As technology develops in health, hospitals are using electronic health records. SOAP method nursing documentation is an important element in nursing services, one of the documentation that uses electronics is nursing documentation regarding handover. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between electronic nursing documentation and handover quality. This type of quantitative research is Analytic Correlation using a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 69 nurses. Sampling used a total sampling technique so that a sample of 69 respondents was obtained. The research instrument is an observation sheet. The statistical test in this study used the Chisquare test. The results of the research obtained an overview of the relationship between the completeness of electronic nursing documentation and the quality of handover. Of the 20.3% of incomplete nursing documentation, 5.8% had good handover quality, and for complete nursing documentation 26.1% had good handover quality of 47.8%. In the chi-square analysis, the significance was p < 0.002. So Ha is accepted, meaning there is a relationship between the completeness of nursing documentation and the quality of electronic-based handover. In conclusion, the results obtained from electronic nursing documentation were mostly complete, and the quality of handover was mostly good. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the completeness of electronic documentation and the quality of handover.

Fractal structures play a crucial role in improving material properties due to their unique self-similar geometries. These geometrical patterns exhibit repetition at multiple scales, which can enhance surface area, strength, and other mechanical characteristics. This study investigates the influence of fractal patterns on the crystal growth and mechanical performance of metallic materials, focusing on strength, toughness, and hardness. Using a combination of computer simulations and laboratory experiments, the research models metal crystal formation under controlled conditions, where fractal characteristics are introduced through diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) and electrodeposition methods. The findings reveal that embedding fractal patterns into the crystal growth process can increase material strength by approximately 20% compared to conventionally structured metals. This improvement is attributed to the efficient stress distribution within the fractal geometry, which minimizes stress concentration points and enhances resistance to fracture. Additionally, materials with fractal-based microstructures exhibit better toughness and deformation resistance, improving durability under mechanical load. The study also examines the underlying mechanisms of these effects, emphasizing the role of fractal-induced microstructural control in optimizing material integrity. These results demonstrate the significant potential of fractal-based material design in engineering stronger, lighter, and more flexible metallic components. The research contributes to the broader understanding of how geometric complexity can be harnessed to develop advanced materials for applications in construction, automotive manufacturing, and flexible electronics, thereby supporting the development of next-generation high-performance materials.

The process of socializing self-reliance services for street children at PSBR Taruna Jaya 2 has several guidance activities such as social guidance which provides physical and mental guidance and skills guidance. This research was conducted at the Taruna Jaya 2 DKI Jakarta Youth Development Social Institution (PSBR Taruna Jaya 2) among street children who received skills guidance. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants interviewed were social workers, institutional managers, instructors and street children. The results of the research show that the condition of street children before receiving guidance at PSBR Taruna Jaya 2 did not have special skills to make a living, they were young men aged 18 to 30 years. They were caught in control operations by the authorities, living on the streets acting as street children (anjal), homeless people and beggars (gepeng), silver people, street singers, clown singers and punks. Education is low and some cannot read, write and count. Participated in coaching at PSBR Taruna Jaya 2 for 6 months. Implementation of skills guidance programs in the form of welding, car or motorbike repair, electronics, air conditioning and screen printing. The implementation of the program is funded by the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta and involves social workers, institutional managers, psychologists and instructors. Monitoring and evaluating training guidance with internships at collaborating companies. The independence of street children means that by terminating street children, they become aware of the law, return to their families and live in the community, some have even gotten jobs and opened their own businesses so they can cover their own needs without depending on other people.

E-waste has become a critical global issue due to the rapid growth of electronic product consumption and the environmental risks associated with improper disposal. Traditional disposal methods, such as landfilling and incineration, are no longer sustainable as they lead to environmental degradation, health hazards, and loss of valuable resources. In contrast, remanufacturing, a key component of the circular economy, offers a more sustainable solution. This study explores the effectiveness of remanufacturing as a strategy for e-waste management, focusing on its ability to reduce waste generation and improve material efficiency in the electronics industry. The research utilizes a case study approach, examining industrial-scale remanufacturing processes, including material input-output analysis to track resource flows and waste streams. The findings reveal a significant reduction in e-waste generation, with up to a 50% decrease in waste volume, and substantial improvements in material recovery, particularly in metals like gold and copper. Additionally, the study highlights the economic and environmental benefits of remanufacturing, such as cost savings and resource conservation. However, the study also identifies barriers to the widespread adoption of remanufacturing, including technological, financial, and regulatory challenges. The results underscore the potential of a circular-economy-based remanufacturing model as a sustainable solution for the electronics industry. The study calls for further research into improving remanufacturing technologies, enhancing policy frameworks, and expanding circular economy practices across various industries.

The Cyber-Physical System is a key system in the implementation of the 4th generation industrial revolution. This system combines automation systems, electronics, internet networks and machine learning. The implementation of physical cyber systems in agriculture  is one of the long-awaited applications because it is the backbone of the implementation of  sustainable agribusiness systems. With this system precision agriculture and pervasive computing in agriculture can help stakeholders in agribusiness to enjoy various benefits optimally. One example of its application is a smart farming system that is conditioned to provide measurable and maximum yields without having to sacrifice soil nutrients because it is well monitored according to weather conditions.  In previous studies, several LoRa communication-based systems for monitoring local weather in a place and measurements of soil nutrient conditions have been carried out and displayed through the internet network. Monitoring and control systems on other agricultural models based on hydroponics and aquaponics have also been carried out for some types of crops. The results provide greater potential for wider application and in actual conditions in the agricultural industry. In this study, the integration of physical cyber systems with lora communication-based  agricultural monitoring and control nodes will be carried out more broadly by considering the local conditions under which the system is tested. In this case, the research will be carried out at the Research and Recreation Park, Telkom University and agrifarming industry partners as a model of actual application. The research findings show that the application of advanced sensor technology has improved the accuracy of weather measurements by up to 95%. Quantitative data collected from the new weather station showed a significant improvement in weather monitoring. Qualitatively, positive responses from stakeholders such as disaster management authorities and farmers were also noted. In conclusion, the development of this modern weather station supports the community's need for reliable weather information and is a step forward in addressing the challenges of climate change.

Scavenger societies are social groups that depend on the activities of collecting, sorting, and recycling used goods. They do this work as the main source of income. This research aims to understand the characteristics and role of scavenger communities in waste and environmental management. The research methods used include surveys, interviews, and field observations. The collected data is analyzed qualitatively by identifying the main themes that arise from the research results. The results show that scavenger communities have an important role in reducing waste and recycling used goods. They collect various types of materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and electronics that can be resold or recycled. Their work contributes to reducing the negative impact on the environment and sustainable waste management. However, scavenger communities also face challenges and obstacles in carrying out their work. They often experience unsafe working conditions and health risks due to exposure to hazardous materials. In addition, they also face limited access to public services and social stigma that can affect their daily lives.
