This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

The smart city action plan for the city of Denpasar Bali includes: 1) human resources 2) nfrastructure, 3) applications, and 4) smart city literacy. Meanwhile, in building a smart city there are six pillars, namely smart governance, smart society, smart living, smart economy, smart environment, and smart branding. In 2020 Denpasar City ranks 1st Smart City with Surakarta in the framework of the movement program towards 100 Smart Cities Indonesia.The 2021 Electronic-Based Government System Index is 3.19 which is in the good category and is in the Top 5 RKCI that year.  The Denpasar Bali City Communication, Information and Statistics Service (Kominfos) has taken several steps to implement e-government in realizing a smart city. Some of these steps include building an e-gov portal, increasing accessibility, using the right technology, establishing partnerships with the private sector, developing mobile applications. By implementing e-gov and developing a smart city, the Denpasar-Bali City Communication and Informatics Agency is able to improve the quality of public services, facilitate public access to information and public services, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the Denpasar city government.

This study aims to examine the intricate relationship among brand image, intellectual capital, human capital, public relation strategy, and firm value. The research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders from diverse industries. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants with relevant expertise. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to identify patterns, themes, and relationships among the variables. The findings reveal nuanced interconnections between brand image, intellectual and human capital, public relation strategies, and firm value, highlighting the importance of holistic management approaches in enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness.

This study aims to analyze the selection of edamame raw material suppliers at PT XYZ using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. This research involves the process of collecting primary and secondary data which includes identification of supplier selection criteria, collection of criteria and sub-criteria data, and collection of supplier performance data. The results showed that the relevant supplier selection criteria in the context of edamame raw materials at PT XYZ were product quality, price, supply reliability, sustainability and reputation. Based on the FAHP method, the relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria has been calculated, which helps in evaluating potential suppliers. In addition, supplier rankings are also determined based on the resulting priority values. In conclusion, the FAHP method can be used as an effective tool in selecting raw material suppliers for edamame at PT XYZ. This method helps in reducing uncertainty and complexity in decision making, as well as providing more objective and structured results.

As one of the efforts to care for the Community Service Institute (LPPM), namely by holding counseling training and training for inputting e-reports in 2022 so that it can facilitate the performance of Mr. and Mrs. Teachers at SMP NU 07 Brangsong. With this counseling and training program, it is hoped that educators can understand and implement the knowledge and information obtained to support the value management process to be good, fast and neatly documented. Based on the training that has been carried out, the following results are obtained. The teaching staff is able to understand the flow of the e-report value system.

Emotional Intelligence (EI), also known as emotional intelligence, is a person's ability to recognize their own emotions, be able to control their emotions according to situations and conditions, be able to use their emotions to increase their own motivation, be able to recognize other people's emotions, and be able to interact positively with other people. . Emotional intelligence (EI) is a self-concept that a teacher, the aim is to increase motivation to learn without having to depend on the surrounding environment. This community service activity is aimed at class VI teachers at MIN 5 Langkat, which aims to improve the performance of teachers when teaching in the classroom by implementing an emotional intelligence system when teaching. With a teacher who can understand the characteristics of the students and understand the emotions of the students, it will be easy for the teacher to convey lesson material without having to force his will on the students. This will also influence students' learning motivation, when students feel that the teacher understands their feelings and needs, students will happily accept the learning provided by the teacher. It was proven that after participating in this socialization, several class VI teachers had implemented EI in the learning process and this had a big influence on increasing the learning motivation of class VI elementary school students.

The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or β1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

To achieve regional independence, local governments must be able to manage their resources efficiently and effectively. This can be realized by government financial performance.  This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth, local revenue, and capital expenditure on government financial performance. The samples of this study were 19 regencies / cities of West Sumatra Province in 2018-2021 using the total sampling technique. The analysis method used is the panel data regression method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that economic growth has no effect on government financial performance, local revenue has a positive and significant effect on government financial performance, and capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on government financial performance.

This study aims to explain the effect of knowledge management on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variable in this study is knowledge management on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The sampling method used was a saturated sample or all members of the research population. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis show that knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance.

The Pharmacy Installation Section of the BPJS Outpatient Unit is that there are still many patients who complain about the waiting time for drug services. Calculating the waiting time for prescription drug service and concoction medicine, then analyzing compliance with the minimum service standard for the long waiting time category. Evaluating performance in providing health services to BPJS Outpatient patients and can help improve the quality and efficiency of health services. Quantitative and qualitative methods in analyzing the data obtained. Quantitative methods can be used to calculate average waiting times and other statistical analyses, while qualitative methods can be used to analyze interview data and gain a deeper understanding of the factors that affect waiting times. Average waiting time needed to complete a concoction recipe is 49 minutes and to complete a non concoction recipe 32 minutes. The number of standard non-concoction recipes is 699 recipes. Meanwhile, there were 2 recipes that did not meet the standards. For concoction recipes, 146 recipes have met the standard. The waiting time for prescription service at the pharmacy installation for outpatients at BPJS Bella General Hospital for non-concoction recipes still does not meet the standards, while for concoction recipes they meet the minimum standards.

The quality of health services is closely related to satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction and analysis (expectation and reality) of the quality of dental health services at the Svarta Dental Care Bandung clinic. This research is a descriptive research. The research sample is 30 people. sampling method with accidental sampling. The research was conducted from January 3 to January 18, 2023. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis used is univariate analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), namely by using a Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the level of conformity between reality and expectations was based on the five dimensions of quality in the Reliability dimension of 87.3%, the Responsiveness dimension of 85.75%, the Assurance dimension of 90.06%, the Empathy dimension. 90.18% work tidiness (tiness) 90.94%. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to carry out regular evaluations every 6 months, repairs by providing training and collaboration with officers in improving the quality of service that focuses on patient satisfaction.

The general reality that occurred in the budget realization and performance reporting system in Central Lombok Regency before E-Monev was put into practice was that the process was very slow, complicated, and very convoluted, not infrequently even very tiring. Reports that should be done in one day may take one week, two weeks or even one month. To expedite the reporting or monitoring process, Bureaucratic Reform (RB) efforts were made by developing online-based systems and applications called E-Monev. E-Monev is an instrument for monitoring, evaluating and controlling budget realization and performance which is used to collect data and information on monitoring results. This web-based application makes it very easy for employees to record budget realization and performance while in the office, such as filling in and changing work plans, filling out sub-activities, and there are other forms provided for reporting according to their respective duties and roles. What is expected from this web-based application is that employees can use the application as well as possible and can facilitate work and help company performance, especially in the field of Human Resources, to be faster, better and more practical.

Technological developments today make it easy for people to use social media as a means of expressing opinions, including Twitter. The case study taken by the researcher is the sentiment towards the performance of the mayor of Medan. The case was taken because it was widely discussed by Indonesian people, especially the city of Medan on Twitter social media. One of the uses of this research is to find out the trend of Twitter user comments on the performance of the mayor of Medan by conducting a sentiment analysis. Sentiment will be classified as positive, negative and neutral. The algorithm used in sentiment analysis is Naïve Bayes. The stages in conducting sentiment analysis in this study are data preprocessing, data processing, classification, and evaluation. The results of this study are using the SMOTE method, the training and testing ratio is 80:20 because it has the highest accuracy, which is 78% compared to other ratios. The prediction results resulting from the classification turned out to be more dominant towards neutral labels. In addition to classifying for sentiment analysis, this study also measures the performance of the model created. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a precision value of 78%, a recall of 78%, and an f1-score of 77%.

At this time, business is very easy to do because there are already systems that help the development of a business. There are several examples of business development systems, one of which is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. With this system, it can help entrepreneurs to make a business plan so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. In addition to making business more effective and efficient, this system can also be combined with SCM (Supply Chain Management) so that these businesses can maximize the company's performance. There are lots of companies that use this ERP system, for example, CV Sumber Cipta Agung, which is engaged in producing food and beverages. CV Sumber Cipta Agung is a company engaged in the field of beverage manufacturers in the city of Batam which uses this system in developing its company to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and literature review. CV Sumber Cipta Agung conducts its resource planning using SAP software and manages its supply chain system using the cross docking method.

Entrepreneurship learning is the process of acquiring knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship, including the ability to recognise and develop new business opportunities, effectively manage resources, and take calculated risks in order to achieve success in business ventures often associated with intentional entrepreneurship refers to a person's motivation or inclination to launch a new business venture. The focus of this study is on entrepreneurial learning and intention, and it employs a systematic review methodology from 2021 to 2023 scopus database. The focus of research related to entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship intention focuses on several things such as experiential learning practice, individual characteristics such as gender, age, proximity to entrepreneurship, academic performance, previous work experience, and propensity for risk and observe the change, innovation, one-day female-focused STEM-based entrepreneurship program, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, young employees’ perception of their current paid jobs, creativity among female learners, cognitive and social conditions, creative self-efficacy, and theory of planned behavior.

Improving public services becomes an inevitability for government agencies as public service organizers. No exception for Tirta Moedal Drinking Water Perumda Semarang City, as a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) is also inseparable from the demands of improving the quality of service to customers. Customer service innovation is a response to service problems that do not satisfy the community as customers. Customer dissatisfaction with customer complaints, information services and new connect services is very dominant for customer complaints. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the indicators of accountability for service performance in the public sector that cannot be ignored. The Community Satisfaction Index is an evaluation of the community as a customer for the performance of services provided to the community as customers that should be the basis for each service provider institution to make adjustments to customer expectations and service innovation. The rapid development of information technology also increases public awareness of its right to good service.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Makmur Village, Tebing Tinggi District when analyzed in terms of Profitability Ratios using Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Service Operational Independence (BOPO). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in the form of financial ratio analysis based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/Dep.0/IV/2016 concerning Guidelines for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives Cooperative Savings and Loans Unit. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in 2018-2022 based on Return on Assets (ROA) is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Assets (ROA) for 5 years, namely 8, 64%, in the unfavorable criterion, it is still far below the cooperative Return on Asset (ROA) standard, which is 10%. Based on Return on Equity (ROE) it is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Equity (ROE) for 5 years, namely 14.50%, in the criteria in very good criteria it meets the cooperative Return on Equity (ROE) standard, namely large 5%. Based on Service Operational Independence (BOPO) it is considered high, this is based on the calculation results of the average Service Operational Independence (BOPO) for 5 years, namely 9.92%, in very good criteria it meets the cooperative standard Service Operational Independence (BOPO), which is 100% .

The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

This study aims to find out the financial performance of partners in PT. Cipta Aneka Selera (Case Study of Yasaka Fried Chicken Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency). The population and sample of this study are the financial statements of Partners of PT.Aneka Selera (Case Study of Yasaka Freid Chicken Pandan). The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the test used is the Data Analysis Test. The results of the research show that the results of the analysis of financial performance on Partners of PT. Cipta Aneka Selera (a case study of Yasaka Fried Chicken Pandan) where it was found that Return On Assets (ROA) tended to decrease, this was due to decreased sales, Pandan, causing a decrease in profits which resulted in a decrease in ROA value from 2017 of 3.64% to 1, 47% in 2018 so it has not met the Ministry of BUMN assessment standards B-PER10/MBU/2014. While Return On Equity (ROE) in 2019 to 2021 has decreased. And the value of ROE in 2017 to 2018 has not met the ministry's assessment standards. The current ratio for financial performance can be said to be good.
