The development of social media platforms in today's digital era has experienced a significant increase in all circles. In this context, many online news portals have converged by utilizing Instagram as a medium for disseminating up to date information. Instagram itself, is able to disseminate information widely because it is relatively easy to access by anyone at any time. Indozone.id itself is an online media web portal part of PT. Indozone Media Indonesia which has also converged by utilizing Instagram. Has 4.2 million active Instagram followers, with the well-known characteristic with the tagline #KAMUHARUSTAU Indozone.id has successfully presented content that is educational, informative and adds insight and the latest information to its followers in order to build a better generation of Indonesia and be able to have a positive impact on generations Millennials and Gen Z. The current research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and seeks to determine the resulting influence of the @Indozone Instagram account in meeting the information needs of its followers specifically for Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students. The data collection technique is through the Google form with a scale measurement level such as 4 points and the data confirmation test technique uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test. While the data analysis technique uses the Simple Linear Analysis Technique with the help of IBM SPSS V.26 software with research results showing that Instagram @Indozone has a significant and positive effect on fulfilling the information needs of Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students.

The COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted Indonesia, leading to substantial socio-economic disruptions and widespread social anxiety. In response, the government implemented a range of measures, including restrictions and mandatory health protocols, to control the virus. Although the pandemic is officially declared over, the risk of infection remains. Therefore, continued adherence to health protocols is essential. This study aimed to identify the key factors driving public compliance with health protocols in the post-pandemic period within Indonesia, providing valuable insights for policymakers to prevent future outbreaks. The findings revealed that knowledge emerged as the most significant determinant of community adherence to ongoing health protocol implementation. Consequently, the government must consistently emphasize the importance of adhering to health protocols whenever individuals are outside their homes.

This research aimed to examine the effect of the CERDAS learning model on student learning outcomes. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent prest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of students from class X Merdeka 3, serving as the experimental group, and class X Merdeka 1 as the control group. Both from SMA Negeri 7 Prasetya Gorontalo. These classes were selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was an objective test. The results revealed a significant difference in the average scores between the experimental and control classes. Specifically, the average student learning outcome in the experimental group was 79,77, while in the control group, it was 67,27. Hypothesis testing using the t-tes yielded tcount value > ttable, indicated the tcount (2,99) was greater than the ttable value (2,01), which led to the rejection of H0 and confirmation of H1, Confirming that the CERDAS learning model had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Additionally, the N-Gain test showed a moderate effect (0,68), indicating that the CERDAS learning model is fairly effective in improving student learning outcomes.

The Inid Research aims to find out whether the agricultural and food security services of the city implement fixed asset assessment in accordance with the statements of government accounting standards (PSAP NO. 07). Fearing Highlights, assessments, measurements and disclosure of fixed assets on the financial report (balance). The research method used is descriptive, i.e. how an asset is recognized, assessed, measured and disclosed in the financial report (balance). And From the results of the study, it shows that assessment, Measurement, Confessor, and Disclosure of fixed assets such as land, building, Computer and Other Fixed Assets That Have been As per Researched by the Standing Statement of Accountant Sign 07. This research is expected to increase the transparency and accountability of public financial resources.

This study aims to explore the integration of the Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF) in understanding the sustainability of cloud-based e-learning in educational institutions. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this research examines relevant prior studies to analyze the relationship between task-technology fit, expectation confirmation, and users' continuance intention. The findings reveal that the alignment between e-learning technology features and users' task needs significantly contributes to perceived usefulness and satisfaction, ultimately driving continuance intention. Additionally, external factors such as institutional support and system quality play crucial roles in sustaining usage. The integration of ECM and TTF provides a more comprehensive analytical framework to explain users' post-adoption behavior towards cloud-based e-learning. However, this study has several limitations, including the lack of empirical data and a limited focus on social dynamics and psychological factors. This research offers significant contributions to the development of sustainable e-learning implementation strategies and recommends further studies to address the identified limitations.

Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Bunut District is one of the biggest PTSL activity targets at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office for the 2021 fiscal year, namely 7,964 Land Rights Certificates (SHAT), however the realization achieved was only 3,728 Certificates (K1). Because of this, the research is intended to examine how Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities are implemented in Bunut District and what factors hinder the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities in Bunut District. The theoretical concept used is the Policy Implementation Theory according to the Theory of George C. Edward III. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive data analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and confirmation of conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities in Bunut District is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Regulation No. 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL and there are several obstacles in its implementation including: Lack of human resources at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office, lack of enthusiasm regarding the imposition of BPHTB, the existence of plots of land that enter or intersect with PIPPIB areas and forest areas, the imposition of PTSL preparation costs, land owners who are not available or cannot be contacted.

Legal protection for consumers in online buying and selling transactions requires confirmation of responsibility related to online buying and selling practices and problems of default caused by business actors. To what extent is the role of the marketplace and business actors responsible for the default losses experienced by consumers? The type of legal research used is empirical juridical legal research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, observation. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The research results obtained by the author are that (1) Buying and selling practices using B2C (Business to Consumer) and C2C (consumer to consumer) transaction systems. (2) Responsibility for legal protection of consumers as a marketplace is related to defaults or unlawful acts caused by business actors, so the burden of responsibility is borne by the business actor by referring to the contract that the parties agreed to. The legal protection provided is limited to supervision, regulators, facilitators, finding solutions, and making decisions regarding defaults or unlawful acts that occur.

According to the provisions of the Covenant, if the unmarried child is not recognised by his father or his mother, he shall be deemed not to have a legal relationship with his parents. Therefore, if a child is recognized and followed by the confirmation of the child from his parents, the child may inherit the inheritance of the parent who acknowledges it, with the division of the legacy prescribed by law. Under the Marriage Act, Act No. 1 of 1974 (Article 43, para. (1)), unrecognized children automatically have civil relations with their mothers and their families. The right and status of the out-of-marriage child to the inheritance of the parent who acknowledges it at the confirmation of the child is basically the same as the legal child. The recognized and certified off-marital child is the heir who has the same rights as the child born in a legitimate marriage.

The accuracy of debt balances is crucial because it can affect the credibility and financial health of the company. Therefore, an audit of debt is very necessary because if there is a misstatement of this item, it will affect the fairness of the presentation of the financial statements as a whole. This study aims to analyze the fairness of the long-term debt account balance in the financial statements of foundation A as of December 31, 2022. This research is a qualitative study that uses a descriptive analysis approach method where the author collects, compiles, and analyzes data obtained from Foundation A. The results showed that the debt balance of Foundation A was presented fairly in the financial statements. This conclusion is supported by evidence obtained through audit procedures performed, including examination of long-term debt details, confirmation of debt balances to creditors, and analysis of the presentation and disclosure of long-term debt in the financial statements. This study can be useful in providing insight into the importance of proper presentation and disclosure of long-term debt and help improve the quality and transparency of financial reporting.

Investigative audit can be interpreted as a process carried out by an independent party to prove the presence or absence of fraud. Seeing these conditions, the investigative auditor must carry out audit procedures effectively and efficiently in order to obtain conclusions regarding how fraud can occur. It is undeniable that various forms of fraud can occur in every company, one of which is fraud in the employee payroll system. Furthermore, PT X is a manufacturing company and one of the clients of KAP Y which requires investigative audit services to detect fraud in the payment of salaries for casual employees. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of vouching and confirmation procedures in the investigative audit process of the salary expense account at PT X. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach based on case studies. Secondary data for this research was obtained through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by preparing questions and recording the results of interviews for further analysis. The author also organizes the information obtained to get a conclusion. The results of this study prove that vouching and confirmation procedures are able to detect fraud in the investigative audit process. In this case, it has been found that there is a difference between the amount of funds spent by the company for salary payments and the amount of funds received by daily casual employees.

This article discusses the structure and characteristics of argumentative texts in Indonesian. Argumentative text is a type of text that is used to express opinions or arguments about a topic, and has a specific structure. In this article, we will analyze the structure and characteristics of argumentative texts in Indonesian, as well as provide relevant examples. Argumentative texts in Indonesian have a structure consisting of several parts, namely: introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction functions as an introduction, while the body contains the arguments put forward. The conclusion functions as confirmation and closure. The characteristics of argumentative texts in Indonesian include: using clear and short sentences, using examples and relevant data, and using clear and logical logic. Argumentative texts must also have a clear and logical structure, so that readers can follow the arguments put forward. In this article, we will also discuss relevant examples of argumentative texts in Indonesian. These examples will help us understand the structure and characteristics of argumentative texts more clearly. Method is the most important element in the Islamic education learning process. Because methods are among the determining factors for the success or failure of education and learning. And it would be good if the learning methods were appropriate and relevant to the needs and conditions of students in the learning process. The output in Islamic education is the confirmation that students must have the ability to understand, believe and practice Islamic teachings as a concrete result of the learning process. And to make this happen, learning methods in Islamic education must be based on primary sources, namely the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW which have been tested for validity with current developments. Islamic education learning methods that can be applied according to the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith include: the method of bil hikmah, example, stories, ibrah or mau'izah, habituation or habituation, parables, punishment and reward, lectures, discussions or dialogue and jidal or debate, question and answer, demonstration, and practice or repetition. In essence, the Qur'an or Hadith is a solution in the process of human life that must be studied and understood in order to achieve its essence in living human nature as a servant of Allah SWT.

To find out and analyze the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in proving criminal acts in other countries. To find out and analyze the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the perspective of proof of criminal acts at the investigative level in IndonesiaThe type of research used is normative juridical. The focus of the normative approach is to find, analyze and then formulate norms for the use of hypnosis. While the focus of the juridical approach is to explain the use of forensic hypnosis in several countries by referring to legal concepts or expert opinions, legal principles or principles and legal sources that apply universally.Whereas forensic hypnosis has been used as a method of examining witnesses in the investigative process in the United States, Canada and Hong Kong where information from the results of forensic hypnosis is used by investigators to search for, collect evidence and strengthen evidence. Meanwhile, de jure court decisions in each country that recognize the use of forensic hypnosis is a source of jurisprudence and legal legitimacy for applying forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in proving criminal offenses at the investigative level in Indonesia. Whereas the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the perspective of proving a crime at the level of investigation in Indonesia is no different from the method of examining witnesses in the investigation process in general. As a complementary method, it consists of 4 (four) stages namely pre-induction, induction, suggestion and termination where implicitly the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the investigation process is a manifestation of the investigator's enthusiasm in carrying out other actions according to law.In order to further strengthen and optimize the existence of the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the investigative process in Indonesia, it is hoped that the legislature will provide confirmation on the use of forensic hypnosis which must be contained in statutory regulations or in standard procedures.

English translation. The rapid advancement of technology encourages more diverse interactions in languages, one of which is followed by the emergence of various social media. The following research aims to discuss linguistic interactions regarding locutionary speech acts in Pragmatics. Unlike previous studies, this data was taken from utterances that discussed Indonesian language material uploaded by a Twitter user. Starting from discussing UTBK questions, PBM, language issues, to updates regarding the EYD (Edition V) which is implemented in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the intent and form of locutionary speech acts in Fauzan Al-Rasyid's Twitter account uploads regarding this linguistic material. This article applies a research method with a pragmatic and descriptive qualitative approach that uses techniques of reading, observing, and documenting the data to be collected. Documentation techniques are used to collect data, reduce data, display data, and verify the data taken so that all data is neatly arranged and properly recorded. The results of this study, the researcher found 15 speech data where all the data were in the form of locutionary speech acts. The 15 data have the intention of conveying information and giving confirmation from speakers to speech partners related to language. Then, in presenting the data, the writer uses formal and informal presentation. This research is expected to provide an understanding of locutionary speech acts and can be used as a basis and reference or reference by other researchers who wish to conduct similar research in order to improve their problem-solving skills or as an effort to improve their analytical skills .

The use of gadgets is increasingly widespread, as is the increase in gadget addiction among teenagers. The aim of this activity is to create a school environment that supports teenagers' social development without triggering unhealthy gadget addiction. In this way, teenagers can be guided towards conscious and self-responsible behavior in using devices. The awareness and awareness campaign will focus on how students can recognize the dimensions of gadget addiction and some of the signs and symptoms of mental disorders. The method of conveying information is carried out in the classroom in the form of a focus group discussion. Before the campaign is carried out, students will be given the SAS and PHQ9 forms as basic measuring instruments that detect the possibility of potential gadget addiction and mental disorders. Based on the results of addiction scores and mental health disorders, it shows that there is a significant correlation between addiction scores and mental health disorder scores with a p value <0.037. Even though the magnitude of this relationship is very weak linearly, several dimensions have a fairly clear cause and effect path, thus providing confirmation that excessive exposure to the use of digital devices will threaten the health of adolescents.
