Religious Courts in Indonesia have unique, complex and interesting aspects, reflecting the diversity of religions and cultures in society. This uniqueness includes the legal basis, the role of religious courts in resolving religion-based conflicts, as well as the various challenges faced in ensuring justice. Religious Courts also present unique and interesting dynamics in the state justice system. The uniqueness of Religious Courts lies in the harmonization of religious law and national positive law, creating a unique and often complex legal framework. This article aims to describe and analyze the unique aspects of religious justice in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of these challenges, efforts can be directed towards improving and developing the religious justice system so that it remains relevant and effective in handling legal conflicts related to religious aspects in Indonesian society. This research examines the implementation of unique aspects in the religious justice system in Indonesia. The religious justice system in Indonesia has unique characteristics that reflect various cultural, religious and social dimensions in a country with a diverse population. As a country with a majority Muslim population, religious courts play an important role in enforcing family and marriage laws based on Islamic law. This study underlines the importance of understanding the unique aspects of religious justice in Indonesia in the context of a legal state based on the supremacy of law. Ensuring a balance between local values, religion, and national positive law is a complex task, but essential to achieving justice in Indonesia’s rapidly evolving religious justice system.

Productivity is an indicator of a company's performance. In 2021 to 2023, a precast concrete construction and manufacturing company had difficulty achieving its spun pile production target of 3,480 tons/month. This condition causes the company's productivity to fluctuate and tend to decrease overall. This study aims to evaluate the decline in productivity by measuring the value of productivity based on 3 criteria, namely material, labor and machine criteria. The method used is Objective Matrix (OMAX). The productivity value in the production years 2021 to 2023 fluctuates with a downward average value. The highest productivity value in the 2021 production year occurred in period 8 with a value of 748 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 6 with a value of 170. The highest productivity value in the 2022 production year occurred in period 21 with a value of 638 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 14 with a value of 166. The highest productivity value in production year 2023 occurs in period 26 with a value of 966 while the lowest productivity value occurs in period 27 with a value of 0. Criteria that contribute less to productivity and need to be improved are labor criteria that show values below the average. While the material and machinery criteria show values that tend to be below average. This research aims to find out how ecopedagogy is implemented in elementary school learning to increase environmental awareness and student involvement. This article was prepared using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Searches were carried out using Google Schooler. In the initial stage of the journal search, 235 journal articles were obtained with a time limit, namely from 2014 to 2023. The procedure for searching and selecting articles in this study used preferred reporting items for systematic reviews & meta-analyses (PRISMA). Ecopedagogy discusses three main areas, namely technical ecoliteracy , critical ecoliteracy, and cultural ecoliteracy. The implementation of ecopedagogical integration in elementary school management which aims to instill environmental character values ​​from generation to generation can be carried out in several forms, namely integration in the curriculum and learning by including an understanding of ecology in the subjects or materials taught and the application of methods or media. Environmentally caring character education aims to instill values ​​and awareness of the environment in students. Case studies of the application of ecopedagogy in education show that it can be applied through digital media and multi-dominant learning to develop cognitive, psychomotor and environmental awareness. Barriers to implementing environmentally caring character education in schools include internal factors such as students' bad habits and lack of knowledge, as well as external factors such as inadequate learning support equipment and lack of cooperation between teachers and parents. Collaboration between teachers, students, parents, and the community is essential for successful implementation.

The aim of this research is to determine the integration strategy for maqashid sharia in good corporate governance policies in maintaining sharia banking operations. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type of research. The results of the research are the application of maqashid sharia values ​​in products and operational activities in sharia banking, namely protecting religion, protecting the soul, protecting the mind of both the customer and the bank, protecting property and protecting offspring. In order to increase sharia maqashid values ​​in accordance with the principles that must be implemented by sharia banking, good corporate governance policies must carry out two stages, namely: The need to make the rules and recognition mechanism (endorsement) from the fatwa authority more effective and the supervisory system that supervises it more effective. This research is a comparative study of two laws in the world, namely Indonesian law and Malaysian law. Community Perceptions of Children with Special Physical Needs in Central Rimbo District, Muara Bungo Regency. This research aims to determine the perception of the community in Muara Bungo Regency regarding children with special needs and to determine the support of the community in Rimbo Tengah District, Muara Bungo Regency for children with special physical needs. This research uses a type of qualitative research which is analyzed descriptively. Data collection techniques were obtained using field research through observation, interviews and documentation methods, involving several community leaders. The results of this research show that regarding the perception of the community in Central Rimbo District, Muara Bungo Regency towards children with special needs, no human being is born perfect, because Allah SWT created humans equipped with their respective strengths and weaknesses. Likewise, for people who have physical limitations, children with special needs are stated in the cultural norms and values as well as community support in Central Rimbo District, Muara Bungo Regency for children with special needs. Community sympathy, especially the community in Central Rimbo District, Muara Bungo Regency, always provides support or support for children with special needs. One way of showing this support is social support as the presence of people who personally provide advice, motivate, direct, encourage and show a way out when experiencing problems and when experiencing obstacles in carrying out activities in a directed manner to achieve goals.

Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Almost all international locations in all countries adhere to the foundation of building responsibility and openness. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values ​​of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values ​​and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. The aim of this research is to determine the workload conditions received by Salvagnini CNC Laser machine operators, as well as to provide suggestions for improvements to the preparation department (Salvagnini). In order to find out the workload conditions for operators from this department, workload calculations are carried out using the FTE (Full Time Equivalent) method which is obtained from observing job descriptions, units of output or types of activities produced by operators (units/activities), vol-umes containing the number of production results. , as well as the duration of work carried out by the operator. The operator's workload conditions on the first and third days were FTE values of 0.671 and 0.949 (underload) because the FTE value was <0.99, while on the second day the workload condition was 1.033 (fit) because the FTE value was between 1-1.28.

The independent variable in this research is the variable that is manipulated and predicted to have an influence on the dependent variable. Acute respiratory infections (ARI) is the main cause of morbidity and mortality from infection diase in the world. The purpose of this research was to find out the factors contributing to the incidence of ARI (acute respiratory infection) in children aged 6-11 years at the kahakitang public health center, Sangihe Island District. This research used an analytic descriptive method which is cross sectional. Sampels were taken based on the number of respodents as many as 36 people using purposive sampling. Data collection was done by giving qustionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore, the data was processed by running the SPSS computer program version 16,0 to be analyzed by chi-square statstic test. The research findings indicate that there is no significant relationship between immunization and the incidence of Acute Respiratory Infections (ISPA) with a p-value of 0.098. This p-value is greater than the significance level (a) of 0.05. However, there is a significant relationship between behavioral factors and the incidence of ISPA (p = 0.000), and also a significant relationship between environmental factors and the incidence of ISPA (p = 0.033). Both of these p-values are smaller than the significance level of 0.05. In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between immunization and the incidence of ISPA in children aged 6-11 years at the Kahakitang Public Health Center, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe.  However, there is a significant relationship between behavioral and environmental factors and the incidence of ISPA in children aged 6-11 years at the same health center. It is recommended to increase awareness about the importance of immunization for children's immune system and to promote clean and healthy lifestyles, along with an active role in maintaining environmental hygiene.

  This research aims to examine the relationship between moral intelligence and cybersex behavior among adolescents. The methodology employed in this study involves the use of the product-moment correlation test, encompassing 270 adolescents aged 15 to 19 as research subjects. The Moral Competence Inventory (MCI) developed by Lennick and Kiel (2005) was utilized as the measure of moral intelligence, while the instrument for cybersex behavior originated from tools compiled by Delmonico and Miller (2003). The correlation result of -0.317, p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicates a negative relationship between moral intelligence and cybersex behavior among adolescents. It signifies that higher moral intelligence correlates with lower cybersex engagement among adolescents, and conversely, lower moral intelligence associates with increased cybersex activity among this demographic. One approach to address cybersex behavior is by enhancing adolescents' understanding of moral values.

This article discusses the pivotal role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Sharia in governing the Islamic banking sector, emphasizing ethical principles and Sharia values. The research employs a comprehensive evaluation using secondary data collection methods, specifically library research and internet searches. Data were extracted from journals and articles focusing on GCG. The assessment reveals that Islamic banks have generally implemented GCG principles such as accountability, transparency, fairness, and compliance with Sharia law effectively. However, the study identifies areas for improvement, particularly in comprehensive application of Sharia principles and more effective risk management. Instances of personal involvement within Islamic banking institutions underscore the need for enhanced adherence to these principles to uphold ethics and sustainability. Therefore, this article underscores the significance of a profound understanding and effective implementation of GCG Sharia principles within the operational framework of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

This study aims to describe the role of caregivers in fostering social behavior of children at the Annur orphanage in Pasanehan City. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. Data collection through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the caretaker of the orphanage has been considered as a family for every orphan where the caretaker of the orphanage has a function as a place to fulfill affection, physical education, and provide a view of life for children as well as a place to hide the values and norms that apply in society.
