The purpose of this research is to describe the extent of the role of the alumni of the Sheikh Muhammad Dahlan Aek Hayuara Sibuhuan Islamic Boarding School in advancing education in the Barumun District Area. The Islamic Boarding School, which is the oldest in Padang Lawas district, has graduated many of the best alumni, ranging from great Ulama, Think Figures, ASN, TNI/POLRI, Islamic Boarding School Leaders, Lecturers in Higher Education, and Teachers in various formal and non-formal Educational Institutions. The Islamic boarding school which was established in 1938 was founded by Sheikh Muhammad Dahlan Hasibuan. The role of alumni in developing education has a significant impact and covers various aspects that are essential for the progress of educational institutions. Alumni, as a product of the education system, have experience, knowledge, and resources that can be utilized to support the development of education. They can contribute through improving the quality of education by acting as mentors, providing advice based on professional experience, and sharing information on relevant industry needs. In addition, financial support from alumni through donations, scholarships, and fundraising can help educational institutions in providing better facilities and innovative programs.

This research is motivated by the use of YouTube audio-visual media in improving the ability to write news for Indonesian language learning. Factor This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using YouTube audio-visual media in improving students' ability to write news and find out the challenges and obstacles in using YouTube audio-visual media. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach to collect data and information through the library study method. The results of this study show that the use of YouTube audio-visual media in learning Indonesian has great potential to improve students' news writing skills. The effectiveness of using YouTube as a learning tool can be seen from various aspects, including student involvement, increased understanding of concepts, and practical skills in writing news.

Information systems and technology have many important roles for higher education, such as improving quality to support operations, management and decision-making functions. Most of the information systems currently available are not widely available and are not yet integrated with each other. One of them is within the Faculty of Science and Technology (SAINTEK). An information technology integration service is needed to meet user needs in accessing, using, and utilizing information systems. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework for enterprise architecture that provides a comprehensive approach to planning, designing, and implementing enterprise information architecture, adopting 5 phases of the 10 existing phases, namely, Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture the results of this research are architectures from these 5 phases so that they can provide an overview and ease of information technology integration. 

PISA results show that Indonesia's science literacy skills are low, so a solution is needed to fix the problem. This study aims to analyze the role of multimedia in improving students' science literacy skills. The method used is by collecting literature review data and then reviewing information from the data that has been collected. Based on the results of this study, it was found that multimedia can improve students' science literacy skills in both the “High” and “Medium” categories, so the use of multimedia in the learning process is considered important to improve students science literacy skills. Text, images, audio, animation, and video contained in multimedia can facilitate students in understanding the material, stimulate students' thinking skills, and create active learning.

For a long time, Word of Mouth (EWOM) has been considered the main source of information that influences consumer decisions. In the era of globalization, EWOM has developed into a broader, albeit more personal, form, known as electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Advances in electronic systems and the emergence of social media platforms, for example Instagram, open up new and promising potential for the evolution of EWOM as an integral part of business advertising/business promotion strategies. When EWOM regarding a product receives a positive response, the impact has a direct impact on the brand image or good brand image. One of the related concepts in the formation of EWOM and brand image on Instagram today is the role of influencers. The aim of this research is to understand the role of social media influencers in shaping positive EWOM and how this impacts improving brand image. Qualitative methods were applied in this research by collecting data through journals, books and articles. The findings from this research show that influencers who have a high level of trust have a very influential role in forming EWOM which provides positive EWOM reviews regarding the products being marketed. This positive opinion from EWOM directly increases the positive value of the brand image in society, which shows that the success of influencers can help audiences understand information about products and increase their desire to make purchases.

Maharah Kitabah is the most urgent Arabic language skill in learning Arabic, this is because this skill is the peak that includes all other skills. So if students understand it, it will be easier for them to understand Arabic as a whole. In this case the author conducted research by analyzing the obstacles to learning the Maharah Kitabah. The aim of the research is to find out what obstacles or mistakes hinder students from improving their Arabic writing skills, especially at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang. By focusing this research on Maharah Al-Kitabah, efforts can be made to obtain good learning strategies, so that students' understanding will be much better and they will get solutions to the problems they face when writing Arabic language sequences. This research was conducted using a qualitative and descriptive approach. Students at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School in Deli Serdang face problems in Maharah Al-Kitabah, and this research aims to describe these errors and problems. Data are collected in natural environments and phenomena are interpreted using qualitative methods. Apart from that, to gain a better understanding of the problem being researched, the researchers used methods such as qualitative surveys and also used an analytical approach which the author quoted from various secondary data, in the form of scientific journals, theses and internet media.  

Managemen of teaching staff and education staff is a complex and strategic process to improve the quality of education.In this context,the managemen of teaching and educational staff focuses on the effective and efficient development,managemen and use of human resources.In this way,the managemen of teaching staff and educational staff can improve the quality of educational,increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction,and improve the quality of educational services provided. In the managemen of teaching staff and educational sataff,several important factors that need to be considered are the development of teacher competency,time and resource management,and the use of technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Apart from that,management of teaching staff must also pay attetion to other aspects such as organizational culture,commonication and teacher job satisfaction.Thus,management of teaching staff and educational staff can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of education and increasing student achievement.

The problem of this research is that there is still a lack of student activity in participatory learning as well as interaction and collaboration between students in group learning activities. In this research, Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out in three meetings. The subjects of this research were 25 class V students of SDN Antasan Besar 7 Banjarmasin. The measure of research success with learning completeness is that 80% of students achieved a KKM score above 80. The results of this research show that at Meeting I to Meeting III there was an increase in the acquisition of learning activities in the application of the learning model, resulting in the "Very Active" criteria at Meeting I, II and III. At Meetings II and III, learning activities increased to almost all very active. Students' critical thinking skills increased to almost all highly skilled at Meetings II and III. At Meetings II and III, students' collaboration skills increased to Almost All Skilled. Meanwhile, completeness of learning outcomes increased again to 100% at Meeting III. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that educators' activities experienced a very significant increase when implementing the PBL model supported by DNGM using Wordwall media and the Dragon Snake game, as well as student activities, critical thinking skills, collaboration skills, and learning outcomes.      

This article examines the perceptions of upper grade elementary school students towards the use of reading aloud and sustained silent reading strategies in improving the ability to explain the content of reading. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include: (1) assessment of students' ability to explain the content of reading, (2) interviews with students regarding their perceptions of reading aloud and sustained silent reading strategies, and (3) documentation of the text reading process. The research instruments used were: (1) assessment sheet of the ability to explain the content of reading, (2) structured interview guide, and (3) documentation of students' reading process. The results showed that based on the assessment of the ability to explain the content of reading and interviews regarding the comparison between reading aloud and sustained silent reading strategies, it was concluded that the sustained silent reading strategy was more effective in learning. This is because the strategy makes it easier for students to understand and explain back the content of the reading.

The stages of data collection in this study are observation and interviews. The data collection analysis technique is to provide media, present data, and receive conclusions. Improving the performance of government agencies requires first accurately determining the needs for Civil Servants (ASN). This study analyzes many problems that occur in the application of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform's (PANRB) policies for determining ASN needs. Even with Law Number 5 of 2014 requiring every agency to plan personnel needs based on analysis, problems such imprecise needs calculations, inadequate inter-agency collaboration, and inadequate use of IT still exist. This article examines the guidelines and practices for assessing ASN requirements and offers suggestions for enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of these guidelines. It is envisaged that the proposed changes will make determining ASN needs more optimal in supporting government agency performance.  

Ergonomic exercises can lower blood pressure by restoring the elasticity of blood vessels and improving blood flow. The research method used was a case study involving 2 different respondents. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of applying ergonomic exercises to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive clients. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects in this study were two individuals with the same case in two different families with hypertension. Those who were given the same treatment where blood pressure was measured pre and post doing ergonomic exercises. The implementation was carried out 3 times a week for a duration of 30 minutes. The results of the study showed that the blood pressure of the respondents experienced a decrease in blood pressure in systole 14-37 MmHg and diastole 4-15 MmHg. The application of ergonomic exercises is effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers.      

The urgency of the current generation is that it is necessary to improve the character of children so that they are ready to become young people who are ready to build the nation. Improving character requires strong education, especially in religious education, one of which is reciting the Koran. The aim of this service research is to increase interest in reading in young children. This service is described qualitatively using observational and documented data collection along with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, presenting, condensing and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of this service show that there is a need for strategies to increase interest in studying the Koran in young children. Children are instructed by the author to read, understand and apply the contents of the Koran in their daily lives.

Companies today are faced with a variety of opportunities and threats. Entrepreneurs are starting to be pressured to innovate, minimize operational costs, and perform well in their business. An increase in sales can be said to be a series of activities to increase the release of products through buying and selling activities. This service aims to share a technology development to increase sales in the beret hat convection MSME business in Ngudi Hamlet, Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

Government oversight is very important in ensuring accountability and transparency in public administration, especially in the context of regional autonomy. This research examines the challenges and strategies in improving government oversight mechanisms in the City of Bogor, Indonesia. The main findings highlight the importance of strengthening internal oversight institutions such as Regional Inspectorates through capacity building and the use of technology. Innovations such as digital platforms for public participation and performance evaluation systems have been successfully implemented to increase transparency and efficiency in the delivery of public services. However, its implementation overcomes challenges such as limited resources and varying levels of community participation. This research provides further grants from technological advances and a strong regulatory framework to increase the effectiveness of government oversight and reduce the risk of corruption and irregularities in Bogor City government processes.

This research compares the social, economic and governmental conditions of Indonesia and Iran. Socially, Indonesia and Iran face challenges in maintaining social harmony amidst diversity. Economically, Indonesia is bigger and more advanced than Iran, but both countries experience economic disparities and infrastructure problems. International sanctions are impacting Iran's economy while Indonesia continues to strive to become more competitive in the global market. From a political perspective, Indonesia is a representative democracy, while Iran is an Islamic republic whose highest power is held by a spiritual leader. However, corruption and demands for political reform remain challenges in both countries. Despite significant differences, both countries have similar challenges in terms of maintaining stability, overcoming inequality and improving governance. This study provides valuable insight into social, economic and political trends in Indonesia and Iran that can be used to develop more effective policies to improve people's welfare and strengthen government systems.

The development of coffee cultivation in Ngrayudan Village, Ngawi Regency has experienced a decline in quality due to the attack of the Coffee Fruit Borer pest. The pest causes damage to the coffee fruit. Based on the results of the identification of the area potential, there is a problem regarding the handling of Coffee Fruit Borer pests that had not been maximized by farmers in Ngrayudan Village. Farmers do not have the knowledge and skills to use biological agents as solutions. This study aims to design extension and behavior changes related to farmers' knowledge, attitudes, and skills. This research was conducted in February - March 2024 using a qualitative approach by using the level III action research method which has four stages in extension activities including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on observations and interviews with respondents after counseling showed significant changes in behavior. Supported by quantitative data from the extension evaluation results which showed an increase in knowledge of 34%, while the attitude level showed results of 89% including in the category of responsibility in deciding a matter, and a skill level of 80% including in the level of problem-solving farmers can describe problems to find the best solution. The conclusion of this study shows the existence of effective extension in improving behavior change in Farmer Groups in making biological agents such as Coffee Fruit Borer pest control.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial element in ensuring worker welfare and the smooth running of company operations. Even though SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in the economy, the work accident rate in this sector is still high compared to large companies. Limited resources and lack of management support are often the main obstacles in implementing an effective K3 management system. Objective: This literature study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the K3 management system in SMEs, identify the challenges faced, and provide recommendations for improving the implementation of K3 in this sector. Methodology: This study uses a literature study approach by collecting and analyzing various academic sources including journal articles, government reports and relevant books. The literature search focused on academic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest, using keywords such as "OHS management system", "SME", "OHS effectiveness", and "work safety". Results: Findings show that implementing a comprehensive K3 management system in SMEs can reduce work accidents by up to 25% and increase awareness of the importance of K3. However, challenges such as limited resources, lack of management support, and loose regulations remain major obstacles. This study also found that SMEs that implement good K3 practices tend to have better financial performance. To improve K3 implementation in SMEs, increased access to K3 training and resources, ongoing education campaigns, development of a simple and effective K3 management system, as well as government support in the form of incentives and stricter regulations are needed. Conclusion: Although there are many challenges in implementing the K3 management system in SMEs, with the right approach and adequate support, SMEs can achieve a better level of work safety. This research aims to analyze the role of management accounting in decision making and improving company performance, with a focus on the application of main techniques such as Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and case studies on several companies, this research found that management accounting techniques contribute significantly to optimizing costs, increasing operational efficiency, and planning long-term strategies. The use of CVP Analysis helps companies plan more profitable product costs and prices, while ABC provides more accurate cost allocation for each activity in the value chain. On the other hand, BSC helps companies to assess performance as a whole, not only from a financial perspective, but also from non-financial aspects such as customer satisfaction and service quality. However, this research also identified several challenges, including limited resources, insufficient understanding of these techniques, and resistance to change within organizations. Limitations in the research sample and observation time are also factors that need to be considered. Overall, this research confirms the importance of implementing management accounting in improving company performance, but also shows that internal and external factors need to be considered in its implementation.
