The sampling technique used is the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for every element or member of the population to be sampled. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were carried out in September 2023. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests, T tests, and F tests. The results showed that partially organizational culture and work discipline affect performance. The higher the organizational culture and work discipline, the higher the performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the results of multiple linear tests show a constant value (a) marked negative, which is 3.356 meaning that if organizational culture, work discipline and performance are equal to zero (0) then employee performance decreases; From the results of coefficient determination, the R square number is 0.813 or 81.3%. This explains that the relationship between organizational culture variables and work discipline has a very strong correlation.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

To find out the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This research uses quantitative research methods. Research results: The influential variables are education (X1), skills (X2), length of service (X3) and work discipline (X4) which together have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen by the F table value being greater than F Calculation or a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Of all these influencing factors, it turns out that the skill variable (factor) (X2) is dominant in increasing the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen in the regression coefficient value (0.313 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of other independent variables) and the significance value (0.000).
