This thesis examines the implementation of the teacher competency policy at SDN 2 Lubuk Seberuk, a second-cohort "Sekolah Penggerak" (Driving School) under Indonesia’s Ministry of Education initiative. The study aims to analyze how policy directives regarding teacher competencies—covering pedagogical, professional, personal, and social aspects—are applied in the school's daily practices. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving school principals, teachers, and educational supervisors. The findings indicate that while the policy has provided a clear framework for competency development, its implementation faces challenges such as limited resources, varying teacher readiness, and the need for continuous professional development. Nevertheless, the school shows progress in fostering a collaborative learning environment and integrating innovative teaching methods. The study concludes that effective policy implementation requires strong leadership, sustained support systems, and active stakeholder involvement to enhance teacher performance and student learning outcomes.

Digital transformation in human resource management (HR) is a challenge as well as an opportunity for MSMEs in an effort to realize business sustainability. This research aims to explore how the digital adaptation process is carried out in MSME HR management practices, as well as identify the challenges faced in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with MSME actors in the creative sector, the data was analyzed thematically to reveal the patterns and dynamics of digital transformation. The results of the study show that most MSMEs have adopted simple technology such as WhatsApp, Google Form, and video tutorials in the process of recruitment, training, and performance recording. However, the limitations of digital literacy of the workforce and infrastructure are the main obstacles. These findings indicate that the digitization of human resources in MSMEs is still gradual and adaptive, and is highly dependent on individual readiness and external support. In conclusion, digital transformation in MSME human resources not only requires technology, but also strengthens human resource capacity and work culture that is inclusive of change. The implications of this study encourage the existence of digital literacy mentoring programs and collaborative policies between business actors, the government, and educational institutions to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to design a contextual and educational pastoral model, assess its level of acceptance, and analyze the positive impact it brings both to the elderly as the service recipients and to students as pastoral partners in the life of the Church. The background of this research lies in the need for a more personal, participatory pastoral approach that touches the emotional and spiritual dimensions of elderly individuals living in Catholic nursing homes. Elderly people often experience loneliness, isolation, and a decline in life motivation. Meanwhile, Catholic students need tangible opportunities to live out their faith values through real actions. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D), comprising stages such as preliminary study, model design, expert validation, limited trials, and evaluation. The model developed consists of a contextual Liturgy of the Word involving students as Scripture readers, prayer leaders, musicians, and givers of symbolic gifts of love, such as rosaries, to the elderly. The results of the study show that the model was enthusiastically received by the elderly, who expressed joy, active participation in the service, and showed behavioral changes such as praying independently at night and increased social interaction. On the other hand, students experienced growth in faith, empathy, and a deeper awareness of the meaning of service. Therefore, this model is considered appropriate for implementation as part of pastoral care for the elderly and integrated faith formation for the younger generation within the broader context of the Church.

The urgency of consumer protection in Sharia-compliant transactions has become increasingly prominent alongside the growth of the halal industry and rising public awareness of transactional justice based on Islamic principles. This study aims to formulate the theoretical and normative construction of consumer protection within the framework of Islamic law and to assess its compatibility with Indonesia’s positive legal system. Employing a normative juridical approach combined with a descriptive-analytical method, this research explores primary legal sources including Qur’anic verses, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and scholarly opinions found in classical and contemporary fiqh al-mu‘āmalāt literature, as well as secondary legal sources such as Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, fatwas of the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), and relevant academic literature. The analysis is conducted through content analysis to extract the values of justice, transparency, and balance of rights and obligations within contractual mechanisms. This study finds that core principles such as truthfulness (ṣidq), disclosure (bayān), and justice (‘adālah) constitute the essential foundation of consumer protection in the Islamic legal perspective. The prohibition of gharar (uncertainty), riba (usury), and tadlīs (fraudulent misrepresentation) is not merely a moral injunction but an integral safeguard mechanism for consumer rights. Furthermore, the institutional presence of supervisory bodies such as DSN-MUI and Sharia certification mechanisms has proven to be strategic, though they continue to face challenges in implementation, socialization, and consumer literacy. The findings also indicate a substantial opportunity for harmonizing Islamic legal principles with the national legal system within the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening sectoral regulations based on Sharia principles, integrating fatwas into positive legal norms, and enhancing educational capacity for both business actors and consumers in order to realize ethical, equitable, and sustainable transactions.

Education is an important character foundation in forming a generation of the nation with integrity, honesty, and responsibility. In the context of the national curriculum, educational character has been integrated as part of the national education goals that not only emphasize cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor. This article aims to examine the role of educational character in building a generation with integrity through a literature study approach to various educational policies and theories of character education. The results of the study show that the implementation of educational character in the national curriculum, such as through the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, has provided space for strengthening values such as honesty, hard work, tolerance, and responsibility. However, challenges remain in its implementation, especially related to the consistency of implementation in schools, the readiness of educators, and the measurement of non-academic results. Therefore, synergy between schools, families, and communities is key to creating an effective character education ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the implementation of content marketing strategies in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, with a focus on the effectiveness of content in enhancing audience engagement and building the image of Islamic brands. The research was conducted through a literature review of various academic sources and previous studies, as well as an analysis of the content marketing of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) on its YouTube channel as the main object. In the digital context, the types of content used include educational videos, marketing videos, and collaborations with influencers. The findings indicate that visual, educational, interactive, and authentic content has a significant impact on driving digital engagement and increasing brand awareness. Meanwhile, promotional content delivered through influencers tends to be more effective when preceded by strong brand image reinforcement, enabling consumers to develop a more positive perception of the institution. Further analysis reveals that BSI’s YouTube channel has demonstrated consistency in branding, Islamic positioning, and delivering educational messages. However, audience interaction remains limited, as reflected in the minimal responses to comments, underutilization of community features, and subscriber growth lagging behind major banks such as BCA. This situation highlights the need to optimize strategies through strengthening two-way communication, delivering serial educational content, employing more strategic calls-to-action (CTA), and integrating with the official website and other digital platforms. The study concludes that the success of content marketing in Islamic banking heavily depends on value relevance, publication consistency, and the ability to build sustainable interaction with audiences, thereby supporting increased loyalty and customer acquisition. These findings provide important contributions to designing effective and sustainable digital communication strategies that align with ethical principles and Islamic values.
