This research aims to analyze the role of economics and business in the context of sustainable development using a stakeholder approach. In facing complex global economic challenges, collaboration between various stakeholders—including government, the private sector, and society—has become critical to creating solutions that are effective and responsive to society's needs. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews and participant observation in locations with significant economic activity. The research results show that synergy between stakeholders has a big influence on local economic development. This research identifies key factors such as effective communication and trust as important elements in collaboration. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for policy makers and business people in formulating more inclusive and sustainable development strategies.

Guarantee fiduciary guarantees play an important role in economic financing in Indonesia. This research aimed to determine the influenced of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on continuance intention of Kopra by Mandiri which is mediated by trust in the Tapal Kuda area. This research used the Explanatory Research type. Researchers used the proportional random sampling method or random sampling. The author used the determination of the sample size in this research based on the Slovin method as a measuring tool for calculating sample size so that research could be made easier. The number of research samples determined using the Slovin formula was 321 people. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmaprtPLS application. This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving employee performance at PT XYZ, a state-owned company that plays a vital role in the provision of electricity in Indonesia. In the context of increasingly fierce competition and increasing customer demands, SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing companies. The results of the analysis show that internal strengths, such as technical expertise, can be leveraged to develop more innovative products and services. This study also emphasizes the importance of improving service quality as a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction. Thus, the recommendations produced are expected to assist PT XYZ in formulating an effective strategy to achieve its business goals. The results of this research make a significant contribution to the development of human resources and the improvement of company performance.

Sexual harassment is a behavior with sexual connotations that is done without the consent of the intended person, including various forms such as physical, verbal, and non-verbal. In Indonesia, verbal sexual harassment such as catcalling is common but less recognized by society. Catcalling, which is often directed at women, is often considered trivial and not seen as a form of criminal offense. In fact, this act can have a serious psychological and emotional impact on the victim. Although there is still a lack of understanding about the Sexual Violence Law, it is hoped that this law can provide legal protection for victims. The Criminal Code (KUHP) also regulates crimes of decency, but non-physical sexual harassment has not been specifically regulated, making law enforcement difficult. The problem of lack of legal awareness and the lack of regulations related to verbal sexual harassment are the main obstacles in providing protection to victims. From the above problems, the formulation of the problem to be sought is how the implementation of the law against the perpetrators of catcalling and whether the criminal law in Indonesia has been good enough in dealing with the criminal act of catcalling as a form of sexual harassment. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and inductive research, and research using deductive methods, and using an empirical juridical approach.

This study provides a new perspective on the influence of social media marketing activities (SMMA) on the purchase intention of students towards the Kahf brand. The use of social media has truly increased massively, and this has led many companies to change the way they engage their brands with consumers. This phenomenon creates a need for this research to further investigate the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) on social brand engagement (SBE), brand equity (BAQ), and purchase intention (PIN). Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore the impact of SMMA on students' purchase intentions regarding the Kahf brand, considering brand equity and social brand engagement. This research uses the SOR (Stimulus Organism Response) theory as the foundation of the study. This research uses a quantitative method with 144 respondents, employing Roscoe's formula and purposive sampling technique. The data in this study was obtained by having respondents fill out a questionnaire. There are 20 questions that respondents must answer through Google Forms. The researcher analyzes the results of the discriminant validity using the Fornell-Larcker Criterion. This research aims to determine the impact of social media marketing activities (SMMA) and purchase intention on the products offered by the Kahf brand. The survey results will be analyzed using descriptive statistics, employing PLS-SEM version 4.0 and SPSS to test the quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing activities have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, while brand equity and social engagement do not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The findings suggest that the effectiveness of marketing is achieved through social media marketing activities that positively and significantly influence respondents' purchase intentions.

Problems arise when the seller and buyer have died while the land that is the object of the sale and purchase is controlled by a third party. The data analysis used was a qualitative approach to secondary data as the main and primary data as supporting data. The results of the study show that the validity of the land sale and purchase statement letter above the seal in the transfer of land rights can be seen from the fulfillment of two requirements; general and special requirements. The legal consideration of the panel of judges in the Pati District Court Decision Case Number 7/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Pti. is that the Defendant's actions in controlling a plot of land recorded in the Village Book C Number 870, Plot Number 24 Class D1 covering an area of 270 M2 located in RT 002 RW 005 Tunjungrejo Village, Margoyoso Sub-District, Pati Regency are against the law. The legal consequences for the parties to the Pati District Court Decision Case Number 7/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Pti is that the Plaintiff has the right to control a plot of land as recorded in the Village Record Number 870, Plot Number 24 Class DI Area 270 M2, located in Rt 002 Rw 005 Tunjungrejo Village, Margoyoso Sub-District, Pati Regency, and the Defendant and the third party were ordered to vacate the land belonging to Ah Djumadi or his heirs which was the object of the dispute.

Legal awareness and compliance are fundamental pillars of national legal development, aimed at establishing a just, effective, and responsive legal system that aligns with societal dynamics and development needs. This study identifies strategies to enhance legal awareness and compliance at individual, institutional, and corporate levels through a normative juridical approach, analyzing key elements of the legal system—legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture—based on Lawrence Friedman’s theory. The research highlights the importance of legal audits as a strategic tool for assessing regulatory compliance and ensuring the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in public institutions and business entities. Strengthening the regulatory framework for legal audits, including legitimizing the legal auditor profession, is essential to ensure independent, objective, and credible assessments, fostering public trust, business confidence, and legal system stability. By bridging gaps between legal formulation and implementation, legal audits contribute to a conducive business environment, enhanced national competitiveness, and effective legal development that supports Indonesia’s vision as a secure, just, and prosperous state.

The purpose of the study was to obtain a real picture in providing community midwifery care in the context of the family to Mrs. M with Postpartum and Neonatal Physiology in Bangkang Hamlet, Prabu Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. After practicing community midwifery and implementing comprehensive community midwifery care, a good working relationship with Mr. "Z"'s family was created, basic data assessment of Mr. "Z"'s family was conducted, data analysis was conducted on Mr. "Z"'s family data assessment, data analysis of Mr. "Z"'s family, formulation of problems in Mr. "Z"'s family, determining priority problems in Mr. "Z"'s family. Effective student management is an important part of a quality education system. This research considers a holistic approach to student management that integrates academic aspects, character development, and talent development. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the holistic approach in enhancing academic achievement, positive character development, and student talent development. This research employs a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative data analysis from academic results and student surveys with qualitative data from in-depth interviews with educators and field observations. Research shows that a holistic approach to student management is positively correlated with improved academic performance, stronger character, and more targeted human resource development. This result highlights the importance of integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects into student management. The significance of this research underscores the need for a reformulation of educational policies that support the implementation of integrated student management at various levels of education.

Effective marketing planning is the key to success for companies, especially in the increasingly competitive automotive industry. This research aims to analyze the planning and marketing process carried out by Mitsubishi Xpander. The method used is a literature review, which involves analyzing various reference sources related to marketing and business strategy. The findings show that Mitsubishi Xpander has successfully implemented a planned marketing strategy, including product adjustments, competitive prices and effective promotions. Additionally, in-depth market analysis helps companies in understanding consumer preferences and identifying opportunities in the market. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing marketing strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing consumer trends to increase competitiveness and business sustainability. The results of this research can provide insight for other companies in formulating more effective and efficient marketing strategies.

This research aims to explore the meaning of work in the context of the Church's social teachings, with a focus on the perspective of the encyclical Laborem Exercens.The background to this research is rooted in the importance of understanding work as an integral part of human life and Church teachings. The method used is qualitative analysis of the encyclical, which includes text study and interpretation of meaning. The findings show that work is seen as a deep calling, where each individual contributes to the creation and well-being of society. In addition, this encyclical emphasizes the values ​​of justice, solidarity and human dignity in the world of work. The implication of this research is the need to reaffirm the importance of work ethics based on Church teachings, as well as encouragement to create a more just and humane work environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for stakeholders in formulating policies that support the principles of the Church's social teachings in daily work practices.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in achieving company strategic goals, especially amidst the challenges of globalization and increasingly fierce competition. This journal discusses the importance of effective HR management in creating competitive advantages and improving organizational performance. With a focus on talent development, employee welfare, and good relationships between management and employees, this research shows that good HRM practices can increase employee motivation, productivity, and loyalty. In addition, this journal highlights the need for strategies that are aligned with business goals to ensure that every individual in the organization contributes optimally. Through analysis of various challenges faced by HR management, including work-life balance and global skills development, this journal provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of HR management. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for companies in formulating adaptive and innovative HR strategies, so that they can survive and develop in an era full of uncertainty.

Determining relatively high prices will cause consumers to move to other producers, or look for new products that have better product quality. This shows that determining price sensitivity must be appropriate. The aim of the research is to determine the price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Pasar Baruga, Kendari city. Determination of the research area was carried out purposively based on the consideration that Baruga Market is one of the central distributors of staple foods. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The number of respondents who were staple food traders was 44 people. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the research show that: The price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Baruga Market, Kendari City, means that on average there has been an increase in both the number of goods offered and the price level. For head rice the average selling price difference is Rp. 5,125, for broiler meat the average selling price difference is Rp. 8,750, purebred chicken eggs with an average selling price difference of Rp. the average difference in selling price is IDR 2,786, Sedaap cooking oil with an average difference in selling price is IDR 2,429, Shallots with an average difference in selling price is IDR 15,286 and the average difference in the number of goods sold is 10 Kg .

This study aims to find out the role of the Regional Research and Innovation Development Planning Agency in Handling Slum Settlements in Uneng City Subdistrict, Sikka Regency. The problems faced are limited basic infrastructure such as roads, clean water and inadequate sanitation. This is because this area has experienced a significant increase in population and this has not been balanced with the development of adequate basic infrastructure. The research method used is a qualitative method and is analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research show that the role of the Regional Research and Innovation Development Planning Agency in Handling Slum Settlements in Uneng City Subdistrict is to coordinate aspects of the preparation and integration of policies, strategies, norms, standards, guidelines and criteria for the implementation of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Coordinating technical aspects of defense, licensing, design and technical feasibility as well as integration of Housing and Settlement Area (PKP) facilities and infrastructure, Coordinating institutional aspects, including coordinating, formulating policies, strengthening institutional capacity, as well as building partnerships with other parties including the community in the form of empowerment and cooperation as well as developing databases and information on housing and residential areas (PKP), Coordinating and developing a monitoring and evaluation system for PKP implementation, including performance measurement and PKP standard parameters.  

This research aims to design and simulate a DC motor speed control system using integral state feedback (KISF) control. This control is designed to maintain DC motor speed stability with high accuracy despite disturbances or load changes. The research stages include mathematical modeling of the DC motor, PID control design, integral state feedback control design, simulation implementation and simulation results analysis. The show that althought integral state feedback control has a rise time 273.501 ms, slightly slower than PID 197.604 ms, integral state feedback compensates with higher slew rate of change 6.540 V/ms compared to PID 4.344 V/ms. Integral state feedback offers greater flexibility through pole placement values with Ackerman’s formula J3 = [-12 -100 -600], indicating that this system has good capability in responding to input changes, thus maintaining motor speed stably and efficiently. This indicates that integral state feedback control is superior in system adaptation and handling complex dynamics.

Technological developments have given birth to various cutting-edge applications, including online chatting applications, online motorcycle taxis, shopping, and online dating applications. Social media and online applications can be easily accessed by various groups of society. Aggressive behavior is behavior that aims to hurt or harm other people who do not want it. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological method. A phenomenological approach was used to understand generation Z's subjective experience of open relationships through the use of online dating applications. The formulation of the problem in this research is, what are the characteristics of aggressive behavior that appear among online dating application users among Generation Z and what factors influence this. This research aims to understand the dynamics of aggressive behavior that occurs among online dating application users in Generation Z. In addition, this research aims to explore and understand various types of aggression, including physical, verbal and relational.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model Learning Together Type on the Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students in the Science Subject of SDN Sambirejo No. 148 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative study using the experimental method of One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The population and sample in this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri Sambirejo Surakarta totaling 28 students. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique (census technique). Data collection techniques in the form of observation, testing, and documentation. The test was carried out twice with the aim of determining the changes that occurred before and after the treatment was given. The instrument trial or tryout was conducted at SD Negeri Sondakan Surakarta using 30 questions. The results of the trial were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The results of the validity test showed 20 questions that were declared valid and 10 questions that were declared invalid. The data analysis technique was in the form of a prerequisite test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula and a hypothesis test with the Paired Sample T-Test formula. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, the average value of the PreTest of students was 55.35 while the average value of the PostTest of students was 64.64. The results of the statistical test with the Paired Sample T-Test showed that the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study states that there is a significant influence of the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model Learning Together Type on the Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students in the Science Subject of SDN Sambirejo No. 148 Surakarta.

Legal protection for daily cooperatives is very important to ensure that their duties are carried out fairly, in accordance with applicable regulations, and without violating the rights of cooperative members. However, in the implementation of this task, there are often unwanted situations, such as violent crimes that can threaten the safety and integrity of daily cooperative employees. The inability to pay debts can trigger emotions and frustration on the part of borrowers, which in turn can trigger acts of violence against daily cooperative employees in the city of Kupang. Based on the above background, the following problem formulation is proposed: (1) What are the factors that encourage the occurrence of acts of violence against cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties? (2) What is the form of legal protection provided by the government to cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties?. This research was carried out in Kupang City, precisely at the PNM Mekaar Office, Kelapa Lima Kupang Branch. This research is an empirical legal research, which is carried out with a legislative approach and a case approach. The data were analyzed in a descriptive-qualitative manner. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was obtained that: (1) factors that encourage acts of violence against cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties, including: (a) Internal factors, including; (a) morality and education, (b) low consumer income factors, (c) consumer economic pressure, (d) uncontrolled emotions, (e) the influence of alcohol. b) External factors, including; (a) risky environmental factors, (b) social factors. (2) Forms of legal protection provided by the government to cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties, including: (a) Preemptive protection: can mean taking preventive measures. (b) Preventive Protection: This protection involves various policies, regulations, and mechanisms. (c) Repressive protection: actions taken to address, stop, or punish unlawful acts. The author's advice is to report the incident of violence to your superior, cooperative management, or the authorities as soon as possible. Make sure to follow the cooperative's internal procedures related to complaints and handling of violence.

This type of research is empirical juridical, namely the researcher obtains research data directly from related parties or agencies. The population in this study consisted of 2 Village Heads, 4 Hamlet Heads, 6 RT Heads, 4 RW Heads and 10 community members. After the data was obtained, the researcher will group the data based on the data source and analyze it to get answers to the problem formulation in this study. The results of the study indicate that (1) the implementation of the duties and authorities of the Village Head has not been running well. This is evidenced by the community who still do not feel peace and order in the environment. The Village Head must conduct more routine socialization on how to maintain peace and order to the community. (2) The inhibiting factors for the Village Head in carrying out the duties and authorities of maintaining peace and order, namely there are still many riots, fights between martial arts schools and the lack of facilities and infrastructure provided, to support the creation of peace and order in the community. The author's suggestion in this study is that the Village Head must conduct more frequent socialization and increase motivation to the community to maintain peace and order in their environment. This can be done through religious activities involving young people, thus encouraging them to do more positive activities rather than activities that disturb the peace of other communities.
