The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. One of the advantages or advantages of online buying and selling activities with the current cash on delivery (cod) system is very helpful for everyone in terms of meeting all their needs. By only capitalizing on waiting for the order to arrive at home and being paid after the goods arrive at the hands of consumers. However, in addition to these positive things, there are also several risks arising from transactions using the cash on delivery (cod) system, one of which is canceling the order even though the goods have reached the consumer's address. This also happened in the online shop "sweeter shop" in Glagahwero Village, Kalisat District. The problems in this study are How is the practice of canceling orders in online buying and selling Cash On Delivery (COD) system at the Online Shop "Sweeter Shop" in Kalisat District and how is the view of muamalah fiqh on the cancellation of orders in online buying and selling Cash On Delivery (COD) system. The research method used is using a qualitative approach. In determining data sources using purposive techniques, while the data collection methods used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The conclusions of this study are: that the practice of canceling orders with a COD payment system includes a Wakalah Bil 'Ujrah contract and occurs due to a fasakh. The cancellation is also motivated by several reasons, namely that the goods displayed on social media do not match what consumers receive, the budget is not enough and the buyer has other options. According to the concept of fasakh, cancellation in a sale and purchase transaction is permitted as long as there is an attitude of an taradhin (mutual willingness) between the two parties.    

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) on creative art innovation "LUBA" was carried out in collaboration with UKM Rukun Makmur located in Klaten Central Java. There are centers of batik as well as lurik in the area but they arey have not been optimized. Therefore, this PKM activity focuses on new product innovation by combining lurik and batik crafts into innovative handicrafts called lurik batik (LUBA) which at the same time can act as a unique and iconic Klaten souvenir to support regional tourism development.There are several problems faced by UKM Rukun Makmur as partner. Based on these problems, this program aims to find solutions to all these problems by using several methods including counseling, discussing, training, and mentoring. The results of this PKM activities show that UKM Rukun Makmur has been able to increase their creativity to create designs, motifs, and varied color of lurik batik (LUBA) handicraft products.

Building a report card and ITOP Approach in reducing violence in schools. This title was born because of the problems of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students about an increase in violence that occurred in schools. As for the source of the problem is the relatively large number of students per class and only 1 teacher is taught and also the age of kindergarten children who are relatively small and still at the stage / period of imitation. That The target of this service is the parents of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students, who are their favorite schools. This school has 90 students, so it requires more attention and is prone to violence. This service was carried out first by means of counseling then continued with training on building rapport and the ITOP approach. However, because this service was carried out during a pandemic, only 54 of the 90 parents attended (60%). After counseling and training on building rapport and the ITOP approach in reducing violence in schools there were 51 people (94.45%) of 54 people who mastered both counseling and training materials, while 3 (5.55%) did not master the training because not serious about doing training. So it can be concluded that this dedication was successfully seen from: 1. Based on the attendance of the participants it is said to be successful because it is attended by 60% 2. Based on the mastery of the participants it can be said to be successful because there are 94.45% masters 3. Those who do not understand are relatively small, namely only 5.55%

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. . The results showed that the form of self-harm behavior carried out by these teenagers showed behavior of crying in the middle of the night, blaming themselves, feeling empty, scratching, slashing on the surface of the skin, taking drugs randomly of any brand, drinking shampoo, speeding. speeding with a motorbike on the highway likes bloody pictures with a sense of relief, listening to music at a loud volume using the handset until the ears hurt. Factors that cause adolescents to carry out self-harm behavior are disappointment in parents, fear of emotional fathers, disappointment in mothers who do not pay attention, stress when bullied at school to depression caused by lack of ability to control negative emotions that are buried in individuals because some of the problems that occur in adolescents such as the lack of harmony and warmth in family relationships, problems with peers, and bullying.

The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.

The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. Mitra Mandiri Transindo uses the activity based costing method to make it easier for PT. Mitra Mandiri Trasindo in the data management process of determining the total heavy equipment rental and creating reports that are faster, more precise and accurate on a web-based basis. With the implementation of accounting applications for determining heavy equipment leases at PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo using the web-based Activity Based Costing method also has the following benefits: (1) It can be seen what lease transactions and costs are needed quickly, precisely and accurately. (2) Producing appropriate reports that can be used as a basis for making decisions by the Director of PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo.

The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

Fixed assets are one of the elements in the financial statements, the value of fixed assets in companies tends to be in large amounts. Investments in fixed assets by the company are intended to support the company's business activities. Every transaction that affects changes in fixed assets must be managed in order to produce information in the form of financial statements. Improper handling of fixed assets will have an impact on finances and improper handling of fixed assets because they still practice a manual system that allows for various problems in financial reporting. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants.

Security Parking UIN Walisongo Semarang at this time can be said to be in poor condition. The high case of loss of a motor vehicle cause anxiety for the academic community. Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.  

PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya often experiences several problems because of the large number of purchases purchased but there is no system that helps to recommend product purchases, for example on 9 October 2018 PT. To solve the problems that occur at PT Nerangi Sarana Karya, it is necessary to apply a decision making system using the Fuzzy MCDM method, based on the results of data testing that this method has an accuracy rate of data analysis of 87% so that this method is quite feasible to use in decision making.

Background: MPASI is a food transition from breast milk to family food. Giving MPASI should be given to infants aged 6-24 months in stages both from the texture and number of portions. Proper provision of complementary feeding can lead to nutritional problems in infants. Proper processing and administration of MPASI, mothers are required to have sufficient knowledge so that they can create healthy babies. Objective: to describe the knowledge of mothers about nutritious food and complementary feeding in infants aged 6-12 months. Method: This study uses an explorative descriptive design. The technique of taking respondents of this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 25 mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months in Posyandu Dusun Kangin, Tusan Banjarangkan Klungkung Village. Data collection tool in the form of a closed questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate analysis on a qualitative scale. Results: the study showed the characteristics of respondents, most of whom were aged 21-25 years (56%), working (56%), elementary education (44%), and the level of knowledge of mothers in the less category (40%) Conclusion: This study found that most levels of maternal knowledge about nutritious food and complementary feeding were lacking (40%), so further research is needed on the provision of MPASI    

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system. 

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.
