. This is expected to produce a young generation with strong character, tolerance, and social awareness, contributing to the formation of a harmonious and just society.

As a solution to overcome the problems in the Cost Recovery Production Sharing Contract system, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 08 Year 2017 on Gross Split Production Sharing Contract. This new regulation was issued due to the decline in the discovery of oil and gas reserves and the decline in non-tax state revenue (PNBP) from the upstream oil and gas sector. The Gross Split Production Sharing Contract scheme also aims to reduce bureaucracy in investment to attract investors to conduct exploration and exploitation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects related to Gross Split regulations in improving the investment climate in the upstream oil and gas sector, as well as to evaluate the role of the Oil and Gas Special Task Force as an institution responsible for controlling and supervising the activities of the Cooperation Contractor in the Production Sharing Contract.

E-Government and Digital Governance serve as crucial foundations in the transformation of public services, leveraging information and communication technology. The primary focus is to provide easy and efficient access for the community. Through innovations such as the "Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan" (Administration Retrieval Initiative) within the Kalimasada program, the Surabaya city government expedites administrative processes by utilizing the Klampid New Generation (KNG) website. This research aims to optimize this innovation in the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district of Surabaya. Standards of public service regulated by laws serve as benchmarks for enhancing service quality, covering procedures, processing time, costs, service offerings, infrastructure, and staff competencies. The research findings indicate that service procedures run smoothly, processing times are relatively fast, services are provided free of charge, service offerings include various citizenship documents, and infrastructure is adequate. This innovation reflects the integration of technology into governance, accelerating and streamlining public administration processes.
