Penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan dalam perhitungan panen ikan molly secara manual, yang menghambat efisiensi dan profitabilitas peternakan ikan. Kurangnya penelitian komprehensif tentang penerapan teknologi pemrosesan citra digital di Indonesia mendorong eksplorasi algoritma BLOB dan filter HSV. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang memuaskan hingga 98,14%, meskipun dengan tantangan terkait identifikasi objek yang bertumpuk. Diperlukan penyesuaian parameter yang cermat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi.

Susu UHT atau Ultra High Temperature merupakan salah satu jenis susu yang paling sering dikonsumsi masyarakat. Susu UHT diolah dalam waktu yang singkat dengan teknologi pemanasan tingkat tinggi.  PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company, Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai jenis minuman. Salah satu produk peternakan yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan ini adalah susu UHT, yang sering disebut juga sebagai Ultra Milk. Ultra Milk melakukan campaign promosi dengan kolaborasi bersama grup K-Pop. Kolaborasi yang sedang dilakukan saat ini adalah kolaborasi dengan grup K-Pop Stray Kids. Penelitian terhadap Pengaruh Pembelian dan Konsumsi Susu UHT Ultra Milk Kolaborasi dengan Grup K-Pop Stray Kids ini dilakukan pengumpulan data kuesioner. Meningkatnya pembelian dan konsumsi susu UHT Ultra Milk kolaborasi dengan Stray Kids ini didukung oleh adanya hadiah setiap pembelian produk susu UHT Ultra Milk. Pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah pembelian di gerai Alfagroup yang sangat mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Kolaborasi Ultra Milk dengan Stray Kids menjadi bentuk promosi yang sangat baik untuk brand Ultra Milk sendiri.

Layout has an important role in improving the quality of life and productivity of cows. Placing the right layout of space or facilities can make it easier to carry out daily maintenance and upkeep activities. This research was conducted to analyze the layout of facilities at Sapi Juara Farm. Sapi Juara Farm is a privately owned dairy farm located in Kec. Pamijahan, Bogor Regency, West Java. This farm provides fresh cow's milk to meet the demands of the cow's milk processing industry and the community's demand for milk. The layout of this farm needs to be reviewed in order to increase operational efficiency and optimal milk yield. This research aims to investigate and analyze the layout of facilities at Sapi Juara Farm using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. The results of the analysis of the two methods showed that the highest score was in the feed warehouse with a total score of 331 and the lowest score was in the owner's house with a total score of 15. The equipment warehouse underwent changes to be placed adjacent to the sterilization room to make it easier to clean the equipment and the process of transporting the milk out.    

Begitu pentingnya air bersih bagi kehidupan manusia, sehingga memungkinkan penyediaan menjadi terbatas apabila pemanfaatannya tidak diatur dengan baik, sehingga harus dibuat suatu jaringan perpipaan yang tertata baik untuk mendistribusikan air bersih secara merata agar dapat optimal pemanfaatannya. Pengembangan dan pengelolan sistem irigasi, yang merupakan salah satu komponen pendukung keberhasilan pengembangan sistem pengairan yang mempunyai peran sangat penting dan strategis. Berkaitan dengan pengembangan kebun alam regeneratif sekolah alam Ar ridho sebagai media belajar tentang pertanian, perkebunan dan peternakan yang sangat membutuhkan air bersih untuk pengairan, penyiraman tanaman dan penyediaan air minum ternak.Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat yaitu tingginya kadar kekeruahan, kegiatan peningkatan kualitas air bersih meliputi pengamanan dan penetapan kualitas fisik air  (bebas dari warna, bau, kekeruhan dan rasa), bebas dari bahan kimia berbahaya, bebas dari sinar radioaktif maupun bakteriologis (mikroorganisme patogen). Sistem transmisi merupakan sistem pengangkutan air dari bangunan pengambilan air baku ke area yang dituju sehingga menjadi penghubungan antara sistem pengumpulan dengan sistem distribusi EPANET yang secara luas melakukan periode simulasi dari hidrolika dan kualitas air dalam jaringan pipa bertekanan. EPANET juga dapat mensimulasikan konsentrasi zat kimia yang ditambahkan pada suatu jaringan, umur air dan pola outflow dari sumber air.

Banyuwangi Regency has an area of ​​5,782.5 km2, which is divided into 25 sub-districts and 217 villages/sub-districts with a population in 2021 reaching approximately 1,718,462 people. Based on BPS data from Banyuwangi Regency in 2020, it shows that the total livestock population is 3,130,769. These types of livestock consist of four-legged animals such as cows, buffalo, horses, goats, sheep, pigs and poultry such as chickens. The aim of this research is to find out the potential electrical energy obtained from livestock manure and to measure and identify the potential electrical energy from waste processing which is developed into a biomass power plant in Banyuwangi Regency. The research method in writing this article is descriptive quantitative, the data was obtained from literature studies. Biogas potential from the livestock sector in Banyuwangi Regency is considered high with a total of 297,680 m3 of biogas that can be produced. Meanwhile, the total weight of waste generated in Banyuwangi Regency is 572,261 kg/day. So it was found that the total bioenergy produced from livestock manure in Banyuwangi Regency reached 297,681 m3, while the total electrical energy produced from organic waste in Banyuwangi Regency reached 414,061 kWh per day.  

The research was conducted to determine the influence of socio economic factors to the interest of youth at Modopuro Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency in raising ducks. The research was conducted in September - Oktober 2022 in Modopuro Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency and was done with quantitative method. The population and sample of this study were Modopuro Village youth aged 16-30 years, totaling 92 respondents chosen by the purposive sampling method. The variables of the research is the independent variables (income, family environment, community environment, and social status) and the dependent variables namely youth interest. The data obtained from observation, and questionnaires for respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regressions. Variables that have a significant influence to the interest of youth in raising ducks are community environment and social status.      

The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of bankruptcy in broiler farms using the Altman Z-Score method using financial statements for the 2017-2019 period. This research was conducted from August to September 2021, this research was conducted by conductibf interviews with the Company Owner. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, namely by collecting, classifying, analyzing and interpreting the data obtained from the company so that it can provide an overview of the actual situation. The method used by researchers for data collection is by interview and documentation. The results showed how to overcome bankruptcy based on financial data, the company had total debt which was one of the causes of the company going bankrupt and another reason the company closed because in 2019 the price of chicken decreased. Factors causing the decline in broiler prices in 2019 were due to oversupply from broiler chickens, oversupply from Day Old Chicks (DOC), a decrease in people's purchasing power and distribution channels that were disrupted due to the issue of the cartel mafia.    

Tulungagung Regency was chosen to implement the YESS program because the majority of its people rely on the agricultural sector as their main livelihood and raising livestock as a side business. Geographically, the location of the Tulungagung Regency area is also quite strategic with abundant natural resources, thus supporting it as a target for implementing the Program. This research was carried out for 1 month from March 10 2023 to April 15 2023. In this research primary data and secondary data were obtained. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations of 7 breeders who received benefits from competitive grants from the YESS Program in 2022, goat breeders as key informants in Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency and Expert Informants who came from YESS Program implementers from the Tulungagung Agriculture Service and program facilitators. Secondary data was obtained from literature. From the research, the results showed that the YESS program was considered successful in improving livestock farmers' skills, facilitating market access, increasing access to financing and activating institutional policies and media for youth involvement in rural areas. The suggestion for this research is that it is necessary to carry out further analysis regarding the obstacles that occur in implementing the YESS program.

The goal and main issues discussed in this research are how the Organizational Structure influences Performance in the Livestock Farming Area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Glugur Rimbun. This study uses a qualitative associative method, conducting a review of theories and literature, as well as surveys and observations, and collecting opinions from academic community members, especially professors specializing in Human Resources. The research results state that organizational structure is a framework or arrangement that regulates relationships, responsibilities, and authorities within an organization. In management, organizational structure can be considered the foundation or operational framework of an organization. It is a fundamental element that forms the basis for organizing and directing organizational activities. There are several types of organizational structures that can be applied, and the selection of such a structure depends on the organization's goals, size, complexity, and needs. The choice of organizational structure should consider the organization's strategic goals, size, external environment, and the culture to be established. Moreover, organizations can change their structure over time to adapt to changing needs and business dynamics. The importance of organizational structure is reflected in its operational efficiency. By systematically mapping tasks and responsibilities, the structure creates a regular workflow, avoids unnecessary overlap, and establishes a foundation for optimal efficiency.

The Livestock Service Office playsan important role in livestock management and services in the Regency area. Its main mission is to ensure animal welfare, increase livestock productivity, control animal diseases, and manage other aspects related to livestock activities. However, data management still often relies on manual methods or the use of Microsoft Excel is deemed less effective and efficient. An information system is required to address this issue manage employee data quickly, accurately and can be updated easily. The research aims to design and execute a website-based information system for data collection for employee of the Nabire Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The research methods used include data collection through field studies, interview and literature studies, as well as system development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of this research include system design through Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and user interfaces. System testing is conducted using the black box method method to ensure the system functions as expected. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that employee data management at the Nabire Regency Livestock Service will become more efficient and accurate. This system makes it possible to carry out data collection, editing and deletion of employee data more easily and quickl. In conclusion, this system makes a significant contribution in improving operational efficiency and human resource management at the Nabire Regency Livestock Service.    

In an era of rapid development of science and technology, the use of information technology is crucial in improving efficiency and quality of services in various sectors, including the Nabire Regency Animal Husbandry Service. In this context, problems such as lack of effectiveness in providing livestock assistance and manual data management are the main challenges faced. This article discusses the need to develop an information system to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing data on recipients of livestock assistance. The Spiral Method was chosen as an approach in system development, combining an iterative and systematic nature to overcome the problems faced. It is hoped that advances in information and communication technology can provide solutions for the Nabire Regency Livestock Service in overcoming this challenge, as well as improving services to the community. it is hoped that the Nabire Regency Livestock Service can improve the process of providing livestock assistance according to predetermined targets and improve the quality of data management. This progress will have a positive impact on the welfare of the livestock farming community in the region. Apart from that, the use of information systems is also expected to be able to overcome problems such as overcrowded office storage cupboards and the risk of data loss or damage caused by manual management. Thus, this article not only highlights the challenges faced by the Nabire Regency Livestock Service, but also provides insight into solutions that can be implemented to improve efficiency and quality of service in data management and livestock assistance,

This is because the current obstacles faced by chicken farming entrepreneurs will have an impact on business continuity, so a strategy design that is right on target is needed. Therefore, further analysis is needed on the business processes carried out in order to be able to compete with competitors competitively. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was taken through direct observation, interviews and taking documents from chicken breeders in Batang Regency. The method used in this research is a purposive sample, namely taking samples with a specific purpose. This research uses primary data. The validity of the data in this research uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis and interpretation approach. The results of the analysis prove that chicken breeders are in quadrant 1 position or support aggressive strategies to be able to develop and survive amidst increasingly competitive competition.

The low performance produced by employees in carrying out their duties and work is thought to be related to the leadership style applied at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. These factors are variables that need to be studied in this research so that the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries in Soppeng Regency can be determined. The aim of this research is: To determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency, which is located on Jalan Salotungo Watansoppeng, Lalabta Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. So the samples in this study were all 24 employees of the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. The suggestions given by researchers to the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service, are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that the performance of Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service employees.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya kebutuhan para peternak akan adanya sistem pemantauan gas berbahaya untuk kandang peternakan ayam. Setiap harinya ayam mengeluarkan kotoran 0.1 kg/hari untuk setiap satu ekor ayam yang jika menumpuk dan tidak didaur ulang akan menyebabkan polusi udara, serta terbentuknya gas berbahaya yaitu amonia dan metana. Gas amonia yang berlebihan dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan ayam dan juga manusia di sekitarnya. Sedangkan gas metana dapat mencemari udara serta merupakan salah satu gas rumah kaca. Dengan kondisi tersebut diperlukan sistem monitoring kondisi udara agar tidak kadar kedua gas berbahaya tersebut tidak berlebihan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemantauan gas berbahaya  tersebut menggunakan sensor dan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Tujuannya agar peternak dapat melakukan pemantauan dari jarak jauh dengan menggunakan perangkat smart phone. Perangkat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensor MQ-4 untuk deteksi metana, sensor MQ-135 untuk deteksi amonia dan ESP8266 sebagai microcontroller untuk perangkat IoT. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu peternak untuk menjaga kualitas udara di lingkungan kandang peternakan ayam yang dikelolanya.

Reward and punishment are two different things, but they are very important and interrelated because they have a role in making employees improve the quality of work and be more responsible for the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health. The population used was 250 employees. The sampling method in this study with random sampling technique using the slovin formula to 154 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression equation test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that reward and punishment have a positive effect on employee performance at Kementerian Pertanian Direktorat Jenderal Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of respondents, the implementation of the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program and the level of farmer satisfaction with the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program. The samples used were 30 breeder samples and data collected by using. Data analysis uses the Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of this include the characteristics of respondents who took part in the training, the majority of people of productive age were breeders aged 41-50 years as much as 37%. In terms of gender, the majority is male, 83%, which is because the breeders who take part in the Honey Bee Training program are not only from Simalungun Regency, but several breeders come from outside the city of Simalungun Regency. At the educational level, it was found that Bachelor graduates dominated the number by 60%. This is also related to the respondents' farming experience, several respondents who have more than 30 years of farming experience have high creativity and innovation in making stups or bee boxes using cement to prevent theft of beehives. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the performance or service value provided by officers of the Flora Nauli Center Honey Bee Cultivation Training program in Simalungun Regency was 73,15. The CSI Value Criteria explains that the value of 73,15 is in the "Satisfied" criteria.

Salah satu kegiatan PKPM Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya terletak di Desa Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Way Ratai Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Sebagian besar potensi yang ada di Desa Sumber Jaya berupa pertanian, peternakan, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), dan pariwisata. Pemasaran merupakan kunci utama dalam sebuah UMKM karena dari pemasaran pelaku usaha dapat mengetahui kondisi pasar, apa yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen, membangun citra produk (branding), dan tujuan utama dari pemasaran adalah kepuasan konsumen. UMKM Edelweis belum terdaftar dalam Market Place ataupun E-commerce manapun seperti Facebook, Gojek, Shopee, Tiktok, dan lain-lain, sehingga kurangnya pemasaran produk secara online. Oleh sebab itu, kami selaku mahasiswa Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya membantu mendaftarkan UMKM Edelweis ke beberapa platform e-commerce seperti Whatsapp Bisnis dan Instagram.

The Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) is a projected area intended to become a center for field laboratories and workshops accommodating all study programs at UNPAB. The area is also planned to become Ecoedutourism (Eco-educational tourism). One of the functions to be developed in this area is livestock farming. In the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, especially in the food sector, specific standardization is required for livestock products. Therefore, the concept of Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) needs to be implemented. Thus, there is a need for planning the design concept of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) that considers GAHP. The implementation of GAHP aims to ensure that the livestock products produced are safe for consumption with appropriate quality for consumers. Additionally, it ensures that livestock products are produced correctly without causing environmental, health, safety, and welfare losses/damages to workers in the livestock sector. The objective of this research is to produce a design for supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) based on GAHP. The results of this design are expected to guide the development of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab).  

The Broiler Chicken business owned by Andien, belonging to Mrs. Tri Winarti, initially operated with a capacity of 12,000 chickens and planned to expand to 24,000 chickens. This study aims to assess the sustainability of the development of Andien's Broiler Chicken farm to 24,000 chickens from a financial perspective. Financial analysis was conducted through calculations of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the expansion of Andien's Broiler Chicken business from 12,000 chickens to 24,000 chickens is a viable step based on the scenario calculations. The Payback Period (PP) is 1.31 periods, indicating a quick payback of investment as PP is less than 12 periods. The calculation results show an NPV value of Rp 4,936,714,867 using a 6% discount rate (based on the 2023 BRI KUR interest rate), and if using a 7% discount rate (based on the 2023 Mandiri KUR interest rate), the NPV would be 4,633,045,331. The presence of a positive NPV indicates the viability of this business development. The calculated IRR value reaches 22.26%, exceeding the 6% discount rate. The feasibility of the business is also supported by a BCR value of 1.09, where a ratio above 1 indicates the viability of the business.
