Emergency is defined as a condition that can threaten the safety of life if it is not treated immediately, and this can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime. First aid is the immediate and temporary care given to a person. Health education with educational method is defined as a method that can increase the insight and knowledge. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of emergency First Aid education on fracture management knowledge in the community around STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado.The research design used was a quasi-experiment, with a one group posttest research design. In this study, the research sample selected was 12 research respondents, in the selection using random sampling. In collecting research data, this was conducted by distributing research questionnaires to the research respondents. Then, the research data that has been collected is processed using with the Mc-Nemar’s test, with a value level of a ≤ 0.05.The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of emergency first aid on fracture management knowledge with value of p = 0,004 where p value is smaller than a = 0.05. There is an effect of education on the effect of emergency First Aid education on knowledge of fracture management in lay people or the community around the STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado.  

The hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive health services that have a high risk of patient safety, patient companions, visitors, and human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between correct patient identification and patient satisfaction in the uptd emergency department at the Menbo-nembo Bitung Hospital. Methods The design of this study used a descriptive analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population is 998 respondents, the sample in this study is 99 respondents using a questionnaire measuring instrument. Then the data collected was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. With a significant value (a) 0.05. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that there were 0 cells that had an expected count value of less than 5, then the reading of the results was continued on the Fischer exact test with a p value = .000 where if the value was smaller than the value = 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between correct patient identification and patient satisfaction in the uptd emergency department at the Menbo-nembo Bitung Hospital.  

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas is disable to produce insulin, which isenergy. Good knowledge determines adherence to diet in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance of patients with type II diabetes mellitus at WolterMonginsidiTk.IIHospital Manado. This study was conducted in August on patients with diabetes mellitus at WolterMonginsidiTk.IIHospital Manado with population are 141 respondents and 35 respondents was taken as samples of this research with using non-probability sampling technique type which is accidental sampling technique. The type of this research was using descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional approach, and used questionnaire as research instrument. The data was collected and analysed using Chi-square test with a significance (α) ≤0.01. The results of Chi-square statistical test obtained ρ-value (α = 0.01). This means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus at the WolterMonginsidiTk.II Hospital Manado. The conclusion of this studythere is a relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. The suggestion from this study is hopefully this study can give benefit in Nursing development.  

Traffic accidents are influenced by several factors including human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. Of the four, have an influence on traffic accidents with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Human error, Animals, Weather, and Traffic Signs on traffic accidents on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In this study, the research population is motorized vehicle users who cross the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency by taking a sample system with a total of 93 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: Human error (X1), Animals (X2), Weather (X3), Traffic signs (X4) and the dependent variable was Traffic Accident (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = -1.530+0,313X1+0,227X2+0,258X3+0,318X4+µ. Shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results show that the Human error variable (X1) has a t count of 3.680 and a t table of 1.98729 then H1 is accepted and significant, animals (X2) have a t count of 2,035 and t table of 1,98729 then H2 is accepted and significant, weather (X3) has a t count of 2.852 and t table of 1.98729 then H3 is accepted and significant, traffic signs (X4) has a t count of 4.618 and t table of 1.98729 then H4 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R Square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable of traffic accident factors can be explained by the independent variables of human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied.

Islamic education in general can be understood as an effort to increase students' faith, understanding, appreciation and practice of the religion of Islam so that they become Muslim individuals who believe and are pious and have noble character in personal, social, national and state life. This study aims to reveal the effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitudes of Single Parent Children: 1) Implementation of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Attitude of Single Parent Children. 3) The Effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitude of Single Parent Family Children This research is a field research with quantitative approach with correlation method. The data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation Method 2) interviews (interviews) 3) questionnaires (questionnaires) 4) documentation. Data analysis techniques include calculating the average value (mean), product moment correlation techniques, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Islamic religious education has a good influence on the attitude of single parent children.

Sinar Sosro is a company that produces various beverage products. Product quality and brand equity in this company have been carried out well, in line with the development of market share and strong competition to always develop in making products that are attractive to consumers so that consumer satisfaction will always be well maintained.This type of research is a quantitative research. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study was 110, sampling used a combination technique of accidental sampling and purposive sampling, using the Slovin formula to get a sample of 88 respondents. The analysis uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 22 software.Based on the results of this study there is a partial influence between the variable Product Quality (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) which is significant. we can conclude that t count, 5.292 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of the product quality variable is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that product quality (X1) partially influences consumer satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, there is a partial effect between Brand Equity (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). which is significant. We can conclude that t count is 4.251 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of Brand Equity is 0.000 <0.05. This means that Brand Equity (X2) partially influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, there is a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect between the variables Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) on Consumer satisfaction (Y). Statistical data analysis shows. The simultaneous significance value of Product Quality and Brand Equity is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 57.997 > F table 3.101. This means that Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y), then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the output results of SPSS 22, there is a coefficient of determination or R square of 0.577 or 57.7% . This shows that the independent variables studied (product quality and brand equity) have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 57.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

Mental health is very influential in the teaching and learning process, therefore it is important to maintain mental health so that the learning process runs effectively, one way to heal mental disorders such as emotional wounds is to do self-healing. This study discusses the comparison of the implementation of self-healing in Islamic boarding school students and students in public formal schools. By using a comparative research method with a qualitative approach and the data obtained through filling out a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews of 5 students and 5 students of state junior high schools. The results of the study show that there are differences in the implementation of self-healing in junior high school students and students based on where they are, the conditions and situations they are experiencing, students use self-healing more by drawing closer to Allah and putting their trust in God, while junior high school students are more able to do self-healing. Self-healing that students cannot do, such as using a mobile phone, is due to the rules that exist in Islamic boarding schools.

Pulmonary TB is an airborne infectious disease that mostly attacks the lungs. Knowledge is information that is captured by the five human senses, then developed through language and ways of thinking. Noncompliance and lack of understanding of the community in the use of drugs is one of the causes of therapy failure. Providing knowledge and understanding of patients in the use of drugs will have an impact on medication adherence and success in using drugs for therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs at the Kombos Health Center Manado City. This study uses an analytical descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used a sampling technique using total sampling with a total of 42 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of the study respondents had a low level of knowledge on medication adherence with a p value = 0.00, and had a low attitude towards medication adherence with a p value = 0.032. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs at the Kombos Health Center Manado City.

Patient safety is a basic thing in the quality of health and nursing services. During the handover process, a nurse must be as effective as possible, as clearly as possible, as short as possible and as comprehensively as possible regarding nurses' independent and collaborative actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research method uses descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach where the independent and dependent variables are studied simultaneously. The sample of respondents as many as 32 people using random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Analyzed with Chi Square ? 0.05 statistical test. The results of the study obtained p value = 0.036, where p value = 0.000, which is smaller than = 0.05, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between the role and the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. p value = 0.000 where p value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05 meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between function and handover quality at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handover at the Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital, Manado. Suggestions from the results of this study can be used as input for hospital considerations that are used to improve health services and design nursing service policies in terms of patient handover by conducting ongoing education or training so that the level of knowledge and nursing actions becomes better.

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. The goal is to get a sense of the shop ambiance, promotions, and customer purchasing interest at Kopitema. The study technique employed is a descriptive and verification strategy. The procedure of gathering data by delivering questionnaires to Old Coffee customers as responses. Even while respondents' answers to promos are fairly positive, there are still low ratings, indicating that they still need to be improved. Similarly, consumer purchasing interest in Old Coffee based on respondents' comments is deemed strong, but the evaluation remains low and has to be improved. Partially, it was discovered that the shop environment impacts customer purchasing interest.

The purpose of this study is to determine how product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy affect the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk milk. The employed research methodology is quantitative in nature, incorporating both primary and secondary sources of data. The study's population comprises Indomilk milk consumers residing in Palu, the exact number of whom has not been determined. Due to the unknown quantity of the population, the number of respondents for this survey was calculated using the Paul Leedy formula and came to 81. The data for this study was gathered through the distribution of a questionnaire to the sample of respondents. This study employed various data analysis techniques, including instrumental tests, tests for double linear regression, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. On the basis of this study's data analysis, it is possible to conclude that product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy significantly impact the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk.

Cookies are a type of patisserie product that is in great demand by the public. Most types of cookies need wheat flour as the basic ingredient, so that causing increased imports of wheat flour. To get around the amount of use of wheat flour so can be used flour from local food ingredients such as yellow sweet potato flour. Purpose of the research: 1) Knowing the composition of the ingredients that used in the making of oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution; 2) Knowing the process of making oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution; 3) Knowing the level of people's preference towards oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution. The methods used in this research are the method of literature, experimentation, documentation, questionnaire, sensory testing, hedonic testing and data analysis. Yellow sweet potato flour used was 15%, 30%, 45% of the weight of the flour. The results showed that oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour were the most preferred and accepted by the panelists as products with the substitution of yellow sweet potato flour as much as 30%.

The purpose of this study is 1) Knowing the right recipe for cheese bread stick products susbtitusi green bean flour and red chili powder; 2) Knowing the difference in the quality of cheese bread stick substitution green bean flour and red chili powder with different percentages seen from the aspect of color, aroma, taste and texture; 3) Know the level of people's fondness for cheese bread stick substitution  green bean flour and red chili powder. This research uses literature methods, experiments, documentation, hedonic tests and data analysis. The experiment was done three times. The number of panelists who filled out the questionnaire was 35 untrained panelists. The results showed that the most preferred cheese bead stick product and red chili powder is a cheese bread stick product with a percentage of green bean flour substitution as much as 50%. The most preferred green bean flour substitute cheese bread stick recipe and red chili powder include 50 g wheat flour, 50 g green bean flour, 40 g edam cheese, 40 g margarine, 24 g egg whites, 2.5 g red chilli powder, 1 g salt and 0.25 g baking soda.

Main Objective: This study reports an experiment to explore differences in player feedback caused by different storytelling methods of Japanese-style Role-playing Games (JRPG). Background problem: Narration is considered the soul of JRPG, and is a vital and irreplaceable role. Different ways of telling stories can bring different experience effects even though the essence of the story is the same. Stories are presented directly to players in dialogue form, much like a visual interactive novel. Non-linear storytelling can break down important parts and allow players to explore freely. Players can collect clues to get to the main plot. Also, most JRPGs use short films and sound effects to create a cinematic experience. Novelty: Based on all studies of game storytelling (linear and nonlinear), this study will compare player feedback on different storytelling methods to see which narrative can provide a better player experience. Research Method: Researchers categorize these three narratives as Visual Novels, Environmental Narratives, Visuals, Sounds, and Dialogues. This experiment combined all three of Caught in Trap's in-game narratives to investigate player preferences. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with 21 players who were invited to play the game. Finding/Result: The research results show that the three ways of storytelling enrich the expression of game narratives. Both linear and nonlinear narratives have their advantages and disadvantages, and the best way to engage players is to interweave both narratives in the game. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the interweaving of three ways of storytelling can enrich the narrative form of games and guide game designers in improving game plots to engage players in JRPGs. This study aims to determine the effect of Online Consumer Review on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable at Shopee into STEKOM University’s students. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers who have shopped at Shopee which consists of 23 questions. Samples of 130 respondents taken by random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that Online Consumer Reviews ( Online Reviews on Website, Consistency of Online Reviews and Website Popularity) have a positive effect on brand awarensess at Shopee. Online Consumer Reviews (Online Reviews on Website, Online Consistency of Reviews and Popularity of Website) variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.  Meanwhile, the Brand Awareness variable is not able to mediate Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Intentions at the Shopee shopping platform.  

This study aims to examine "Analysis of the influence of dissatisfaction, product attributes, and the need for variation, on the switching of the Asus brand ". This data research used a questionnaire with a scale of 1-5 with a sample of 96 respondents. This sampling technique uses a non probability sampling with technique  purposive sampling . The data obtained were then analyzed with the SPSS . The results of this study partially (1) Dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand switching based on the value of t count > t table that is 3.575 > 1.662 with a significant 0.001 < 0.05. (2) Product attributes have a positive and significant effect on brand switching based on the value of t count > t table, namely 2.362 > 1.662 with a significant 0.002 < 0.05. (3). The need to look for variations has a positive and significant effect on brand switching based on the t count > t table, namely 6.472 > 1.662 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. (4) Simultaneously, dissatisfaction, product attributes, and the need for variation have a positive and significant effect on brand switching. Based on the calculated F value < F table that is 111.918> 3.945 with a significant 0.000 <0.005. Based on Adjusted R Square that is equal to 0.778. In this case, it means that 77.8% of the variation in the brand switching variable is explained by the variables of dissatisfaction, product attributes, and the need to seek variation. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.2% is explained by other variables outside the model

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on the number of new student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used is all prospective students who register in T.A 2021/2022 as many as 140 students of the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. the sample was selected as many as 80 respondents. determined by using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire through the google form application. By using simple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, namely by looking for correlation coefficients and simple linear regression using t test. This research was carried out on June 1 - August 31, 2022. Based on statistical results using the SPSS 22.00 application, the results showed "there was a significant effect of promotion on the number of prospective student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy" with a promotion percentage rate of 33.98% in increase the number of student registrations.

Health efforts are carried out with an emphasis on the wider community in order to achieve optimal levels of health, without neglecting the quality of service to individuals. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction felt by patients who come for treatment regarding comfort, staff service, service procedures and also service results at the Delitua Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a cross sectional study test design with a sample size of 33 people determined through saturated sampling by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied showed a significant relationship with patient satisfaction at the Delitua health center, namely comfort p(0.009)<a(0.05), staff service p(0.023)<a(0.05), service procedures p (0.015)<a(0.05) and service results p(0.023)(0.05), the community health center must further improve the quality of health services which include comfort, staff service, service procedures and service results, in order to provide satisfaction for patients who use them. health services at the Delitua community health center.    

Research on the Effect of Presidential Aid BLT UMKM on Productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batang Regency aims to find out how UMKM working capital assistance affects the productivity of UMKM actors and to find out how the influence of this UMKM working capital assistance program has an effect on increasing the economic growth of UMKM actors in the Regency. Trunk. The research method used is quantitative, where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to recipients of the MSME working capital Banpres while for sampling using a random sampling technique where a sample of 233 Banpres MSME recipients is obtained. Data analysis uses a regression formula. The results showed that 1) MSME working capital assistance had an effect on the productivity of MSME actors, 2) MSME working capital assistance had an effect on increasing the economic growth of MSME actors in Batang Regency
