Indonesia, as an agricultural country, has a large population working in the agricultural sector. Agricultural activities often involve the use of chemicals that can cause skin disorders, one of which is contact dermatitis. Contact dermatitis is an occupational disease with a high prevalence, both globally and nationally. As a form of concern for the increasing number of dermatitis cases among farmers, a community service activity was conducted in Mlati Village, Grobogan Regency. This activity aimed to increase farmers' awareness and knowledge regarding contact dermatitis prevention. The intervention included educational sessions, interactive discussions, role-plays, pre- and post-tests, and the distribution of skin health information leaflets. The activity was carried out by the Health Promotion Team from the Faculty of Medicine, Semarang State University. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the symptoms of contact dermatitis by 11.86% of the 21 participants who attended. Materials considered important by participants included the importance of maintaining personal hygiene after contact with chemicals, as well as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during work. The participants' enthusiasm was also evident in their active participation in the discussion sessions and hands-on practice. However, there was still a lack of in-depth understanding of skin health care. This demonstrates the need for regular follow-up education to reinforce the program's positive impact. Overall, these activities demonstrate the critical importance of community-based health promotion in reducing the risk of occupational skin diseases and encouraging healthier and safer behavior changes in farmers.

The application of proper cough etiquette is an essential part of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and serves as a preventive measure in reducing the transmission of respiratory infectious diseases from an early age. Health education for young children is crucial, as this stage represents the formative period where foundational habits are developed, potentially influencing long-term individual and environmental health. This community service activity was conducted on May 9, 2025, at Stella Maris Kindergarten in Tangerang City, involving 29 Nursery group children. The main objective of the program was to enhance the knowledge and skills of early childhood students in practicing correct cough etiquette and to instill healthy behaviors that they can apply in their daily lives at home and school. The implementation of the activity followed the POAC approach (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in a structured manner. Activities included storytelling (using engaging illustrations), screening of age-appropriate educational videos, practical simulations of cough etiquette, and fun, interactive games. These methods were designed to encourage active participation and ensure that children could understand and retain the health messages through enjoyable learning experiences. The results showed a notable improvement in the children's understanding and active involvement in practicing healthy coughing techniques, such as covering their mouths with a tissue or the inside of their elbows when coughing. Visual education combined with hands-on practice proved to be highly effective in conveying health messages to young children. The teachers responded positively to the program, emphasizing that the approach used was appropriate and should be widely implemented in other early childhood education institutions. They recognized it as a valuable promotive effort and a long-term health investment for children, laying the groundwork for healthier habits and environments in the future.

Improving the quality of children's health is one of the main priorities in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in addressing stunting prevention in Indonesia. Stunting remains a serious challenge in public health development, especially among young children who suffer from chronic malnutrition. To tackle this issue, effective nutritional education is essential, especially for young mothers who play a central role in caregiving and determining their children's dietary intake. In line with the shift in information consumption patterns from conventional media to digital platforms, social media is becoming increasingly significant as a channel for health communication and education. One emerging phenomenon in this context is the rise of public figures from the medical profession actively sharing health-related content online, commonly referred to as “doctor influencers.” This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategies employed by doctor influencers, using the Instagram account @mizaafrizal, owned by Dr. Miza Afrizal, as a case study, focusing on how he educates young mothers about child nutrition. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as content observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review on digital communication and health promotion. The findings indicate that Dr. Miza employs a persuasive and interactive communication strategy through the use of humanistic language, visually engaging content, and scientifically supported information in each post. He also leverages Instagram features like reels, stories, and the comment section to establish two-way communication with his followers. Dr. Miza’s credibility as a pediatrician enhances the reception of his messages. His approachable, clear, and educational style of delivery successfully captures the attention of young mothers and increases their understanding of the importance of nutrition in early childhood development. These findings highlight the influential role of doctor influencers as change agents in raising public awareness about child nutrition. Moreover, they contribute positively to digital-based health promotion efforts in Indonesia, showing the potential of social media as a powerful platform to support national health initiatives.

Anxiety experienced by pregnant women is a common psychological problem and can have a significant negative impact on maternal health and fetal development. This anxiety can be caused by various factors, including physical changes, concerns about the delivery process, and new responsibilities as parents. Therefore, it is important to find effective ways to address this anxiety. One non-pharmacological approach that can be implemented is the use of lemon aromatherapy, which is known to have calming and relaxing properties. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of pregnant women in utilizing lemon aromatherapy as a method to reduce their anxiety. This activity was held in June 2025 at PMB Lismarini, involving 20 pregnant women who actively participated in this program. The method used in this activity included several stages: education on the benefits of aromatherapy, demonstrations on how to use it, hands-on practice using lemon aromatherapy, and evaluation conducted through pre- and post-tests to measure changes in participants' anxiety levels. The results of this activity showed a significant decrease in participants' anxiety levels. Previously, many pregnant women were in the severe and moderate anxiety categories, but after participating in the activity, they shifted to mild anxiety and even no anxiety. Lemon aromatherapy has been proven effective in providing relaxation and reducing emotional tension experienced by pregnant women. Therefore, this activity is expected to become a promotional educational model in maternal health services. Through this approach, it is hoped that pregnant women will better understand and utilize aromatherapy as a way to maintain their mental health during pregnancy. Furthermore, this activity can also provide health workers with insight into the importance of non-pharmacological approaches in supporting the mental health of pregnant women.

The digitalization of healthcare had prompted health institutions to adopt digital content marketing as an innovative strategy for service promotion and patient loyalty development, while preserving service reliability as a crucial loyalty factor. Recent empirical research had revealed inconsistent findings about the non-linear relationships among these variables, which necessitated additional investigation incorporating trust as a mediating factor. This research sought to provide empirical validation of how trust mediated the relationship between service reliability, digital content marketing, and patient loyalty within hospital settings. The study employed a cross-sectional methodology using purposive sampling with 119 outpatients from Hermina Kemayoran Hospital in Jakarta. The analytical approach utilized the three box method for descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via Smart-PLS 4 for inferential analysis. Results demonstrated that both digital content marketing and service reliability influenced patient loyalty indirectly through trust mediation, though digital content marketing's indirect influence was considerably weaker than its direct impact. The research determined that trust served as a partial mediator in how digital content marketing and service reliability affected patient loyalty development in hospital environments.

The rapid development of technology and social media has given rise to new trends in marketing strategies, one of which is the use of Influencers as promotional media. Influencers are often utilized as intermediaries between brands and consumers due to their perceived ability to shape public opinion and influence purchasing decisions. However, various ethical issues have emerged in advertising practices involving Influencers, particularly concerning transparency, honesty, and social responsibility. Many Influencers promote products without disclosing that the content is paid advertising. Such practices can mislead consumers and damage the reputations of both the Influencer and the associated brand. Another critical issue is the promotion of products that do not align with the Influencer’s personal values, as well as the lack of protection for vulnerable groups, such as children. Therefore, the implementation of strict and comprehensive advertising ethics is essential. This study highlights the importance of digital ethics education for Influencers, the enforcement of clear regulations, and the active role of social media platforms in labeling sponsored content, in order to establish a healthy and responsible digital advertising ecosystem.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) remain a leading cause of global morbidity and mortality, with chronic inflammation as a key pathophysiological mechanism. Antioxidants from fruits and vegetables have demonstrated potential to modulate inflammatory immune responses, thus contributing to NCD prevention. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of fruit and vegetable consumption promotion policies in preventing NCDs by modulating inflammatory immune responses in Nabire District in 2025. The research employed a mixed-methods design, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data from 384 adult respondents. Data were gathered through food consumption surveys, inflammatory biomarker analysis (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α), and an evaluation of policy implementation. Descriptive and inferential analyses were conducted using SPSS 28.0 and R version 4.3.0. Results revealed that average fruit and vegetable consumption in Nabire residents remained below the WHO recommended intake (289g/day vs. 400g/day), although there was a noticeable improvement compared to previous years. A significant negative correlation was found between antioxidant intake and inflammatory biomarkers (r=-0.478, p<0.001). Policy implementation reached 74% coverage with a 62% compliance rate, indicating significant improvements in reach compared to prior assessments. The study concludes that fruit and vegetable consumption promotion policies show enhanced potential in modulating inflammatory immune responses for NCD prevention. However, continued efforts in strengthening policy implementation and adopting innovative monitoring strategies, particularly through digital health technologies, are essential for achieving sustained impact

The use of formula milk for infants is still common in the early stages of life and has the potential to hinder successful breastfeeding, even though the benefits of breast milk have been widely proven. Education and lactation counseling are considered important strategies to support breastfeeding practices and reduce the unnecessary use of formula milk. However, empirical evidence on the effectiveness of lactation counseling in reducing the intensity of formula milk use is still limited, especially in the context of primary health care in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of lactation counseling in reducing the intensity of formula feeding in infants. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of 20 mothers who had infants and met the inclusion criteria in the Popayato Community Health Center working area, selected using total sampling technique. The intervention took the form of structured lactation counseling provided by health workers. The intensity of formula feeding was measured before and after the intervention using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was performed descriptively and bivariately using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a decrease in the intensity of formula feeding after lactation counseling. The Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference between the intensity of formula feeding before and after education (p = 0.000). Lactation counseling was proven to be effective in reducing the intensity of formula feeding in infants. This educational intervention has the potential to be an important promotional strategy in maternal and child health services to support more optimal breastfeeding practices..

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are experiencing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in consumer purchasing power is a challenge for SMEs in carrying out their business production. One of the opportunities for MSME actors to survive in the current pandemic is by maximizing online sales. But not a few MSME actors who still do not understand to use online sales. Therefore, it is necessary to empower the community of MSME actors in trying online markets or other options by empowering MSME actors in branding superior products. By using and managing the right digital media, it is hoped that business actors can increase public interest in products. Digital media that can be used include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, GrabFood/Go-Food or other platforms. Business actors can also carry out brand awareness offline, that is, they can develop innovations that do not yet exist, such as promotions by distributing brochures, creating attractive menu lists or creating price tags. The approach method used in community service this time is in the form of mentoring business actors regarding the development of MSME business innovations where members go directly to the field. This MSME assistance activity was carried out. The process of SME Mentoring activities is in the form of interviews with business owners to find out the current situation of their business conditions, members help make snack box orders, make banners/banners and price tags as an effort to carry out brand awareness, and members also provide medical equipment in the form of masks, hand sanitizer, and plastic gloves to business managers as a form of attention to always maintain health protocols when interacting with customers.

Employee performance represents the ability to fulfill tasks and responsibilities according to organizational standards. At UPTD Puskesmas Kosambi, the evaluation of Non-Civil Servant (Non-ASN) healthcare workers is still done manually and tends to be subjective, primarily based on attendance. This study aims to address the issue by developing a decision support system using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. A descriptive-applied approach and the waterfall development model were employed. Five evaluation criteria were used: attendance (25%), service quality (35%), report timeliness (20%), patient complaints (10%), and lateness (10%). Data from 20 Non-ASN healthcare workers in April 2025 were analyzed, with Anis Julianti achieving the highest MOORA score of 0.3839. The system underwent validation through black-box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), both confirming its accuracy and usability. The findings were compared with previous studies. Harningsih et al. (2024) used the MOORA method for promotion evaluations at the North Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate Office and recorded a top score of 0.3616. Dewi Yohana br Ginting et al. (2024) applied the method at a beauty clinic and found a top score of 0.3747. These comparisons indicate that the MOORA results in this study fall within a consistent and valid range. The developed decision support system is expected to enhance the objectivity, transparency, and accountability of performance evaluations for Non-ASN employees in primary healthcare services, offering a more comprehensive alternative to manual assessment methods.
