Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the problem based learning model integrated with video animation on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VIII students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan, TA 2022/2023. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design method. The sample in this study consisted of two classes namelyclass VIII-3 as the experimental class and class VIII-4 as the control class. The experimental class uses a problem-based learning model integrated with video animation and a control class with conventional learning. Obtaining the average score of the final test (posttest) of the experimental class students is equal to 89.22, whereas in the control class the average result of the student's final test score was 72.55, in the hypothesis test, the results obtained from the average difference test (t-test) with statistical values t_hitung>t_tabel(10.56 > 1,671 ) which means there is an influence from the usea problem-based learning model integrated with video animation that is applied to the experimental class. This indicates that the mathematical problem solving abilities of the experimental class students are better than the control class.

The main objective of this research is to determine the role of turnover intention in mediating the adaptation of green culture on the work productivity of lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The population comes from 5 private universities in Medan City, totaling 728 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling, where 258 educational staff were used as research samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which aims to carry out path analysis with latent variables. The results of data analysis show that the adaptation of green culture directly has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then, turnover intention hurts employee work productivity. Finally, indirect turnover intention does not significantly mediate the adaptation of green culture on employee work productivity. The implications of the findings in this research show that green cultural adaptation currently needs to be carried out by private universities. The provision of green open space and green cultural values at the private higher education level in Medan City has yet to be consistently and sustainably implemented.
