This study seeks to ascertain how Shopee's online purchase choice is influenced by trust, convenience, brand image, and quality of information. The research results were evaluated using a quantitative research methodology based on respondents' responses on a Likert scale. The population of this study is every resident of Sukoharjo City, the number of samples is 100 respondents, and the Cochran formula and purposeful sampling are used to select the sample. Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Regression Test are used as data analysis techniques in this study. Secondary data is collected from online sources, old research publications, and books that show consumer choices. The findings show that Trust, Convenience, Brand Image and Information Quality all have a large impact on purchasing decisions together (F test). Trust, Convenience, Brand Image, and Information Quality all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, at least partially (t test). Trust, convenience, brand image, and information quality influence purchasing decisions by 64.3% and 35.7%, respectively, according to the results of data processing showing that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.643. This means that other variables not seen in this study determine 35.7% of the variance of the results

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the work productivity of PT Natura Indoland employees. The approach used was quantitative, the research design was associative with a total of 95 respondents. The research instrument uses questionnaire distribution, in data analysis using several tests conducted using the SPSS program. The result of the analysis is known that work motivation has no effect on work productivity with a magnitude of -1.71% influence, while organizational culture has an influence on work productivity with a magnitude of 27,56% and a large influence of the two variables X on Y of 66,3%. As a company, we must pay more attention to work motivation and organizational culture in the company so that employee work productivity is maintained.

Future challenges will be increasingly severe and increasingly rapid technological advances require the banking sector to provide the best services in order to be able to compete in an increasingly tight business environment. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the banking industry in Indonesia. This research focuses on evaluating service quality, customer loyalty and security in improving customer satisfaction. This research is an empirical research built with primary data by distributing a questionnaire survey and getting 204 bank customers involved in the research. Furthermore, the data was processed using the SPSS program version 25 through validity and reliability testing. The findings showed that all variables studied affected customer satisfaction in the banking sector in Central Java. This research produced findings that show there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer loyalty to customer satisfaction; The findings also showed a negative correlation between security and customer satisfaction. The findings in this study provide additional new insights into studies related to service quality assessment in the banking sector in Central Java and Indonesia.

The results of the study show that hospital facilities have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Because with the appropriate facilities, patients will feel comfortable visiting the hospital. Likewise, hospital services also have a very large influence on the level of patient satisfaction. With good and comfortable service. Then the patient will get calm and will speed up the healing process for the patient. So it was concluded that quality and service greatly influence patient satisfaction at Umun Regional Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang Hospital.

The joint stock price index (IHSG) as a benchmark for the progress of the capital market in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Macro Variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2010 to 2021. The macro variables used were Inflation, Economic Growth, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI or 7 Day Repo Rate against the JCI. The number of years in the sample is 12 years, from 2010 to 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. The conclusion is that gold price and Lq45 has  significant effect on the JCI, while the others macro variable, have no significant effect on the JCI. Simultaneously, all macro variables have a significant effect on the JCI.    

This study aims to determine the effect of audit opinion and audit delay on stock prices with firm size as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from the financial statements of banking companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2022. The sample in this study was obtained using the probability sampling method, and 20 companies were obtained so that the sample used was 80 data. Data analysis in this study used SPSS software version 27. The results showed that audit opinion had no effect on stock prices, while audit delay had a significant negative effect on stock prices. On the other hand, company size can strengthen the negative effect of audit opinion on stock prices, but cannot strengthen or weaken the effect of audit delay on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of SOPs, Salaries, and Incentives on the performance of educators at the PEACE Pare Course Institute. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was all 30 educators of the PEACE Pare Course Institute. The analytical tools used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests and t tests, determinant coefficients. Data processing using SPSS 23 statistics for windows. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously SOPs, Salaries, and Incentives have a significant and positive effect on educator performance. The results of the Incentive Variable analysis are the most dominant influence on performance where the coefficient value is 0.895 compared to the SOP and Salary variables whose coefficient values are only -0.244 and 1.926. This does not fit with the initial hypothesis

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Retailing Mix on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency, to determine whether there is an effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency and to determine whether there is an effect of Retailing Mix and Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency. The population in this study were consumers of Bolly Sila, Bima Regency, who had shopped at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique with 60 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, T test, f test, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of data processing with the T test method, and F test, it is known that the Retailing Mix and Service Quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumerr Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Partially, the results of this study indicate that the Retailing Mix variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Meanwhile, Service Quality has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency.

Rapid assessment can assume that what happened in the field at that time was a reflection of previous work. From the results of the study there were 58 variables which were divided into 4 main variables which were assessed based on the WBS and 26 photos of the environment of the Manikin Dam Tunneling development project taken from several sides. Calculations were made using the results of data from 6 informants, resulting in a P(H | Ecomb) value of 0.932 or a probability of 93.2%, which means that the tunnel work according to the 6 informants was carried out safely. The final value obtained from the analysis is almost close to 1 and all the results of the analysis from the 6 informants are more than 67%.

The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. This study examines Heatlhcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Company Size on Audit delay experienced by healthcare companies during the pandemic and the new normal era. The sample companies are 19 healthcare companies on the IDX. The dependent variable used is audit delay and the independent variables used include: Profitability, Leverage, and Firm Size. The analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results of this study indicate that: (a) Profitability has an effect on audit delay; (b) Leverage has no effect on audit delay; (c) Company size has no effect on audit delay; (d) Simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable.

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia has become one of the banking companies which currently has problems that have reduced public distrust. Therefore, this study will look for the influence of customer relationships and reference groups on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as intervening variables at PT Bank Syariah. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The results of the research show that Customer Relationship has a very large influence on Customer Loyalty. Likewise, Reference Groups also have a very significant influence on Customer Loyalty. So it can be said that Customer Relationship and Reference Groups are very important to be maintained by Pt. Islamic Bank.  

The community service activity was carried out by the East Java UPNV KKNT-T team in Klampis Ngasem Village with the background from the results of the Forum Group Discussion for MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Village including: lack of knowledge regarding Cost of Production, lack of knowledge regarding classification and cost calculation fixed and variable costs in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles both manually andexcel. The purpose of holding this activity is that MSME actors in Klampis Ngasem Village have knowledge and understanding regarding the calculation of the Cost of Production  so that they are able to determine a good selling price and get the expected profit. The methods used in this community service activity are observation, problem-solving approaches, training, and mentoring. The results of the implementation of this service are as follows: exposure, training, and assistance regarding fixed costs and variable costs have been carried out so that they are able to carry out the principles of calculating  in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of adding red dragon fruit puree 2) the interaction effect of the two on organoleptic properties including color, shape, aroma, level of preference for raw instant rice red dragon fruit puree, as well as color, shape, aroma, taste, texture, and preference level of cooked instant rice seasoned with red dragon fruit puree 3) the best product red dragon fruit puree instant rice 4) the chemical content of the best product includes protein, fat, carbohydrates, water and beta-carotene 5) the selling price of the best red dragon fruit puree instant rice. This type of research is an experiment. The independent variable was the addition of red dragon fruit puree (40g, 50g and 60g). Data collection used the observation method through organoleptic tests obtained from 10 trained panelists with instruments in the form of observation sheets in the form of a check list. Data analysis used single analysis of variance (anava) and Duncan's further test with SPSS 17.0. The best product based on organoleptic tests in chemical tests and selling prices using conventional methods. The results showed 1) the addition of red dragon fruit puree had a significant effect on color and the level of preference with (sig: 0.000) instant rice puree raw red dragon fruit and instant rice puree red dragon fruit cooked. 2) Instant red dragon fruit puree rice has no effect on shape, aroma and cooked red dragon fruit puree instant rice has no effect on shape, aroma, taste and texture. 3) the best product is the addition of 50% red dragon fruit puree 4) the content of raw instant rice is higher than the content of cooked instant rice, namely the protein content of raw instant rice is 9.52% and cooked instant rice is 6.90%, the fat content of rice raw instant 4.51% cooked instant rice 3.68%, carbohydrate content of raw instant rice 71.90% and cooked instant rice 52.50%, water content of raw instant rice 12.50% and cooked instant rice 33.10%, and the beta-carotene content of raw instant rice is 56.55%/mg and cooked instant rice is 41.80%/mg. 5) the selling price of instant yellow rice is Rp. 3.726  weight 100 g.

This study investigates how dividend policy, management ownership, company size, and institutional ownership affect company value. This research aims to study how dividend policy, management ownership, company size, and institutional ownership influence company value partially and simultaneously. Secondary data from annual reports was used for this research. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the Kompas100 index from 2017 to 2022. 6 companies from the 22 population companies are the sample selected using the purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS 25 statistical program. This research found that dividend policy partially had a negative effect on Company Value (PBV), manager ownership had a partial positive effect on Company Value (PBV), company size had no partial and negative effect. on Company Value (PBV), and institutional ownership partially has a positive effect on Company Value (PBV). This research finds that the independent variables dividend policy, manager ownership, company size, and institutional ownership influence the dependent variable Company Value (PBV) simultaneously.

So that teenagers or adults are motivated and feel satisfied because of the For Your Page (FYP) on Tiktok. Based on the phenomenon above, this study aims to determine how much influence the motive for watching For Your Page (FYP) TikTok has on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The theory used is the Uses and Gratification Theory which is a theory of needs and satisfaction in which audiences use the media in order to fulfill their needs. What is assumed is that the audience is considered active, can change the satisfaction of needs, the mass media competes with other media. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. How to distribute the questionnaire is done by going down directly to SMA PGRI and online via Google from. The population in this study were 153 students. The sampling technique used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling Technique. Using Saturated Sampling in which the entire population is sampled. To find out how much influence these two variables have. For processing questionnaire data, it was carried out using the Product And Service Solution (SPSS) statistical program26. Based on these results it shows that the influence of motives for watching For Your Page TiktTok on Entertainment Satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The regression coefficient value obtained in this study is Y = 4.023 +0.878X, a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between Motives for Watching FYP TikTok on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students of 74.2% and in category of strong influence (60% -79.99%).  

Many factors are considered capable of determining the quality of lecturer performance in tertiary institutions. Therefore, this study will test whether there is an effect of organizational commitment and work climate on the performance of university lecturers in Asahan district. Data collection In this study, economics was used with a focus on education management to test the factors of improving the quality of education with the intervening variable of teacher performance at tertiary institutions in Asahan District. This research was conducted in Asahan District which of the 14 tertiary institutions, one of which is Asahan University. The population in this study are university lecturers. This study uses a non-probability sampling method. The sample criteria in this study were that there were 115 permanent lecturers in tertiary institutions in the Asahan Regency. The results of the study show that organizational commitment has an influence on the quality of lecturer performance. Because with an organization that has a commitment to advancing the university, lecturers will be encouraged to participate. Likewise with the work climate which also has a very large influence on lecturer performance. This is due to a positive work climate and high morale. Then the lecturers will also have the enthusiasm to improve the reputation of the campus. So it was concluded that organizational commitment greatly influences the performance of lecturers in Asahan district.

Therefore, this study wants to test whether there is an effect of motivation and work supervision on work productivity with soft skills and social relations as intervening variables on the employees of PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This type of research uses causal research which aims to test hypotheses on a causal relationship between one variable and another, then determines the implications for confirmation of theoretical and empirical models built from Work Motivation and Supervision. The results of the study show that the procurement of human resources has a very large influence on the work productivity of employees at PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This is because with quality human resources, PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa will be more consistent in carrying out its functions. In addition, procurement of human resources will create improved performance results compared to previous results.
