In the context of national regulations, zakat is regulated in Law Number 23 of 2011, while waqf is regulated through Law Number 41 of 2004 and various implementing regulations. Zakat management is carried out by the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) and the Zakat Amil Institute (LAZ), while waqf is managed by officially registered nazhir. This article highlights the importance of transparency, accountability and professionalism in the management of zakat and waqf funds, as well as the urgency of building synergy between the two to support sustainable social and economic development programs. The phenomenon of victim blaming remains a serious issue in various cases of violence, including family conflicts. Children who experience physical, psychological, or neglect-related abuse often face not only violence but also social stigma that blames them for their circumstances. From a victimology perspective, victim blaming against children in family conflicts occurs due to factors such as patriarchal culture, power imbalances within the family, and a lack of legal awareness regarding children's rights. This study employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach to examine the phenomenon of victim blaming against children in family conflicts based on victimology theory. The findings reveal that victim blaming in family conflicts manifests in various forms, including justification of violence against children, minimization of the harm caused, and denial of the perpetrator's role. The psychological and social impacts of this phenomenon are extensive, leading to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and difficulties in forming healthy social relationships. To address this issue, active involvement from families, educational institutions, and child protection organizations is crucial in providing education and advocacy for children's rights. Additionally, victimology perspectives can be utilized to develop policies that support victims, prevent the recurrence of family violence, and minimize the practice of victim blaming against children.

Celebration is part of human emotional expression that is often carried out in various forms, ranging from personal celebrations to collective moments such as the success of a sports team or major religious holidays. This article aims to examine the phenomenon of celebration from the perspective of the hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW, by reviewing several narrations related to expressions of joy, forms of celebrations, and the Shari'ah limits in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a thematic approach to relevant hadiths, both from the nine canonical collections and the commentary books. The study results show that Islam does not prohibit forms of celebration as long as they do not contain elements of sin, violate Sharia norms, or imitate traditions that contradict Islamic teachings.Hadiths show that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself did not deny expressions of joy as long as they were done within reasonable and meaningful limits. Therefore, celebrations in Islam are considered a means of expressing legitimate gratitude and happiness, as long as they are conducted in accordance with true Islamic values.

The cases of child sexual exploitation continue to rise in Indonesia. However, the legal system has yet to provide legal certainty for children as victims. This study aims to examine the positive legal framework regarding the protection of child victims of sexual exploitation, assess its implementation in providing legal certainty, and offer an ideal concept of legal protection for the future. The method used is normative juridical with statutory, case, and conceptual approaches. The results show that although legal instruments such as the Child Protection Law, the Sexual Violence Crime Law, and regulations related to restitution are in place, their implementation remains ineffective. Restitution rights are often not pursued due to victims’ lack of awareness and weaknesses in the legal system. This study recommends that restitution be granted automatically and that the role of law enforcement be strengthened to ensure the protection of children's rights.

The phenomenon of money politics in the perspective of hadith and how the practice undermines the principles of justice, trustworthiness, and integrity in the democratic system, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with text analysis of relevant hadiths, and contextually studied in the frame of maqashid sharia. The results of the study show that money politics is included in the category of risywah (bribery) which is forbidden in Islam, as mentioned in various traditions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This practice has serious impacts, including damage to the government system, loss of legitimacy of leaders, and threats to social stability. Therefore, Islam emphasizes the importance of rejecting money politics as part of the moral and spiritual responsibility of the people. Moral education, the role of religious leaders, and strengthening regulations are important parts of the prevention strategy. This research recommends a synergy between state institutions and religious institutions in building a clean, fair, and political system based on Islamic ethics.

This research aims to analyze the compatibility of the sea sand export policy, as outlined in Government Regulation No. 26 of 2023 and its implementing regulations in Minister of Trade Regulations No. 20 and 21, with the principles of ecological justice. The research is driven by concerns over the ecological impacts of sea sand exploitation and the potential conflict between economic interests and environmental protection. Using a normative juridical approach and analysis of prevailing laws and regulations, the study finds that the current regulatory framework does not fully reflect the principles of ecological justice. The policy fails to ensure equitable protection for coastal communities and the marine environment. Government Regulation No. 26/2023 does not explicitly mandate Environmental Impact Assessments (AMDAL), does not emphasize conservation as a fundamental principle, and allows room for exploitation in vulnerable coastal and small island areas. Moreover, historical data reveals that similar policies in the past have led to coastal erosion, the loss of outermost islands, and state losses due to illegal practices. Therefore, without proper reassessment and alignment with environmental justice principles, this policy risks exacerbating ecological inequalities.

Generation Z (born 1997–2012) in Indonesia experiences an increase in anxiety disorders due to social media pressure, academic stress, social isolation, and future uncertainty. Modern psychological approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy are widely used, but often do not involve the spiritual aspects that are important in Indonesian culture. This research aims to examine the handling of anxiety in Generation Z through the perspective of Islamic philosophy, especially the thought of Ibn Sina. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that Ibn Sina views mental health as a balance between body, soul, and intellect (vegetable, animal, and rational nafs). It offers a holistic approach that includes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual therapies, such as art, music, prayer, and dhikr. This approach has the potential to help Generation Z deal with anxiety not only from a medical perspective, but also through strengthening the meaning of life and spirituality. The contribution of this research is to provide a philosophical framework that integrates modern psychological interventions with Islamic spiritual traditions, thereby offering a more culturally relevant approach to dealing with anxiety in adolescents.
