The primary causes of mortality among infants are diarrhea and pneumonia. But, more than 50% of the cases were caused by malnutrition. Exclusive breastfeeding (6 months to 2 years) and providing complementary nutritious food have proven to be effective interventions in reducing the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). This study aims to analyze maternal barriers to exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in Montasik Public Health Center, Aceh Besar. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 147 women. 60 respondents were chosen as the sample using a proportional random sampling technique. It was conducted on May 2nd–18th, 2024. The analysis uses univariate and bivariate Chi-square tests. The results showed that of 60 respondents, most of them provided non-exclusive breastfeeding for 34 respondents (56,7%), early adulthood for 32 respondents (53,3%), middle-class education level for 24 respondents (40%), self-employed for 33 respondents (55%), had sufficient knowledge of breastfeeding as 24 respondents (40%), and did not have a supportive workplace in giving exclusive breastfeeding as 34 respondents (56,7%). In conclusion, there is a correlation between age, education level, work status, knowledge, and environment towards exclusive breastfeeding. In a study conducted at MIN 25 Aceh Besar, it was found that dental caries problems often occur in class IV students, with a significant influence from the lack of adequate knowledge, attitudes, and actions related to oral health. This cross-sectional analytic design study involved all fourth grade students as samples, totaling 72 people. Data were collected on May 2 and analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with the chi square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had dental caries, where 39 out of 72 students (54.2%) suffered from the condition. The majority of respondents' knowledge about oral health was in the poor category, where 28 out of 72 students (38.9%) showed a low level of knowledge. This also applies to respondents' attitudes and actions, where 42 students (58.3%) have attitudes that are less supportive of good dental health and 46 students (63.9%) show ineffective actions in maintaining their oral health. Based on these data, there is a significant relationship between behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) and the incidence of dental caries among these students, with the ρ value for knowledge being 0.003, attitude being 0.006, and action being 0.001. This shows that effective education and counseling on oral health is needed. As a recommendation, it is advisable for schools to collaborate with the local Health Office and Puskesmas to hold regular oral health counseling programs. In addition, establishing a healthy canteen at school can be another preventive measure so that students can choose healthier snacks that support good oral health.

Excessive caffeine consumption among university students can lead to negative health effects such as sleep disturbances, anxiety, and dependency. To address this issue, a workshop was conducted to introduce infused water as a healthier alternative to caffeinated beverages among students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University. The program aimed to increase awareness about the benefits of infused water in supporting hydration and energy levels naturally, without caffeine's side effects. The workshop utilized three methods: lectures, practical training, and informational leaflets. Lectures provided insights into the adverse effects of excessive caffeine intake and highlighted infused water's benefits, including improved hydration and detoxification. Practical training allowed participants to create infused water using natural ingredients such as lemon and cucumber, fostering hands-on engagement and encouraging immediate application of the knowledge gained. Leaflets were distributed to reinforce the material and served as a take-home guide for participants to share with others. Evaluation of the program showed a significant improvement in students' knowledge about the health risks of caffeine and their interest in adopting infused water as an alternative. Positive feedback indicated that the materials were informative and practical for daily use. Despite challenges such as limited time for practical demonstrations, the workshop successfully achieved its objectives of promoting healthier beverage choices and equipping students with practical skills to support long-term behavior change. This program demonstrates the potential of integrating educational and interactive methods to encourage healthier lifestyle habits, positioning students as agents of change within their communities.

This community service activity aims to socialize the importance of early childhood education in developing children's potential. In carrying out this community service activity, the lecture method is used, namely through the technique of presenting socialization material, which was followed by a question and answer discussion between the presenters/resources and the participants. The low level of public awareness in participating in early childhood education services is due to a lack of information and heavy economic conditions/burden which means that early education is not a top priority for the community compared to food and clothing needs. This socialization activity needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis by involving various related parties (stakeholders), including the village government, mothers and PKK cadres, parents of children, the private sector and campuses so that they receive financial support, personnel and human resources to support carrying out similar activities. in the future. The implementation of socialization activities began with the presentation of the first speaker, then continued with the presentation of the second speaker and ended with a question and answer session for participants and presenters. This activity produces additional information for participants in the form of knowledge and understanding about the importance of early childhood education in developing children's potential. This study investigates the effectiveness of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in enhancing fourth-grade students’ understanding of Asmaul Husna in elementary schools. The research employed a pre-test and post-test design, involving an experimental class that applied the Jigsaw method and a control class that used conventional teaching. Data were collected through written tests designed for elementary-level comprehension and observation sheets to record students’ learning activities. The results indicate that the Jigsaw model fosters greater student engagement, encourages collaboration, and facilitates a clearer understanding of the material, as students actively participate in sharing knowledge with peers. In addition, the method nurtures a sense of individual responsibility and improves communication skills among students. The teacher’s role as facilitator proved essential in guiding group interactions and ensuring that learning objectives were met effectively. These findings suggest that the Jigsaw model can serve as an effective alternative strategy for teaching Islamic Religious Education in elementary schools, particularly on topics such as Asmaul Husna that require not only cognitive understanding but also moral application in daily life.

The background of this research is students’ mistakes in writing review texts based on linguistic level studies. This research analyzes the fields of phonology, morphology, semantics and syntax in the review text of the film entitled Alive. This research aims to obtain results of language analysis errors in grade 8 students at Shuffah Al-Jamaah Tasikmalaya Middle School. The research method uses analytical descriptive research. The sample selection method in this study used a simple random sampling method. The data collection method used is (1) accumulating the results of students’ review texts at school as a data source, (2) reading carefully all data sources, (3) marking and assigning classification codes to the data, (4) classifying data based on the form of error. Language use, (5) presenting and describing data based on forms of language use errors. The instrument used is data analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the most dominant errors that emerged were errors in the field of phonology, namely the omission of phonemes. Apart from that, it is also often found in the field of morphology regarding reduplication, namely the use of the word repeat with a square sign. The deletion of phonemes and incorrect reduplication of writing occurs, which is done by students to shorten the writing of a word so that the writing process can be completed more quickly without paying attention to good and correct linguistic rules. Students need to concentrate and be more careful in the process of writing activities. Apart from that, teachers also need to provide direction in the form of knowledge and insight regarding the basics of good and correct linguistics to minimize the occurrence of language mistakes and mistakes.
