The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced the lives of young children, affecting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. However, this advancement also presents challenges for parents in guiding their children to avoid the negative impacts of digital exposure. This article aims to explain the importance of digital literacy for parents, identify the main challenges they face in managing children’s technology use, and offer effective strategies for digital parenting. The method used is a literature review based on recent academic sources. The findings show that parents’ digital literacy plays a crucial role in shaping healthy digital behavior in early childhood. Parents with high levels of digital literacy can act as filters, facilitators, and role models in using technology wisely. Collaboration among families, educational institutions, and the government is also necessary to create a safe and supportive digital environment for children’s optimal development.

The illicit circulation of narcotics in Indonesia has undergone a fundamental evolution into cyber-enabled crime, where drug syndicates systematically exploit children as technical operators through digital media to sever the main network chain and evade legal detection. This study aims to analyze the anatomy of the modus operandi of narcotics transactions involving children in the digital realm and examine its legal implications for the process of proof and criminal liability. Utilizing an empirical juridical research method with a sociological approach conducted in the jurisdiction of the Metro Police Resort, Lampung, this research identifies a shift in modus operandi towards the "Map System" or Dead Drop Method. In this modus, the child's role is divided into three sophisticated technical stages: pre-transaction via encrypted communication, field execution (mapping & dropping) using precise GPS coordinates, and post-transaction involving digital cleaning, which creates a phenomenon of crime "gamification" where children perceive the criminal act akin to an online game mission. The legal implications of this phenomenon present serious challenges regarding the validity of electronic evidence, which is volatile due to a weak chain of custody, as well as the reconstruction of the child's mens rea, which points towards premeditated intent (dolus premeditatus) driven by high digital literacy rather than mere negligence. These conditions complicate the application of pure diversion as mandated by law; thus, this study recommends a hybrid punishment approach where law enforcement proceeds to break impunity, but sanctions focus on specific rehabilitation in the Special Guidance Institution for Children (LPKA) to reorient the children's digital skills positively.

This study examines the administrative problems in managing the Education Data Sistem (Dapodik) as a key instrument for strengthening the institutional capacity of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in West Sumatra. Using a literature review approach, data were collected from various sources, including reports from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), BAN PAUD and PNF, and previous studies. The findings reveal that although Dapodik reporting in West Sumatra has reached 97.8%, several challenges persist, such as limited internet access, low operator competence, insufficient technical supervision, and a lack of institutional awareness of data accuracy. These issues have led to delays in accreditation, misallocation of operational assistance funds (BOP), and ineffective educational planning. Therefore, innovative solutions such as Dapodik gamification, digital inter-institutional mentoring, and operator certification are recommended to improve data management effectiveness and sustainably strengthen PAUD institutional governance.

Injustice against women in contemporary Islamic law practice is still a serious problem, especially in cases of divorce, child custody, and the division of common property, which are often decided textually without considering the social, economic, and psychological aspects of women. This phenomenon shows that the application of Islamic law is still normative and does not fully reflect substantive justice as the purpose of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. This research aims to analyze the nature of justice for women in the modern era, identify the steps needed to realize this justice, and formulate Islamic legal solutions based on maqāṣid al-syarī'ah that can be applied contextually in the religious justice system. The research method used is qualitative with a normative-empirical approach through literature analysis, case studies, and empirical data from religious court decisions and reports of official institutions such as Komnas Perempuan. The results of the study show that justice for women can only be achieved through a dynamic maqāṣid approach, by placing the interests of women and children above the legal-formalities of classical fiqh. The efforts needed include the integration of empirical data in judges' decisions, reform of religious justice policies, increasing the capacity of judges in understanding maqāṣid, and empowering women through legal literacy.

The enactment of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP Nasional 2023) has brought significant changes to the national penal system, particularly in the regulation of sanctions imposed on children who commit criminal offenses. Children as offenders constitute a special legal subject who require a sentencing approach oriented toward protection, guidance, and rehabilitation. This study aims to analyze the regulation and concept of sentencing for children under the perspective of the KUHP Nasional 2023 and to assess its conformity with the principles of child protection and the objectives of the juvenile justice system in Indonesia. This research employs a juridical descriptive method using statutory and conceptual approaches through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings indicate that the KUHP Nasional 2023 normatively accommodates a more humane sentencing approach by emphasizing the objectives of punishment and providing non-custodial sanctions and rehabilitative measures. However, these provisions remain general and have not been explicitly integrated with restorative justice principles as stipulated in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Act. Therefore, regulatory harmonization and consistent implementation are necessary to ensure that sentencing for children truly reflects the best interests of the child and the rehabilitative goals of the juvenile justice system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the settlement of criminal cases on the liability of parents for negligence that results in minors becoming perpetrators of traffic accidents. This type of research is normative legal research with a statutory approach, a case approach and a conceptual approach. The analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis. has not explicitly regulated the criminal liability of parents for accidents committed by children, although Civil Code Article 1367 has provided a basis for civil liability, and the new Criminal Code through Article 37 opens up opportunities for the application of the principle of vicarious liability. This study recommends the need to reconstruct the Indonesian criminal law regulation which explicitly establishes a model of parental criminal responsibility based on the principle of vicarious liability and the principle of Radbruch legal certainty, without overriding the principle of child protection in the SPPA Law.

This study is a scholarly work by a student of the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Program, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, supervised by Dra. Rapi Us. Djuko as the first advisor and Mr. Nunung Suryana Jamin, SE, M.Si as the second advisor. The objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive overview of foreign language development achievements among early childhood learners in Group B at TK Nurul Ilmih. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. A total of 22 children participated as the primary subjects and were actively involved throughout the observation process. The research focused on several linguistic aspects, including language comprehension, verbal expression, basic vocabulary usage, pronunciation ability, and children's responses to bilingual instructions (in both Indonesian and English). The findings indicate that the children’s foreign language development falls within the "developing as expected" category, although it has not yet reached an optimal level. Some children still encounter difficulties in pronouncing English vocabulary, constructing simple sentences, and understanding verbal commands. Several factors influence the progress of their language development, including family background, parenting style, the intensity of teacher-provided stimulation, and habitual exposure to foreign languages in daily school activities. The study concludes that consistent, engaging, and developmentally appropriate stimulation from both teachers and parents plays a crucial role in fostering bilingual proficiency in early childhood.
