The success of education delivery depends heavily on the quality of supporting elements, particularly educational facilities, which play a strategic role in supporting learning activities and achieving human resource development goals. This research is motivated by a gap in understanding regarding the effectiveness of the management process for facilities and infrastructure in improving learning quality, as well as the need to adapt to the dynamics of modern education. The purpose of this research is to examine the management process for educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to improving learning quality, based on the results of a literature review. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, where data was obtained through critical analysis of scientific journals and academic literature. The research findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, supervision, and disposal. Each stage is interrelated and plays a strategic role in supporting a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process. The implications of this research indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, carried out through a planned and sustainable process, plays a crucial role in supporting the improvement of learning quality.

Facilities and infrastructure are essential components in the provision of education, functioning to support the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes, student comfort, and the achievement of quality learning outcomes. In boarding-based Islamic schools (madrasah), facility needs become more complex due to the integration of formal academic curricula with religious instruction and a full residential system. The National Education Standards (SNP) serve as the national reference for the fulfillment of educational facilities in Indonesia; however, the standards do not specifically regulate boarding facilities, resulting in a gap in facility fulfillment among pesantren-based madrasah. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Sunanul Husna, South Tangerang City, with the SNP and to identify inhibiting factors affecting the fulfillment of such standards. The research employed a qualitative case study design through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using interactive procedures, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that academic facilities are categorized as adequate, with classrooms, teacher rooms, administrative offices, computer laboratories, and a UKS room available and functioning, although the library and student sanitation facilities require improvement. Boarding facilities such as dormitories, worship areas, and kitchen facilities are categorized as good, despite not being covered in the SNP. The study reveals that financial limitations, centralized authority at the foundation level, and the absence of national standards for boarding education represent the main inhibiting factors. The study implies the need for the formulation of facility standards specifically for boarding madrasah and for strengthened collaboration among the government, foundations, and communities in fulfilling educational infrastructure.

Socio-economic challenges faced by tuberculosis (TB) survivors in Indonesia remain substantial, particularly stigma that restricts employment opportunities and hinders social reintegration. This community service program aimed to strengthen the economic capacity of TB survivors through a community-based empowerment approach and health information dissemination via social media. The program involved a TB survivor community in the partner area of the Lampung Sehat Initiative. A participatory method was applied through entrepreneurship training, digital content production assistance, and the distribution of health education materials using Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The results indicate that social media was effective not only as a platform for health education but also as a promotional tool for participants’ micro-business products. In addition to improving public literacy regarding TB, social media contributed to stigma reduction by delivering positive narratives and reinforcing the collective identity of the survivor community. The program also encouraged behavioral change, supported the emergence of local leadership, and expanded participants’ social and economic networks. These findings suggest that integrating social media into community-based empowerment initiatives can serve as a social transformation strategy that enhances the sustainability of economic development and social support for TB survivors.

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat mendorong perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, sehingga pembelajaran abad ke-21 tidak hanya menekankan pemahaman materi, tetapi juga menuntut penguatan empat kompetensi inti atau 4C, yaitu berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Integrasi teknologi menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, adaptif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis temuan dari sebelas artikel ilmiah yang membahas implementasi teknologi dalam mengembangkan keterampilan 4C pada pembelajaran modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah fokus, desain, serta hasil penelitian dari setiap artikel, kemudian mengintegrasikannya melalui analisis tematik untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai bentuk teknologi seperti platform pembelajaran digital, aplikasi mobile, media interaktif, kecerdasan buatan, serta perangkat kolaboratif mampu memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik. Teknologi terbukti memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui kegiatan analisis informasi dan pemecahan masalah berbasis digital; meningkatkan kreativitas melalui pembuatan konten multimedia dan eksplorasi ide; memperluas kemampuan komunikasi melalui diskusi virtual, presentasi digital, dan interaksi sinkron maupun asinkron; serta mendorong kolaborasi melalui proyek kelompok berbasis platform daring yang memudahkan koordinasi dan pembagian tugas. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi teknologi memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pengembangan 4C, meskipun keberhasilannya tetap sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, dukungan sarana, serta desain pembelajaran yang tepat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi digital pendidik dan penguatan lingkungan belajar berbasis teknologi agar keterampilan 4C dapat dioptimalkan dalam pembelajaran abad 21. This study is motivated by the rapid development of digital technology, which has positioned social media as an essential tool for disseminating information and conducting promotion, including in the field of arts and culture. Sanggar Mahligai in Siak Regency, as an institution dedicated to preserving Malay traditional dance, utilizes social media to expand its informational reach, attract public interest, and maintain the existence of traditional arts amid modern lifestyle changes. This research aims to describe how social media is used as a medium for information dissemination and promotion by Sanggar Mahligai. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the head of the sanggar, social media administrators, and followers of the sanggar’s social media accounts. The findings show that Instagram and TikTok serve as the main platforms for sharing information related to training schedules, performance activities, new member registration, and activity documentation. Visual content, the use of trending formats, and active interaction with the audience significantly increase public engagement and interest in the sanggar’s activities. These results indicate that social media plays an important role in strengthening the sanggar’s visibility, fostering two-way communication, and supporting the preservation of Malay cultural arts through consistent and strategic digital practices.

This study erxaminers ther influerncer of library facility and infrastructurer managermernt on studernt satisfaction at Sterlla Maris Loli Catholic Privater Junior High School. A quantitativer merthod with a correrlational approach was employed to identify the relationship between the two variables. The analysis results reveal that the management of library facilities and infrastructure falls into an unsatisfactory category, with an average student satisfaction score of 49.3%. The t-test indicates a significant positive effect (t count = 9.040) between management and satisfaction levels, where 42% of student satisfaction can be explained by library management. Additionally, factors such as procurement, storage, and maintenance exacerbate the situation. These findings emphasize the need for improvements in library management, including better planning and adequate budget allocation. By enhancing the management of facilities and infrastructure, student satisfaction is expected to increase, consequently encouraging students to be more actively engaged in visiting the library. As a rercommerndation, ther school should derverlop a stratergic managermernt plan for ther library focuserd on improving serrvicer quality and facilities.

Land registration is a crucial mechanism in realizing legal certainty over land rights, particularly land with ownership status (hak milik). The Basic Agrarian Law (Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria/UUPA) Number 5 of 1960 explicitly regulates land registration as an effort to provide legal protection and certainty of rights for landowners. The purpose of this study is to understand the procedures of land registration for ownership rights to ensure legal certainty for landholders, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered in the registration process that hinder the achievement of such certainty. This study employs a normative legal research method by examining primary and secondary legal materials. The research focuses on analyzing regulations related to land registration to provide legal certainty, in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) No. 5 of 1960 and its implementing regulations, such as Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. The findings of this study indicate that the procedures for land registration both sporadic and systematic (through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program or PTSL) function to ensure legal certainty and protect ownership rights. However, several challenges arise in its implementation, including low public awareness, land disputes or overlapping ownership claims, limited resources at land offices, and financial and time constraints. Therefore, to achieve the intended objectives, improvements in the administrative system of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) are required, along with increased public awareness regarding the importance of land certification.

The number of housing units with the handover of residential Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas (PSU) by developers in Sidoarjo Regency is inversely proportional. As of 2023, there were 535 housing units, and 25 Surat Keterangan Rencana Kota (SKRK) were issued in 2024, whereas the number of Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) for the handover of residential PSU until September 2025 was only 128. However, the handover of residential PSU to the Regional Government is a mandatory obligation for every developer. This research focuses on the implementation of Sidoarjo Regent Regulation Number 53 of 2024 concerning Procedures for the Handover and Utilization of Residential PSU. The purpose of this research is to examine the extent of implementation of this regulation. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results show that the implementation of Sidoarjo Regent Regulation Number 53 of 2024 has been running well, with a focus on improving Human Resources and inter-agency communication.

This study aims to examine the use of piggy banks as a means of financial literacy education among elementary school students. Piggy piggy banks are seen as a simple but effective learning medium in instilling the habit of saving, managing money, and forming a frugal character from an early age. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research involves students, teachers, and parents as the main data source with interview and observation techniques. The results of the study show that the use of piggy banks not only increases children's understanding of the concept of money and economic value, but also fosters financial responsibility and awareness from an early age. Teachers play an important role in providing direction and assistance, while the role of parents is a reinforcement of the practice of saving at home. In addition, saving through piggy banks has been proven to increase motivation to learn, because children feel that they have financial goals that they want to achieve. Education through piggy banks is the first step in building a strong financial literacy foundation, so that children are used to planning their money wisely and consistently. Thus, piggy banks can be used as effective contextual learning innovations at the elementary school level.

The 2025 UINSU Community Service Program research in Sempajaya Village was carried out through training in making ecoprint tote bags as an effort to develop creativity while strengthening the economic literacy of elementary school children. This activity utilized natural materials such as leaves and flowers commonly found in the village environment, so that children could learn to recognize the potential of their natural surroundings as a source of creative works with practical and economic value. The training was conducted in three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reflection. During the implementation stage, children were introduced to the concept of ecoprinting, pounding techniques, and the steps involved in making ecoprinted tote bags through lectures, question and answer sessions, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in the participants' creativity, as evident in their ability to arrange motifs, select natural materials, and produce tote bags with attractive patterns. In addition, this activity also fostered a basic understanding of the economic value of creative products, thereby supporting the formation of independence and an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The reflection stage showed that the children were able to identify the process, benefits, and challenges they faced. Thus, ecoprint tote bags proved to be an effective educational tool in integrating creativity, economic literacy, and love for the environment for the children of Sempajaya Village.

A market is a place where buying and selling transactions take place between sellers and buyers at a specific time and place. This definition encompasses several key elements: the presence of sellers, buyers, a specific place and time, and a transaction agreement. Such markets are also known as traditional markets. "Surprise" or "overflow" markets are markets that open suddenly and briefly. "Surprise" or "overflow" markets are increasingly common in various locations. There are many reasons why people enjoy shopping at these markets. One example is the very low prices, especially compared to shopping at supermarkets or malls. Over time, with the increasing demand for basic necessities, the "surprise" market, located along the road in the Vila Mutiara Cikarang housing complex, has also experienced gradual development. The number of traders and buyers has increased, the trading space has expanded, and transaction times have decreased. This "surprise" market is located along the road in the Vila Mutiara Cikarang housing complex, starting from the second block to the end of the road exiting the housing complex. The "surprise" market operates during peak hours, especially in the morning, when this time is not only for market activities but also for many activities such as going to work, school, and other activities.

Kajian Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Terapan 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the impact of business combinations through acquisition on the financial performance of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, focusing on the acquiring firm in the Indonesian telecommunications infrastructure sector. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements for the period 2019–2023, sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company’s official website. Financial performance is analyzed using Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) by comparing the periods before, during, and after the acquisition conducted in 2021. The results indicate that the acquisition exerted short-term pressure on asset efficiency and profitability, as reflected by the decline in ROA and NPM in the year of acquisition. However, in the post-acquisition period, the company demonstrated an improvement in operational performance, particularly in Net Profit Margin, suggesting that the economic benefits of the business combination gradually materialized. Meanwhile, fluctuations in ROE and DER reflect adjustments in the capital structure following the acquisition. These findings suggest that the success of an acquisition cannot be evaluated solely based on short-term financial performance but requires continuous assessment to capture its medium- and long-term effects. This study provides practical implications for management in formulating post-acquisition integration strategies and contributes empirically to the accounting and finance literature on business combinations in Indonesia.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the delivery of da'wah messages to young people. Audiovisual media has become an effective means of attracting interest, enhancing understanding, and increasing the participation of mosque youth in development activities. This service aims to analyze the use of audiovisual media as a means of developing mosque youth at Barisan Mujahid Matita (BMM), Medan. The method used is a qualitative approach through observation and audiovisual production training, which can improve the skills of young people in creating da'wah content, strengthen understanding of development material, and boost enthusiasm in participating in mosque activities. In addition, audiovisual media has proven to help BMM enhance the quality of documentation and publication of activities. Notaris merupakan pejabat umum yang memiliki kewenangan untuk membuat akta autentik sebagai alat bukti dengan kekuatan hukum sempurna. Namun dalam praktik, notaris tidak jarang terseret perkara pidana ketika akta yang dibuatnya digunakan sebagai sarana tindak pidana. Fenomena tersebut tampak dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 379 K/Pid/2021.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1.Apa saja faktor-faktor yang menjadi sebab adanya tindak pidana penipuan dalam pembuatan akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli?2.Apa dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan perkara Nomor 379 K/PID/2021?3.Bagaimana akibat hukum pertanggjungjawaban pidana dalam tindak pidana penipuan pembuatan akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli dari putusan Nomor 379 K/PID/2021?Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus dan perundang-undangan. Spesifikasi penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitis, dengan sumber data berupa bahan hukum primer (putusan pengadilan, peraturan perundang-undangan), bahan hukum sekunder (literatur, doktrin), serta bahan hukum tersier sebagai penunjang. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menguraikan norma hukum yang relevan serta penerapannya.

The development of live streaming and shop social media has made TikTok a potential digital platform to support community entrepreneurship. TikTok functions not only as an entertainment medium but also as a means of promoting and selling products online. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to optimize the use of TikTok as an entrepreneurial medium for Dasa Wisma (Dawis) women. The activity was carried out in four stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The methods used included lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and hands-on practice in creating and managing TikTok content for business purposes. The training results showed that the Dawis women were able to understand and practice using TikTok as a sales medium, from account creation, promotional video content creation, to interacting with potential buyers. Evaluation of participant satisfaction and understanding showed a positive response to the training implementation. Thus, this activity successfully increased the knowledge and skills of the Dawis women in utilizing TikTok as an entrepreneurial medium and supported the development of digital technology-based online businesses.

The use of technology-based learning media, such as Smart TVs, has great potential in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools (SD). Smart TVs can support interactive learning, enrich teaching materials, and increase student learning motivation. However, in reality, many elementary schools still face limited supporting facilities so that their use is not optimal. This study analyzes the use of Smart TV in elementary schools with limited infrastructure, teacher readiness, and its impact on the learning process. The analysis method was carried out qualitatively through the study of school conditions, observations, and interviews with teachers. The results of the study show that the limitations of the internet network, the lack of supporting devices, and the lack of teacher training are the main factors that hinder the effectiveness of the use of Smart TVs. The impact of these limitations is the low integration of technology in learning, limited access to digital materials, and the suboptimal role of teachers as facilitators. Therefore, policy support from the government, improving school facilities, and teacher training programs are needed so that the use of Smart TVs can run optimally. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that Smart TV has the potential to become an innovative learning medium in elementary schools if supported by adequate infrastructure facilities and teacher competence in accordance with the demands of the digital era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran simbol keagamaan dalam merefleksikan maupun menutupi kesenjangan kelas sosial di masyarakat perkotaan, dengan menggunakan perspektif teori Karl Marx mengenai agama sebagai ideologi dan alat legitimasi kekuasaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui wawancara semi-struktural terhadap warga kota dari kelas sosial menengah ke atas dan kelas menengah ke bawah, serta tokoh agama setempat. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik untuk melihat pola relasi antara simbol agama, posisi kelas, dan akses terhadap kekuasaan sosial-ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa simbol agama kerap digunakan oleh kelas atas sebagai sarana pembentukan citra, legitimasi status, dan penguatan struktur sosial, sedangkan bagi kelas bawah agama berfungsi sebagai sumber harapan dan solidaritas sosial, namun tidak selalu membuka akses terhadap mobilitas ekonomi. Secara umum, agama dapat berfungsi ganda: menjadi media pemersatu sosial sekaligus cermin ketimpangan kelas yang tersembunyi dalam praktik keagamaan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya membaca agama tidak hanya secara teologis, tetapi juga sebagai fenomena sosial yang berkaitan dengan produksi makna, kekuasaan, dan distribusi sumber daya.

Technological advancements are making various activities easier, including product marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One benefit of these technological advancements is the opportunity for MSMEs to market their products widely, effectively, and cost-effectively thru social media marketing. UMKM Bolu Gulung Hj. Enong is in a business position that is starting to become popular. The desire to remain a frequently discussed business and reach a wide range of consumers led to the implementation of optimal marketing strategies using social media. Utilization of social media to introduce products. The research method uses literature studies, article collection with relevant title selection, and articles published within the timeframe of 2020-2025. Conclusion: Social media reaches a wide market, quickly and cheaply. MSMEs like Bolu Gulung Hj. Enong, in the food industry, can promote their products thru social media to reach target markets in other regions and target users in various areas. However, there are several challenges with using social media marketing strategies, namely the business's lack of digital knowledge, communication errors, and the fact that it makes it easier for competitors to copy marketing strategies.

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana mahasiswa memandang peran Pendidikan Pancasila dalam memperkuat pemahaman Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) dan prinsip keadilan sosial dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, studi ini menelusuri persepsi mahasiswa terhadap relevansi nilai-nilai Pancasila, khususnya sila kedua dan kelima, dalam membentuk karakter, kesadaran kritis, serta sikap inklusif dalam lingkungan akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menilai Pendidikan Pancasila tidak hanya sebagai mata kuliah normatif, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan etika sosial, penghormatan terhadap martabat manusia, dan penguatan kepekaan terhadap ketidaksetaraan sosial. Namun demikian, mahasiswa juga melihat adanya tantangan berupa kurangnya metode pembelajaran yang kontekstual, sehingga nilai-nilai HAM dan keadilan sosial belum sepenuhnya diinternalisasi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan model pembelajaran berbasis dialog, studi kasus, serta integrasi isu-isu sosial aktual agar Pendidikan Pancasila semakin relevan dan berdampak bagi generasi muda.

Facilities and infrastructure play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of learning in Playgroup (Kelompok Bermain). This study aims to examine the influence of the availability and management of facilities and infrastructure on the effectiveness of early childhood learning processes. A quantitative research method was employed using surveys with questionnaires distributed to teachers and administrators of Playgroups. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and regression analysis to determine the relationship between facilities and infrastructure and learning quality. The findings indicate that adequate facilities such as comfortable classrooms and educational aids significantly improve children's learning motivation and the smoothness of the learning process. Well-equipped environments enable teachers to deliver lessons more effectively, thus positively impacting children's learning outcomes. In conclusion, improving and maintaining facilities and infrastructure should be a priority for Playgroup managers to ensure optimal learning quality and support the holistic development of young children.
