Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan review literatur untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya etika kepemimpinan dalam mendukung produktivitas serta keberlangsungan karyawan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika kepemimpinan memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dapat berfungsi sebagai pendorong motivasi.

This research aims to analyze the impact of globalization and digitalization on civic participation in the modern era. Globalization and digitalization have changed various aspects of life, including the way citizens participate in political and social processes. This research uses a literature study method by reviewing various relevant literature, such as scientific journals, books and research reports, to understand how developments in information and communication technology (ICT), as well as global connectedness, influence patterns of civic participation. The research results show that globalization has expanded access to information and increased political awareness at the global level, while digitalization has made it easier for citizens to interact with governments and communities through digital platforms. However, this research also found challenges in the form of the digital divide, disinformation, and uneven engagement across various groups in society. Thus, this research provides insight into the opportunities and challenges in promoting inclusive civic participation in the digital era.

The transformation of media and communication in the digital era has reshaped how people interact, share information, and build social relationships. The digitalization of communication not only introduces new platforms such as social media and the internet of things (IoT) but also impacts communication culture and social relationship patterns within society. This study aims to examine the dynamics of communication theory in the context of digitalization, understand how these concepts adapt, and explain their impact on social and cultural life. The research method used is a literature review, analyzing internationally indexed journals, along with relevant national journals. The findings indicate that digitalization encourages faster interactions and wider access to information but also presents challenges, such as discrepancies between online and real identities and the erosion of local cultural values. In conclusion, a critical understanding of the dynamics of communication theory in the digital era is essential to harness this transformation positively without overlooking existing social and cultural values.

This study aims to analyze the interplay between ethical values and materialism in digital advertising and its impact on branding strategies in the digital era. Using a qualitative literature review approach, the study evaluates 25 national and international journals discussing contemporary ethical dilemmas, such as visual manipulation, transparency issues, and consumerist values in advertising. The findings highlight that while materialism can enhance brand imagery, it risks breaching ethical standards without alignment to honesty and social responsibility. The study also underscores the relevance of Islamic ethical values—such as as-sidq and amanah—in building sustainable branding. Ethical awareness in digital advertising is not just normative but a long-term branding strategy

This research aims to analyze meta data related to the use of the Mathway application by looking at research objectives that relate to the use of the Mathway application. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 8 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2018-2023. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the use of applications in mathematics learning, namely, 1) To find out how important the influence of technology is on mathematics learning for educators and students, 2) To find out how useful an application is in mathematics learning for educators and students, 2) To find out how useful an application is in mathematics learning for educators and students, and 3) To determine learning outcomes based on student interest and learning motivation.

Job insecurity is a major concern among employees in various organizations, including public health centers in Banjarmasin City, Indonesia. A systematic literature review was conducted to investigate the influence of job insecurity on turnover intention among community health center employees in Banjarmasin. The results of the analysis carried out on 14 articles showed that job insecurity had a positive effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity can lead to stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction, which can negatively impact an employee's commitment to their organization and increase their intention to leave. All studies used quantitative research methods with survey techniques for data collection. Strategies to enhance job security perceptions, such as improving communication transparency, offering career development opportunities, and implementing fair and consistent human resource practices, may help mitigate turnover intentions. The findings of the studies highlight the importance of addressing job insecurity to reduce turnover intention and improve employee retention in primary health care in Banjarmasin. Investing in initiatives that cultivate a sense of job security and stability among health workers can contribute to the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of primary healthcare service delivery in the region.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to real analysis lecture problems. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 7 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2019-2024. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the problems of real analysis lectures, namely: 1) to find out what factors influence students' learning difficulties during real analysis courses, 2) to find out students' reasoning abilities in real analysis courses, 3) to find out how much students know about the connection between real analysis and school mathematics.

The aim of this research is to review the journal of medicinal chemical analysis (BKO) of sodium diclofenac in herbal medicine in order to determine the effectiveness of the stationary phase and mobile phase in the thin layer chromatography method and the effectiveness of the solvent in UV-Vis spectrophotometry in the analysis of the medicinal chemical of sodium diclofenac in preparations herbal medicine. This research method is a literature study, by searching for articles on the Google Scholar database. This research aims to undergo a careful cyberlaw review of cybercrime threats and strategies for dealing with cybercrime through a literature review approach. With a focus on in-depth analysis of various relevant literary sources, this research uses literary methods to explore the legal framework that regulates criminal acts in the digital realm. The research results highlight the need for consistency and adaptation in legal regulations to strengthen effectiveness in dealing with increasingly complex and growing cybercrime attacks.

Background: Modern agriculture often relies on the use of pesticides to control pests and plant diseases. However, the use of this pesticide can have a negative impact on the environment, especially on the quality of soil and river water in agricultural areas. This research aims to investigate the impact of pesticide use on soil and river water quality, with a focus on the type of pesticide used, usage patterns, and its impact on the environment and human health. Method: The journal research method with the literature review method is an approach used to collect, broadcast and synthesize information from various relevant literature sources Results: The use of pesticides in agriculture has a significant impact on the environment and human health. Appropriate methods of using pesticides, such as the correct dose and application time, as well as sustainable agricultural approaches such as organic farming, can reduce the negative impacts of pesticides. Farmer education about the safe use of pesticides is also important. In addition, soil and water quality must be considered in agriculture to maintain soil fertility and air ecosystems. River protection and rehabilitation efforts are also needed to maintain good river water quality.

The purpose of this research aims to determine the influence of Audit Quality, Profit Management, and Corporate Governance Mechanisms on Going Concern Audit Opinions. This article reviews the factors that influence Going Concern Audit Opinions, namely Audit Quality, Earnings Management, and Corporate Governance Mechanisms, a study of tax accounting literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Audit Quality influences Going Concern Audit Opinion; 2) Earnings Management influences Going Concern Audit Opinion; and 3) Corporate Governance mechanisms influence the Going Concern Audit Opinion.    

A method is a set of methods or methods used by teachers in learning so that students can achieve certain learning goals and skills. Many verses in the Al-Qur’an explain the use of methods in teaching. Some of them we find in Surah Ali Imran 159 and Al-Maidah 67. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review. The purpose of this research is to determine the method of learning or teaching the Al-Qur'an. Based on the discussion, the teaching methods of the Al-Qur’an are (1) Hiwar, which is an alternating conversation between two or more parties through questions and answers regarding a topic leading to a goal, and (2) Tabligh, which is a systematic, orderly and measurable method used by preachers in presenting tabligh material to their audience.

This study describes and examines the issue of the legal responsibility of online gambling promoters to people who lose due to influencers, considering the situation and conditions that are in need, of course, people will be tempted to obtain instant wealth. This study aims as an effort so that victims get proportionate attention in fulfilling their rights as victims to apply for restitution against online gambling influencers who advertise by providing false or untrue reviews. This research is a normative legal research that is perscriptive. Secondary data types include primary and secondary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by literature study, then the analytical technique used is the deductive method. The results of this study show that victims can hold criminal and civil liability contained in Article 27 paragraph (2) jo. Article 45 paragraph (3) of Law number 1 of 2024 concerning online gambling, Law, Law 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning PMH, Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the legal terms of the agreement, and the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).    

The challenges faced by cooperative Human Resources (HR) in the era of Society 5.0 are becoming increasingly complex because they require the integration of digital technology with human needs, forcing cooperatives to not only focus on technological progress alone but also on developing their human resources. This research aims to understand in-depth and provide solutions to the challenges faced by cooperative HR. This study uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method and is searched comprehensively using relevant keywords in searches through various online databases. The literature selection process was carried out by considering the reputation of the journal and the recency of the publication (last 5 years) and analyzed in depth using the content analysis method. The conclusion from the research findings is that the challenges for cooperative human resources in the era of society 5.0 are: adaptation to digital technology 5.0 era, cultural transformation, development of new skills, retaining members, collaboration and partnerships the 5.0 era

Mary is the Mother of God and Mother of the Church. She was God's chosen woman who became the mother of Jesus. Mother Mary has a major role in the mystery of God's work of salvation. The main issue raised by the author is who Mary is in the life of Christians and why Mary is called the star of the new evangelization. The purpose of this writing is to talk about Mary as the new star of evangelization for Christians. The method used in this thesis is the literature review method. The discussion obtained is that Mary is the star of the new evangelization. Mary, Mother of the Redeemer, is also the Mother of the Church who is an example in proclaiming the joyful news of the Gospel. Mother Mary did not abandon the role that brought salvation, but she continued to obtain for Christians the gifts that lead to salvation. So that Christians understand how to proclaim the Gospel joyfully and be ready to respond to God's call. So, it is recommended for Christians, Catholic Religious Teachers to be actively involved in preaching the joyful news of the Gospel.

Fraud is often committed by certain individuals to gain instant personal profit. The purpose of this research is to prevent fraud in various sectors by involving the role of internal auditing based on existing theories and research, enabling early identification and prevention of fraud. The research method applied in this study is qualitative descriptive method using literature review. Based on the discussion, internal auditors play a potential role in managing risks and ensuring proper governance. Effective internal audits can reduce unhealthy accounting practices that lead to fraud. Effective internal auditing is crucial in the mechanism of good governance.

Activities that are being done include learning. It is important for individuals who will later interact and teach children who have visual impairments, to keep up with news about the effectiveness of learning, one of which is knowing the role of technology in language learning for visually impaired children. This article is made using the systematic literature review research method to find out the role of technology in language learning for visually impaired children, what technology can be used for language learning for visually impaired children, and its effectiveness in learning. The technology that has the ability to read PDF text, convert sounds in various languages, convert visual information into audio, and learn through audio greatly facilitates the learning of blind children, whether it is language learning or learning in general. Technology that facilitates blind learning has a good effect in general on the visually impaired children, such as the building of self-confidence for the visually impaired children due to the increased ability of the visually impaired children to learn to identify their environment, the ability to be independent, less dependence on others, and increased communication skills due to language learning that becomes more accessible.

Language cannot be separated from socio-cultural influences because language use is the reality of communication that occurs in social interactions. This article uses the systematic literature review method which in this method uses in-depth review studies and uses references from articles, books and research journals. The purpose of this study is to find out about Chinese language learning from a socio-cultural point of view. Language and culture viewed in balance are significant in foreign language teaching. Successful communication between two communicators from different cultures does not depend on mastery of linguistic aspects, including grammar and sociopragmatic structures, but also on the ability to capture, understand and empathize with the culture of the communication partner. This shows that there is harmony between foreign language and culture and one's own language and culture.
