Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Almost all international locations in all countries adhere to the foundation of building responsibility and openness. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. SET also equates egoistic values with altruistic values, which in Islamic law are realized in the form of worship.

Over the years, value has been an important part of philosophical discussions, both implicitly and directly. Spiritualism is a teaching that says that the soul is the absolute reality of nature in the universe, and that the soul is the basis of the universe and provides a rational explanation. The first principle of Pancasila, Belief in One God, shows the value of spiritualism in its foundation. The value of spiritualism in its general form can be seen in the articles of the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 29 of the Amended 1945 Constitution. Spirituality focuses on a way of life, rather than abstract and speculative philosophical formulations. "Spirituality" is also considered a way that can be used to bring a person to the desired life. Exploring the values of Pancasila as a Liberating Spirituality is an effort and commitment as citizens of the nation, state, and religious communities to make Pancasila a guiding spirit in carrying out the governance of personal and social life of the nation and state. The national spirit of Pancasila truly becomes an inclusive social virtue, inspiring, uniting, and liberating all social groups, ethnicities, religions, languages, and aspirations. The spiritual values contained in Pancasila are divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice. These values are aligned with the universal values of all religions. Taking Pancasila as a liberating spirituality can help integrate the diversity-also known as kebhinekaan-that characterizes Indonesia around the world. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the national spirit and liberating spirituality of Pancasila values are essential to anticipate and deal with such a crisis. The incarnation of the spirit of Pancasila can be seen in the benefits of national life, such as harmony, tolerance, solidarity, compassion, gotong royong, equality of the dignity of every Indonesian before the law, freedom of expression responsibly, and social solidarity. The sense of nationality reminds us how important it is for every Indonesian son and daughter to stick to the basic principles of national life, namely the love of the homeland, language, and one nation, Indonesia. Loyalty is not limited to religion, culture or geographical region. Basic human values can serve as benchmarks for a country's political, legal and economic systems, so that the spiritual values of Pancasila can liberate and liberate every citizen.

Through this research, it is hoped that we can increase understanding and knowledge about the factors that contribute to efforts to reduce poverty. The research method applied is the quantitatively to analyze the relationship between the independent variables, namely the number of MSMEs (X1) and the MSME sector workforce (X2), with the dependent variable, namely the number of poverty (Y). The large number of poverty can be influenced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because MSMEs have an important role in creating jobs, supporting economic growth and reducing economic inequality. From this research, it is concluded that the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in Central Kalimantan Province do not significantly influence factor Y, which shows that the number of MSMEs in the region does not play a role in reducing poverty levels. Education is a process needed to obtain balance and perfection in the development of individuals and society. Education itself is faced with various problems that become obstacles to the quality of education itself. This can be seen in various aspects, some of which include the lack of adequate physical facilities such as the feasibility of buildings used in the learning process. These problems can hinder the development of students to reach their best potential and cause inequality in terms of access to quality education. There are differences in the quality of education in rural and urban areas, where rural areas have more specific challenges such as lack of school facilities, difficulty of access, and technological and social changes. In the context of education, technology has changed the way we learn, access information and communicate. Social changes, such as changing demographics, can also affect the way we design education systems. These factors create pressures on education that require creative thinking and innovative solutions. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The theoretical foundation used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. Data collection in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation.

The controversy surrounding the lineage of Habibs has recently become increasingly widespread and even sparked debates that have led to hatred within society. This issue is often exploited to exacerbate differences, potentially damaging Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, a wise middle ground is needed to prevent discussions about lineage from becoming increasingly wild and divisive. One important solution is to return to the teachings of the Quran. This holy book provides comprehensive guidelines on morality, brotherhood, and the principles of human equality. The Quran emphasizes that a person's honor in the sight of God is not determined by ancestry, social status, or nationality, but by their level of piety. This message is universal and relevant to all humanity, regardless of background. Piety itself is born from a transcendental moral awareness and is manifested through righteous and beneficial behavior. Therefore, Muslims should focus more attention on character development and self-improvement, rather than pride in lineage, which only fuels controversy with no real benefit to social life.

The SME empowerment policy is generally directed at supporting efforts to overcome poverty and inequality, create job opportunities and increase exports, as well as agricultural and rural revitalization, which are national development priorities. In addition, the development of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is directed at making a significant contribution to creating job opportunities, increasing exports and increasing competitiveness. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is focused on MSMEs in Pagerharjo Village, Kulon Progo Regency. The reason for choosing this service location is because Pagerharjo Village is an Independent Cultural Village which has implemented the Preneur Village program since 2019. The Preneur Village is currently still active and developing. The problem with MSMEs, under the management of BUMDes Binangun Pagerharjo in Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency, is the lack of entrepreneurial spirit and financial bookkeeping which, on average, is still done manually. The results of the service include responses and evaluations from participants regarding the training that has been provided. The response was given by the Director of BUMDes who was impressed with the training provided which was different from the training that had been provided previously. Previous training involved mostly listening to lectures, whereas the current training involves participants being active in solving the various problems they face. The evaluation results show that the participants' knowledge has increased and their insight into their business has also increased. It turns out that producing a business is not only based on generations, but also requires innovation so that marketing will continue to develop and financial management will also improve.
