This study aims to analyze the effect of variations in bi-LED projector power and the use of a voltage stabilizer on the luminous flux on a motorcycle. The luminous flux produced by a motorcycle lighting system plays a very important role in improving rider visibility and safety, especially at night. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative experimental method with a two-way factorial approach (Two-Way ANOVA) to test the effect of two main variables, namely the bi-LED projector power and the voltage stabilizer configuration. The power variables tested include three power levels, namely 35 W, 70 W, and 105 W, while the voltage stabilizer configuration includes three conditions, namely without a stabilizer, 14 V, and 14.5 V. Luminous flux measurements were carried out using a lux meter at a distance of five meters from the reflective surface, and the results were then combined into lumen units to facilitate comparison between power variations and stabilizers. The results showed that increasing the bi-LED projector power significantly increased the luminous flux produced. The 105 W power output produced the highest luminous flux, reaching 42,319 lumens when combined with a 14.5 V voltage stabilizer. This demonstrates that the combination of high power and proper voltage stabilizer use can improve the quality of motorcycle lighting. The very low P-value (0.000) and R² of 100% indicate that the predictive model used in this study is robust and reliable. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of using a voltage stabilizer in motorcycle lighting systems. A voltage stabilizer is not only a complementary device but also a crucial component for improving visibility and driving safety, especially at night. Therefore, proper use of a stabilizer can improve lighting performance and provide significant safety benefits.

Transformational leadership is an approach that emphasizes inspiration, empowerment, and individual development in order to achieve organizational goals holistically. This study aims to examine the concept of transformational leadership theoretically, while reviewing its application in the context of general organizations and churches, and its relevance according to the biblical perspective. Using the literature study method, this study collected data from various scientific literature and theological sources to build a solid conceptual framework. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has significant benefits, such as increasing employee engagement, innovation, and performance. On the other hand, this approach also has limitations, especially in the context of organizations that are bureaucratic or still in the early stages of formation. From a biblical perspective, transformational leadership is in line with the examples of Deborah and Jesus Christ, who led through service, example, and personal transformation. Thus, transformational leadership is not only relevant to the development of modern organizations, but also has a strong spiritual basis in Christian teachings.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformer oil purification on oil breakdown voltage and evaluate its benefits in maintaining transformer performance and reliability. Oil purification is a crucial preventive maintenance step to preserve insulation quality and prevent operational failures caused by reduced dielectric properties. The study was conducted through several stages, including data collection, oil purification, measurement of breakdown voltage before and after purification, and evaluation of results. Data collection involved measuring the oil’s electrical properties according to SPLN 49-1:1982 and observing results using a Break Down Voltage (BDV) test. Purification of a Trafindo 400 kVA transformer was performed through visual inspection, connecting the inlet and outlet hoses to the purification machine, and circulating the oil until the breakdown voltage met the required standards. Results indicated that the oil breakdown voltage before purification was below standard due to reduced insulation quality caused by water contamination, charcoal particles, thermal degradation, and dissolved gases that weakened dielectric properties. Additional factors such as electrical stress, mechanical stress, and excessive loading also contributed to insulation deterioration. After purification, the oil breakdown voltage increased significantly to meet the standard of >30 kV/2.5 mm, demonstrating that purification effectively restores the oil’s insulating capacity and supports optimal transformer performance. Analysis confirms that the transformer oil remains suitable for use, and routine annual purification is recommended to maintain reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. This study highlights oil purification as an effective preventive measure for transformer stability, extending operational life, and reducing the risk of insulation failure. The findings provide valuable guidance for transformer maintenance in the electricity industry, ensuring safe and optimal long-term operation.

Dysmenorrhea, or menstrual pain, is a common gynecological problem among adolescent girls and often interferes with their daily activities, school performance, and overall quality of life. Conventional pharmacological treatments such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used but may cause side effects with long-term consumption. Therefore, safe and natural alternatives are needed to manage menstrual pain effectively. Carrot juice, which is rich in beta-carotene, vitamin E, and other antioxidants, has been reported to possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that could potentially reduce the severity of dysmenorrhea. This study aimed to determine the effect of carrot juice on reducing menstrual pain in female students at SMAN 1 Trimurjo. A pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted involving 27 students who experienced dysmenorrhea. Pain intensity was assessed before and after the intervention using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed that before the intervention, the majority of respondents (85.2%) reported moderate pain, while after consuming carrot juice, 92.6% reported mild pain and 7.4% reported no pain. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference in pain levels before and after the intervention (p = 0.000, p < 0.05). These findings indicate that carrot juice is effective in reducing dysmenorrhea intensity among adolescent girls. As a safe, affordable, and easy-to-implement non-pharmacological therapy, carrot juice has the potential to be recommended as a complementary approach to menstrual pain management, especially for adolescents who seek natural remedies. Further research with larger samples and control groups is recommended to strengthen the evidence and explore the long-term benefits of carrot juice in menstrual health.
