This research aims to measure the influence of Times Interest Earned Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Return on Assets at PT Mayora, Tbk. The research sample consisted of 11 financial reports starting from 2011-2021. The type of data is quantitative, while the data source is secondary. Documentation data collection method, which is obtained by downloading financial reports via www.idx.co.id/id. Quantitative descriptive data analysis method with statistical analysis tools. Analysis includes classic assumption tests, multiple liner analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of the research state that the Times Interest Earned Ratio variable has an influence on Return on Assets (ROA), the Total Asset Turnover variable has no influence on Return on Assets (ROA), the Times Interest Earned Ratio and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. The ability of the independent variable to explain changes in the dependent variable is shown by an Adjusted Square value of 53.1%.  

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder with multiple etiologies characterized by high sugar levels. Patients with chronic illnesses are very susceptible to depression. This can be overcome if the respondent has good enough resilience and self-efficacy so that he can manage self-care and regulate glycemic levels and strive for better health. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area. This research design is cross sectional/analytic correlation. The study population included 38 Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, total sampling. The sampling used was 38 people. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. And multiple linear regression statistical tests. The research results showed that the average resilience was 70.02, self-efficacy was 71, mild depression was 17 respondents and the average self-care management score was 72. Resilience increased self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. Self-efficacy increases self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with an average coefficient of . the results of multiple linear regression obtained a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, resilience and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with a coefficient value of 0.608 so, Self-efficacy influences self-care 6 times more than other variables. Self-efficacy, good resilience can reduce depression in chronic patients such as gangrene so that patients have adequate self-care management.

In modern times, technology is becoming more sophisticated. Similar to television, only a few television programs have educational components; therefore, in this situation, parental involvement is crucial to prevent these harmful effects. This study aims to ascertain how the Indonesian Hafidz Program on RCTI affects students at SDN 06 Sawangan Baru in Depok's desire to learn the Al-Qur'an. utilizing survey techniques and a quantitative approach. 100 students from SDN 06 Sawangan Baru in Depok made up the population in this study. Utilizing saturated samples is the sampling method. A questionnaire is used to collect the data, and simple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the results. The study's findings demonstrate that the calculated t value (12.219) exceeds the t table (1.984), and that H0 follows.

Employee performance measures the success of an organization in achieving its mission and completing a task. The research method used in this research is statistical quantitative. The population in this study is the entire employee of NISD & Partners with a total population of 36 employees. The data collection technique used is a survey method by spreading the questionnaire. The research uses data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test. Data analysis uses the IMB program SPSS Statistic Ver. 25. The results of this study show that work culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

The development of the business world is currently experiencing quite high development, not only in the manufacturing industry but many are entering the world of service markets, by presenting similar or even the same service products, thus making service businesses compete to provide service quality and satisfaction in order to gain customer loyalty. . This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who had ordered more than 3 times which resulted in a sample of 90 people, the method of data collection was through distributing google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear analysis and partial regression test (t test). Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicated that service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction was proven to mediate the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Domestic Investment, Labor, Exports and Government Expenditures on Economic Growth in Indonesia. This research explains the influence of Domestic Investment (X1), Labor (X2), Exports (X3), and Government Expenditures (X4) on Economic Growth (Y) in Indonesia. The data used is time series data and was obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2006-2020. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 10 software. The research results show that partially domestic investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Partially, labor has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously domestic investment, labor, exports and government spending have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Hypertension is now a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase in line with lifestyle changes. Blood pressure that continues to increase causes the heart's workload to become excessive, triggering damage to blood vessels, heart failure, kidney failure, and blindness. Hypertension can be treated with non-pharmacological techniques, one of which is with morning walks. Purpose: to determine the effect of implementing morning walks on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Bendungan Village, Sragen Regency. Method: This research method is a case study and descriptive research using pretest and posttest observation sheets. In this case study, the researcher used a tensimeter to measure the respondent's blood pressure, carried out for 30 minutes a week (frequency 4 times). Results: The results of the implementation showed that there was a different decrease in blood pressure between respondent 1 and respondent 2 after implementing morning walks for 30 minutes 4 times a week. Both respondents were categorized as grade 2 hypertension decreasing to degree 1 hypertension. Conclusion: The conclusion from the application results is that the rate of decrease in blood pressure in Mrs. M is greater, namely systolic pressure of 24 mmHg diastolic 1 mmHg while Ny. W decreased systolic pressure 15 mmHg diastolic 6 mmHg.

The impact of buying panic is not easy on Indomart. The study aims to analyze the impact of panic purchases on unplanned purchases in Indomart stores. This research uses quantitative parallels with the type of explanatory research. The sample of the study consisted of 193 respondents and was statistically processed using a simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. That research shows that panic purchases influence unfair purchases at Indomart stores. The findings indicate that the anxiety and fear experienced by the people at the time of the landlord's concern for the needs of the household caused the occurrence of panic purchases. It relates to the quality of the goods and the needs of the individuals in the community to meet their daily needs so as to counteract unplanned buying tendencies at the time of shopping at Indomart stores.

The existence of a web check-in system facility provided by Citilink airline is one of the company's efforts to reduce complaints from passengers during the check-in process. Where many passengers have to stand for a long time to queue at the check-in counter. So that passengers feel tired and inefficient in the use of time. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the effect of the web check-in system on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang in April - July 2023. In this study using quantitative research methods. In this study, primary data were used in the form of questionnaires distributed to Citilink airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang with a total of 100 respondents. Secondary data was obtained from documentation in the form of data related to thesis preparation and literature study in the form of looking at previous guidelines. In analyzing the data, the instruments used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test, T test and coefficient of determination test (R2). From the data analysis that has been done, it shows that the web check-in system has a positive and significant effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang. Based on the results of the R square (R2) determination test, it can be concluded that the web check-in system has a 70.6% effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang. While 29.4% of passenger satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined. The simple linear regression test produces a constant value of 9.296 which is the consistency value of the passenger satisfaction variable (Y). Then the t test (partial) produces a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 with a t count > t table (15.228 > 1.66055). The value obtained from the results of hypothesis testing shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis by calculating the SPSS 23 software in which the data will be described, analyzed, and discussed in order to answer and prove the proposed hypothesis. Based on the research results, the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Facilities variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfactioni and Timeliness has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. While simultaneously the Quality of Service, Facilities and Timeliness have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research population of all class XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang amounted to 72 students. The research sample was 35 students of grade XI MIPA 2 at Sultan Agung 1 Islamic High School Semarang. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Psychological scale data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis of simple linear regression. The results of the study showed the influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. The influence provided by group guidance services with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang obtained an R-Square value of 0.38, group guidance services with problem solving techniques had an influence of 38%. This study aims to examine the implementation of the "pingitan" tradition in Javanese traditional marriages and to analyze the perspective of Islamic law on this tradition. The research method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the category of field research. This approach involves data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the research show that "seclusion" is a practice in which the bride and groom are required not to leave their homes or travel far for a certain period of time after the wedding, in order to avoid risks. This tradition has been controversial in society, with some considering it irrelevant in the modern era. However, from an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is permissible because it is in line with the principles of Islamic shari'ah.

Patient loyalty is often closely related to patient satisfaction with the experience they get during medical treatment. Issues related to service quality, long waiting times, lack of effective communication with patients, or disrespectful attitudes from medical staff can all cause patients to feel dissatisfied and unmotivated to return to the same health facility. Analysis of research data used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.036. Partial satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 Service quality and satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 and each effect is 94.1%. In conclusion, the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction have a significant effect on patient loyalty..

Structural planning is needed for buildings with earthquake resistance from the many occurrences of earthquakes seen in recent times and the losses incurred.Pushover analysis is a non-linear static analysis. The static load captured at the center of mass of each floor is taken into account in this pushover analysis as the effect of the design earthquake on the building structure, the aim of which is to find out how the building structure will collapse during an earthquake so that you can know which parts of the structure are in critical condition and what to do if they do not meet the requirements.The results of the analysis show that the maximum base shear force for the x direction capacity curve is 484.6749 tons with a displacement of 0.095228 m occurring in the 6th step, while the y direction of the maximum base shear force is 555.339 tons and displacement of 0.152807 m occurs in the 14th step. The performance point value is also obtained from the analysis pushover in the x direction with  = 475.025 tons and D = 0.087 m yield Sa = 0.205 g and Sd = 0.072 m, while for the y direction with  = 499.168 tons and D = 0.086 m yield Sa= 0.225 g and Sd = 0.067 m. This research has an impact on the service sector business which is currently booming. Service businesses must have a certain strategy in order to be able to provide progress towards achievement because of the many service competitors they face. Therefore the quality of service and promotion is very influential in attracting consumer repurchase interest. The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on business progress. Currently, modern marketing strategies use more self-service systems. This research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Respondents in this study were consumers, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had visited at least 1 time and had made a repeat purchase. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer repurchase intentions in the service sector. The results of the correlation between the independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, are able to explain the dependent variable repurchase intention of 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors or by other variables not examined in this study.

The t value of the workload variable (X2) is 1.116, thus t count <t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected which means that the workload variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the Anovab table, the calculated F value is 0.656 while the F table value is 3.26. Thus F count < F table means that the compensation and workload variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Socfindo Matapao. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of the regression result is 0.038 meaning that compensation and workload contribute to the influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Socfindo Matapao of 3.8% This result is the result of (R2 x 100%), while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
