This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Pesona Dukcapil website as an online civil administration service in Bangka Regency from both public and operator perspectives. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method involving observation, interviews, and open-ended questionnaires. Findings indicate that most residents find the website helpful in terms of accessibility, service speed, information completeness, and service quality. Despite internet access challenges in some areas, overall user satisfaction remains high. From the operator's perspective, the website facilitates document management, improves productivity, and offers strong technical support. In conclusion, Pesona Dukcapil has proven effective in facilitating civil administration in the digital era and can serve as a model for efficient public service development.

Digital marketing as a promotional strategy emerged as a response to developments in information technology. The use of digital marketing is not only limited to new companies or start-ups, but is also applied by companies that have been around for a long time. PT. XYZ, which functions as a motor vehicle distributor and retailer, is also required to adopt digital marketing even though it already has a strong brand from its parent company. In this research, which uses a case study of PT. XYZ, data obtained through observation and interviews. The research results show that PT. XYZ uses three media in implementing digital marketing, namely websites, social media and applications. Of the three media, social media such as Instagram and Facebook show the best results, because both are used to provide information and build engagement with consumers.  

This study aims to analyze the effect of gross profit on the prediction of operating cash flow at PT. Unilever Indonesia. Gross profit is calculated as the difference between revenue and cost of goods sold, including cash and credit sales, indicating the potential cash inflows expected from customers in the future. The study uses a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from PT. Unilever Indonesia's official website. The results show gross profit significantly impacts the company's operating cash flow prediction. Over the last five years, PT. Unilever Indonesia’s gross profit has increased by an average of 2% per year since 2019. Meanwhile, operating cash flow, calculated from customer receipts and various operational payments, shows fluctuations, with a 3% increase in 2019 and 2021 but only a 1% increase in 2022-2023. This decrease is due to differences in the payment of remuneration to directors and employees, which affects cash flow. These findings highlight the importance of gross profit in predicting operating cash flow in the future.

In building a company, each company will maximise its performance to achieve its goals. Because each company has a goal to obtain profit or profit from the production activities carried out and to increase the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax planning, profitability, company size and leverage on firm value. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) taking data through the website www.idx.co.id to obtain annual report data that has been published and audited by the company in the 2020-2022 period. While the research time was conducted in 2024, the observation period carried out by researchers was in the order of time from 2020 to 2022. The type of approach in this study is to use a quantitative approach. With this type of research relationship using associative methodology where this method is used to determine the interaction or impact between several variables. The results of this study indicate that tax planning has a significant positive effect on firm value The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value The results of this study indicate that company size has no significant effect on firm value. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value.

The loss of personal data is a serious problem that is becoming more frequent, especially in relation to the publication of data on official websites such as the Supreme Court. This review addresses the issue of loss of personal data due to publication to the Decree Directory Archive in light of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP). The purpose of this study is to analyze how Law No. 27 of 2022 can address the problem of loss of personal data arising from publication on the Supreme Court website. By understanding the existing regulations, it is hoped that a solution can be found to strengthen personal data protection in Indonesia. The approach used is prescriptive and legal, with analysis of current regulations and past data breach cases. Secondary data from legal literature and incident reports are analyzed to provide a comprehensive picture of the problem. All parties involved should take serious precautions against data leaks caused by postings on official websites such as the Supreme Court. To prevent similar incidents in the future, it is necessary to strengthen regulations through Law No. 27 of 2022 and raise awareness of the importance of personal data protection.

Pencatatan perjalanan dinas pada Kantor Pemerintah Kota Salatiga masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu staf administrasi mencatat satu-persatu laporan dari pegawai yang melakukan perjalanan dinas. Hal itu tidak efektif karena memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak efisien karena berkas-berkas laporan menjadi menumpuk dan mengakibatkan rentannya hilang atau tersebar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi untuk mencatat laporan perjalanan dinas berbasis Web. Pegawai dapat membuat laporan melalui web dimanapun dan kapanpun. Data pencatatan perjalanan dinas juga dapat dimonitor dan dicari saat dibutuhkan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall, kemudian melakukan perancangan dan pemodelan lalu mengimplementasikannya kepada website yang akan dibuat. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box untuk melihat apakah sistem sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya akan memberikan kemudahan bagi Kantor Pemerintah kota Salatiga untuk melakukan pencatatan perjalanan dinas. Pegawai dapat mengakses dimanapun dan kapanpun begitu pula staf administrasi.

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has fundamentally changed the educational landscape. Schools, which were previously often considered as stand-alone entities, are now increasingly recognized as an integral part of wider social systems. In this context, the active role of society in the education process becomes increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine in depth how the administration of school and community relations is implemented in the digital era, as well as identifying factors that support or hinder its success. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the understanding of education. Education is no longer solely seen as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, but rather as a holistic individual development effort. Society, as a social environment where individuals grow and develop, has a very significant role in shaping the character and competence of students. Therefore, building strong and synergistic relationships between schools and society is the key to realizing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times. This research has the main aim of analyzing, identifying, evaluating, identifying matters relating to school and community relations. This research uses a literature review approach. Research data was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, popular articles, research reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was carried out systematically by identifying main themes, comparing findings from various sources, and drawing conclusions based on existing evidence. The research results show that the implementation of administration of school and community relations in the digital era has experienced rapid development. The use of social media platforms, school websites, and mobile applications has facilitated more effective communication between schools and the community. In addition, many schools have involved the community in various school activities, such as extracurricular activities, personal development programs, and decision making regarding school policies.

The plural contrastive analysis in the book of Fathul Qorib is very important because there are many plural formations and there are many errors in making plural forms in Arabic. This is due to a lack of understanding of easier ways to form plural words. This research has a research focus: (1) How plurals are formed in Arabic and Indonesian. (2) What are the similarities and differences in plural formation in Arabic and Indonesian. This research uses a type of research (library research), namely collecting data obtained through research on books, journals, books and websites. Data capture method. This research uses a cooperative descriptive method. The results of this research show that the plural in Arabic contained in the book of fathul qorib consists of the plural muannas salim 69 words, the plural mudzakar salim 79 words and the plural takir 192 words. Meanwhile, the plural in Indonesian contained in the translation of the book of Fathul Qorib consists of a total of 84 words reduplication, 4 partial reduplications, 2 words reduplication of other forms and 11 words affixing reduplication. The similarity in the formation of plurals in Arabic and Indonesian lies in the suffixes or addition of plural meanings. Meanwhile, the differences are: The plural in Indonesian does not recognize the form of tadzkir, is not used for absolutes, reduplication can be used as a plural formation and in Indonesian it does not recognize wazan or pattern while Arabic recognizes the form of tadzkir, there is a division between sensible and non-sensical or mulak, process reduplication cannot be used as a plural marker, whereas in Arabic wazan or the plural pattern takir can be used as a plural word formation.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the usability of the website by students of Amikom University Purwokerto using the usability testing method. In today's digital world, websites have become the primary tools for communication and information for educational institutions. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the website meets the needs and expectations of users. The methods used in this study include data collection through a questionnaire designed to measure five key variables: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and user satisfaction. This questionnaire was distributed to students to gather comprehensive feedback regarding their experiences while using the website.The research results indicate that there are many aspects that need improvement to enhance the user experience, including ease of navigation and the speed of information delivery. The lower scores on the memorability index suggest that users experience difficulties recalling how to use certain functions after not visiting the website for a certain period. Additionally, several performance issues and errors were found that could hinder users from achieving their goals on the website. We hope that these findings can provide useful recommendations for the development of educational websites to be more efficient and user-friendly. Given the negative aspects identified, it is hoped that the user experience can be improved so that the website can function as a source of information and services for students.  

The plan for the construction of the Kra Canal has emerged since 1977, initiated by King Narai. The Kra Canal will connect the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea, making it an alternative to the congested and vulnerable Strait of Malacca. Despite its great potential and benefits and having been planned for a long time, the canal has yet to be built. This paper aims to discuss the reasons behind the difficulties in constructing the Kra Canal. The method used in this paper is qualitative descriptive by conducting library research. The theories applied are Security Dilemma and Maritime Diplomacy. The data used are secondary data sourced from books, journals, credible official news, and relevant trustworthy websites. The findings indicate that there are complex geopolitical and economic aspects. Major challenges include high costs, risks of damage, environmental concerns, and Thailand’s unstable internal political situation. The presence of the Kra Canal has the potential to complicate the security situation in the Southeast Asian region with the involvement of major powers such as China, India, and the United States.

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, capital intensity, inventory intensity, and profitability on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. This research is quantitative study. The population of this study consists of all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the established criteria, there are 47 companies that meet the criteria, resulting in 235 data points that constitute the sample in this study. The data source is obtained from the BEI website and the related company website. Data was processed using SPSS version 29 and analyzed using a multiple regression model to test the influence of each variable on tax avoidance. The research results show that simultaneously, institutional ownership, capital intensity, inventory intensity, and profitability affect tax avoidance. Partially, institutional ownership, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance, while profitability does not affect tax avoidance

The quality standards of processed fishery products can be assessed by applying regulations required in the industry, including halal certification and quality assurance systems. The implementation of halal certification and quality assurance system regulations can increase the development of MSMEs, especially with Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning the Halal Assurance System, which requires halal food to be halal certified. One of the factors that cause most MSMEs not to implement halal certification and other regulations is the existence of internal and external problems. This study aims to develop a development strategy for fishery product processing MSMEs by analyzing internal and external factors in implementing halal certification and quality assurance systems. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method is used to prioritize alternative strategies based on the SWOT analysis results. This research concludes that the priority strategy for developing fish processing MSMEs is the SO strategies, which include utilizing government programs to form marketing and distribution networks, innovating attractive product packaging following people's lifestyles, utilizing technological advances for promotional activities, marketing, and expanding marketing networks and the need to create a business website so that the market can recognize every product owned by the company.

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with partners, namely the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum. The problem faced by the Rawa Panjang Village UMKM Forum is the lack of understanding and knowledge of the importance of business legality. Out of the 400 members, only around 40% have business legality. While the remaining 60% do not have business legality. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and expertise of partners in promoting NIB online on the official OSS (Online Single Submission) website. The implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with the needs of the partners. In addition, it shows that this training also has an impact on increasing the knowledge and expertise of members of the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of e-government in public information services through the digital village smart website, the factors that become obstacles, and efforts to overcome these obstacle factors in order to improve public information services through the digital village smart website in Tegal Angus Village. . Researchers use Edward III's theory in Subarsono, 2011:90-92 with four indicators, namely; 1) Communication; 2) Resources; 3) Disposition; and 4) Bureaucratic structure, with descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this research are that communication is considered effective with the village government by conducting outreach. However, human and non-human resources, such as the quality of human resources, internet access, and educational background, are still the main obstacles. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include digital technology training, outreach via social media, direct technical assistance, and promotions by community leaders.

This study analyzes the quality of content and ineffectiveness of sentences in opinion texts on the December 2023 edition of the "Taulebih" website as educational literacy for sexuality education and reproductive health based on religious values. This research uses two approaches, namely the methodological approach and the theoretical approach. The methodological approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the theoretical approach uses a syntactic approach to analyze the quality of content and analyze effective sentences. Data collection techniques in this study used intensive reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the agih method. The presentation of data in the study was carried out by informal methods. Analysis of content quality and effective calibration on the opinion text on the December 2023 edition of the "Taulebih" website as educational literacy for sexuality education and reproductive health based on religious values also uses the presentation of data in tables to facilitate and clarify data analysis. The results of the content quality analysis are supported by strong and interconnected opinions and reasons from the opinion article. Meanwhile, the ineffectiveness of sentences in the opinion text "Taulebih" includes incompatibility of the characteristics of effective sentences, ambiguous sentences, waste of words or pleonasm, and spelling errors. This research adds new knowledge insight and critical sense in terms of analyzing the quality of content and effective sentences in an opinion text. It is hoped that this research can also be useful for readers in writing the right opinion text according to linguistic rules to produce good-quality sentences that are arranged effectively.

Drama scripts are one of the learning materials for 10th grade high school students. A collection of drama scripts on an online platform can be a source of reading and teaching materials for students. This study aims to determine the types of direct sentences in a collection of drama scripts on the Brain Academy website as teaching materials for 10th grade high school. This research will analyze the types of direct sentences in a collection of drama scripts. The data source in this research comes from the Brain Academy website, with 10 drama scripts as the benchmark. This research uses a methodological approach in the form of a qualitative descriptive method and a theoretical approach in the form of syntax. Data collection in this research uses listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis processing used in this article is the agih method with the basic technique for direct elements. The data presentation used in this article uses formal and informal data presentation in the form of tables, diagrams, and narratives. Based on the analysis, it was found that the most used sentence type in the ten drama scripts is declarative with 100 sentences, and the least used is interjective with 11 sentences. The interrogative sentences found amounted to 44 sentences, imperative sentences amounted to 12 sentences, and inappropriate sentences amounted to 52 sentences. So, the total amount of data is 219 sentences.

This study aims to evaluate the structure of sentence function patterns and language errors in news texts published on the CNN Indonesia website in the January 2024 edition. The reason for this research stems from the need to understand the right sentence structure and appropriate language in the context of news to improve language skills in students, especially level XII. The method used in this analysis is by analyzing the data. Several stages are used in analyzing sentence patterns including reading news from online websites, reducing data according to theory, identifying, analyzing, formulating, and presenting the data obtained. This research focuses on sentence patterns and language errors that may occur. This analysis aims to identify commonly used sentence patterns and language errors that commonly occur when composing texts. The results show that there are errors in sentence function patterns and language errors, in language errors such as term usage, word usage, punctuation usage, sentence clarification, sentence repetition, and syntax errors, among others. This analysis provides a deeper understanding of the linguistic aspects that need to be considered when composing texts. The advantage of this research is that it provides useful learning materials for grade XII students to improve their understanding of sentence structure and grammar in news writing. The researcher hopes that with a deeper understanding of the correct use of language, students will be able to improve their writing skills.

The development of the times is accompanied by progress in various fields of life, such as science, technology, and economics. Progress is also felt in the scientific field of journalism. One of the terms in the field of journalism that is commonly known by the general public is print mass media, such as newspapers. Today's newspapers are not only printed on paper, but many newspapers have created their own blogs or pages so that news can be read online. The aim of this research is to analyze language errors based on the classification of linguistic categories, namely syntax, which includes the areas of spelling and sentence effectiveness. The data source is several news stories published on the detikNews website in the February 2024 edition. The data was then analyzed using the listening method and note-taking techniques. The results of the research showed that there were 52 errors in the use of spelling and punctuation, which were described as follows: a) there were 11 errors in writing foreign words; b) there were 8 errors in writing numbers; c) there were 13 errors in writing capital letters; d) there were 15 errors in the use of punctuation marks; e) there were 5 errors in writing pronouns. Apart from that, there were 44 errors in the use of ineffective sentences, which are described as follows: a) there were 14 errors in choosing diction; b) there are 10 sentences with no subject or predicate; c) there are 9 sentences with overlapping words; d) there are 11 long-winded sentences. It is hoped that the results of the analysis in this article will increase understanding and deeper knowledge regarding linguistics, namely syntax, including the areas of spelling and word choice and their use, knowledge about the types, as well as providing suitable teaching materials for class X high school students for them to carry out assessments and considerations. about adolescent social behavior critically.

Before completing and filing the 1770 S Annual Tax Return, taxpayers must provide several documents, including Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN), and proof of withholding. The increasing use of digital platforms in the healthcare industry has highlighted the importance of effective communication, especially in English, as it is the primary language for disseminating global health information. This study examines the linguistic aspects of English usage in health information delivery on digital platforms, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and accuracy. The research aims to analyze how linguistic features, such as word choice, sentence structure, and tone, impact the comprehension of health-related content by diverse audiences.The study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing a sample of health-related websites, social media posts, and mobile health applications. Discourse analysis is used to identify patterns and strategies in the presentation of information, particularly how technical medical terms are simplified for laypeople.The findings reveal that while most platforms aim for clarity and inclusivity, inconsistencies in language use and overly technical jargon often hinder comprehension. Additionally, the use of complex sentence structures can create barriers, especially for non-native English speakers.The study concludes that improving linguistic accessibility on digital health platforms can enhance public understanding and engagement with health information, contributing to better health outcomes. Recommendations for creating more user-friendly, linguistically accessible content are also provided.
