This study addresses the problem of how the implementation of HOTS-based Android gamification influences the higher-order thinking skills of students with ADHD, a group that often faces challenges in traditional learning environments. A quantitative experimental research design was applied, involving 26 students with ADHD from four special needs schools (SLBs) in West Kalimantan. The intervention included HOTS-oriented Android gamified learning, and students' performance was measured using pre-tests and post-tests based on HOTS-level questions. The average pre-test score was 23.72, while the post-test score increased to 53.21. A paired sample t-test showed a significant improvement (t = 8.688 > t_table = 1.708, at a 5% significance level). However, only 57.69% of students met the minimum mastery criteria (KKM = 67), indicating that 15 out of 26 students achieved the expected learning standard. The implementation of HOTS-based Android gamification significantly improved the higher-order thinking skills of students with ADHD. Nonetheless, the overall results, based on average scores and classical completeness, indicate that many students still did not reach the expected level of mastery. Further enhancements in instructional design may be necessary to optimize outcomes for this group of learners.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the regional economy, including in Boyolali Regency. However, this contribution has not been fully matched by adequate human resources (HR). The main problem in this study is the still low capacity of MSMEs' human resources, particularly in aspects of managerial skills, digital literacy, and adaptability to changes in the business environment, which impact business performance. This study aims to analyze human resource development strategies implemented in the MSME context and examine the impact of these strategies on improving MSME performance in Boyolali Regency. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a content analysis approach to relevant scientific literature from the past five years. The research process includes determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching for literature sources, thematic coding, and synthesizing research findings. The results show that effective HR development strategies can be grouped into three main aspects: skills training, marketing digitalization, and cross-sector collaboration. These three strategies have been proven to contribute positively to improving MSME competency, operational efficiency, market expansion, and business competitiveness. Thus, human resource development is a key factor in driving sustainable improvement in MSME performance, particularly in facing the challenges of digital transformation and increasingly complex economic competition.

Umbilical cord infection remains one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality among newborns, particularly in areas where knowledge and health practices are still limited. Padellegan Village is one of the regions where some mothers continue to practice traditional cord care methods, such as using herbal mixtures or non-sterile materials, which increases the risk of omphalitis. Initial situation analysis indicates that 40–60% of postpartum mothers are not yet familiar with the principles of clean and dry cord care (dry cord care), and access to accurate health information is still limited. Based on this condition, education on umbilical cord care is essential to improve mothers’ and health cadres’ understanding and skills in preventing neonatal infections. This community service activity focuses on providing evidence-based education regarding safe cord care techniques, infection risk factors, and danger signs that need to be recognized. Padellegan Village was selected due to the high need for maternal–neonatal health education and the low level of community knowledge related to cord care. This activity is expected to bring positive changes, such as improved maternal behavior in performing proper cord care, reduced use of unhygienic traditional methods, and strengthened roles of health cadres in monitoring neonatal health. Enhancing appropriate cord care practices can reduce the risk of infection in newborns, thereby contributing to improving the overall health status of the community in Padellegan Village.

. This research is driven by the low literacy of plastic waste management in primary education, where students tend to perceive cleanliness only as disposing of trash without having the skills for reuse. This study aims to describe the utilization of recycled plastic waste media in enhancing students' environmental awareness at MI Salafiyah Syafi’iyah through an experiential learning approach. The method employed is descriptive-analytical qualitative, with data collection techniques including direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The research implementation was carried out through three main stages: participatory waste sorting, selection of clothing pattern designs as adhesive media, and the construction of creative collages into an educational display board named "Karyaku." The results indicate that the integration of plastic waste as a learning medium is capable of transforming students' paradigms from a consumptive to a creative perspective, as well as improving their practical understanding of the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). The success of this research is evidenced by the creation of aesthetic and functional visual media that not only enhances students' creativity but also fosters a sense of responsibility and sustainable environmental concern for the school ecosystem.

Migrant workers are vulnerable to exploitation due to transnational and well-organized global human trafficking networks. Recently, a new modus operandi has emerged in human trafficking cases, namely recruitment under the pretext of employment in the overseas digital industry, promoted through social media and LinkedIn. Although these offers appear promising, they instead entrap migrant workers in trafficking schemes. Therefore, comprehensive case assistance involving the roles of government institutions and non-governmental organizations is urgently needed to protect victims. This study aims to examine the case assistance provided by Migrant CARE in addressing human trafficking cases in which victims are trapped as online scammers, viewed from a social welfare perspective. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the social interventions carried out by Migrant CARE are effective from the engagement stage through the follow-up stage. Supporting factors in the success of case assistance include proactive involvement from the government, victims, families, and the media. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include the absence of personal documents such as passports, identity cards, and family cards, confiscation of mobile phones, and cross-national conflicts. From the individual perspective, supporting factors consist of personal resilience, courage, motivation, and skills, whereas inhibiting factors include victims’ hesitation to leave human trafficking situations due to fear of the risks involved.

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are critical to the Indonesian economy because they provide jobs and boost the local economy. However, MSMEs continue to disregard the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). With assistance from the Lampung Provincial Leadership Council (DPP) of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), this study aims to investigate the factors influencing the use of SAK EMKM in MSMEs. SAK EMKM socialization, business size, length of operation, and educational background are among the factors analyzed. Survey-based quantitative approach is used in this study. 107 MSMEs received questionnaires from APINDO DPP Lampung in order to gather primary data. Multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and traditional assumption tests were performed on the data using SPSS software. Partial tests (t-tests) and coefficients of determination were used to test hypotheses. The study's findings show that SAK EMKM use in MSMEs supported by APINDO DPP Lampung is influenced by educational background, length of operation, and socialization. Meanwhile, SAK EMKM's use is mostly unaffected by the size of the company. This finding implies that the adoption of SAK EMKM is more influenced by the socialization, business experience, and skill levels of MSME members than by the size of the firm. It is anticipated that this study would help academics and MSME participants use SAK EMKM more effectively in order to achieve sustainable MSME financial management.

The use of social media is no longer just for information and entertainment, but has developed into a strategic means in building a positive self-image in the eyes of the public. School students are generally active users of social media whose intensity of use is quite high in daily life. As a group of teenagers who are still in the phase of finding their identity and tend to be emotionally labile, they need the right education to be able to use social media wisely, productively, and responsibly. Community Service activities carried out for students of SMK Wiyata Satya are expected to increase understanding of the importance of personal branding from an early age. Through this activity, students are not only given socialization about the concept of personal branding and social media ethics, but also equipped with practical skills in compiling portfolios and fostering awareness of career planning and goal achievement. At the end of the activity, students presented their self-concept that had been prepared and responded through a questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of the entire series of activities.

The competitiveness of gig workers in the digital economy era raises issues such as competency gaps with market needs and instability in the quality of gig workers' work. This study explains the influence of training, work skills, and independent learning on the performance of gig workers who participate in training programs at the Central Java Province Cooperative and SME Training Center. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of each variable partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire population or using a saturated sample of 50 gig workers participating in training at BALATKOP UKM. The data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire instrument compiled based on the operational definitions of the variables and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the influence of training (X2), work skills (X2), and independence (X3) on performance (Y). The results of the study show that training, job skills, and independent learning each have a positive and significant effect on gig worker performance, and simultaneously, these three variables have a 66.5% effect on performance. This synthesis of findings confirms that gig worker performance is not only determined by the quality of training programs and technical skill mastery, but also by the ability to manage the learning process independently. Therefore, the conclusion is that the development of training programs at BALATKOP UKM needs to be designed in an integrated manner to simultaneously strengthen training, work skills, and independent learning as a strategy for improving the sustainable performance of gig workers.
