Poverty remains one of the main problems in Indonesia that affects various aspects of people's lives. This study analyses poverty alleviation through the Family Hope Program (PKH) with a graduation approach towards independent prosperity. Through a systematic review of 17 journals from 2020 to 2024, it was found that PKH plays an important role in improving the welfare of poor families, especially in access to education and health. While the programme has shown positive results, significant challenges remain, such as economic dependency and limited access to basic services. Factors such as social capital, community support and the role of PKH facilitators prove crucial in achieving self-sufficient graduation. The results of this study suggest the need for a more holistic approach to empower beneficiary families to become more economically independent.

It cannot be denied that every Muslim believes in the oneness of Allah and the apostleship of the Prophet Muhammad. But we also need to realize that humans are not only required to believe in the Prophet, but are required to follow and imitate him. Thus, just believing is not enough. However, you need to realize that imitating the Prophet does not mean following exactly everything the Prophet did, and abandoning everything he did not do. There are at least three problems that will arise if the establishment of Islamic law ignores ushuliyah rules; ambiguity in the use of ushuliyah rules, errors in understanding texts in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and broad interpretations because they are not focused on one or several ushuliyah rules. This illustrates that the position of ushuliyah rules: al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu is very important as a methodology for determining Islamic law. The aim of the research is to determine the ushuliyah al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu approaches as methodologies, procedures and problems in determining Islamic law. This research is qualitative research in the form of literature with an Ushul Fiqh approach.

Adolescence is a transitional period full of emotional, physical, and biological changes. Although physical health is often the main focus of teenagers, mental health is a more important aspect to maintain. Balanced mental health can contribute to a person's happiness in life. However, in Indonesia, even though there is Law No. 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health, mental health problems are still often ignored. Bullying is one of the factors that can damage teenagers' mental health. At SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta, bullying has become a problem that affects the mental well-being of students, both as perpetrators and victims. For this reason, community service with the theme "Socialization of Mental Health in Class VII at SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta" was carried out to increase students' awareness about the importance of maintaining mental health and the negative impact of bullying. This activity was carried out in four stages: presentation of material about mental health and bullying, group discussions, making positive affirmations, and giving rewards to participants. The results of this activity show that students understand the relationship between bullying and mental health disorders, and are aware of the long-term impacts of bullying behavior. This activity succeeded in attracting students' attention and increasing their awareness about the importance of maintaining mental health, with the hope of creating a healthier school environment free from bullying.

Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) is one of the priority programs in maintaining community food security. However, in the implementation of the program there are still problems, including the late delivery of assistance which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities so that the P2L program does not run in accordance with the technical instructions that have been issued each year, and assistance that is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the program to increase diversification and community food security through sustainable food yard activities (P2L) in farm women's groups in South Tangerang City. The method in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used three ways, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Then the collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the achievement of the program has not yet shown the expected effectiveness due to the delay in disbursement of funds which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities and has not yet achieved the program objectives in fulfilling food and nutrition sources, especially for stunting so that it has not been able to contribute to helping Posyandu in providing animal protein in the stunting locus determined by the Mayor of South Tangerang. The integration indicator is not yet fully effective because there are still farm women groups that have not received intensive assistance from the program assistants. In addition, the implementation of P2L procedures applied in South Tangerang City has not been maximized because the concept of seedling houses is not suitable for the hot conditions in South Tangerang City. The adaptation indicator has not run optimally because the use of facilities and infrastructure for P2L activities is still limited to conventional agricultural tools.

Background:   The fovea ethmoidalis and the lateral lamella of the cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone are the parts of the skull base that are most vulnerable to iatrogenic problems during functional endoscopic sinus surgery. The vertical height of the cribriform plate's lateral lamella, which is divided into three groups based on Keros types. According to the Keros, The likelihood of iatrogenic injury and issues increases with the cribriform plate's lateral lamella height.   Aim of the study:   The aim of this study is to assess the discrepancies in the ethmoid roof elevation (the depth of the olfactory fossa) amongst the adult Kirkuk population using multi-detector computed tomography.   Patients and methods: 160 persons who were referred for a CT scan to evaluate their paranasal sinuses participated in the study. Participants in this study were not allowed to have any pathological abnormalities affecting the ethmoid roof. According to the Keros classification, which was split into three groups (Keros I from 1 to 3 mm, and from 4 to 7 mm considered Keros II, while Keros III should be from 8 mm and more), the vertical height of the lateral lamella of the cribriform plate was measured using the coronal portion of a CT image. Results: The patients' average age was 35.25 ±14.16 years. The range of the left lateral lamella height is 2.1 to 10.0 mm, and the range of the right lateral lamella height is 2.0 to 9.9 mm. Of these, 43.75% had Keros type I, 55% had Keros type II, and 1.25% had Keros type III.   Conclusion: Keros type II was present in the majority (about 55%) of the adult population in that was studied while Keros type I was (about 43.75%).
