The tourist attraction is one important element in the world of tourism. Tourist objects and attractions can be natural, cultural, man-made, living arrangements and so on that have attractions and selling oints to be visited or enjoyed by tourists. In this study, the rainbow village is one of the artificial tours in the city of Semarang that must meet the 4A tourism component, namely Attractions, Accessibility, Amity, Ancillary. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the 4A Tourism Components of Rainbow Village tourism as an artificial tour in the city of Semarang. This study uses a qualitative method with 9 respondents. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The analysis uses data processing from the data findings and is developed to get conclusions.The results showed that the rainbow village fulfilled the 4A tourism component. It also found how to manage development efforts and provided suggestions for completion.

Vapors or e-cigarettes are cigarettes with an evaporation process. One shop selling vapor products called the Independent Store sells various kinds of vapor products as well as liquids and other vapor equipment. This Independent Store store has problems in selling because it has not used an online-based sales system. Therefore, it is the desire of the researchers to be able to assist in the process of selling vapor products at the Independent Store store by creating a website. In the process of creating a website for selling vapor products, method is used SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) the waterfall model . tempe chips are the product of Sumber Agung Home Industry. This business is a hereditary effort in order to strengthen the family economy. Tempe chips are a product that is liked by the community, besides being delicious, nutritious, affordable prices are also easy to obtain. This housing business is widely cultivated, in addition to materials that are around the business location, the production process is relatively simple, the capital is not large, the market share is wide open. So it is not surprising that in the development of the Sumber Agung Home Industry, it faces competition, especially in product marketing. This is because in determining the selling price of Sumber Agung, it should be based on the cost of production which is calculated accurately. This has not been able to be done. So far, Sumber Agung has not carried out the process of making the cost of production in business. The FE Unisri Service Team tries to provide assistance in making production prices so that Sumber Agung can set an accurate selling price so that they can compete in selling products. With the determination of the cost of production, Sumber Agung can always develop real expenditures from its production costs in the form of: raw material costs, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs.

The purpose of this community research is to increase community understanding of the concept of trading goods in the domestic market through the digital economy so that there is an increase in income to the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target of this community research is that the village community knows the concept of trading goods in the domestic market and the digital economy, for example in the traditional market closest to the settlement and the village area markets, and how the trade can expand its marketing network. The materials to be presented in this research are: Domestic market goods trading and the digital economy are related to increasing community income through community knowledge and skills related to the prices of agricultural products and home industry business products that will be traded throughout the village and urban areas. From this research, it is hoped that the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, can know and understand the impact of domestic market trade in goods, such as the selling price of agricultural products, home industry business products, or other business products to increase the community's income.

This study aims to determine the most significant factor statistically influencing customer satisfaction in the purchase transaction process using mobile commerce to test the moderating effect of customization or efforts to adapt m-commerce to consumer desires. Respondents who filled out the survey consisted of 125 respondents, spread over a span of 1 month, for customers who in the last 12 months have used m-commerce for buying and selling transactions. The results of this study are the customer trust factor, the perceived enjoyment factor when using m-commerce, the moderating effect of customization on usage benefits factor, and the customization factor are the 4 factors that most influence customer satisfaction. These findings are useful for M-commerce providers to focus their development on aspects of customer trust, customer enjoyment, and customization.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. External factors are due to unstable economic conditions, which consequently have an impact on the ability of customers to pay off their debts.   Keywords : Bad credit, collateral, execution, and mortgage.

Abstract Joyoraharjan village is a densely populated village. This densely populated village has a creative village empowerment program that supports the Surakarta City tourism awareness program. However, the existing potential needs to be supported by efforts to support the products contained in the village to become selling power and able to boost the residents' economy. The packaging for the products in Joyoraharjan Village has not been able to attract tourists to buy their products. So that the packaging training is held. Training on product packaging in Joyoraharjan Village as a tourism village has been started and in its manufacture through several activities both making logos and making packaging. The final result of the packaging training using printing techniques is in the form of several packaging models that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Product packaging is made with environmentally friendly and easy-to-obtain manufacturing materials so that they are able to independently package their superior products. Abstrak Kampung Joyoraharjan merupakan kampung padat penduduk. Kampung dengan kondisi lingkungan padat penduduk ini memiliki program pemberdayaan kampung kreatif yang mendukung program sadar wisata Kota Surakarta. Namun, dari potensi yang ada perlu didukung dengan adanya upaya dalam mendukung produk-produk yang terdapat di kampung tersebut menjadi berdaya jual dan mampu mendongkrak perekonomian warga. Packaging pada produk yang terdapat di Kampung Joyoraharjan belum dapat menarik minat wisatawan dalam membeli produknya. Sehingga diadakannya pelatiahan packaging. Pelatihan packaging produk di Kampung Joyoraharjan sebagai kampung wisata mulai dilakukan dan dalam pembuatannya melalui berberapa kegiatan baik membuat logo dan membuat packaging. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan pembuatan packaging dengan teknik cetak ini berupa beberapa model packaging ramah lingkungan dan suistanable. Packaging produk dibuat dengan bahan pembuatan yang ramah lingkungan dan mudah didapatkan sehingga mampu untuk membuat packaging produk-produk unggulan mereka secara mandiri.

The determination of cost of goods sold aims to determine the price of product sales by a company. Calculation of basic price in a company to reduce the number of losses in the company. Because often the company suffered losses due to the large cost of production does not match the product selling price. The background of this study is how the calculation of cost of goods sold on manufacturing companies and how to determine the method of selling prices of products in manufacturing companies. In collecting this research data using descriptive research with quantitative qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collection method used is method of documentation and interview method. The data collected in the form of production data, sales, raw materials and others. The method used in determining cost of goods sold is using the approach of calculation method of full costing and method of variable costing.The calculation of cost of goods sold is a method of determining the price of products that charge elements of different production costs between the method of full costing with variable costing. In 2013 - 2015 UD. Eternal Blessing using Full Costing method in getting the results of 2013 amounted to Rp. 280.573.00. Year 2014 of Rp. 236.789.00. Year 2015 of Rp. 350.931,00. Meanwhile, when using Variable Costing method in getting the results in 2013 of Rp. 233701.00. Year 2014 of Rp. 209.398.00. Year 2015 of Rp. 323.299,00. Thus in knowing that between using method of full costing with variable costing happened difference. This difference is because the full costing method imposes all production costs, whereas the variable costing method does not impose fixed overhead costs. Fixed overhead costs exclude production costs. From this research it can be concluded that UD. Kedungpring Lamongan Eternal Blessings experience ups and downs of total profits per year and this study proves that cost of goods sold should pay attention to cost issues affecting the sale price.

Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

Competition in the business world is increasingly diverse, encouraging companies to compete in competing markets and consumers. This is what happened to the Takoto UMKM. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by UMKM Takoto to increase sales. This type of research is conducted using descriptive qualitative methods in the form of case studies on the Takoto UMKM business. This study aims: (1) to study the marketing strategy (marketing mix) of products at UMKM Takoto. (2) provide alternative marketing suggestions for UMKM Takoto products. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the product is considered good by consumers and already has 5 elements of product strategy such as product attributes, brand, packaging, and labels, but the product does not last long because it uses ingredients that do not contain preservatives; (2) the pricing strategy is oriented towards production costs so that in the future it can be considered for pricing by looking at the prices of competitors' products; (3) the promotion strategy of Takoto's UMKM pastries is still limited because it uses more personal selling rather than intense promotion through advertising; (4) Takoto's UMKM pastry products are marketed directly to consumers and through retailers, however the dominant marketing is direct to consumers so that the bargaining position is stronger because it does not depend on retailers.

In the first quarter of 2017, retail in Indonesia recorded a growth of 2.5%, while in 2018 the growth was only in the range of 1% -1.5%. The cause of the slow growth is the change in the consumption pattern of the people and it will continue at the beginning of 2018. In addition, the decreasing productivity of the community at the lower middle level. As a retailer, Anterah store also faces the same thing, so anticipating a decline in sales requires an analysis of the best-selling products and how to find out the relationship between the products purchased by consumers. The association relationship between these products will be used as the basis for product arrangement, so that the frequency of products that consumers often buy can be arranged closely together so that consumers do not have to look for them longer. Market basket analysis to determine the relationship between products sold simultaneously is used to explore association rules (Association Rule Mining) which will produce products that are purchased simultaneously as a consideration for product arrangement in Anterah Retail storefront. Meanwhile, the best-selling products will be explored using the Frequent Pattern Growth method in order to obtain a ranking list of the most purchased products by consumers. This analysis is used as a basis for considering product promotion. The test results on the sales sample data obtained an average value of minimum support = 0.0025, minimum confidence = 0.610, LaPlace = 0.9985, Gain = -0.006, p-s = 0.003, Lift = 103.82, Convicting 2.5285 with a processing time of 41.456 seconds.

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization

The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

Meubel's image which was formerly named "Mukti Jaya" then changed its name to mid of 2013 is one of the companies engaged in furniture trade, from production to buying and selling, which is located in Semarang, precisely on Jl. Elephant No. 188 Ruko No. 9 Semarang Java Central, established on November 22, 1998. Current promotions is using brochures, MMT banners, through the radio, posting advertisements on forums buying and selling and exhibition. However, with the above promotional media less promotion effective because brochures, banners, exhibits have the nature of direct marketing less reach and the ability of the imagination of readers to enjoy and understand it, radio advertisements that have a time limit, and are constrained deeply presentation to the customer because of the less specific promotional media introduced product. Based on the weaknesses above, the company profile video is used for complete brochures, MMT banners, radio ads, and buying and selling forums. Overall it can be concluded that the researchers have succeeded implementing a media company profile that can complement that promotion already running. This can be seen from the results of the validation test conducted by expert experts that overall, the company profile that has been developed by researchers entered into a very good category with a percentage of 90.8%. Other than that, through a field test represented by 30  respondents it can be concluded that Overall, this media has been developed by researchers into the category very good with a percentage of 84.6%.

Internet development causes the formation of a new world, every individual has the right and ability to interact with everyone who can prevent him. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.
