Business in the field of selling laboratory coats is intended to make it easy for analysts and student analysts to obtain laboratory coats, with good quality and affordable prices. Marketing mix is very important in the current situation where trade competition is getting tighter. With the marketing mix, we can find out the elements of the lab coat business in more detail. The method used in this research is literature study, namely by searching various written sources, both in the form of journals, archives, magazines, books, articles, and relevant documents so that the information obtained from the literature study is used as a reference. to strengthen existing arguments. Sales of laboratory coats must provide quality products at affordable prices. The application of mix marketing aims to maintain and optimize product quality, obtain competitive prices in the market, increase sales onset and increase the number of customers.

Company Value is one of the company's goals to be achieved by maximizing the value of Shares. Company value is also one of the factors considered by investors when investing in the capital market. The company value of the food and beverage sub-sector for the last 5 years since 2017 has decreased significantly in 2019 to 2021. Firm Value is influenced by various factors such as: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability and Leverage. The existence of a research gap supported by the gap phenomenon makes further study of the factors that affect firm value still needed. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability and Leverage in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The research population is all food and beverages on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample obtained as many as 57 observations through a purposive sampling method. Research using secondary data with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The software tool used in the research is SPSS. The results of the study provide evidence of the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Leverage on Firm Value. However, there is also empirical evidence that Profitability has no effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability and Leverage affect Firm Value.

The presence of plastic in today's contemporary era, has various functions that greatly help people's lives. Plastic with all its properties, which are more inclined to the many advantages of its use and flexibility so that it is easy to use in various fields of life. With this fact, there are more and more products that rely on plastic as a basic ingredient in the manufacture of their products. This is of course supported by very high market demand, so that all types of production of goods made from plastic are mushrooming. If we return to our original purpose, the creation of plastic was indeed used as a substitute for paper bags, which at that time was experiencing a crisis of threats due to the increasing number of illegal logging incidents, so that there was a potential for the scarcity of the trees themselves. However, the opposite is currently true, where the use and production of plastics is increasingly dominating, making the remaining production waste and waste resulting from its use even more insurmountable. This is compounded by the fact that plastic is difficult to decompose, requiring hundreds of years of time. This, in the concept of a risk society is called the boomerang effect, because something that existed in the industrial era was created as a form of innovation that exists as a solution, but in the modern era like now it has become a separate risk for the surrounding community. For various phenomena as a result of the creation of plastic itself, society does not necessarily let them slowly be swallowed up by existing risks, but there are many efforts to create innovations as a way to protect themselves from various risks distributed by production and the increasingly widespread use of plastic in today's reality.

This research is motivated by the existence of one marketplace application. This study discusses the style of language in featured advertisements in the application. Advertising language style has the ability to convince readers by playing words or phrases so that readers are influenced to use the product. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the style of advertising language in the shopee application. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is the style of advertising language and the source of the data in the study is advertisements for shopee features that appear on youtube and television. The data collection technique in this study is the method of listening. Based on the results of the discussion on the analysis of the use of advertising language style on YouTube, it can be concluded that the Shopee application uses persuasive language style in the advertisements that are displayed, namely the use of repetition figurehead

This study aims to determine digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media in increasing sales at the Arunazma Online Shop. This type of research is descriptive research. Data sources will be taken from documents, observation results, and interview results. The digital marketing strategy carried out by Arunazma includes the planning, implementation and monitoring stages to increase sales at Arunazma. The obstacles faced by Arunazma in implementing digital marketing, namely delays in delivery and lack of human resources. Arunazma can overcome these obstacles by accelerating the packing process and adding employees to make it more efficient. The positive impact of implementing digital marketing by Arunazma is that digital marketing can increase sales of products in the Arunazma Online Shop.

Bonto Bahari is one of the sub-districts in Bulukumba district which is a famous tourism destination in South Sulawesi. Beach tourism and the business of making phinisi boats are the attractions that are most in demand by tourists. As one of the popular tourist destinations, the business of making souvenirs as souvenirs is a business that is in great demand by the people of Bonto Bahari. The availability of wood raw materials and the skills of the community in making phinisi boat souvenirs that have been passed down for generations are important factors in the development of this souvenir business. However, in its development, the Phinisi ship souvenir business has not been maximized in sales. The use of marketing strategies by utilizing digital marketing has been carried out but limited to social media. Business actors are more focused on tourists who come to the gallery. So that this condition causes sales to depend on the number of tourists visiting Bonto Bahari. This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. By conducting training and mentoring, it is hoped that business actors will be able to better understand their potential, weaknesses and strengths and be able to develop the right strategy in developing their business.

     A large body of research on library marketing, published in open access journals and included in open access databases such as Google Scholar, needs to be evaluated. Bibliographic analysis becomes a parameter for evaluating research results to determine the relationship between science and technology, map a particular scientific field, and monitor the development of new knowledge in a particular scientific field. The purpose of this study is to map the evolution of library marketing research indexed in Google Scholar, analyze topics related to library marketing, and identify researchers who have worked on those topics. In this research, a qualitative method based on the theme analysis approach is adopted as a data analysis method. This study uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data obtained from studies indexed by the keyword "library marketing" in Google Scholar. This sample was determined by screening publications in the form of journal articles published between 2018 and 2023. Study data were analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The relationship between library marketing and strategy is illustrated by the keyword mapping results in the article titled "Library Marketing Mix Strategy for the Digital Age." It was also noted that a library marketing study was conducted by 20 researchers from 2019 to 2023.

The discovery of various efficient technologies has become a benchmark in development in all sectors. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are growing rapidly. This study aims to determine the analysis of the technological adaptability of countries in the world and its comparison to readiness in Indonesia. This is because the ability to adapt technology has a close relationship to the economy in a country, both in terms of economic contribution and the labor market sector. This research uses data with parameters such as Gross Market Value (GMV), Global Connectivity Index (GCI), and GDP. As well as data on industry development in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a descriptive analysis method that uses content analysis steps to interpret the results of existing statistical exposure. The results of the research analysis show that a very significant government policy today is an investment in technology and communication infrastructure. Then to boost the economy, financing is the most needed factor today. Readiness to meet the demographic bonus can be done by developing the digital skills of the workforce in all sectors. Therefore, infrastructure, financing, and scientific integration of technology are the most crucial policies today.

UMKM Mangrove merupakan kelompok usaha yang berlokasi di Desa Enu yang berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dengan anggota 10 ibu rumah tangga yang dibantu oleh Yayasan Domba dengan memberikan modal usaha kepada mereka. Ada beberapa produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok UMKM mangrove yaitu roti pacolo, saus teri, jahe instan, dan rono tapa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kelompok UMKM mangrove dalam memasarkan produknya secara online maupun melalui media sosial serta cara membuat kemasan yang baik dan menarik.   Berdasarkan hasil membangun desa mandiri yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi sebelum pelaksanaan seminar pemasaran di era digital adalah kelompok usaha yang belum mengenal dan cara bertransaksi melalui pemasaran digital, khususnya pada platform Facebook, kurangnya pengetahuan kelompok UMKM mangrove terhadap teknologi yang mengakibatkan sulitnya melakukan digitalisasi pemasaran produknya, sehingga hal ini mempengaruhi cara mereka memasarkan produknya. Oleh karena itu dirasa perlunya penambahan wawasan bagi kelompok UMKM mangrove di desa Enu terkait konsep digital marketing, pelatihan dan membantu pelaku UMKM memasarkan produknya melalui platform media facebook guna meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan dari UMKM tersebut bisnis.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how viral marketing and social media advertising impact consumers' purchasing choices on the Instagram Adds platform. The study's sample is made up of Instagram Adds users. The 159 respondents who were sampled were employed in a purposive sampling procedure to get samples. Tests of validity and dependability were run on the research data. The hypothesis test in this study used multiple linear regression tests. According to the conclusions of the first hypothesis test, the test results show that (1) Viral marketing increases purchasing behaviour on the Instagram Adds platform. (2) The results of the testing of the second hypothesis show that social media marketing has an effect on consumers' decisions to make purchases through the Instagram Adds platform.

  Pentingnya sektor pariwisata memberi dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat, terutama masyarakat yang berada di kawasan atau lokasi yang menjadi tujuan wisata. Adapun Desa yang mempunyai potensi wisata yakni Desa Kotapulu yang merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi. Desa Kotapulu berjarak 5 km dari pusat pemerintahan Sulawesi Tengah yakni Kota Palu. Salah satu bidang parawisata yakni Pemancingan Denis sebagai salah satu objek wisata yang akan mendorong peningkatan ekonomi bagi Kotapulu. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pendampingan memanfaatkan digital marketing di Desa Kotapulu Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi dengan waktu pelaksanaan kurang lebih selama 5 bulan di mulai dari bulan September 2022 sampai bulan Januari 2023.  Berdasarkan hasil dari sosialisasi dan pembuatan akun media sosial yang dilaksanakan telah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan media sosial sebagai daya tarik wisata. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kemampuan pengelola pemasaran digital menjadi selangkah lebih maju dan modern.

The benefits of the internet are increasingly felt for its users who cannot be separated from this internet world. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) stated that currently internet users in Indonesia have reached 82 million people. With this achievement, Indonesia is ranked 8th in the world (Kominfo, 2013). The development of technology today has shown tremendous progress. Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. Its presence has had a considerable impact on human life in various aspects and dimensions. Likewise, communication technology is a hardware device in an organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa hal yaitu: pengaruh Social Media Marketing   terhadap   keputusan   pembelian,   pengaruh   word   of    mouth    terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh Lifestyle terhadap keputusan   pembelian,   pengaruh electronic word of, Social Media Marketing dan Lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian di Oline Yuika Shop di Kota Bima. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan Masyarakat Kota Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar pertanyaan seperti kuesioner dan teknik analisis data teknik analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) untuk menguji empat hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menujunjukkan bahwa: (1) Word   of   Mouth   secara    persial    berpengaruh    signifikan    terhadap    Keputusan Pembelian; (2) Social Media Marketing secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; (3) Lifestyle secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; (4) Word of Mouth, Social Media Marketing, dan Lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and marketing mix through the Word of Mouth variable on interest in entering Islamic boarding schools (a case study at the Addainuriyah Dua Islamic Boarding School in Semarang) using the random sampling method on 167 students for the 2023 academic year. PLS-SEM (Partial) data analysis technique Least Square-Structural Equation Model) using the SmartPls 4.0 tool. The results showed that service quality had no effect on word of mouth, marketing mix had a significant positive effect on word of mouth, word of mouth had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, service quality had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, marketing mix had a positive effect Significantly on Intention to Enter, Service Quality mediated by Word Of Mouth has no effect on Intention to Enter, Marketing mix mediated by Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Intention to Enter.

Saat ini perkembangan komunikasi melalui internet semakin pesat. Hal ini yang menyebabkan bisnis online semakin diminati. “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” sebagai salah satu online store yang memasarkan produk dan memiliki strategi untuk menarik minat beli konsumen sehingga dapat bertahan ditengah persaingan bisnis online yang sangat ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemilik dan 4 orang konsumen "Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima". Hasil Penelitian ini adalah sebagai strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dimiliki oleh “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” akan diuraikan melalui teori marketing mix 4p yang terdiri dari product, price, place, promotion. Melalui elemen promotion “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” memanfaatkan media social Instagram dan Facebook untuk menguraikan teori marketing mix 4p tersebut dan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan mampu menarik minat konsumen.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Digital Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Lembaga Global English Pare.  Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan Loyalias Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada pelanggan Lembaga Global English Pare. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 780 responden serta sampel sejumlah 264 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab tiga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Customer Relationship Management (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 2) Digital Marketing (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 3) Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalias Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare.

This research is motivated by the performance of BUMDES marketing during the 4.0 revolution, entering the era of modern development of digital information and communication technology, especially the internet, which seems to be a primary human need and is almost involved in daily activities. In today's all-digital situation, the right promotion strategy is needed to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital entrepreneurship, marketing mix and technology acceptance models on the marketing performance of BUMDES Nerang Jaya. The quantitative method used is a technique of collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting and analyzing data in order to provide an overview of an event through the distribution of questionnaires which are carried out and expressed in the form of numbers, so that they can be measured and calculated. The number of samples used were 95 respondents. This study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 program to process data.

The rapid business competition forced the owners of the Pagerjurang - Melikan pottery craftsmen to find the right media to sell their products and innovate to develop more attractive and highly marketable types and forms of products. Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

Mekar Chandra Jaya Majenang is one of the official HONDA dealers in collaboration with the FIF Group leasing company. UD. Mekar Chandra Jaya Majenang requires communication between companies and consumers that can be used to introduce products or services by using and implementing a marketing communication mix. The purpose of implementing the marketing communication mix is to select and implement which sales promotion channels are appropriate to increase sales and obtain reciprocal communications from consumers to obtain positive publicity among the public. The company also continues to improve and innovate on sales strategies to increase product sales volume.
