This writing aims to examine the influence of Consumer Behavior on the Purchase Decision of Beauty Products on e-commerce platforms in South Jakarta. The population in this study consists of individuals who purchase beauty products using e-commerce in South Jakarta. and the exact number is unknown. The sampling technique employed is Accidental Sampling using the Lemeshow formula. with a sample size of 68 respondents. The data collection method utilized is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis. quantitative analysis. simple regression analysis. hypothesis testing (t-test). and coefficient of determination. processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25.0. The research findings indicate that Consumer Behavior has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision of Beauty Products on e-commerce platforms in South Jakarta.

This research aims to explore public responses regarding the existence of mental health applications. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative phenomenological methods. This research uses a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques using focus group discussions and interviews. The object of this research was students aged 16-22 years and who had experience with mental health. The data obtained came from 8 people in FGDs and 16 people in interviews with a trial period of 3-4 weeks. The results of the research show that the user interface has an effect on the user's perspective, application performance has an effect on the intention to use it continuously, emotional release has an effect on changes in individual behavior.

This study investigates the impact of digital gamification on employee motivation, engagement, and productivity in technology companies. Gamification, which integrates game design elements such as rewards, badges, and leaderboards into non-game environments, has gained popularity as a tool for enhancing employee performance in workplaces. The research employs a quantitative survey methodology to gather data from employees in technology firms that have implemented gamified systems. The findings reveal that gamification significantly increases employee motivation by tapping into intrinsic motivators such as autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Employees reported higher levels of engagement, with many attributing their increased participation to the fun and competitive nature of gamified tasks. Additionally, productivity improvements were observed, particularly among employees in roles that require individual performance, such as software engineers, where autonomy and goal-setting were key factors. The study also identifies variations in the effectiveness of gamification based on factors such as job role and organizational culture, emphasizing the need for customization to suit different employee needs. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges such as employee resistance, poorly designed systems, and resource constraints were noted as barriers to successful gamification implementation. These findings suggest that gamification is an effective strategy for improving motivation and engagement in technology companies but requires thoughtful design and alignment with company culture to maximize its impact. Future research should explore the long-term effects of gamification and examine how specific elements, such as leaderboards and rewards, influence employee behavior across different demographics.

Islamic education is a conscious effort that is planned in preparing students to know, understand, internalize, to the process of believing in Islamic teachings in their lives, or it can be said to be an effort to change individual behavior in their personal lives, community life and the surrounding natural life through an educational process based on Islamic values so that later students are able and skilled in running life as an effort to maintain survival and development. For this reason, in writing this thesis, the type of research used by the author is a qualitative discriminatory research method, with emphasis on the power of direct field observation and then analyzing data on existing data sources. And from the results of this study shows that Islamic education and life skills are an inseparable component, because both are a whole unit in relation to life. This research also shows that the concept of life skills can be used as a new direction of Islamic education, by integrating several aspects of life skills with Islamic education. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of life skills can provide abilities, abilities and skills to students both in the field of information technology and religion. As a provision to live their lives, it is expected that every student has personal, rational, social, academic and vocational skills that are integrated in Islamic education.

SMP Negeri 2 Sihotang is located in Samosir Regency, which is one of the koban schools for flash floods that occur at the end of 2023. This PKM aims to increase awareness of ethics and digital responsibility among junior high school students. With the widespread use of digital technology, especially among teenagers, it is important to introduce the concept of ethics and responsibility in its use. This PKM will adopt an educative approach that involves students directly in the understanding of digital ethics and its impact on individuals and society. The method used with the Socialization method, as well as the creation of multimedia-based educational materials. The main target of this PKM is students of SMP Negeri 2 Sihotang in Samosir Regency. Through an approach that focuses on student participation, it is expected to create a better understanding of the importance of acting responsibly in a digital environment. The expected outcome of this PKM is an increase in students' awareness of ethical and responsible practices in the use of digital technology, as well as their ability to take wise decisions in online situations. Thus, this PKM is expected to make a positive contribution to the formation of good digital character and behavior among students of SMP Negeri 2 Sihotang and the wider community.

Elderly individuals constitute a demographic group vulnerable to various degenerative diseases due to the aging process. Enhancing the importance of adopting healthy lifestyles among the elderly has become a primary focus in efforts to improve their quality of life. Education on healthy living plays a crucial role in aiding the elderly in understanding and implementing healthy behaviors. Through directed educational approaches, seniors can acquire knowledge regarding the significance of aspects such as balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, stress management, as well as adherence to medication and routine health check-ups. With an increased awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyles, the elderly can reduce the risk of various chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, and cancer. Furthermore, adopting healthy lifestyles can also enhance independence and overall quality of life in the elderly. Therefore, sustained educational efforts by healthcare professionals and families are essential to provide a profound understanding of the importance of healthy living among the elderly, enabling them to lead their later years with optimal quality of life.

Technological developments are growing rapidly in line with the times. Technology is an important need today. This is because early childhood education is for children aged 0-6 years, early childhood education has a very important role in developing children's personalities and preparing children to enter a further level of education because technology is needed for many purposes. Technology is very easy to obtain because some prices are cheap and some are expensive according to the user's economic needs. This research uses descriptive research methods, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Gadgets are media that are used as modern communication tools. Gadgets make human communication activities easier. Now communication activities have developed even more advanced with the emergence of gadgets. Excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's social and emotional development. The bad impacts of using gadgets on children include children becoming closed individuals, sleep disorders, liking to be alone, violent behavior, fading creativity, and the threat of cyberbullying. This research uses a descriptive research method, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Descriptive research focuses on solving real problems as they existed at the time the research was conducted. Financial literacy, financial behavior and income are driving factors for an individual to make an investment decision. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior and income on investment decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses the random sampling technique. analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant direction with a large influence of 48.6% on investment decisions, financial behavior has a positive and significant direction with a large influence 12.5% on investment decisions, income has a positive and significant direction with a 9.4% influence on investment decisions, financial literacy, financial behavior and income have a simultaneous influence on investment decisions of 65.1% and 34.9% in influenced by other factors or variables that are not examined.

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that threatens and intimidates someone, often driven by an individual's sense of superiority. Research indicates that verbal bullying, especially among teenage girls, is associated with factors such as lack of family attention, social pressure, and exposure to violence through social media. The impact of bullying includes mental health disorders, disruptions in interpersonal relationships, and negative influences on education. Children who are victims of bullying face social challenges, fear of attending school, high absenteeism rates, and academic difficulties. The current era's developments have given rise to cyberbullying, resulting in serious implications for mental and physical health, as well as potential dangers to an individual's safety. Despite experiencing negative effects, some bullying victims still achieve satisfactory academic performance, demonstrating resilience. Solutions involve multi-party interventions, with roles for teachers, counselors, students, and parents. Teachers need to manage interactions in the classroom, counselors provide psychological support, and class discussions create an open environment. Parental involvement is crucial in providing support to students experiencing ostracism. All aim to create an inclusive classroom environment, minimize bullying, and promote positive behavior among young people.

Social interaction has become a crucial need for students in the university environment, but individual conflicts can pose challenges. Conflict is a part of life, but if not handled properly, it can be difficult to control. This research aims to explore the relationship between religiosity and empathy with forgiveness behavior, utilizing a quantitative approach. The research sample involves 135 active students from Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The analysis results indicate that there is no significant linear relationship between religiosity and forgiveness, and there is no significant linear relationship between empathy and forgiveness. These findings illustrate that a high level of religiosity does not necessarily indicate positive forgiveness behavior, and empathy does not always contribute to the formation of forgiving attitudes. Additionally, the research highlights other contributing factors to forgiveness not addressed in the study, such as relationship quality, personality types, and attack characteristics. Therefore, further research is needed to identify and measure the influence of these factors. Furthermore, the research results indicate that 88% of other factors influencing forgiveness remain unexplored, emphasizing the need for further research with larger and more diverse samples.

Indonesian is not only a practical communication tool, but also an element of national identity that plays an important role in uniting individuals, groups, and society as a whole. The development of Indonesian has progressed rapidly, and millennials play a key role in this dynamic. The influence of the millennial generation is not only reflected in the use of everyday language, but also involves the creation of new words that reflect the changing times. The language behavior of the millennial generation, especially among students of the Faculty of Da'wah Class of 2022, is the focus of this study. Through descriptive analysis methods and quantitative analysis using online questionnaires, this study aims to examine the attitude of the millennial generation towards Indonesian. The results showed that this millennial generation They use Indonesian as a means of daily communication, and they find it important to maintain the authenticity of the language in an era of rapidly evolving technology. In this context, the millennial generation is expected to be agents who promote and maintain the sustainability of Indonesian. Despite the influence of slang and technological developments, the millennial generation of the Faculty of Da'wah Class of 2022 shows awareness of the importance of maintaining the authenticity of Indonesian as part of national identity. It is hoped that sustainability and sustainability of Indonesian can continue to be maintained through collaborative efforts and millennial generation's awareness of the importance of this cultural heritage.

Using the idea of ​​a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values ​​and creating positive values ​​in environmental accountability.

Interpersonal perception has undergone a significant transformation in the digital era, especially through the influence of social media. The presence of social media has now influenced the way individuals understand, interact, and form interpersonal relationships. The writing in this journal uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research conducted to examine an object, a condition, a group of people, or other phenomena with natural or real conditions (without experimental situations) to create a systematic overview or detailed description that is factual and accurate. This research is a study intended to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions or thoughts of people individually or in groups through observation and literature study so that a complete picture of an event can be presented which is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. From the discussion of interpersonal perceptions that occur due to social media in this digital era, it can be related to several theories of communication psychology, namely informative theory and behaviorism theory.

Online games are games that are liked by teenagers today and one of them is SMP N 1 Parigi students. To anticipate and minimize the bad impact that will occur for online students, it is necessary to have guidance from the school and especially from the parents of the students themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the guidance and counseling services in overcoming the problems of students who are addicted to online games, special services to overcome online game addiction. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation and recording. The results showed that the positive and negative impacts of online game addiction on students' academic behavior patterns and student learning outcomes. To reduce online game addiction in students, guidance and counseling services used by teachers are group guidance services. That is by providing an understanding of the dangers of playing excessive online games, both in groups which BK is often done in class or individually through group guidance services.

In an organization there are various individuals who have a set of different backgrounds and characteristics that differ from one individual to another such as race, culture, ethnicity, motives, hopes, education, abilities, skills, etc. So a manager must be able to study various individual characteristics from each other to maximize each individual's potential so that they can provide good performance for the organization. Individual behavior tries to analyze the determinants that determine an individual's behavior in an organization, including personality, attitudes, values, and perceptions as well as abilities and skills. By knowing the characteristics of each individual, it is hoped that they can make a maximum contribution to the organization.

In a broken home family, parents have the responsibility to look after their children and should be able to give full affection so that the child feels as if he has never lost his father and mother. The method used in this study involved a literature review study by searching data on Google Scholar. The search then produces journals and articles that are in accordance with the issues discussed. In conducting the Assessment, we chose the ecomap technique because this technique can help understand the social environment and social conditions that affect individual life. Using an ecomap helps us see clients to understand their relationship with their social environment, as well as understand how this social environment can affect their lives. Intervention methods used to address clients with these problems include using counseling techniques. The purpose of this study is to prove the extent to which individual counseling therapy influences the behavior of broken home children. The end result of providing individual counseling services with behavioral techniques shows that it can have an impact on broken home female students. This can be seen from the significant differences in results before and after the provision of these services.

True values ​​and moral education is an education that a person gets from their immediate environment or can be called a child's first madrasah, namely from the family environment, especially parents. Children are an investment in the future whose growth and development must be optimally pursued. This article aims to describe the role of foster parents in educating values ​​and morals regarding children's behavior in the orphanage. Education is not obtained by individuals only at school, but from many places, namely the family and also the environment. The role of the family is very large, considering that the family is the child's closest environment, for this reason there needs to be special attention for the family, especially parents, in educating the child's character, as a basis for the child's behavior. Some things that parents need to pay attention to instill in their children from an early age are, the existence of clarity in instilling the values ​​taught to children, the existence of role models or providing good examples from parents, the existence of consequences for rules that have been applied consistently.

This research aims to assess the effect of employing cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) counseling on enhancing the self-assurance levels among 19-25-year-old students enrolled at the Faculty of Psychology, Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta. The study utilized a quantitative methodology, employing questionnaires for data collection. The collected data revealed that among 30 students, 4 exhibited low self-confidence levels. These four individuals were chosen as subjects for the research, receiving CBT-based counseling to address their self-confidence issues. The focus of the researchers was solely on interventions targeting self-confidence problems through CBT counseling techniques. The counseling sessions uncovered that these students faced challenges in feeling confident when interacting with groups of people, experiencing worry and a lack of assurance in such situations. While the outcomes of the counseling using CBT did not achieve a complete 100% enhancement in the self-confidence levels of the students at the Faculty of Psychology, Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta, there were observable positive changes in the students' perspectives and their ability to manage their thoughts. The efficacy of the counseling could be deemed successful with a 70% success rate.

Abstract Nurse work stress is a condition of the subjective outcome of an individual's life that can be an interaction between an individual and the working environment that can threaten and stress the psychological, physiological, and behavioral behavior of a nurse. Working stress has a negative impact on workers' physical and mental health, decreased performance, lack of career development, and loss of employment. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between the conflict of double roles and work stress in female nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. Research uses analytical descriptive research methods using cross sectional research design. 43 Subjekts were sampled using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Analysed with Chi Square statistical tests. Results of the study age of 26-35 years 31 Subjekts (72.1%), the length of work 1-5 years 34 Subjekt (79.1%), number of children 1 child 22 Subjekts (51.2%). The result of the chi square test is given a p value of 0.022, where < α 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between conflict of double roles and work stress in women nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. It is hoped that the hospital will pay attention to the mental health of nurses to improve the quality of services.
