Along with the advancement of time, technology in the era of globalization demands that humans work more professionally, and it is required in various fields or public institutions and organizations that use computers to support operational activities and internet networks across different levels of society. SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru is one of the Junior High Schools located in Mauliru Village, Kambera District, East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This school has a mission to improve the quality of education and always strives to provide quality guidance to its students. The payment of the Committee Fund is an agreement among the parents or guardians of students to support the school's needs that are not covered by the BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds. One of the school's operational activities that is essential for supporting the Committee Fund payment system still uses a conventional system, particularly in the preparation and payment of the committee fund, where a ledger book is still used for recording payments. This results in a long process and frequent errors in ledger book entries. The Committee Fund is a recurring payment that students must pay to the school once a month. The purpose of this research is to create a Web-Based Committee Fund Payment Information System at SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru to facilitate the school treasurer in recording committee fund payments in the ledger book. This research uses the waterfall development method. Waterfall is the most commonly used software development model. Several stages in the waterfall model include: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. Based on the results obtained, the average value of 70% falls within the "acceptable" range with a grade scale of "C" and adjective ratings in the "OK" category. Thus, the developed payment information system is suitable for simplifying the committee payment process for students.

In the era of globalization and rapid development of information technology, communication is a crucial element in supporting the success of organizations, including within the scope of the Student Representative Council (DPM) of the Tarutung State Christian Institute. As a student legislative body, DPM has the task of forming regulations, overseeing the implementation of policies, and carrying out supervisory functions over the executive budget institution. However, communication challenges often hinder the effectiveness of DPM's performance, such as the lack of integrated communication channels, low understanding of organizational communication, and information gaps between DPM, students, and the campus. Therefore, an innovative communication policy is needed, both internally and externally. Internally, this policy must encourage openness, transparency, and collaboration between members. Externally, an effective communication strategy will strengthen the relationship between DPM, students, and the campus, so that the legislative function can run optimally and create a synergistic relationship.

This study aims to identify the accountability and transparency of sharia financial management in non-profit organizations, especially SD IT Yarsi Mataram, so that the implementation of financial management can be carried out in accordance with sharia principles. This study is a literature study, where relevant solutions to the conditions that occur at SD IT Yarsi Mataram are compiled based on relevant references that can be collected. Accountability and transparency of financial management have specifically been explained in Surah Al Baqarah Verse 282. Accountability in Islam is closely related to Amanah. And the transparency of financial management will affect the level of management accountability to stakeholders. SD IT Yarsi Mataram in recent years has not been transparent about financial management. The lack of transparency efforts in the allocation of funds obtained from student guardians as stakeholders and school committee bodies, has the potential to reduce the level of accountability of financial management. This minimal transparency and low level of accountability can trigger turmoil and distrust of stakeholders over the performance of school management. By conducting financial management transparency as part of accountability to stakeholders, it will increase trust and assessment of school management performance.

Through a thorough analysis of relevant literature, this article presents significant findings from previous research. The analysis of three relevant journals reveals that OCB has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. When employees voluntarily engage in OCB behaviors that go beyond their formal job responsibilities, it tends to enhance their job satisfaction. Additionally, OCB is positively related to employee performance. Employees who engage in OCB behaviors tend to achieve better performance in various aspects of their work. In the context of education, OCB also plays a crucial role in improving teacher performance and creating a productive learning environment. This article provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of OCB in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance. To create a positive and productive work environment, organizations need to encourage and appreciate OCB behaviors through recognition, appreciation, and increased participation opportunities. Although previous research findings demonstrate a positive relationship between OCB, job satisfaction, and employee performance, it is important to note that further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing OCB and the best strategies for fostering OCB behaviors in the workplace. Through a greater understanding of OCB, organizations can create a positive and empowering work environment where employees feel satisfied with their jobs and achieve optimal performance.

Indonesia is a diverse nation with a wide range of religions, ethnicities, cultures, languages, and traditions spread across its vast territory from Sabang to Merauke. This diversity, on the one hand, serves as a strength of the nation, yet on the other hand, it also carries the potential for conflict if not managed properly through the practice of tolerance. Students, as agents of change, hold a strategic role in maintaining harmony and peace, both within campus environments and in society at large. This study aims to analyze the implementation of tolerance values among university students in order to achieve peace in a plural society. The research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing relevant literature on tolerance, students, and social peace. The findings reveal that students’ tolerance can be manifested in academic settings, organizational activities, social interactions, and religious practices. However, its implementation faces challenges such as intolerance, radicalism, identity politics, and the misuse of social media. Strengthening tolerance values can be carried out through multicultural education, character building, and student engagement in cross-cultural and interfaith organizations. Thus, students are not only academic individuals but also moral, social, and intellectual role models who can serve as key drivers in fostering peace and harmony within Indonesia’s diverse society.
