Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan Instagram terhadap perilaku, identitas sosial, dan gaya hidup Generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap empat informan Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan Instagram, yakni Jay, Kalista, Manda, dan Maria. Selaras dengan empat rumusan masalah yang diajukan—mengenai pola penggunaan, pembentukan identitas, pengaruh terhadap gaya hidup, serta strategi pengelolaan—hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram memberikan pengaruh yang beragam: sebagai sumber informasi dan hiburan utama, sebagai platform pembentukan identitas dan personal branding, serta sebagai media yang memengaruhi gaya hidup meliputi fashion, pilihan makanan, dan destinasi wisata. Temuan juga mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar informan mampu mengontrol penggunaan Instagram secara mandiri melalui strategi seperti menonaktifkan akun, menghapus aplikasi sementara, dan memilah konten. Meskipun Instagram memberikan dampak positif seperti perluasan jaringan sosial dan akses informasi, terdapat potensi dampak negatif berupa gangguan aktivitas belajar dan tekanan sosial akibat standar kehidupan yang ditampilkan di platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital dan kemampuan manajemen diri dalam penggunaan media sosial, khususnya bagi Generasi Z yang tumbuh bersama teknologi digital.

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan sistem penjualan berbasis online. Meskipun memberi kemudahan, sistem ini juga menimbulkan tantangan baru, khususnya dalam hal pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Malang menerapkan pengendalian internal dalam aktivitas penjualan online, dengan fokus pada aspek seperti pengendalian lingkungan, penilaian risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, komunikasi, dan pemantauan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM belum menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal secara optimal, terutama dalam dokumentasi transaksi, pemisahan tugas, dan otorisasi pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar UMKM mulai menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar pengendalian internal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kebutuhan usaha untuk menunjang kelangsungan dan kepercayaan pelanggan dalam kegiatan bisnis online.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Digital Accounting Systems on Financial Decision Quality through Accounting Information Quality in modern companies. This research employed a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey design. Primary data were collected from 100 employees working in finance, accounting, and financial administration departments through purposive sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that Digital Accounting Systems have a positive and significant effect on Accounting Information Quality, Accounting Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on Financial Decision Quality, and Digital Accounting Systems also directly improve Financial Decision Quality. The mediation test confirms that Accounting Information Quality partially mediates the relationship between Digital Accounting Systems and Financial Decision Quality. These results imply that companies should not only adopt digital accounting technology but also strengthen system integration, data validation, transaction standardization, and user competence to ensure that digital accounting systems produce accurate, timely, relevant, and useful information for effective financial decision-making.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. West Sumatra is one of the Indonesian regions with high exposure to natural hazards, making fast, accurate, and accessible disaster information essential. This study aims to analyze the role of the Instagram account of the West Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in disseminating disaster information, examining both institutional management practices and public interpretation of the messages. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with ten external informants and six internal BPBD informants, supported by observation and documentation of Instagram-based disaster communication. The data were analyzed through reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Instagram functions as a channel for early warning, emergency updates, disaster education, documentation, and public interaction. Internal informants described content production through field documentation, editing, 5W+1H-based narration, verification, and coordination with related agencies. Public informants perceived BPBD information as clear, credible, and useful for daily preparedness, although they expected faster updates, simpler visuals, and more interactive content. The study implies that disaster communication through Instagram needs to strengthen verification procedures, real-time updates, human resources, and two-way engagement.

This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategy implemented by the Jakarta Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Office (Diskominfotik) in the dissemination of public information through the @katakotajakarta Instagram account. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that there is a shift in communication patterns from one direction to a more interactive two-way, characterized by the use of visual content, the use of casual language, and systematic content planning. The use of the Reels feature has proven to be effective in increasing audience reach, especially from non-followers. However, the challenges faced include fluctuations in engagement and the risk of information overload that can reduce the effectiveness of communication. This study concludes that adaptive and data-based digital communication strategies are able to increase the effectiveness of public communication and strengthen the relationship between the government and the community. These findings provide practical implications for the management of public communication in the digital era, especially in utilizing social media as an interactive means that support transparency and public participation.

This quantitative study examines the influence of information quality, work engagement, and leadership style on decision making effectiveness among employees of a manufacturing company. Data were collected from 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that all three independent variables simultaneously affect decision making effectiveness. Partially, information quality, work engagement, and leadership style each have significant positive effects on decision making effectiveness. Leadership style demonstrates the strongest influence, followed by information quality and work engagement. The regression equation indicates positive contributions from all predictors. The coefficient of determination shows that the three predictors collectively explain a substantial portion of variance in decision making effectiveness. Findings suggest manufacturing companies should prioritize transformational leadership development programs, conduct information system audits, and implement work engagement initiatives to enhance decision making effectiveness. Future research should expand to other industries, add organizational culture variables, and employ longitudinal designs.

This research focuses on the creation and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the position of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The rationale behind this research is rooted in the rapid economic and demographic development in the area, which requires easy access to financial services. However, the distribution of existing ATM points is still uneven, where people in rural areas often have to travel long distances to reach the nearest ATM. The method of creating this system involves the use of the PHP programming language along with a MySQL database. This system aims to present spatial information about the current ATM location accurately, thereby helping the public in finding banking services with high accuracy through an interactive map interface. In addition, this system offers optimal paths to ATM locations to improve user time efficiency. System evaluation was conducted using black box techniques to verify that the menu operations and application procedures function as intended. The findings indicate that the implementation of GIS improves public access while offering data assistance for financial institutions and local governments in developing a more equitable and systematic public facility allocation strategy in the future.

This research aims to develop an information system for the Imam Malik Koppe Mosque in Darma Village, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, utilizing the eMasjid platform as a solution for digitally managing mosque activities. The problem faced was the suboptimal recording of activity data, financial data, and service information for the congregation. The system development method used the Waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a mosque information system capable of presenting information on activities, financial data, reports, and communication between administrators more efficiently, transparently, and accountably. This system is expected to be an effective and user-friendly means of digitizing mosque management.

Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

The implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) has become a strategic imperative to enhance operational efficiency amidst the ongoing global digital health transformation era. This study aims to analyze the determinants of successful HMIS implementation and its impact on service efficiency and patient outcome quality. Employing a narrative review approach with thematic synthesis of literature from PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases between 2016-2026, the study evaluates the relationship between technology investment and organizational performance. The synthesis results indicate that while HMIS significantly reduces administrative burdens and medication errors, a "digital paradox" exists where technical efficiency may disrupt interpersonal interactions between healthcare providers and patients if systems are not user-centered. Key success factors include data interoperability (HL7/FHIR standards), human resource readiness, and governance policy support. This study concludes that a patient-centered efficiency model is the fundamental basis for ensuring technology investments yield sustainable added value within the healthcare delivery system.

The rapid development of social media, particularly Instagram, has transformed consumers’ information-seeking behavior and purchasing decision processes, making information quality in digital catalogs a crucial factor in visual-based marketing. However, studies examining information quality in Instagram-based digital catalogs for highly customized products remain limited. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of digital catalog information and purchasing decisions on the @santflowersbouquet account. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 95 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity, reliability, and Spearman’s Rank correlation tests. The results indicate that information quality is categorized as high, with accuracy (92.6%) and timeliness (86.3%) as the dominant indicators. Purchasing decisions are also in the high category, with the time of purchase indicator reaching 96.8%. The correlation test shows a positive and significant relationship with a coefficient of 0.621 (p<0.001), indicating a strong association. These findings suggest that improving the quality of digital catalog information significantly contributes to enhancing purchasing decisions. Therefore, businesses are encouraged to optimize information quality as part of their digital marketing communication strategy.

The development of information technology, particularly the use of smartphones, has changed human activity patterns and significantly impacted the education sector. The "one-stop-shop" concept reflects the use of mobile devices as centers for various activities, including learning. This situation drives the need for innovation in the development of adaptive and interactive learning media. One solution that can be developed is an Android-based mobile application using Flutter, which can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. The Association of Multimedia and Information Technology Professionals (PPMultindo), an organization focused on technology, has developed an Android-based learning platform. This platform is designed to provide flexible access to materials, support interactivity, and facilitate collaboration between educators. Features such as learning analysis, material recommendations, and automatic evaluation are expected to improve the quality of the learning experience. However, the implementation of this technology still faces various challenges, including limited technological competence of educators, inadequate infrastructure, and adjustments to curriculum needs. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed to optimize the use of mobile technology to support educational transformation in the digital era.

This study aims to develop the sissenrekang.com website as a promotional medium for tourism in Enrekang Regency. The development was carried out using the WordPress CMS with the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), starting from the needs analysis stage, design, sketching, to creating a digital mockup. The functional validation results obtained a score of 100%, indicating full system feasibility. Further evaluation through Functional Suitability Analysis, Guttman Scale, and System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in a score of 81.375, indicating a high level of feasibility and comfort of use. This website is expected to provide benefits for managers, facilitate access to information for users, and contribute to supporting the promotion and development of tourism in Enrekang Regency.

Piutang pelanggan Indihome yang tidak tertagih merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang berdampak langsung terhadap arus kas dan stabilitas keuangan perusahaan. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tata cara penagihan piutang pelanggan Indihome di Telkomsel Branch Jambi, mengidentifikasi media komunikasi yang digunakan pada setiap tahapan penagihan, serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada laporan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan pada divisi BCR (Billing Collection Retention) Indihome Telkomsel Branch Jambi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa penagihan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari pendataan pelanggan menunggak, pengiriman informasi tagihan, pengingat setelah jatuh tempo, penagihan via media komunikasi, pemberian surat peringatan, penagihan oleh tim CTB (Caring Territory Base), hingga isolir sementara layanan. Media komunikasi yang digunakan meliputi telepon, WhatsApp, dan email, dengan telepon dan WhatsApp sebagai media yang paling efektif. Kendala utama yang ditemui yaitu nomor pelanggan tidak aktif, pelanggan tidak merespon, serta penundaan pembayaran akibat kendala ekonomi. Pembaruan data pelanggan secara berkala dan peningkatan intensitas follow-up diperlukan untuk meminimalkan risiko piutang tak tertagih.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan survei kepada 200 pelaku UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan kanal pemasaran digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian ilustratif menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Literasi keuangan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan. Keunggulan bersaing terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja keuangan UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh intensitas promosi digital, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola informasi keuangan, menentukan harga, mengendalikan biaya, dan membangun nilai unik yang sulit ditiru pesaing. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital dengan penguatan literasi keuangan agar keunggulan bersaing dapat dikonversi menjadi peningkatan penjualan, profitabilitas, dan arus kas.

Transparency in human resource management has become a strategic issue in modern organizations, particularly through the implementation of salary transparency as part of the broader concept of radical transparency. This study aims to analyze the psychological and managerial impacts of salary information disclosure and its implications for human resource leadership within organizations. The research employs a qualitative approach using a narrative literature review by examining relevant scholarly articles published within the last five years. The findings indicate that salary transparency contributes positively to enhancing employees’ perceptions of fairness and trust; however, it may also generate negative consequences such as social comparison, interpersonal conflict, and decreased job satisfaction if not properly managed. From a managerial perspective, salary transparency promotes greater accountability, strengthens performance evaluation systems, and encourages more open and participative leadership practices. This study contributes by integrating psychological and managerial dimensions into a comprehensive conceptual framework and highlights the importance of organizational readiness in strategically managing transparency policies to achieve effectiveness and sustainability.

Bagian Sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan substansial sebagai akibat dari kemajuan teknologi informasi, terutama dengan diperkenalkannya Aplikasi Berkas Pidana Elektronik Terpadu (E-Berpadu). Tujuan penerapan sistem peradilan pidana elektronik ini adalah untuk mempromosikan gagasan keadilan yang cepat, mudah, dan terjangkau sekaligus meningkatkan efektivitas, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi proses persidangan. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih terdapat sejumlah masalah hukum, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia dalam implementasi E-Berpadu di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Tinggi Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan dan keterbatasan tersebut serta menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan implementasi sistem perdagangan elektronik.

The development of information technology has become a primary pillar in enhancing corporate operational efficiency, where rapid and accurate data integration significantly determines business competitiveness. Case study in PT Gawi Anjung Bersama (GAB) revealed that the company is facing operational constraints because the management of delivery orders and invoices still relies on conventional office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. This procedure causes hurdles in data sharing among staff and results in low information security due to the absence of integrated access control settings. This research aims to design and develop the Gawi Anjung Bersama Information System (SIGAB), a web-based system implementing the CodeIgniter framework. The system is developed using Waterfall model, encompassing stages from analysis, design, and implementation to testing. The research flow starts with problem identification, primary and secondary data collection, and functional and non-functional requirements analysis. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, specifically Use Case and Class Diagrams, as well as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for the database. The system interface is designed as wireframes on Figma web. This system separates access rights into three main actors namely owner, administrator, and staff, to ensure data security. Blackbox testing results, conducted after the system was hosted, indicate that all functional features operate as intended. The implementation of SIGAB is expected to optimize the management of delivery orders and invoices at PT GAB.
