Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Cikarang. The identified problem in this study is how these two factors influence customer experience and loyalty to the restaurant. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with customers and direct observations at the location. Based on the analysis, product quality, including taste, texture, and consistency, has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with 80% of respondents expressing satisfaction with the products offered. Additionally, service quality, which includes speed, efficiency, and staff friendliness, also plays an important role in creating a positive experience for customers. The results of this study indicate that improving both product and service quality directly contributes to customer satisfaction and has the potential to increase customer loyalty. These findings provide recommendations for Mie Gacoan Cikarang management to maintain and enhance product and service quality in order to strengthen customer attraction and loyalty.

In the digital era, competition in the graphic design industry is increasingly competitive, requiring businesses to innovate and adapt with effective strategies. This study aims to develop business strategies using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for Trikarasu Design, a start-up in the graphic design field. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study method, the research maps the nine BMC elements to analyze opportunities and challenges faced. The findings reveal that BMC aids Trikarasu Design in identifying product value propositions, customer segments, and relevant distribution channels. Digital promotion strategies through social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok are proven effective in enhancing visibility and fostering personal relationships with customers. This study provides practical contributions in the form of BMC-based strategies that support the sustainability and growth of Trikarasu Design in the dynamic graphic design market.

This study aims to determine how much influence Service Excellent and Relationship Marketing have on Customer Satisfaction of PT Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 5239 customers with incidental sampling method using the formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data which is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. The T test results show that service excellent has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service excellent and relationship marketing have a joint effect on customer satisfaction. Proven by the coefficient of determination of 63.8% while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables.

This research explores the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) technology into custom gift products by Tricksy.co to create a more interactive and personalized gift-giving experience. By utilizing EyeJack Creator, a platform for creating AR photo markers, the system allows customers to design gifts that display personalized videos when scanned. The process includes generating AR markers, integrating QR codes, and ensuring compatibility with both iOS and Android devices. System testing confirmed that the AR markers successfully displayed the videos as intended, with smooth functionality across different platforms. However, slow internet connections impacted the speed of AR content downloading. This study highlights the potential of AR to revolutionize the gift industry by adding a unique digital layer to physical gifts, offering both emotional and interactive value.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing job training and identify areas that need improvement. Through an in-depth analysis of the training curriculum, teaching methods, and Yantek performance after training, this study proposes recommendations for optimizing the training program. The results of the study are expected to improve the quality of service to customers and support the achievement of company performance targets.

The current research examines the interactive role of brand love in its dimensions (brand passion, brand familiarity, brand commitment) and obsession with brand in the customer-oriented deviation represented in (financial motives, ego motives, motives of revenge), and accordingly, the opinions of some customers towards some tourism and travel companies have been surveyed by five companies (Bright Light Company for Tourism and Travel, and Al-Mohib Company for Tourism and Travel,  And the Banner Summit Company for Travel and Tourism, Al-Shams International Company, and Icor Company) for the period (June to late August 2024) and customers showed great cooperation by responding to the paragraphs of the study tool, Accordingly, (593) opinions were collected from the opinions of customers dealing with these companies, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in building and interpreting the study variables through the use of statistical packages for the program (SPSS&AMOS). V.28) The results presented that the interactive role of brand love and obsession with tourism companies is closely related to addressing customer-oriented deviation and this motivated these companies to develop their capabilities by providing comfort, air conditioning and distinctive services, but in theory the research has shown a conceptual relationship between brand love and obsession with customer-oriented deviation through what was presented by some previous studies.

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and customer satisfaction on the competitiveness of KFC and Sabana, considering the implementation of ISO 9000 standards. Using a survey method, data were collected from 30 respondents who are customers of both brands. The analysis results indicate that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of both companies. KFC, known for its consistency and product innovation, demonstrates higher competitiveness compared to Sabana. However, Sabana also shows commendable efforts in improving quality and customer satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing ISO 9000 quality management standards in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction as key factors in maintaining competitiveness in the fast-food industry. This research provides insights for companies to focus more on quality improvement and service for long-term success.

Inhiven Design is a company that combines graphic design with interior design to provide creative and integrated solutions in various fields such as housing, offices, and commercial. The author's purpose in conducting this study is to analyze the history of the early formation of Inhiven Design? Then what are the problems faced during the establishment of Inhiven Design? And how does Inhiven Design optimize sales in its marketing? The method used in this study is qualitative observation with primary data collection through direct interviews. This study examines the development of Inhiven Design, including the company profile, history of its establishment, and marketing and management strategies implemented. Data were collected through qualitative observation and direct interviews with team members to understand the marketing strategy carried out by Inhiven Design by applying contemporary trends in interior design. The results of the analysis show that the success of Inhiven Design depends not only on technical skills and creativity, but also on the ability to adapt to market changes and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Swadaya Anak Nagari in attracting people's interest in saving money in Bandarejo Hamlet 1, West Pasaman Regency. A qualitative approach was used through field method with interviews, observation, and documentation. The Segitiga Motor website was developed using the Laravel framework with the SDLC Waterfall model approach to digitize the management of customer data and workshop services. The development process includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel was chosen for its ability to speed up development through reusable components and its organized and flexible structure. The website successfully integrates key features such as online service booking, customer data management, product catalog, and promotions, all effectively. Testing results show that the system works as planned, enhancing operational efficiency and making it easier for customers to access services. For future development, adding features like analytics and integration with digital payment systems could further improve customer experience and satisfaction.

The purpose of the research is to find out Brand Experience in analyzing Consumer Satisfaction for the purchase of Virtual Items in the Mobile Legend game. The method in writing this article, literature review plays an important role in formulating research ideas, understanding previous findings related to the topic raised, and identifying gaps in existing knowledge. Systematic literature reviews (SLRs) were conducted in two well-known databases, Science Direct and Scopus. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 1,498 out of 2,038 articles were considered relevant. Afterwards, these papers were carefully examined to produce an in-depth analysis of the subject. In the end, 12 papers were selected for in-depth examination in this study. Based on data from SLR articles written between 2021 and 2024. The research methodology used in this paper includes descriptive analysis and bibliographic analysis. The results of the article are known that Brand experience plays a very important role in increasing consumer satisfaction in purchasing Mobile Legends virtual game items. By creating a positive and consistent experience, developers can build strong relationships with players and encourage them to become loyal customers.

Thrifting is the activity of buying second  hand products wichs is becoming a trend for teenagers, young people, and even older people. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of product quality, flash sale discounts and risk perception on customer satisfaction with thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event. The population is consumers who buy thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event. The sampling technique using accidental sampling obtained 75 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed with the help of a Google form which was distributed to all customers who purchased thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event, measured on a 1-5 Liker scale. The collected data was processed using Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that partially product quality and flash sale discounts do not influence customer satisfaction with thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event, however perceived risk is proven to influence customer satisfaction with thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event.

This research was motivated by the decreasing number of customers at the Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage and the services and facilities provided were not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing mix strategy implemented by Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage in an effort to attract customer interest and to analyze the obstacles to the marketing mix strategy implemented by Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage in attracting customer interest. This type of research is research using a qualitative approach. The primary data source is Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo. Secondary data in this research consists of the organizational structure of archival data, documents, reports and other books related to this research. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive methods. The data collection methods used in this research are literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is that the marketing strategy carried out by Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo is by using the 7P marketing mix application which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence that do not conflict with Islamic business law. Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo developed a special marketing strategy that is able to attract customer interest by differentiating the facilities and rules that apply so that they are different from other accommodations, besides that customers feel safe and comfortable because they have carried out a muamalah process that is based on sharia and of course avoid adultery because of the strict selection of guests at Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction at Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel, Waropen Regency, associated with the quality of service and hotel facilities. The population in this study were all customers of Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel, Waropen Regency. This study used a sample of 100 respondents who were and had stayed as customers or guests at Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel in the past year, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. The results of the study found that customer satisfaction at Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel, Waropen Regency was positively and significantly influenced by the service quality factor of 0.475, the influence of the hotel facility factor of 0.454. This study is expected to increase insight and knowledge about the quality of service and hotel facilities on customer satisfaction.

Sentiment Analysis is a technique for extracting text data to obtain information about positive, neutral or negative sentiments. The purpose of sentiment analysis is given by internet users on social media to provide a personal assessment or opinion. Paga Lewu Shop that often gets user sentiment through social media is Paga Lewu Shop. The existence of consumer opinion sentiments about Paga Lewu Shop can be analyzed and utilized to obtain useful information for other customers and the Paga Lewu Shop. By using the Text Mining technique classification method, a sentiment will be known as positive, neutral or negative. One of the algorithms widely used in sentiment analysis is the Naïve Bayes classification method. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with tf-idf weighting accompanied by the addition of an emotion icon conversion feature (emoticon) to determine the existing sentiment class from tweets about the Paga Lewu Shop. The results of the study show that the Naïve Bayes method without additional features is able to classify sentiment with an accuracy value of 96.44%, while if the tf-idf weighting feature is added along with the conversion of emotion icons, the accuracy value can be increased to 98%.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by The Wood's Coffee Tanjung Morawa and their impact on the company's financial performance. The main focus of this study is the marketing strategy through social media, which is increasingly becoming an effective tool in promoting products and increasing engagement with consumers. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods with marketing managers, social media staff, and several loyal customers. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy implemented through social media, including the use of Instagram and Facebook, has succeeded in increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers. In addition, the results of the financial analysis indicate that the implementation of an effective social media strategy has contributed significantly to increasing sales, which has led to an increase in the company's financial performance. However, the challenge of maintaining consistency and managing interactions on social media is an important factor for long-term success. This study provides insight into the importance of social media as an integral part of a marketing strategy to improve the company's financial performance.

According to current trends, there is a need for Islamic banks both in quantity and quality. Customers will think about and choose Islamic banks more often as quality improves. The quality of Islamic banks can be improved by looking at their performance and sustainability capabilities which are influenced by the quality of funding or investment. This sharia bank, which was founded by considering these two types of financing, uses sharia banking as its financing fund distribution product. These banks finance transactions with the aim of making money. based on the results of collaborative projects implemented based on musyarakah agreements and profit sharing principles. Musyarakah financing is a collaborative effort between capital owners to run a particular business in accordance with sharia principles, with both parties participating in the success of the business. parties according to predetermined ratios, and losses are allocated according to capital advice. In the financial industry, bank performance is one of the main indicators of health. One method for evaluating bank operations is to use metrics to measure profitability, which is usually called ROA or profit assets. ROA is a capability metric; a business makes money by using all its resources and skills. A bank will make more money and have a better asset utilization position if its return on assets (ROA) is higher. In other words, ROA can show how effectively managers allocate resources to generate profits.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. With the increasing use of e-commerce platforms, understanding the factors that influence consumer satisfaction and decisions is very important. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The study population consisted of Shopee users who had made purchases, with a sample of 300 respondents taken through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of questions about product quality, reviews, prices, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a T-statistics value of 6.154. In addition, the promotion variable also contributed significantly to purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that improving product quality can increase consumer purchasing interest and purchasing decisions on Shopee. This study suggests that Shopee focus on improving product quality and promotional strategies to attract more customers and increase user satisfaction.

In the era of modern free trade, competition in the retail industry has become increasingly fierce, prompting Golden Swalayan, a shopping center in Kediri City, to continuously enhance its sales to remain competitive. This study aims to analyze the influence of sales promotion and shopping lifestyle on the Impulse Buying behavior of Golden Swalayan customers. Using a quantitative method, data was collected through questionnaires distributed directly to 100 customers using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that, both partially and simultaneously, sales promotion and shopping lifestyle have a significant influence on Impulse Buying. Based on these findings, Golden Swalayan is advised to regularly increase cashback promotions and expand its product collections to align with customers' hobbies and needs, thereby boosting Impulse Buying.
