Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. E-commerce has been giving a lot of benefits to small andmedium enterprises (SMEs), but there are only a few SMEs whichhave adopted it. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what are thefactors that support SMEs to adopt E-commerce. So far, researcheson E-commerce have been done on foreign-large-scale businesses,while researches on SMEs especially about the adoption of E-commerce have been a few. That is why this research will discussthe adoption of E-commerce on Indonesian SMEs and will includethe factors that support E-commerce adoption. The problems in thisresearch are elaborated into research questions, i.e. do, topmanagement support, organizational readiness, external pressure,and perceived benefits have significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption? And does the adoption have significantpositive effect to company’s performance? The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze factors that support E-commerce adoption onIndonesian SMEs and to analyze whether the adoption improves theperformance of the SMEs. This technique is chosen because it is thesecond generation of multivariate analyzing technique that enablesresearchers to test the relation between complex variables to get anoverall view of the whole model. Besides, SEM can also test a seriesof a complicated relation simultaneously. The results of thisresearch explain that top management support, organizationalreadiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits haveSignificant positive effect to E-commerce adoption, and theadoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance.

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Hospital medical record is an important component in the implementation of hospital management activities, hospital medical records must be able to provide complete information about the medical and health services process at the hospital,both in the past, present and future estimates of what will happen. The purpose of the medical record is to support the achievement of orderly administration in order to improve health services. Without the support of a good medical record management system, then the orderly administration will not succeed. Medical records arevery supportive not only to organize important instrument processes in handling medical legal problems that may occur in hospitals less successfully in aneffort to improve the quality of service as expected.The most important thing in the medical record is the numbering of medical record documents. One type of medical record numbering used is the Numbering System Unit (UNS) is a numbering system where the system provides one number to outpatients, inpatient and emergency department. Each visiting patient receives one number when the patient first arrives to the hospital and is used forever on subsequent visits. The patient's medical record number is unlikely to be used for the number of another patient, since the numbering is already organized and will be continuous with the filling of the medical record document and in the process of handling the patient. Based on research conducted in Main Clinic of Inpatient PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo in giving medical record number Unit Numbering System (UNS) have been run well and effective start from place of registration of patient, filling of medical record by doctor, giving medicine to patient, with ease in searching, storing, and maintaining patient's medical record but still experiencing the problem of duplicate nu mbering at the time of patient registration where the patient got double number, although not nearly every day found the existence of double patient medical record number.

Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

To overcome the problems at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, information systems need to be fast and accurate in conveying information. One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

ABSTRACT Quality of natural ventilation in low rise public housing in Jakarta tends to be low. Situation mentioned above presumably caused by several case, among other form and unadequate opening placement, unadequate furniture placement, form and orientation of public housing mass and minimum building protection from sun radiation. Whereas natural ventilation have an importent role in increasing indoor air quality, increasing occupant healthy and help increasing electricity consumption eficiency. The objective of this research is attempt solving natural ventilation problems in low rise public housing architecturally through designs that could used for occupant activity precisely and presenting good natural ventilation simultaneously so it can support occupant activity in public housing as efficiently, comfortable, healthy and secure. Research begins with conduct an observation towards existing public housing in Jakarta through interview, documentation of existing public housing condition and studying public housing designs through working documents and related standards. Collecting climate data especially wind velocity conducted to get illustration of condition that take place in definite period. Those data then analyzed to produce a model formula of public housing building that tested later with computer. The result of research show that the problems of natural ventilation in low rise public housing can be solved by accurately building design that can adapt with surrounding nature. Quite significant positive change occurs after modification does to the existing unit. Hopefully government through certain official can produce public housing design which more optimal, especially in natural ventilation. People also could knowing the caused of natural ventilation problems inside the room also could solving it by simply, efficiently and accurately through the result of this research. Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.

This research generally aims to design a system that can overcome the problem at Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel Semarang. In addition to the process of using bathroom equipment, a gas controller is needed in the bathroom, especially the ammonia and other gas levels in the bathroom . The bathroom control system at the Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel in Semarang is currently considered ineffective, in the use of the bathroom equipment to hotel guests and hotel staff.The research method that I use is a Research and Development (R&D) research method that goes through stages of preliminary studies, planning, product development, testing, product design, product revision, and product testing. This system is made with the Arduino programming language. Based on the analysis, the ammonia gas detector in the Arduino-based bathroom can overcome the existing problems and help the hotel in controlling the bathroom, both to guests and hotel staff effectively and efficiently, as well as making it easier to manage bathroom rooms in the Hotel Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Semarang.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.
